Abstract

本发明公开了一种溶液法合成聚氨脂胶,其特征在于,其配方比为:(份是重量)甲苯:700~900、聚脂多元醇350~420、1.4丁二醇1.5~4、催化剂0.1~0.5、HDI 15~40、丁酮500~700、丙酮800~1200、防老剂1010 1~4份。采用本配方的聚氨酯胶具有如下优点:1.不变黄,性能优异,成品涂布于白色材质表面自然干燥后,放置于紫外线灯老化照射48小时后,胶膜不变黄;2.成本比运用聚氨酯胶粒溶解制得的PU胶成本低;3.制作容易,简便,胶液的粘度可随意调节。

一种用溶液法合成的聚氨脂胶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨脂胶粘合剂,具体为溶液法合成的用于制鞋制革等工业用的聚氨脂胶粘剂。
背景技术
公知技术的溶液法合成的聚氨脂胶其成份中一般采用MDI与聚酯多元醇反应制得,上述聚氨脂胶的缺点是其胶易出黄变,也有采用HDI的,如申请号为94110025、申请日为1994年1月18日、发明名称为聚氨脂粘接剂/密封胶和制作方法的专利,它是用聚异戊二烯、聚T二烯等液体橡胶物质和多异氰酸酯低分子多元醇及聚醚、滑石粉等物质为填料在经过一次抽空充氮气处理后的反应釜中除水进行加成反应完成后出釜成产品。上述制造工艺复杂要求高、成本高。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种长期存放不黄变、成本相对较低的用溶液法合成的聚氨脂胶。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案来实现:本发明是一种通过溶液法运用聚脂多元醇(聚己二酸丁二醇脂)与HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸脂)通过加热反应制得的的聚氨脂胶,其配方比为:(重量份)
甲苯:700~900    聚脂多元醇350~420    1.4丁二醇1.5~4
催化剂0.1~0.5    HDI 15~40            丁酮500~700
丙酮800~1200      防老剂1010 1~4
有益效果
本发明所制得的聚氨脂胶具有如下优点:1、不变黄,性能优异,成品涂布于白色材质表面自然干燥后,放置于紫外线灯老化照射48小时后,胶膜不变黄,若以MDI与聚脂多元醇反应制得的PU胶(聚氨脂胶),在同等条件下测试将会出现黄变;2、成本比运用聚氨脂胶粒溶解制得的PU胶成本低;3、制作容易,简便,胶液的粘度可随意调节。
具体实施例:
本发明溶液法合成聚氨脂胶是通过特制的设备制备的:采用夹套水加热;在反应釜内两侧设置8~12厘米的挡板;锚式与平桨式相结合搅拌棒和垂直冷凝回收塔制作而成。
其操作工艺为:取配方(份是重量)甲苯800份、聚脂多元醇380份、1.4丁二醇2份、催化剂0.3份、HDI 20份、丁酮600份、丙酮900份、防老剂1010 2份,把聚脂多元醇、部分甲苯、催化剂、1.4丁二醇投放到釜中加热到75℃,直至物溶解后搅拌,并使釜内温度保持在75℃~90℃之间,分次分批投入HDI催化剂、1.4丁二醇进行扩链反应,通过目测及电流计测定釜内反应情况,符合标准后降温,加入其余溶剂、防老剂1010中止反应,并使胶液稀释,调整粘度成品入罐。

Claims (1)

1.一种用溶液法合成的聚氨脂胶,其特征在于,它是采用夹套水加热;在反应釜内两侧设置8~12厘米的挡板;锚式与平桨式相结合搅拌棒和垂直冷凝回收塔制作而成;其配方比为:(重量份)
甲苯:700~900    聚脂多元醇  350~420    1.4丁二醇  1.5~4
催化剂  0.1~0.5    六亚甲基二异氰酸脂HDI  15~40
丁酮  500~700    丙酮  800~1200    防老剂1010  1~4
将上述配方的聚脂多元醇、部分甲苯、催化剂、1.4丁二醇投放到釜中加热至溶解后搅拌,并使釜内温度保持在75℃~90℃之间,分次分批投入六亚甲基二异氰酸脂催化剂、1.4丁二醇进行扩链反应,通过目测及电流计测定釜内反应情况,符合标准后降温,加入其余溶剂、防老剂1010中止反应,并使胶液稀释,调整粘度即可。
