新型无铅节能汽油,是一种新型燃料,它由以下成分组成:碳五、甲醇、汽油、甲基叔丁基醚、柴油汽油节油剂、硝酸乙酯、二茂铁、石油醚、甲苯、丙酮,将以上物品按顺序放入容器内,用搅拌机搅拌即可,此发明各项理化指标均达到了合格要求,投资小,见效快。

无铅节能汽油
一、技术领域:本发明涉及新型燃料,尤其是无铅节能汽油。
二、背景技术:目前,已知的有关汽油,一是大都采用原油提炼的方法,生产工艺复杂,投资大,费用高;二是含铅汽油,铅对人体是有毒物质,污染了环境,影响了人们的身心健康;三是虽有些是无铅汽油,由于配方及生产工艺的不同,存在着辛烷值偏低,液体混浊,使用时有爆震、行驶无力等问题。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的是提供无铅节能汽油,它克服了原有技术的不足,利用多种化工原料,采取独特配方,先进的技术和工艺,投资小,见效快。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,它由以下成分组成,各成分的重量百分比为:轻烃(或碳五)30-60%、甲醇20-40%、汽油10-20%、甲基叔丁基醚7-15%、柴油汽油节油剂1-3‰、硝酸乙酯1-2‰、二茂铁0.3-0.7%、石油醚1-3%、1-2甲苯1%、1-3丙酮2%。
主要工艺为将上述物品按顺序加入容器,进行搅拌10分钟即可。
最佳组分重量百分比为:轻烃(或碳五)40%、甲醇35%、汽油10%、甲基叔丁基醚10%、柴油汽油节油剂1.5‰、硝酸乙酯1.5‰、二茂铁0.5%、石油醚2%、甲苯1%、丙酮2%。
由于采用上述方案,经质检部门检测,各项技术指标均达到合格要求,研究法辛烷值96%;硫合量0.01%;机械杂质及水分无;全国生腐蚀长Ia级;馏程10%;蒸发温度48℃,50%蒸发温度51℃,70%蒸发温度102℃,经馏点171℃,残留量1℃;水溶性酸成碱无;实际胶质3;硫醇:持士试验通过;铅金量0.000;蒸气压Ikpa;苯含量0.1%;芳烃含量4%。

五、具体实施方式:本发明由下列成分组成,其成分以重量百分比表示为:轻烃(或碳五)40%、甲醇35%、汽油10%、甲基叔丁基醚10%、柴油汽油节油剂1.5‰、硝酸乙酯1.5‰、二茂铁0.5%、石油醚2%、甲苯1%、丙酮2%,将上述成分按顺序流程加入容器,进行搅拌十分钟即可。

1、无铅节能汽油,其特征是:它由以下成分组成,各成分的重量百分比为:碳五30--60%、甲醇20--40%、汽油10--20%、甲基叔丁基醚7--15%、柴油汽油节油剂1--3‰、硝酸乙酯1--2‰、二茂铁0.3--0.7%、石油醚1--3%、甲苯1--2%、丙酮1--3%,以上成分总和为100%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无铅节能汽油,其特征是:制造工艺为,将上述物品按顺序加入容器,进行搅拌10分钟即可。
