Abstract
本发明涉及应用于地板领域的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,在对玻纤毡进行侵浆上胶预处理时,可以实现对玻纤毡双面进行同步的上胶处理,配合连辊单元的设置,在上胶后,可对表面涂覆的糊状胶料进行抚平,同时对其进行监控,便于及时发现局部过多的胶料,同时,在偏心辊设置下,可对监测到局部胶料过多处,定点进行偏心碾压,达到自发调整胶料分布均匀性的效果,进而大幅度提升玻纤毡上胶料分布的均匀性,使热压胶合时,玻纤毡层与地板之间的连接稳定性更高,不易出现空鼓脱胶的现象,使地板的强度、稳定性以及静音效果得到有效维持。

技术领域
本发明涉及的一种玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,特别是涉及应用于地板领域的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统PVC地板在使用上面临着两个大问题,一是静音效果不好;二是面临着较大温度差时表现出来的热胀冷缩较为明显。
为了解决上述两个问题,一般通过将地板结构中加入网状的玻纤毡,玻纤毡主要由玻璃纤维组成,其热收缩率很低,使热胀冷缩的现象有明显改善,还能增加静音效果。
但是玻纤毡与地板结构的结合稳定性是一个难点,一般玻纤毡表面需要侵浆处理,即在其表面涂覆糊状胶液,使后续热压时,胶液热熔从而与地板结构粘合,但是在涂覆糊状胶液时,容易出现局部涂覆过多的不均匀的情况发生,在这种情况下,热压时,易导致玻纤毡与地板结构的连接出现空鼓现象,后续使用时易脱胶分层,对地板的稳定性、强度以及静音效果均有较大的影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明要解决的技术问题是使用玻纤毡材料上胶后与地板热压粘合时易出现空鼓脱胶,影响地板的稳定性以及静音效果。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板,从上到下依次包括耐磨层、印刷层、玻纤中层、底层以及静音层,且层与层之间通过热压胶合连接,玻纤中层包括两个中层以及位于两个中层之间的玻纤毡层,且中层与玻纤毡层同样通过热压胶合连接;
高强度静音玻纤毡地板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将中层原料放在混料机中混合,混合完毕后投入密炼机中密炼,并压延制成片状半成品,得到中层,其中,底层的制备过程与中层保持一致,重复上述过程制备得到底层;
S2、对玻纤毡进行侵浆的预处理,预处理后将玻纤毡层按照产品尺寸进行裁剪,得到玻纤毡层;
其中玻纤毡的侵浆上胶预处理具体操作为:
S21、首先对玻纤毡进行放卷,并通过收卷辊进行收卷,在收卷和放卷之间设置一个变向辊,在靠近变向辊以及靠近收卷辊处均设置烘干设备;
S22、对放卷辊和变向辊之间,以及变向辊和收卷辊之间的玻纤毡通过连辊单元分别进行一次上胶处理,玻纤毡在第一次上胶后,通过烘干设备被烘干后到达变向辊处,然后进行第二次上胶,并再次烘干,后被收卷,实现同时对玻纤毡双面的同步上胶;
S3、先将玻纤毡层夹持在两个中层之间进行热压粘合处理,得到玻纤中层,然后由下至上依次铺设静音层、底层,玻纤中层、印刷层、耐磨层,之后进行热压处理,使层与层之间粘接在一起;
S4、后处理:对成型后的半成品进行PU涂层固化处理、回火处理、养生,得到高强度的静音玻纤毡地板。
在上述高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法中,在对玻纤毡进行侵浆上胶预处理时,可以实现对玻纤毡双面进行同步的上胶处理,配合连辊单元的设置,在上胶后,可对表面涂覆的糊状胶料进行抚平,同时对其进行监控,便于及时发现局部过多的胶料,使工作人员能及时进行调整,进而大幅度提升整体的上胶均匀性,使热压胶合时,玻纤毡层与地板之间的连接稳定性更高,不易出现空鼓脱胶的现象,使地板的强度、稳定性以及静音效果得到有效维持。
作为本申请的进一步改进,中层以及底层的原料均为PVC、增塑剂、填料、助剂、颜料、润滑剂、稳定剂,增塑剂为DOP、DOTP的其中一种,填料为重钙,助剂为ACR和发泡调节剂的其中一种,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌和PE蜡的其中一种,稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂,粘黏剂为聚氯乙烯糊树脂或丙烯酸胶粘剂的一种。
作为本申请的进一步改进,步骤S2中对玻纤毡进行预处理的操作中:
放卷辊位于收卷辊的正上方,且二者的转动方向相同,变向辊的转动方向与放卷辊以及收卷辊相反。
作为本申请的进一步改进,连辊单元包括通过电动转轴依次设置在玻纤毡收放卷过程中的涂胶辊、抚平辊以及复平辊;
靠近放卷辊的连辊单元中,涂胶辊位于抚平辊朝向放卷辊一侧;靠近变向辊的连辊单元中,涂胶辊靠近抚平辊朝向变向辊的一侧。
作为本申请的进一步改进,抚平辊外柱面开凿有监测长槽,监测长槽朝向抚平辊外的内壁上设置有压力传感器阵列,抚平辊外表面包裹有外包层,压力传感器阵列位于外包层内侧。
作为本申请的进一步改进,压力传感器阵列不与外包层接触,外包层为弹性材料接触,且外包层与抚平辊表面挤压接触。
作为本申请的又一种改进,连辊单元还包括偏心辊,偏心辊位于抚平辊以及复平辊之间,偏心辊包括轴体以及套设在轴体外的多个自偏心辊片,每相邻两个自偏心辊片相互接触,自偏心辊片上开凿有偏心槽,轴体活动贯穿偏心槽,轴体与偏心槽远离自偏心辊片中心处的内壁之间安装有电动推杆,且电动推杆的伸长端与自偏心辊片连接。
作为本申请的又一种改进的补充,偏心槽沿着自偏心辊片径向的最大跨度不小于轴体直径的2倍,偏心槽截面在自偏心辊片径向上的两边缘均为半圆形,且半圆形的直径与轴体保持一致,远离电动推杆的半圆形的圆心位于自偏心辊片的轴线上。
作为本申请的又一种改进的补充,压力传感器阵列包括多个压力传感器,多个自偏心辊片分别与多个压力传感器对应。
综上,在对玻纤毡进行侵浆上胶预处理时,可以实现对玻纤毡双面进行同步的上胶处理,配合连辊单元的设置,在上胶后,可对表面涂覆的糊状胶料进行抚平,同时对其进行监控,便于及时发现局部过多的胶料,同时,在偏心辊设置下,可对监测到局部胶料过多处,定点进行偏心碾压,达到自发调整胶料分布均匀性的效果,进而大幅度提升玻纤毡上胶料分布的均匀性,使热压胶合时,玻纤毡层与地板之间的连接稳定性更高,不易出现空鼓脱胶的现象,使地板的强度、稳定性以及静音效果得到有效维持。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请的两种实施方式作详细说明。
第一种实施方式:
图1示出一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板,从上到下依次包括耐磨层、印刷层、玻纤中层、底层以及静音层,且层与层之间通过热压胶合连接,玻纤中层包括两个中层以及位于两个中层之间的玻纤毡层,且中层与玻纤毡层同样通过热压胶合连接;
高强度静音玻纤毡地板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将中层原料放在混料机中混合,混合完毕后投入密炼机中密炼,并压延制成片状半成品,得到中层,其中,底层的制备过程与中层保持一致,重复上述过程制备得到底层;
S2、对玻纤毡进行侵浆的预处理,预处理后将玻纤毡层按照产品尺寸进行裁剪,得到玻纤毡层;
S3、先将玻纤毡层夹持在两个中层之间进行热压粘合处理,得到玻纤中层,然后由下至上依次铺设静音层、底层,玻纤中层、印刷层、耐磨层,之后进行热压处理,使层与层之间粘接在一起,其中,耐磨层由于耐磨材料三氧化二铝的表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺树脂制成,印刷层为电脑仿真制作的印刷纸;
S4、后处理:对成型后的半成品进行PU涂层固化处理、回火处理、养生,得到高强度的静音玻纤毡地板。
中层以及底层的原料均为PVC、增塑剂、填料、助剂、颜料、润滑剂、稳定剂,其中,按重量份计,中层包括70-100份PVC、1-20份增塑剂、0-200份填料、0-10份助剂、0-5份颜料、0-2份润滑剂、1-5份稳定剂;底层包括80-110份PVC、1-20份增塑剂、0-400份填料、0-10份助剂、0-5份颜料、0-5份润滑剂、1-5份稳定剂;在具体实施时,可在范围内根据实际需要选择合适量的配料。
增塑剂为DOP、DOTP的其中一种,填料为重钙,助剂为ACR和发泡调节剂的其中一种,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌和PE蜡的其中一种,稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂,粘黏剂为聚氯乙烯糊树脂或丙烯酸胶粘剂的一种。
静音层为常见的静音材料制成,例如硅橡胶。
如图3,其中玻纤毡的侵浆上胶预处理具体操作为:
S21、首先对玻纤毡进行放卷,并通过收卷辊进行收卷,在收卷和放卷之间设置一个变向辊,在靠近变向辊以及靠近收卷辊处均设置烘干设备;
S22、对放卷辊和变向辊之间,以及变向辊和收卷辊之间的玻纤毡通过连辊单元分别进行一次上胶处理,玻纤毡在第一次上胶后,通过烘干设备被烘干后到达变向辊处,然后进行第二次上胶,并再次烘干,后被收卷,实现同时对玻纤毡双面的同步上胶;
其中,上胶所用的胶料为PVC糊树脂或丙烯酸胶水。
步骤S2中对玻纤毡进行预处理的操作中:
放卷辊位于收卷辊的正上方,且二者的转动方向相同,变向辊的转动方向与放卷辊以及收卷辊相反。
连辊单元包括通过电动转轴依次设置在玻纤毡收放卷过程中的涂胶辊1、抚平辊2以及复平辊,复平辊为表面光滑的柱面结构;
在本实施方式中,复平辊通过电动升降组件安装在玻纤毡上方,当抚平辊2在抚平胶料时监测到局部胶料过多时,可通过电动升降组件控制复平辊下移并与涂胶辊1齐平,然后通过电动转轴控制其转动对玻纤毡表面进行转动碾压,使局部过多的胶料可向四周分散,使玻纤毡表面整体的胶料能均匀分布,使后续与地板热压胶合时,连接稳定性会更好,使用时,不易出现空鼓、脱胶的情况,使地板整体的强度、稳定性以及静音效果均得到提升。
靠近放卷辊的连辊单元中,涂胶辊1位于抚平辊2朝向放卷辊一侧;靠近变向辊的连辊单元中,涂胶辊1靠近抚平辊2朝向变向辊的一侧,有效保证正反面的侵浆上胶均是先上胶后干燥的过程。
如图4和图5,抚平辊2外柱面开凿有监测长槽201,监测长槽201朝向抚平辊2外的内壁上设置有压力传感器阵列,压力传感器阵列包括多个压力传感器,抚平辊2外表面包裹有外包层21,压力传感器阵列位于外包层21内侧,压力传感器阵列不与外包层21接触,外包层21为弹性材料接触,且外包层21与抚平辊2表面挤压接触,如图6,抚平辊2在转动对上胶后的玻纤毡表面进行挤压,当玻纤毡在涂胶辊1上胶后表面胶料分布均匀时,监测长槽201口部的外包层21处于绷直状态,此时不与压力传感器22接触,如图7,当部分胶料较多时,在抚平辊2转动过程中,当监测长槽201口部朝向正下方时,过多的胶料对挤压外包层21,使其朝向压力传感器22一侧形变,进而挤压压力传感器22,使其产生受力数据,基于此可判断玻纤毡表面胶料是否均匀,便于确定后续是否控制复平辊对玻纤毡包面进行碾压进一步提高均匀性。
在对玻纤毡进行侵浆上胶预处理时,可以实现对玻纤毡双面进行同步的上胶处理,配合连辊单元的设置,在上胶后,可对表面涂覆的糊状胶料进行抚平,同时对其进行监控,便于及时发现局部过多的胶料,使工作人员能及时进行调整,进而大幅度提升整体的上胶均匀性,使热压胶合时,玻纤毡层与地板之间的连接稳定性更高,不易出现空鼓脱胶的现象,使地板的强度、稳定性以及静音效果得到有效维持。
第二种实施方式:
图8示出,本实施方式在第一种实施方式的基础上,新增偏心辊3,其余部分与第一种实施方式保持一致。
图9-图10示出,连辊单元还包括偏心辊3,偏心辊3位于抚平辊2以及复平辊之间,偏心辊3包括轴体32以及套设在轴体32外的多个自偏心辊片31,多个自偏心辊片31分别与多个压力传感器对应,每相邻两个自偏心辊片31相互接触,自偏心辊片31上开凿有偏心槽301,轴体32活动贯穿偏心槽301,轴体32与偏心槽301远离自偏心辊片31中心处的内壁之间安装有电动推杆33,且电动推杆33的伸长端与自偏心辊片31连接,偏心槽301沿着自偏心辊片31径向的最大跨度不小于轴体32直径的2倍,偏心槽301截面在自偏心辊片31径向上的两边缘均为半圆形,且半圆形的直径与轴体32保持一致,远离电动推杆33的半圆形的圆心位于自偏心辊片31的轴线上。
当压力传感器阵列中某个压力传感器上产生受力数据后,可控制与其对应的自偏心辊片31上电动推杆33缩短,如图11-图12,使对应的自偏心辊片31与其余自偏心辊片31偏心,此时通过电动转轴可控制偏心辊3转动,使偏心辊3整体转动,此时自偏心辊片31与轴体32轴心偏移,发生偏心转动,并在转动时对胶料过多处进行碾压,此时在复平辊碾压玻纤毡之前,预先定点对胶料过多处进行碾压,使局部过多的胶料预向外进行一定的分散,使后续复平辊在碾压时能更好的使胶料分布均匀。
另外,值得注意的时,当压力传感器22被触发后,对应的自偏心辊片31以及该自偏心辊片31两侧的一个或多个自偏心辊片31可同步与轴体32偏心错位,进而使对过多胶料的偏心碾压效果更好。
相较于第一种实施方式,本实施方式中,在发现局部过多的胶料后,在偏心辊设置下,可对监测到局部胶料过多处,定点进行偏心碾压,达到自发调整胶料分布均匀性的效果,相较于第一种实施方式中仅采用复平辊进行无差别碾压消除局部过多胶料的方式,本实施方式,可在复平辊碾压之前,通过偏心辊3进行局部定点碾压,进而可提前使局部过多的胶料向外扩散,便于后续无差别碾压时胶料恢复均匀分布,使后续复平辊碾压时,不易因局部过多导致难以碾压均匀的情况发生,进一步提高玻纤毡表面胶料分布的均匀性。
结合当前实际需求,本申请采用的上述实施方式,保护范围并不局限于此,在本领域技术人员所具备的知识范围内,不脱离本申请构思作出的各种变化,仍落在本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板,其特征在于:从上到下依次包括耐磨层、印刷层、玻纤中层、底层以及静音层,且层与层之间通过热压胶合连接,所述玻纤中层包括两个中层以及位于两个中层之间的玻纤毡层,且中层与玻纤毡层同样通过热压胶合连接;
所述高强度静音玻纤毡地板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将中层原料放在混料机中混合,混合完毕后投入密炼机中密炼,并压延制成片状半成品,得到中层,其中,底层的制备过程与中层保持一致,重复上述过程制备得到底层;
S2、对玻纤毡进行侵浆的预处理,预处理后将玻纤毡层按照产品尺寸进行裁剪,得到玻纤毡层;
其中玻纤毡的侵浆上胶预处理具体操作为:
S21、首先对玻纤毡进行放卷,并通过收卷辊进行收卷,在收卷和放卷之间设置一个变向辊,在靠近变向辊以及靠近收卷辊处均设置烘干设备;
S22、对放卷辊和变向辊之间,以及变向辊和收卷辊之间的玻纤毡通过连辊单元分别进行一次上胶处理,玻纤毡在第一次上胶后,通过烘干设备被烘干后到达变向辊处,然后进行第二次上胶,并再次烘干,后被收卷,实现同时对玻纤毡双面的同步上胶;
S3、先将玻纤毡层夹持在两个中层之间进行热压粘合处理,得到玻纤中层,然后由下至上依次铺设静音层、底层,玻纤中层、印刷层、耐磨层,之后进行热压处理,使层与层之间粘接在一起;
S4、后处理:对成型后的半成品进行PU涂层固化处理、回火处理、养生,得到高强度的静音玻纤毡地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述中层以及底层的原料均为PVC、增塑剂、填料、助剂、颜料、润滑剂、稳定剂,所述增塑剂为DOP、DOTP的其中一种,所述填料为重钙,所述助剂为ACR和发泡调节剂的其中一种,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸锌和PE蜡的其中一种,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂,所述粘黏剂为聚氯乙烯糊树脂或丙烯酸胶粘剂的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中对玻纤毡进行预处理的操作中:
所述放卷辊位于收卷辊的正上方,且二者的转动方向相同,所述变向辊的转动方向与放卷辊以及收卷辊相反。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述连辊单元包括通过电动转轴依次设置在玻纤毡收放卷过程中的涂胶辊(1)、抚平辊(2)以及复平辊;
靠近放卷辊的连辊单元中,所述涂胶辊(1)位于抚平辊(2)朝向放卷辊一侧;靠近变向辊的连辊单元中,所述涂胶辊(1)靠近抚平辊(2)朝向变向辊的一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述抚平辊(2)外柱面开凿有监测长槽(201),所述监测长槽(201)朝向抚平辊(2)外的内壁上设置有压力传感器阵列,所述抚平辊(2)外表面包裹有外包层(21),所述压力传感器阵列位于外包层(21)内侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述压力传感器阵列不与外包层(21)接触,所述外包层(21)为弹性材料接触,且外包层(21)与抚平辊(2)表面挤压接触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述连辊单元还包括偏心辊(3),所述偏心辊(3)位于抚平辊(2)以及复平辊之间,所述偏心辊(3)包括轴体(32)以及套设在轴体(32)外的多个自偏心辊片(31),每相邻两个所述自偏心辊片(31)相互接触,所述自偏心辊片(31)上开凿有偏心槽(301),所述轴体(32)活动贯穿偏心槽(301),所述轴体(32)与偏心槽(301)远离自偏心辊片(31)中心处的内壁之间安装有电动推杆(33),且电动推杆(33)的伸长端与自偏心辊片(31)连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述偏心槽(301)沿着自偏心辊片(31)径向的最大跨度不小于轴体(32)直径的2倍,所述偏心槽(301)截面在自偏心辊片(31)径向上的两边缘均为半圆形,且半圆形的直径与轴体(32)保持一致,远离电动推杆(33)的半圆形的圆心位于自偏心辊片(31)的轴线上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高强度静音玻纤毡地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述压力传感器阵列包括多个压力传感器,多个所述自偏心辊片(31)分别与多个压力传感器对应。
