Description

硅热法炼镁用还原罐防腐涂料
本发明涉及冶金行业,尤其是炼镁行业中硅热法炼镁用还原罐防腐涂料。
现有技术还原罐因受1250℃以上高温的直接火焰冲刷,燃煤烟气中的硫等有害气体对罐体的侵蚀极为严重,一支φ339×2850重680公斤的还原罐,经3个月的炉内运行后,重量损失高达29%,近200kg的重量消失了,罐体基本报废。
本发明的目的是提供一种可减少还原罐烧蚀重量,提高其使用寿命的硅热法炼镁用还原罐防腐涂料。
本发明按下述方案实现:
硅热法炼镁用还原罐防腐涂料,其特征在于其成份中包括含硅胶液、硅藻土、石英粉、硅酸盐、磷酸盐。
将本发明涂刷在还原罐罐体上试用,经四个月后,检查罐体,确认其表面完好无损,失重极微,使用寿命在8个月以上。
实施例1:本发明的一种成份及重量配比如下:
钠水玻璃      30-80
石英粉        5-30
氟硅酸钠      2-10
六偏磷酸钠    1-8
硅藻土        余量
实施例2:本发明的另一种成份及重量配比如下:
钾水玻璃      20-70
石英粉        5-30
缩合磷酸铝    0.5-7
六偏磷酸钠    1-6
硅藻土        余量
实施例3:本发明的又一种成份及重量配比如下:
硅溶胶        30-80
石英粉        10-40
缩合磷酸铝    0.2-5
六偏磷酸钠    1-5
硅藻土        余量

1.硅热法炼镁用还原罐防腐涂料,其特征在于其具体的成份及重量百分配比为:钠水玻璃30-80,石英粉5-30,氟硅酸钠2-10,六偏磷酸钠1-8,其余为硅藻土。
