Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions for treating globus hystericus, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating globus hystericus and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The globus hystericus is a common clinical disease of traditional Chinese medicine and is characterized by foreign body sensation in the throat, such as globus hystericus, vomiting, pharyngeal obstruction, and time-stop. "Yizong jin Jian" is: the "the throat has roasted meat, the stomach has phlegm and saliva, like roasted meat, the stomach will not be swallowed", which is the classical description of globus hystericus. The patient has obvious feeling when swallowing oral water due to the globus hystericus in the throat, has no abnormality or even remission when swallowing food, and has no obvious organic lesions when checking the throat or adjacent organs. Modern medicine considers gastroesophageal reflux disease, laryngopharyngeal reflux, pharyngeal neurosis, oesophageal dyskinesia, upper oesophageal sphincter dysfunction and the like as common causes for globus hystericus, chronic pharyngitis, pharyngeal innervation by vagus, glossopharyngeal, accessory nerves, trigeminal nerves, branches of cervical plexus and the like, the nerve endings are widely exposed at the pharyngeal, the nerve endings act as sensors, the sensory abnormality is sensitive, various organic lesions, mental factors and the like are stimulated, and receptor potential ion channels on the mucosal surfaces of the nerve endings are opened under the action of media, so that the pharyngeal abnormal sensation is generated.
In recent years, with the increase of modern life pressure, the disease rate of patients rises year by year, and the daily work and life quality of patients are seriously affected. The clinical treatment of western medicine mainly uses a basic prescription of Dailixin, oryzanol and vitamin B1 to play roles in relieving emotion, regulating autonomic nerve disorder and improving neuritis, and takes active psychological dispersion, and although the effect is relatively quick, a part of patients have poor effect or no curative effect, and the patients are easy to relapse after stopping the medicine, so that the thought burden of the patients is increased. The traditional Chinese medicine has unique knowledge on the disease, and the treatment of the disease is always emphasized by the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, the disease is combined with the treatment of the disease, the adverse reaction is less, the price is relatively low, but the traditional Chinese medicine formulas for treating the globus hystericus have the defects of low cure rate, incapability of radically treating and the like. Therefore, a traditional Chinese medicine formula with good curative effect is required to be researched for treating globus hystericus.

On the basis, the wind-dispelling medicine pair of radix angelicae and fructus viticis is added, so that the medicine can clear and dredge orifices, guide all the medicines upwards, directly reach the throat disease place, and disperse lung qi, resolve phlegm and dissipate nodulation. The medicines and the ginseng together play roles of clearing up and warming down, harmonizing yin and yang, resolving phlegm and resolving masses. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has remarkable effect on most patients with chronic and long-lasting globus hystericus clinically, and is worthy of further clinical popularization and application.
Modern pharmacological researches have proved that the medicines such as dark plum, asarum, cassia twig, light aconite, angelica sinensis, sun-dried ginseng, phellodendron bark, coptis chinensis and the like have the effects of resisting inflammatory reaction, regulating immunity, promoting gastrointestinal function recovery, repairing intestinal mucosa barrier, regulating intestinal flora, resisting oxidative damage, easing pain and the like, and the inhibition effect is enhanced with the increase of dosage. The radix angelicae and fructus viticis are wind-dispelling drug pairs, and researches show that the radix angelicae extract has the functions of resisting allergy and dilating blood vessels, and can raise the content of central dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine to play the roles of easing pain and soothing nerves; fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae extract has analgesic, antiinflammatory and vascular relaxation effects; the two herbs are combined to promote the flow of qi and induce the upward movement of the herbs to reach the throat disease site, thereby repairing the nerve function of the throat.
Research shows that mental and psychological factors, self nerve dysfunction, esophageal paresthesia, esophageal dyskinesia, gastrointestinal diseases and the like have close relation with occurrence and development of globus hystericus. The active chemical components contained in the dark plum pill in the research of the network pharmacology method and the molecular docking technology are mainly acted on key genes of organs such as smooth muscle, liver, lung, thyroid, bronchial epithelial cells and the like, so that the formula concept of 'cold and heat combined use, attack and repair combined use' of the dark plum pill is verified from the immunology perspective, the immunoregulation effect of the dark plum pill is further highlighted, and the recovery of gastrointestinal functions and oesophageal dyskinesia is promoted. Modern pharmacological researches show that the dark plum pill can promote inflammation and mucous membrane damage repair, regulate gastrointestinal functions, and the ingredients such as ursolic acid in dark plum have definite antibacterial, antioxidant and antitumor effects, and the water extracted alcohol sediment and the dark plum extract of dark plum have the effect of relieving diarrhea with astringents. The dark plum extract is used for researching the movement of rabbit isolated small intestine, and can inhibit the peristalsis of the intestine, reduce smooth muscle and play a role in relaxing the smooth muscle by blocking M receptors. Because of the pathology, the invention selects the combination medicine for treating globus hystericus.
