Abstract

一种用于石油开发集输过程中原油破乳脱水剂产品微生物破乳剂。它由微生物、化学破乳剂、无机盐和水组成,其组分的重量百分比含量为:微生物10~25%,化学破乳剂25~50%,无机盐0.1~5%,水25~50%。应用该产品能够大大降低油水界面张力,具有脱出污水含油低,脱水速度快,脱水温度较低的优点,另外该产品成本低廉。

微生物破乳剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田集输用化学助剂,特别是一种用于石蜡基原油、沥青基原油脱水的微生物破乳剂。
背景技术
原油脱水一直是困扰石油工业发展的一个大问题,脱水温度高,药剂用量大,脱水综合成本高。由于脱水温度高,能源消耗量大大增加,药剂量大,一方面增大油品后继处理的难度,另一方面,过多化学药剂的使用也不利于环境保护。近十几年来,国内外研究微生物破乳剂也只是室内研究,其不足之处是:开发成本高,脱水速度慢,脱水效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种既具有较快的脱水速度,又可降低生产成本,同时有利于环境保护的微生物破乳剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由微生物、化学破乳剂、无机盐、水组成,各组分的重量百分比含量为:微生物10~25%,化学破乳剂25~50%,无机盐0.1~5%,水25~50%。
所述的微生物是能够产生生物多糖、有机酸、醇类以及生物表面活性剂的菌属混合物,有棒杆菌属(corynebacterium)、分支杆菌属(mycobacterium)、诺卡氏菌属(norcardia)等。
所述的化学破乳剂是一种以树脂类为起始剂的聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯聚合醚。
所述的无机盐含有NH4 +、Na+、CO3 2-、PO4 3-等离子。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:应用本发明能够大大降低油水界面张力(≤40mN/m),具有脱出污水含油低,石蜡基原油≤5ppm,沥青基原油≤25ppm;脱水速度快,30分钟脱水率≥95%,脱水温度较低,在40~60℃之间,另外,本发明制造成本低,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详述本发明。
本发明由微生物、化学破乳剂、无机盐和水组成,其组分的重量百分比含量实施例用下表表示:

本发明的所述的微生物是能够产生生物多糖、有机酸、醇类以及生物表面活性剂的多种菌属混合物,主要有:棒杆菌属、分支杆菌属、诺卡氏菌属。构成微生物的多种菌属混合物由唐山冀油瑞丰化工有限公司生产,可直接购买。
所述的化学破乳剂是一种以树脂类为起始剂的聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯聚合醚。
所述的无机盐含有NH4 +、Na+、CO3 2-、PO4 3-离子。
本发明通过下述合成制造工艺生产:按比例在搪瓷反应釜中加入水、无机盐,搅拌溶解,然后按比例加入定量的化学破乳剂,控制反应温度不高于40℃搅拌半小时,再按比例加入微生物,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明是一种浅黄色液体,随着储存时间的增加,颜色会逐渐加深,但不影响脱水效果。20℃的密度为0.9~1.1g/ml;PH值为5~7;污水含油低,脱水速度快,脱水温度较低。

1、一种微生物破乳剂,其特征在于:它由微生物、化学破乳剂、无机盐和水组成,各组分的重量百分比含量为:微生物10~25%,化学破乳剂25~50%,无机盐0.1~5%,水25~50%,所述的化学破乳剂是一种以树脂类为起始剂的聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯聚合醚,所述的微生物是能够产生生物多糖、有机酸、醇类以及生物表面活性剂的多种菌属混合物,棒杆菌属、分支杆菌属、诺卡氏菌属,所述的无机盐含有NH4 +、Na+、CO3 2-、PO4 3-离子。
