本发明涉及一种计算机层析X射线摄影机。
不同的组织,例如软组织或骨组织在受计算机层析X射线摄影机的X射线照射时,呈现不同的光谱吸收特性。为了在总体衰减的基础上,获得更多关于受照射物的信息,可充分利用上述特性。
本发明的目的在于设计一种带有一X射线源并具有多色光谱的计算机层析X射线摄影机,使得其中的探测器提供光谱方面的信息。
本发明的目的是通过这样一种计算机层析X射线摄影机来实现的,它具有一个由一X射线源和一探测器组成的测量装置,该探测器接收由X射线源发射出的穿过测量场的X射线束,其中设有一用于遮挡X射线束的初级射线光阑,该探测器由至少两个平行的探测器行组成,其中的每个探测器行由一列探测器元件组成,其中投射到至少一个探测器行上的X射线束通过一射束过滤器被过滤。
在本发明的计算机层析X射线摄影机中,探测器具有至少两列相互平行的且分别由一列探测元件构成的探测行。在此,其中一列探测行相对另一列探测行有不同的光谱权重,因为在其照射通道上有一个设置在初级射线光阑区域的射束过滤器。

图1所示计算机层析X射线摄影机具有一个由一X射线源1和一探测器3构成的测量单元,该X射线源发射一扇形X射线束2,探测器3由一列,例如512个单个探测器组成。焦点用11表示。待检查的病人4躺在病榻5上,测量单元1,3绕病人4所在的测量场旋转360°,以对病人4进行扫描。旋转轴线用10来表示。在这种情况下,由X射线发生器6馈电的X射线源1以脉冲形式或持续照射形式工作。测量单元1,3处于预定角度位置时,产生数据组,这些数据由探测器3输送给一计算机7,计算机由产生的数据组计算出预定像点的衰减系数并在一显示设备8上示出。在显示设备8上相应地示出病人的透射层的图像。

一般也可想象,设置多于两个的并具有相应多的射束过滤器的探测器行。在一个多层系统中,可以用同一光谱分别对每一整组探测器行进行照射。
在产生一宏观摄影(低倍照像)图片时,测量装置1、3被锁定停止转动,在测量装置1、3和病榻5之间产生一沿系统轴线10方向的相对运动,可同时用不同的光谱进行两次或多次投影测量,并按上述方法显示出来。

Claims (2)

1.一种计算机层析X射线摄影机,其具有一个由一X射线源(1)和一探测器(3)组成的测量装置,该探测器接收由X射线源(1)发射出的穿过测量场(9)的X射线束(2),其中设有一用于遮挡X射线束(2)的初级射线光阑(12),该探测器(3)由至少两个平行的探测器行(3a,3b)组成,其中的每个探测器行由一列探测器元件组成,其中投射到至少一个探测器行(3b)上的X射线束通过一射束过滤器被过滤。
2.如权利要求1所述的计算机层析X射线摄影机,其中,所述射束过滤器(13)设置在靠近初级射线光阑(12)之处。
