Abstract
一种皮江法炼镁渣制砖制备方法,主要解决现有皮江法金属镁冶炼渣和烟气没有被利用,造成环境污染的问题。其制备方法是将炼镁渣从还原罐中铲出,自然冷却至常温,然后加入炼镁渣的50~60%的水,混合;将混合后的渣料在常温下放置一周,送入制砖机中成型;成型后的砖坯送入碳化室中,被白云石煅烧后产生的二氧化碳烟气进行碳化,即成为产品。用本方法制砖,可以充分利用现有皮江法金属镁冶炼过程中产生的渣和烟气,由于将废渣和废气综合利用制成建筑材料,减少了排渣所占耕地以及对环境的污染,同时又减少了二氧化碳向大气的排放数量,降低了二氧化碳对大气产生的温室效应的影响。

本发明涉及一种皮江法炼镁渣制砖制备方法。
背景技术
目前,皮江法金属镁冶炼渣和烟气,大部分都采用自然排放和掩埋,少部分采用掺加部分水泥制成砌块销售,白云石煅烧烟气没有被利用,直接排放大气,造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的就是现有皮江法金属镁冶炼渣和烟气没有被利用,直接排放大气,造成环境污染的问题,而提供的一种将金属镁冶炼渣和烟气两者加在一起综合利用的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的。一种皮江法炼镁渣制砖制备方法,该制备方法的步骤为:
1)将炼镁渣从还原罐中铲出,自然冷却至常温,然后加入炼镁渣的50~60%的水,混合;
2)将混合后的渣料在常温下放置一周;
3)将此混合渣送入制砖机中成型;
4)成型后的砖坯送入碳化室中,在碳化室中被白云石煅烧后产生的二氧化碳烟气进行碳化,即成为产品。
所述的炼镁渣中还加入炼镁渣的30~50%的燃煤煤渣。
用本发明制备方法制砖,工艺极为简单,可以充分利用现有皮江法金属镁冶炼过程中产生的渣和烟气,由于将废渣和废气综合利用制成建筑材料,减少了排渣所占耕地以及对环境的污染,同时又减少了二氧化碳向大气的排放数量,降低了二氧化碳对大气产生的温室效应的影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)将炼镁渣从还原罐中铲出,自然冷却至常温,然后给炼镁渣加入50%的水,混合;
2)将混合后的渣料在常温下放置一周;
3)将此混合渣送入制砖机中成型;
4)成型后的砖坯送入碳化室中,在碳化室中被白云石煅烧后产生的二氧化碳烟气进行碳化,即成为产品。
实施例2
1)将炼镁渣从还原罐中铲出,自然冷却至常温,然后给炼镁渣加入55%的水,混合;
2)将混合后的渣料在常温下放置一周,加入炼镁渣的40%的粉碎成10mm以下的燃煤煤渣,混合均匀;
3)将此混合渣送入制砖机中成型;
4)成型后的砖坯送入碳化室中,在碳化室中被白云石煅烧后产生的二氧化碳烟气进行碳化,即成为产品。
Claims (2)
1、一种皮江法炼镁渣制砖制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法的步骤为:
1)将炼镁渣从还原罐中铲出,自然冷却至常温,然后加入炼镁渣的50~60%的水,混合;
2)将混合后的渣料在常温下放置一周;
3)将此混合渣送入制砖机中成型;
4)成型后的砖坯送入碳化室中,在碳化室中被白云石煅烧后产生的二氧化碳烟气进行碳化,即成为产品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的炼镁渣中还加入炼镁渣的30~50%的燃煤煤渣。
