Abstract
一种治疗肝炎肝腹水的中成药,是专门用于治疗肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水的中成药散剂,由枳壳、木香、青皮、柴胡、元胡、丹参、川芎、茵陈、白术、大腹皮、木通、珍珠、人参、米醋用独特方法炮制制成,对肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水等肝病有疗效高,见效快的作用,尤其对肝腹水有着服药2小时内即有排出的独特效果,且通过大便排出,不伤脾肾。

本发明属中药成药，尤其是治疗肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水的中成药。
肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水是严重危害人类健康的常见病，常用的治疗药物有护肝片、乙肝灵，利肝隆、金牡蛎、板兰根冲剂等多种中成药，还有诸多的注射药西药以及报专利的各种治肝药等，由于肝病是一种顽固性疾病，各种药物用量较大，但疗效慢，医疗费用高。
本发明的目的是推出一种用药量小，疗效快，医疗费用低，服用简单方便的治疗肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水的新药。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，选用枳壳、木香、青皮、柴胡、元胡、丹参、川芎、茵陈、白术、大腹皮、木通、珍珠、人参、米醋为药方，其中木香、元胡、柴胡有疏肝理气解郁止痛作用，川芎、丹参有活血化瘀、软坚散结作用，茵陈、白术、大腹皮、青皮、人参有健脾和胃、逐水补气作用，木通、珍珠、米醋有清热解毒、消肿止痛作用。制药方法是把柴胡、茵陈放在米醋中泡透后捞出晾干研粉，其余各味药也制成粉，过筛后比例混合制成散剂，其制成的散剂每天只需口服一次，每次0.5克。
通过上述方案制成的治疗肝炎、肝腹水药物，具有用药量少，没有副作用，医疗费用低的特点，尤其对肝腹水的治疗有独特疗效，一般肝腹水患者服药1小时即可有排出，且通过大便排出，不伤脾肾。
实施例：以枳壳10g、木香25g、青皮15g、元胡5g、丹参20g、川芎30g、大腹皮20g、木通15g、珍珠5g、人参20g、柴胡5g、茵陈5g、米醋500g为一料，其中用米醋浸泡柴胡、茵陈24小时后捞出晾干炮制成粉，其余各味药选净制粉过筛后共同混合，每5g为一疗程用药，服用10天，每天晚口服0.5克。

1、一种治疗肝炎肝腹水的中成药物，由枳壳、木香、青皮、丹参、川芎、茵陈、白术、大腹皮、木通、珍珠、人参、米醋制成，其特征在于：枳壳10g、木香25g、青皮15g、柴胡5g、元胡5g、丹参20g、川芎30g、茵陈5g、白术30g、大腹皮20g、木通15g、珍珠5g、人参20g、米醋500g。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝炎、肝腹水的中成药，其特征在于：以500g米醋浸泡柴胡5g、茵陈5g24小时取出晾干后使用。
