One typical implementation is a computer. Claims (14)

1. A method for processing a resource credit, comprising:
effectively checking the resource limit of the organization member submitting the resource limit transfer request; the resource amount comprises an account amount which is distributed to the members of the mechanism by the mechanism and is paid based on the account of the mechanism;
After the verification is passed, detecting whether the resource quota relation between the organization member and the transferred member meets the quota transfer condition;
if yes, carrying out transfer time verification on the resource quota transfer request based on the transfer time carried by the resource quota transfer request;
and if the verification is passed, deducting the resource quota of the organization member based on the transferred resource quota carried by the resource quota transfer request, and updating the resource quota of the transferred member based on the deducted resource quota.
2. The resource credit processing method of claim 1, the resource credit transfer request being submitted by a member terminal of the institution member;
