Abstract

用于浮选机的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于浮选机的设备,尤其是涉及浮选机驱动轴的轴承组件。该轴承组件包括一个或多个轴承和一个与该轴承分离的空气传送室。
背景技术
在浮选机中,驱动轴支承着用于混合矿浆的浸没机构并将空气供给到浮选机中。然后,驱动轴是中空的,从而将空气在驱动轴中传送到安装在驱动轴端部的转子。通过混合和输入空气,一部分包含例如所需的有价值的金属或矿物质的矿浆漂浮,并且借助在浮选槽上部的泡沫溢口(lip)将矿浆的漂浮部分作为溢流从浮选槽除去。矿浆的非浮选部分例如通过浮选槽的底部出口被除去。矿浆以基本连续的方式被供给到浮选槽中,这样准备供给的矿浆将替代从浮选槽中除去的漂浮和非漂浮的矿浆部分。
浮选机的驱动轴具有一个轴承箱,轴承箱通常被制成单个铸件。轴承箱铸件被机加工成具有轴承和溢口密封,从而空气传送室位于该铸件的轴承和溢口密封之间。这样,轴承、溢口密封和空气传送室相互结合在一起。当需要更换轴承或溢口密封时,必须将轴承、溢口密封和空气传送室的整个组合从驱动轴拆卸下来。进而,由于组合轴承箱是很困难的,并且需要本领域中训练有素的人来做,因此轴承组件的维修也十分昂贵和费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除现有技术的一些缺点,并获得一种用于浮选机驱动轴轴承组件的新设备,该设备结构简单,容易维修,费用较低。
根据本发明,浮选机的驱动轴用于将空气混合并传送至浮选机浮选槽内的转子。驱动轴优选在其浸没于浮选槽矿浆中的一端部处设有一转子。与所述浸没于浮选槽矿浆中的端部相对应的驱动轴端部,或在其附近位置连接有一驱动装置。驱动轴即由该驱动装置所驱动,以便混合浮选槽中的矿浆。准备在浮选工艺中使用以便在浮选槽中形成泡沫的空气通过驱动轴被进给,这样空气就通过转子叶片分散进矿浆中。这样,驱动轴至少在用于将空气传送至转子的那部分是内部中空的。为了稳定驱动轴进行矿浆混合,驱动轴优选在驱动装置附近设有至少一个轴承。
在本发明的最佳实施例中,浮选机的驱动轴设有两个安装在驱动装置附近的轴承。该轴承具有分离开的轴承箱。在这两个轴承箱之间,有一个单独的空气传送室安装在驱动轴周围。该空气传送室用于将空气从外部空气源输送至驱动轴内部。由于该空气传送室的设置,从而可围绕驱动轴并与之共轴安装至少一个通过密封从两端被密封在驱动轴周围的元件,这样该元件的内径将基本等于驱动轴在该元件端部或端部附近处的外径。在空气传送室内设置空气空隙,这样上述元件的内径应大于驱动轴在该元件端部之间区域处的外径。空气传送室设有至少一个与外部空气源相连通的连接元件。因为空气传送室与轴承相分离,所以空气传送室是可拆卸的并且独立于轴承箱的使用或寿命。
根据本发明,为了最好地传送空气,驱动轴在其外表面和内部之间设有至少一个开口。该开口的定位和形状可使其基本连续地接触到空气传送室,以便形成一个从外部空气源进送到浮选机转子的闭合空气。由此,准备供给到转子的空气首先流动进空气传送室,随后进入驱动轴内部,并且以分散气泡的形式进一步穿过转子进入浮选机的矿浆中。
形成空气传送室的元件最好安装在一个相对驱动轴并不固定的位置,这样该元件就能围绕驱动轴在0-360度之间旋转。在一个实施例中,该元件也能安装成随驱动轴转动,而在空气传送室和驱动轴内部之间的开口基本保持在与空气传送室相同的位置处。随后,该开口可以是驱动轴内的一个相对较小的孔,空气传送室的形状可以被制作得更小更窄,类似一个具有连接元件并将空气传送至驱动轴内部的环圈。在与开口形状无关的情况下,该开口也必须被制成允许连续空气流从空气传送室进入驱动轴内部。
由于轴承和空气传送室能单独安装和更换,因此本发明的设备相对现有技术能相对容易在最初阶段组装轴承,并使成本经济、维修更容易。这也意味着轴承箱和空气传送室能围绕驱动轴在0和360度之间转动,这样空气传送室就能有利地安装在相对轴承的不同位置处。该轴承在安装时也能围绕驱动轴转动,以便确保轴承间隙正确。本发明的设备不再需要使用拆卸套,从而进一步简化了轴承组件。当然,也可能安装至少一个轴承箱和空气传送室,这样轴承箱和空气传送室就不能绕驱动轴转动,这样轴承箱和空气传送室就能固定在驱动轴上。

具体实施方式
根据附图,浮选机包括一个具有供准备处理的矿浆3所使用的输送进口2的浮选槽1、一个供浮选槽1内所产生泡沫5使用的上部溢口(over lip)4和一个供不可浮选的矿物使用的底部出口6。驱动轴7部分浸没在矿浆3中。该驱动轴在浸没入矿浆3的端部设有一个转子8,并用于将空气混合和传送至浮选槽1中的转子8。另外,转子8被一个安装在浮选槽1中的定子9所包围。驱动轴7被一个安装在与其所述浸没在矿浆3中的端部相对应的另一端部处的驱动装置10所驱动。驱动轴7在临近驱动装置10的位置设有两个围绕驱动轴7的轴承11。在轴承11之间,安装有一个形成包围住驱动轴7的可拆卸空气传送室13的元件12。驱动轴7在空气传送室13和转子8之间的内部是中空的。
为使空气从外部空气源流至转子8,用作空气传送室13的元件12设有至少一个连接元件14,该元件形成外部空气源的连接器15和空气传送室13之间的连接。另外,驱动轴7在其内部17和空气传送室13之间设有至少一个开口16。该开口16的形状可形成从空气传送室13至驱动轴7内部17的基本连续的空气流。
在浮选机的操作过程中,驱动轴利用驱动装置10旋转。随后,在空气传送室13和驱动轴7内部17之间的开口16转动,但仍维持住穿过开口16的连续空气流。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于浮选机的设备,其中混合矿浆和传送空气的驱动轴由一驱动装置所驱动并设有一个轴承组件,该驱动轴在内部至少是部分中空的,以便将空气传送至转子,其特征在于,驱动轴(7)设有至少两个在轴承箱内的轴承(11),在该轴承(11)之间定位有至少一个与该轴承分离地安装并围绕驱动轴(7)形成空气传送室(13)的元件(12),并且该驱动轴(7)具有至少一个开口(16),以便在空气传送室(13)和驱动轴(7)内部(17)之间形成基本连续的连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,形成空气传送室(13)的元件(12)安装在一个相对驱动轴(7)并不固定的位置上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,形成空气传送室(13)的元件(12)固定在驱动轴(7)上。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一所述的设备,其特征在于,上述元件(12)可拆卸并独立于轴承箱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,驱动轴(7)设有一个开口(16),用于在空气传送室(13)和驱动轴(7)内部(17)之间形成基本连续的连通。
