The payment platform manages the payment resources in the intermediate account by the agent merchant based on a resource agent agreement signed with the merchant, under the condition, the payment resources paid by the organization members for the order to be paid are not directly transferred to the merchant account, but are transferred to the intermediate account firstly, and whether the payment resources are transferred to the merchant account is determined after a specific time, so that the consumption rights and interests of the organization members are guaranteed, and the fund security of the organization is guaranteed.

Correspondingly, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, after resource transfer from an institution account to an intermediate account, which is bound to an institution code, is performed for a payment order, the payment platform performs the following operations: receiving a resource return instruction carrying a specific resource amount sent by the mechanism code platform; and performing resource returning from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource corresponding to the specific resource amount.
It should be noted that, in the process that the resource returning instruction carrying the specific resource amount is sent to the payment platform to return the resource from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource if the response type is the first response type, if the specific resource amount is higher than the resource amount of the payment resource, the payment platform transfers the transfer-out resource corresponding to the difference from the merchant account to the intermediate account according to the difference between the specific resource amount and the resource amount of the payment resource and transfers the transfer-out resource to the institution account as the specific resource.
In addition, the process of performing the resource transfer processing of the specific resource corresponding to the specific resource amount according to the response type may be replaced by performing a cancellation mark on the payment order if the response type is the first response type, and sending a resource returning instruction carrying the specific resource amount to the payment platform after the cancellation mark, so as to perform resource returning from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource; wherein the first response type is determined based on a confirmation request by the merchant for the requested information.
(2) Second response type
In the process of performing resource transfer processing on the specific resource corresponding to the specific resource amount according to the response type, if the response type is a second response type, the mechanism code platform determines a merchant type according to merchant information carried in the disagreement request, and obtains a feedback result of the request information based on the merchant type; performing resource transfer processing of the specific resource based on the feedback result; optionally, the second response type is determined based on the dispute request by the merchant for the request information.
Wherein the merchant information includes a merchant identifier, which may be an identifier for distinguishing a merchant, such as a merchant name; the merchant type may comprise a merchant source type, such as a merchant type comprising an internal introduction type representing that the merchant is introduced by an internal member of a party managing the merchant, and an external introduction type representing that the merchant is introduced by an external member of a party managing the merchant.
Further, in the process of obtaining the feedback result of the request information based on the merchant type, the organization code platform performs the following operations:
sending the request information and the merchant type to a service platform so as to distribute the request information to a service party corresponding to the merchant type to perform feedback processing on the request information;
and obtaining the feedback result obtained by feedback processing returned by the service platform.
Specifically, each merchant type corresponds to a respective service party, and is used for performing feedback processing, and optionally, the performing of the feedback processing of the request information includes returning a feedback result of the request information to the organization code platform by the service platform. The service platform refers to a platform for performing feedback processing of request information.
In the process of performing resource transfer processing of a specific resource based on the feedback result, the mechanism code platform performs the following operations: if the confirmation information of the organization member aiming at the feedback result is detected, synchronously settling instructions are sent to the payment platform so as to transfer the specific resource from the intermediate account to the merchant account; the particular resource comprises the payment resource.
The specific resource can be a payment resource or a resource smaller than the payment resource, and under the condition that the specific resource is smaller than the payment resource, the amount of the specific resource is determined by any one of the following modes: and determining according to the resource amount of the payment resource, and determining according to the resource amount of the payment resource and the feedback processing parameter.
Specifically, in the process of determining the specific resource amount of the specific resource according to the resource amount of the payment resource, the product of the resource amount of the payment resource and the settlement proportion is used as the specific resource amount by determining the corresponding settlement proportion according to the second response type; in the process of determining the amount of the specific resource according to the resource amount of the payment resource and the feedback processing parameter, the settlement proportion is determined through the feedback processing parameter, and the product of the resource amount of the payment resource and the settlement proportion is used as the amount of the specific resource. The feedback processing parameter refers to a processing parameter for performing feedback processing on request information submitted by a mechanism member, and optionally, the feedback processing parameter includes a feedback processing duration.
According to the above example, the request information is that the body of the organization member has a disease and has already visited a doctor after having a meal, the feedback result aiming at the request information is that a doctor-seeking record is provided and corresponding compensation is carried out, the organization member submits confirmation information aiming at the feedback result, and the organization member approves the feedback information aiming at the request information.
Correspondingly, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, after resource transfer from an institution account to an intermediate account, which is bound to an institution code, is performed for a payment order, the payment platform performs the following operations: receiving a settlement instruction synchronized by the organization code platform; the synchronous settlement instruction is generated after confirmation information of the feedback result of the organization member for the request information is detected; transferring a particular resource corresponding to a particular resource amount from the intermediary account to a merchant account; the particular resource comprises the payment resource.
In the process of performing resource transfer processing of a specific resource based on the feedback result, the mechanism code platform may further perform the following operations: and if the confirmation information of the institution member for the feedback result is not detected, synchronizing a resource returning instruction containing the specific resource amount to the payment platform, so as to perform resource returning from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource.
The amount of the specific resource here may be determined on the one hand from the amount of the resource of the payment resource and on the other hand from the amount of the resource of the payment resource and the request information and/or the feedback processing parameters.
In the case that the specific resource amount is determined according to the resource amount of the payment resource, optionally, the specific resource amount is determined as follows: and calculating the product of the resource amount of the payment resource and the resource return proportion corresponding to the second response type as the specific resource amount.
In the case where the amount of the specific resource is determined according to the amount of the resource of the payment resource and the request information and/or the feedback processing parameter, the amount of the specific resource may be determined by: and determining a resource return proportion according to the request information and/or the feedback processing parameters, and calculating the product of the resource amount of the payment resource and the resource return proportion as the specific resource amount. Specifically, the process of determining the resource return ratio according to the request information and/or the feedback processing parameter is implemented by determining a resource return level according to the request information and/or the feedback processing parameter and acquiring the resource return ratio corresponding to the resource return level.
In addition, on the basis of the resource transfer processing of the specific resource corresponding to the specific resource amount according to the response type, the mechanism code platform can further update the delayed settlement state of the payment order based on the resource transfer result; the payment order is in a delayed settlement state after resource transfer from the institution account to the intermediate account is carried out; the delayed settlement state refers to a state of delayed settlement for payment orders, and the payment orders comprise orders which are subjected to payment processing but are not settled to merchants.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a settlement processing flow, where (a) is a schematic diagram of a resource flow direction, fig. (b) is a schematic diagram of a settlement processing flow, and fig. (c) is a schematic diagram of another settlement processing flow, where, as shown in fig. (b), an organization code platform obtains an order to be paid based on an organization code displayed by an organization member and sends the order to be paid to a payment platform, the payment platform performs resource transfer from an organization account to an intermediate account for the order to be paid, and the organization code platform sends a settlement instruction to the payment platform under a condition that a settlement condition for performing delayed resource settlement from the intermediate account to a merchant is triggered, and the payment platform performs resource transfer from the intermediate account to a merchant account, that is, the payment resource obtained after resource transfer from the organization account to the intermediate account is performed in the intermediate account is transferred to the merchant account. As shown in fig. c, the payment platform performs resource transfer from the institution account to the intermediate account for the to-be-paid order, and under the condition that a settlement condition for performing delayed resource settlement from the intermediate account to the merchant is triggered, if the merchant submits a confirmation request for request information of the payment order, resource return is performed to the institution account based on the payment resource obtained by resource transfer in the intermediate account, if the merchant submits an objection request for the request information of the payment order and a mechanism member submits confirmation information for a feedback result of the request information, and settlement processing is performed to the merchant based on the payment resource obtained by resource transfer in the intermediate account, that is, the payment resource obtained by resource transfer from the institution account to the intermediate account in the intermediate account is transferred to the merchant account; and if the merchant submits the objection request aiming at the request information of the payment order and the feedback result of the institution member aiming at the request information does not submit the confirmation information, performing resource return to the institution account based on the payment resource obtained by resource transfer in the intermediate account.
The settlement processing method provided by the embodiment is further described below by taking an application of the settlement processing method provided by the embodiment in a catering scene as an example, and referring to fig. 3, the settlement processing method applied to the catering scene specifically includes the following steps.
The organization code platform acquires the restaurant order to be paid of the organization member submitted based on the organization code of the organization, and sends the restaurant order to be paid to the payment platform, so that the resource transfer from the organization account bound with the organization code to the middle account is carried out for the restaurant order to be paid.
And S306, transferring the resource from the institution account bound with the institution code to the intermediate account aiming at the catering order to be paid.
The organization code platform detects whether a settlement condition for performing delayed resource settlement from the intermediate account to the catering merchant is triggered; if the payment platform is the first response type, a resource returning instruction carrying a specific resource amount is sent to the payment platform, and resource returning from the intermediate account to the institution account is carried out based on the specific resource.
Step S316, in response to the resource returning instruction sent by the institution code platform, performing resource returning from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource.
Optionally, the specific resource includes a payment resource obtained after the resource transfer.
An embodiment of a settlement processing apparatus provided in the present specification is as follows:

In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development, but the original code before compiling is also written in a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and the HDL is not only one kind but many kinds, such as abll (Advanced boot Expression Language), AHDL (alternate hard Description Language), traffic, CUPL (computer universal Programming Language), HDCal (Java hard Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, software, rhydl (Hardware Description Language), and vhul-Language (vhyg-Language), which is currently used in the field. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry for implementing the logical method flows can be readily obtained by a mere need to program the method flows with some of the hardware description languages described above and into an integrated circuit.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. One typical implementation device is a computer. 1. A settlement processing method comprising:
acquiring an order to be paid of a member of the organization; submitting the order to be paid based on the organization code of the organization to which the organization member belongs;
sending the order to be paid to a payment platform so as to transfer the resource from the institution account bound by the institution code to an intermediate account for the order to be paid;
detecting whether a settlement condition for performing delayed resource settlement from the intermediate account to the merchant is triggered;

receiving a resource return instruction which carries a specific resource amount and is sent by the mechanism code platform;
and performing resource return from the intermediate account to the institution account based on the specific resource corresponding to the specific resource amount.
