Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种喷嘴,用于喂给来自混合室的热固性塑料和固化剂的混合物;该混合室与热固性塑料和固化剂送料管连在一起。本发明还涉及所述混合物的喂给方法。
热固性塑料,例如聚酯,尿烷,以及环氧树脂,可以流体状态混合,并通过喷射枪输出;在喷射枪上装有一个喷嘴以形成预定的喷射图象。通过这种方式,可以把塑料输送到模具里以铸造塑料产品。
一般来说,在塑料中需要有溶剂作为胶凝剂,使之具有正确的粘度以通过喷嘴喷射。
现有技术存在一些缺陷,当塑料由于不可控制的喷射图象错误地停留在模具中或其附近时,人们通常不得不计算一定的泄漏量。泄漏也浪费了大量不必要的塑料和溶剂。由于环境原因,这种泄漏应该保持最小。另外,如果不能控制每单位面积输出的塑料量,就很难保持均匀而高质量的产品。
如果喷射枪根据现有技术进行喷射时向将要覆盖热固性塑料的表面靠近,由于热固性塑料液滴以很大的力撞击一个表面,会碎裂成较小的液滴并弹回喷射枪,那么泄漏量不会减小。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种开始所述类型的喷嘴,因而有可能使喷射枪靠近将被覆盖的表面,并且不会产生回喷的危险;所述喷嘴还提供了具有清晰边缘的稳定而成形良好的喷射图象。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的喷嘴的特征在于:混合室与至少两个柱孔相连,柱孔的直径为0.5-1.5mm,以70-140°的角度向喷嘴外侧一点会聚。根据本发明的方法的特征在于:塑料与固化剂混合物的粘度在150和75,000cpois之间,并且混合物以75到100bar的压力从喷嘴喷出。通过本发明喷嘴的设计,产生了具有均匀尺寸的微小的塑料液滴,该液滴以低速向将被覆盖的表面运动。通过这种方式获得了意想不到成形良好的喷射图象而不会有回喷的危险。

图1-3的喷嘴是由通过车削形成的带安装凸缘11的金属圆柱10制成,圆柱在最靠近凸缘的端部存在一个与之共心的旋转空间12。圆柱的另一端具有两个彼此相对的倾斜平面13,朝向圆柱的纵向轴线倾斜,并具有相互的渐扩角。所述平面之间的夹角在70°和140°之间。
在每个平面13中开有一个柱孔14,基本上垂直于每个平面。因此钻了两个柱孔14,其彼此之间的夹角为α,会聚于喷嘴外侧的一个点。两柱孔之间的夹角α在70°到140°之间,并且柱孔延伸进入旋转空间12。每个柱孔14的直径b为0.5-15mm,其下游出口之间的距离为2-5mm。

本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在所附权利要求的范围内可以有各种变化。例如,喷嘴可以设有两个以上的喷射孔,通过使用更多的喷射孔可以产生喷射图象。
Claims (5)
1.一种喷嘴,用于喂给来自混合室的热固性塑料和固化剂,混合室与供应热固性塑料和固化剂的送料管连接在一起,
其特征在于,混合室与至少两个直径(b)为0.5-1.5mm的柱孔(14)连通,柱孔以70-140°的夹角(α)会聚于喷嘴外侧一点。
2.根据权利要求1的一种喷嘴,其特征在于,柱孔(14)下游出口之间的距离(a)为2-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1的一种喷嘴,其特征在于,每个柱孔(14)向一个平面(13)延伸,并基本上垂直于该平面(13)进行排放。
4.根据权利要求1的一种喷嘴,其特征在于,所述表面(13)相互之间的渐扩角为70°-140°,并且是彼此相对的倾斜平面。
