Abstract

本发明涉及一种提高粉煤灰活性的处理方法,利用酸与粉煤灰进行搅拌并陈放一定时间制得高活性粉煤灰,其中粉煤灰用量为80—96%,酸用量< 20%。本发明利用酸对粉煤灰进行活化处理,避免了大量的碱性物质的引入对砼耐久性的危害。粉煤灰经酸处理后,其活性经酸及水泥中的碱的两次激发,较单纯碱激发的效果更佳。

Description

提高粉煤灰活性的处理方法
本发明涉及一种利用酸来提高粉煤灰活性的处理方法。
粉煤灰由于其具有火山灰活性而用于水泥砼等建筑材料,但由于其活性主要来源的酸性玻璃微珠的致密结构使粉煤灰的活性不如碱性矿渣那样被容易地激发,在水泥中其活性大多要在28天后才能表现出来。
目前,活化粉煤灰的传统方法为碱性物质活化及机械活化。碱性物质活化的机理为通过碱性物质腐蚀破坏掉粉煤灰微珠的致密结构,提高其活性;而机械活化则是通过增大其反应总表面积来提高其活性。上述两点的不足之处为:机械活化效果不佳,电耗大,产量低;而碱性物质活化又将大量的碱带入水泥砼中,对砼的耐久性不利。
本发明的目的在于发明一种提高粉煤灰活性的处理方法,以提高粉煤灰的活性,并减少碱性物质的引入对砼耐久性的影响。
本发明利用酸对粉煤灰进行处理。通过在粉煤灰中加入酸搅拌均匀,陈放一段时间后再烘干,用酸破坏掉粉煤灰的致密结构,增大其表面活化能,从而制成高活性粉煤灰。加入的酸同粉煤灰中氧化物的反应物如CaSO、CaCl等引入水泥中作为水泥的活性组份,提高了水泥的强度性能。
本发明所述的酸可为工业用酸,也可为废酸。前述陈放的时间应大于2小时。本发明所述的高活性粉煤灰的配比为:未处理的粉煤灰80-96%,酸(纯酸)<20%。
利用本发明制备的高活性粉煤灰制成的含30%该灰的水泥同纯硅酸盐水泥的抗压强度比,较掺30%未处理的粉煤灰水泥的抗压强度比提高15-30%。
例1:
将88%的一级粉煤灰用12%的硫酸搅拌处理,放置三小时后,结果如下:

本发明利用酸对粉煤灰进行活化处理,进免了大量碱性物质的引入对砼耐久性的危害。粉煤灰经酸处理后,其活性经酸及水泥中的碱的两次激发,较单纯碱激发的效果更佳。

1.一种提高粉煤灰活性的处理方法,其特征在于:利用酸与粉煤灰进行搅拌并陈放两小时以上再烘干制得高活性粉煤灰,其中粉煤灰用量为80-96%,酸用量<20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的酸为工业用酸或废酸。
