本发明涉及一种曝气机。本发明将射流泵设置于前,罗茨泵设置在后,罗茨泵将射流泵排出的达不到排出压力的空气、水进行混合加压,由于罗茨泵的效率高,因此提高了整个曝气机的效率。本发明结构简单,设计新颖、独特。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种深水使用的新型潜水曝气机。
背景技术
在本发明做出之前,对于较深水池中的自吸式曝气(无须辅助鼓风机或压缩机),一直没有较好的办法。现有潜水射流曝气机如图1所示,都是由离心泵1和射流泵2相结合而成,即离心泵从水池中吸水,加压后供给射流泵作为工作液体,射流泵利用该工作液体的能量吸入空气,并将空气加压到排入到水池底部或深部所须达到的压力,即水深所形成的压力。要将1个大气压的空气加压到水深的压力(水越深压力越大),离心泵不起作用,只有射流泵提供空气加压所需的能量,而射流泵的效率本身就很低,因此整个曝气机的效率非常低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述缺陷,设计一种效率高的曝气机。
本发明的技术方案是:射流-罗茨式曝气机,其主要技术特征在于由液气射流泵和罗茨泵相结合,液气射流泵的出口与罗茨泵的进口相连接。
本发明的优点和效果在于用罗茨泵替代离心泵并将罗茨泵布置在射流泵之后。这样射流泵工作液体直接来源于水池,其能量只是由水深所形成的静压,故射流泵出口压力必然小于所需要的排出压力。罗茨泵用来对射流泵出口的液气混合物加压,使之满足排出压力的要求。在新装置中,空气所获得的能量,只有一小部分来源于射流泵,大部分来之于罗茨泵,而罗茨泵的效率明显高于射流泵,所以整体效率得以提高。罗茨泵与离心泵的不同之处在于它是变容式泵,可以进行液气混输,所以可以布置在射流泵之后,这样解决了离心泵不能用于液气混输,只能布置在射流泵之前的缺陷。本发明设计新颖、独特,而结构却很简单。
在污水处理中,曝气设备必不可少,特别是脱氮除磷工艺中,高效可靠的曝气设备尤为重要。该新型潜水曝气机以其高效、便捷的特点,特别适用于小型的污水处理,特别是城市污水处理及工业污水处理领域。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,射流泵2在前,罗茨泵3在后,即射流泵2的出口接罗茨泵3,因罗茨泵3是变容式泵,能将射流泵2排出的达不到压力的空气和水进行混合加压,即空气所获得的能量只有小部分来自于射流泵2,其大部分能量来自于罗茨泵3,而罗茨泵3的效率明显高于射流泵2,从而提高了曝气机工作效率。
