“自由基”英文缩写(ROS),化学上也称为"游离基"。是指化合物的分子在光、热、α、B、Y 射线等物理、化学、生物和精神等因素的作用下,其化合物基团上的共价键发生均裂而形成的具有不成对电子的原子或基团。它具有高反应性的特性,同时也具有磁矩。1900年由科学家摩西。冈伯格首先发现了自由基。后又被德、日等其他科学家所证实,继之又发现超氧离子、羟基、脱氧、二氧化碳、一氧化碳等多种自由基。中国化学家刘有成院士也在自由基化学领域做出了杰出贡献。光、热、辐射、空气污染、吸烟、农药、强酸、强碱等诸多物理、化学、生物和精神因素都可使人体产生很多自由基,它可使组织细胞突变,是人类衰老、患病直至死亡的主要根源,科研估计,大约80%-90%的老化性、退化性疾病都与自由基有关,如动脉硬化、冠心病、癌症、糖尿病、老年痴呆、肝硬化、肾功衰竭、过敏、哮喘、骨质疏松、畸胎、性功能减退、免疫缺陷、再障等约180多种疾病都与自由基有关或是由自由基造成的。“自由基”是门年轻的科学,对不少人来说较为陌生,简而言之,自然界中万物的组成都有严格的法则,只要有两个以上的原子组合在一起,它的外围电子就一定要配对,否则它们就必然要去寻找或争夺另一个电子,使自己得到电子而变成稳定的物质。科学家们把这种去寻找或争夺配对电子的物质称为"自由基"。
“抗氧化”这是当前很流行也很时尚的保健词。所谓的抗氧化,就是对抗和消除自由基。就是用某些植物中的物质中的电子,去补充自由基中缺失了的电子,使其变成(良民)不再去夺取正常 DNA 或 RNA 核酸链上的偶合电子的过程。而这个过程中的关键词就是对抗和消除凶手自由基,保获正常细胞中的 DNA 、RNA不受侵害(氧化)。所以说,抗氧化就是对抗和消除自由基保护正常细胞中 DNA 、RNA 的过程。
抗氧化、对抗和消除自由基既然自由基对人类的影响如此之大,自然就要共同设法对抗和消除自由基。多年来多国科学家发明了很多用化学法对抗和消除自由基。经过多年的临床实践证明,大多数办法虽然能对抗和消除自由基;但同时也对人体造成严重伤害。其综合结果得不偿失,最终也只能遗憾的放弃。因此亟需研发一种组合物来实现对抗和消除自由基从而达到抗氧化和延年益寿的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种延年益寿的组合物及其制备方法和应用,以解决传统化学方法虽能对抗和消除自由基但会对人体造成严重伤害的技术问题。本发明提供的组合物不仅能对抗和消除自由基,而且对人体安全无副作用,达到抗氧化和延年益寿的效果。
本发明的目的之一在于提供了一种延年益寿的组合物,按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乳清蛋白500-1000份、赤藓糖醇30-60份、白藜芦醇100-200份、茶多酚100-200份、越橘提取物300-500份、迷迭香提取物10-20份、葡萄提取物250-400份、山楂提取物200-500份、葡萄糖酸锌100-300份、超氧化物歧化酶 500-1000份和维生素B12 0.001-0.003份。
本发明提供的组合物主要以自然界可食用的植物提取的物质为原料,不仅可以有效的对抗和消除自由基,而且安全无副作用,可以达到极好的抗氧化作用,最终实现延年益寿的目的。
进一步的,所述组合物,按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乳清蛋白800份、赤藓糖醇50份、白藜芦醇150份、茶多酚160份、越橘提取物400份、迷迭香提取物15份、葡萄提取物350份、山楂提取物400份、葡萄糖酸锌200份、超氧化物歧化酶 800份和维生素B12 0.002份。
本发明的目的之二在于提供了一种组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按质量份数称取所述乳清蛋白、赤藓糖醇、白藜芦醇、茶多酚、越橘提取物、迷迭香提取物、葡萄提取物、山楂提取物、葡萄糖酸锌、超氧化物歧化酶和维生素B12并混合均匀,即得所述组合物。
本发明提供的中药组合物的制备方法工艺简单,易于制作,应用范围广。
本发明的目的之三在于提供了一种组合物在制备延年益寿的营养制剂中的应用。
进一步的,所述营养制剂的剂型包括但不限于粉末、凝胶、液体、乳剂、胶囊和压片。
进一步的,所述营养制剂的食用方法为每日一次。每次3 g。

乳清蛋白是从牛奶中提取的一种蛋白质,具有营养价值高、易消化吸收、含有多种活性成分等特点,是公认的人体优质蛋白质补充剂之一。乳清蛋白具有以下作用:1.运动营养价值高:必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸之间平衡良好,支链氨基酸含量丰富且脂肪胆固醇含量低。乳清蛋白完全具备了上述优点。蛋白质消化校对氨基酸评分(PDCAAS)法测定蛋白质质量的原理是基于人体对氨基酸的需求的,其原则是近似的氮组成,必需氨基酸组成与含量及实际消化吸收率。根据这一方法,乳清蛋白的生物利用价值比许多其他高质量的膳食蛋白如蛋、牛肉和大豆都要高;2.乳清蛋白与自由基:乳清蛋白中的α-乳白蛋白、牛血清蛋白、乳铁蛋白富含胱氯酸残基,能安全通过消化道和血流,进入细胞膜,还原成两个半胱氨酸,合成GSH,维持细胞和组织GSH水平,从而增强机体抗氧化能力,提高肌肉耐力和作功能力及延缓疲劳的发生;3.乳清蛋白与免疫:谷氨酰胺是淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞在免疫反应过程的重要底物,高速利用用谷氨酰胺生成嘌呤和嘧啶核苷酸有利合成更多的DNA,使免疫细胞增殖加速。长时间大强度运动后期血糖降低,此时谷氨酰胺主要参与糖异生以维持血糖浓度,谷氨酰胺不能满足免疫细胞的需要,这是运动造成机体免疫力下降的主要原因。乳清蛋白富含谷氨酸等谷氨酰胺前体物质,为糖原异生提供原料,维持谷氨酰胺水平,保护免疫细胞功能。此外,乳清蛋白中的乳铁蛋白和球蛋白都具有抗菌和抗病毒作用;4.与中枢疲劳:在耐力运动过程中,当肌糖原、肝糖原大量消耗时,血中的支链氨基酸也降低,游离色氨酸水平升高,大量色氨酸进入脑屏障转变为5-羟色氨,后者可抑制中枢兴奋性,产生嗜睡和疲劳的感觉。乳清蛋白含有丰富的支链氨基酸,可以阻断色氨酸的转运,延缓疲劳的产生;5.与肌肉做功能力:乳清蛋白增加运动肌肉做工能力主要表现在几个方面:(1)易消化的优质蛋白——为提供额外能量,节约体内蛋白质,减少肌蛋白分解;(2)赖氨酸、精氨酸含量高——刺激合成代谢激素或肌肉生长刺激因子的分泌和释放,刺激肌肉生长和脂肪降低;(3)提供GSH等抗氧化剂,保护肌细胞膜、肌浆网、线粒体等结构,廷缓肌肉疲劳产生;(4)富含支链氨基酸,其中亮氨酸及其氧化代谢物可抑制蛋白质水解酶的活性,减少肌蛋白分解;6.肌肉生长:运动中的我们需要消耗更多的蛋白质来延缓或者构筑肌肉。乳清蛋白中特别含有丰富的支链氨基酸,而支链氨基酸具有阻止肌肉分解,促进肌肉合成的功效,对于修复运动损伤也大有禆益;7.控制食欲,减少脂肪,改善身体比例:透过乳清蛋白来减去脂肪并改善身体比例。研究指出,进食乳清蛋白可以减少对食物的渴望和减低能量摄入。
赤藓糖醇是一种甜味剂,可以改善组合物的口感。其具有以下优点:1. 低热值:同其他甜味剂相比,赤藓糖醇是一种能量极低的甜味剂,热值约为1.25kJ/g,大约是蔗糖的1/10。这是由于此种糖醇在机体内不代谢,90%由尿中排出。将赤藓糖醇单独或与其他甜味剂混合,替代蔗糖制成低热值的保健品,适合肥胖病患者、高血压和心血管病患者食用;2. 无致龋齿性:赤藓糖醇抗龋齿能力较强,与蔗糖相比,赤藓糖醇完全不会发生龋齿。这是由于它不被口腔内的病原菌发酵产生酸;3. 促进双歧杆菌增殖:通过使用12属49种72株肠道细菌,研究赤藓糖醇对肠道细菌的利用情况,结果表明,赤藓糖醇很难被这些肠道细菌利用。而赤藓糖醇对肠道中双岐杆菌具有明显的增殖作用,双歧杆菌代谢产生的短链脂肪酸(乙酸和乳酸)可以有效地抑制病原菌的生长,从而提高了人体的免疫力;4. 不会引起血糖值波动:赤藓糖醇能通过被动扩散被小肠吸收,摄入的赤藓糖醇大部分进人血液循环中,只有少量进入大肠。进入血液中的赤藓糖醇不能被机体内的酶所分解,只能通过肾经尿排出体外。进入大肠中的赤藓糖醇很难被细菌发酵利用,故它不会引起人体的血糖和胰岛素水平的波动,可供糖尿病患者食用;5. 高耐受量,副作用小:大量的动物和临床实验已经证明赤藓糖醇安全无毒,无致畸毒性,不引起染色体变异,不影响生殖和发育,不致癌变,也不刺激肿瘤生长,消化道对其有较好的耐受性,对糖尿病患者的代谢没有明显的影响,对血糖控制无副作用。由于进入机体的赤藓糖醇80%可迅速被小肠吸收,避免了不吸收物质可能带来的腹泻及肠胃胀气等副作用,所以赤藓糖醇具有很高的耐受性,是糖醇中耐受性最高的一种,由于进入大肠的量很少,且有50%被排泄,滞留在肠内的数量很少,产生的副作用也很小。
白藜芦醇是一种天然的抗自由基抗氧化剂,可降低血液粘稠度,促进血管舒张,保持血液畅通,可预防癌症的发生及发展,具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗冠心病、缺血性心脏病、高血脂的作用,还有抑制肿瘤的作用。因具有雌激素样作用,所以可用于治疗乳腺癌等疾病。20世纪90年代,中国科技工作者对白藜芦醇的研究不断深入,并揭示其有:抑制血小板非正常凝聚,预防心肌硬塞、脑栓塞,对缺氧心脏有保护作用,对肥胖者可以起一个控制与减肥作用,对烧伤或失血性休克引起的心输出量下降有效恢复,并能够扩张动脉血管及改善微循环。1998年美国艾尔·敏德尔编撰《抗衰老圣典》时,将白藜芦醇列为"100种最热门有效抗衰老物质"之一。中国农科院禹山林研究员和国家著名医药专家毛文岳教授说,白藜芦醇是21世纪最重要的营养之一。迄今美国宇航局已将白藜芦醇定为航天食品。它可缓解心血管疾病,降低血脂,延缓衰老。白藜芦醇保健食品是21世纪营养健康的新品。白藜芦醇通过抗自由基的途径发挥治疗功效,具有一定的解热和止痛活性。白藜芦醇可抵抗因胃分泌受压制而导致的应激性溃疡。1993年,Jayafilake等研究表明反式白藜芦醇和顺式白藜芦醇都具有抗癌活性,其原因是它们可以抑制蛋白质﹣酪氨酸激酶的活性。Jang等研究小组指出,白藜芦醇有较大的防癌活性,且对癌症发生有抑制乃至逆转作用。诸多医学研究发现白藜芦醇对乳腺癌、胃癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌、皮肤癌等多种恶性肿瘤细胞及白血病均有明显的抑制作用。1997年1月,美国芝加哥伊利诺斯大学药学院的JohnPezzuto教授领导的研究小组在著名的美国《科学》杂志上,发表了题为《白藜芦醇的抗癌活性》,引起医学科学界的轰动。论文证明白藜芦醇能有效抑制与癌症各过程相关的细胞活动。作为抗氧化剂、抗突变剂和抗炎剂,白藜芦醇显示出对癌症的化学预防能力,能够防止细胞癌病变并阻止恶性肿瘤扩散。白藜芦醇还可抑制细胞发炎,同时还能抑制蛋白酪氨酸激酶催化酪氨酸磷酸化的作用。利用白藜芦醇抑制蛋白酪氨酸激酶,通过阻止激酶抗突变作用。研究表明,白藜芦醇能调节血脂;抑制血小板凝集,促进纤维蛋白溶解,抗血栓形成;保护血管内皮,抑制内皮细胞增殖;保护血管平滑机细胞,抑制其增殖;拮抗内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)作用;抗低密度脂蛋白氧化的功能。白葵芦醇可抑制脂氧合酶合成,因此可防止血管中血液凝块的形成。白藜芦醇还可增强免疫功能。白藜芦醇是存在于植物中的天然抗自由基抗氧化剂,主要通过清除或抑制自由基生成,抑制脂质过氧化、调节抗氧化相关酶活性等机制发挥抗氧化作用。多羟基芹类物质大都具有抗自由基作用。对心、肝、脑、肾的体内外过氧化脂质的产生有明显的抑制作用。白藜芦醇对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制作用,并对孤儿病毒、单纯疱疹病毒及肠道病毒有较强的抑制作用。白藜芦醉通过减少血小板的黏附,在抗炎过程中改变血小板的活性达到抗炎。意大利比萨的一组科学家通过研究发现,白藜芦醇对脊椎动物有延年益寿的作白藜芦醇有着抗自由基、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌的作用而得到人们的喜爱,法国人常饮高脂肪物中含有白藜芦醇,所以法国人的冠心病发病率底于其它西方国家,从此信息中可得知白藜芦醇因为有效地压制高脂肪的防治作用。已有部分国家和地区把白藜芦醇及其制品作为膳食补充剂开发白藜芦醇。由于白藜芦醇具有多种生物和药理活性,使其广泛应用于食品、医药、保健品、化妆品等领域。白藜芦醇具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化保健功能其市场需求很大且与日剧增,已有大部分国家和地区都开发了白藜芦醇及其制品。美国已把白藜芦醇作为膳食补充剂,日本已将从植物提取的白藜芦醇作为食品添加剂,中国已将含白藜芦醇的植物提取物制成降脂美容的天然保健食品。
茶多酚具有较强对抗和清除自由基的抗氧化作用。尤其酯型儿茶素EGCG,其还原性甚至可达L﹣异坏血酸的100倍。茶多酚除具有抗氧化作用外,还具有抑菌作用,还具有抑制亚硝酸盐的形成和积累作用。由于茶多酚对抗和清除了自由基,体现了抗氧化,阻断脂质过氧化过程,提高人体内酶的活性,从而起到抗突变、抗癌症、抗高血压、高血糖、高血脂、高血粘、高纤维蛋白原、提高免疫力、抗风湿、抗变态反应等作用。能舒缓胃肠紧张,止泻利尿,增加肾小球滤过率,及时排出乳酸,消除疲劳。促进维生素C的吸收,防坏血病。有抑制细胞线粒体中脂氧合酶过氧化作用,其抗衰老作用远优于维生素E、维生素C。还能助消化、保护肝功能及防生物碱对细胞的毒害。能防止有害射线的辅射,有效减轻化放疗的不良反应。另外还有清除面部油腻,收缩毛孔,抗皮肤老化,抗紫外线损伤皮肤,抑制黑色素细胞形成,减轻色素沉着等美容美肤作用。还有防龋齿防口臭等作用。
越橘提取物和葡萄提取物中的主要物质花青素是对抗和消除自由基的佳品,其具有以下特性:1.自由基是造成老化及诸多疾病的重要原因之一,据估计大约80%-90%的老化性,退化性疾病都与自由基有关,其中包括癌症、老年痴呆症、帕金森氏症、皮肤黑斑沉积、白内障、心脏病等等。所以消除自由基对于保持身体的健康和年轻至关重要。有资料证实,维生素在到达起效部位之前就被氧化而部分失去活性,花青素能保持并增强维生素在人体内的活性,是维生素的增效剂。花青素属小分子、水溶性物质,口服剂型,易被人体快速吸收,能在口服45分钟后快速进入人体各个组织器官。花青素在人体内有较好的生物利用度,对结缔组织亲和力强,在酸性环境下稳定,半衰期长,可达27小时,功效持久。其安全性好,已经国家权威部门检测并认定,根据实验显示:一个约70公斤的人即使连续半年每日服用35000mg的花青素也未发现不良反应。而花青素对抗自由基的能力比维生素E强50倍,比维生素C强20倍;2、加固血管,改善循环花青素能够改善血液循环,恢复微血管失去的功效,加强脆弱的血管,因而是血管更具弹性。原花青素被称为"动脉粥样硬化的解毒药"。对于静脉功能不足者,原花青素能有效地减轻疼痛、浮肿、夜间痉挛等症状。所以欧洲的医生通常会建议静脉曲张的病人食用富含花青素的食品;3、口服的皮肤化妆品花青素在欧洲,被称为"口服的皮肤化妆品",可防止皮肤皱纹的提早生成,是目前自然界最有效的抗氧化物质。它不但能防止皮肤皱纹的提早生成,更能补充营养及消除体内有害的自由基。在纯净无污染的越橘提取物中,95%的成份是一种名为花青素的天然物质。数十年来的研究发现,花青素对人体的健康具有诸多益处:花青素是天然的阳光遮盖物,能够阻止紫外线侵害皮肤。皮肤属于结缔组织,其中所含有的胶原蛋白和硬弹性蛋白对皮肤的整个结构起重要作用。芬兰的艾斯蒂博士在实验中发现,太阳可以杀死人类50%的皮肤细胞。但是如果用花青素加以保护,则大约有85%的皮肤细胞可以幸免于死。4、改善睡眠随着人们生活节奏的加快和工作压力的加大,人们正常的生物钟也会不时的发生改变,比如连续的加班加点等,使得人们的生活习惯不得不接受改变,于是往往会产生睡眠不足的问题。使人们得不到充足的休息,导致人体免疫调节功能下降,内分泌功能紊乱,体内产生大量的自由基。正是人体免疫功能下降,使得自由基的活性增强,使其能够持续破坏包裹在神经上的髓磷脂并使之硬化,导致抗氧化物酶-谷胱酞过氧化酶的活力水平降低,引起脑神经的变态反应。花青素具有深入细胞保护细胞膜不被自由基氧化的作用,具有强力抗氧化和抗过敏功能,能穿越血脑屏障,可保护脑神经不被氧化,能稳定脑组织功能,保护大脑不受有害化学物质和毒素的伤害。这一作用就证明了为什么人们服用了花青素后总说头脑大为清醒,睡眠得到彻底改善的根本原因;5、预防癌症也是因自由基毁坏遗传物质(DNA)和(RNA)而导致的。花青素将能间接的保护我们对抗癌症。虽然是长期的,但是花青素确有间接的保护作用。而花青素清除了自由基,可让癌细胞无法顺利扩散,借此保护更多健康的细胞免于被癌细胞侵蚀。花青素能保护蛋白质不受蛋白酶的影响。像是乳腺癌的致病机制便是如此,因此服用花青素对于乳腺癌的发展会有很好的抑制作用;6、增进视力医学临床报告显示花青素可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质的再生成,可预防重度近视及视网膜剥离,并可增进视力。花青素可以提高在昏暗灯光下的视力;这对于夜间驾车者,长时间注视屏幕的人等都有帮助。花青素是强效的抗氧化剂,可维持正常的细胞连结、血管的稳定、增进微细血管循环、提高微血管和静脉的流动。花青素能有效抑制破坏眼部细胞的酵素,所以说花青素有益于眼睛的健康。
迷迭香提取物中的主要物质迷迭香是一种天然植物,原产于欧州,曹魏时期引入中国,也富含黄酮、茶多酚、花青素、藜芦醇等对抗和消除自由基的物质,它除有对抗和消除自由基外尚有镇静安神、醒脑作用,对消化不良和胃痛均有一定疗效。多将其捣碎后,用开水浸泡后饮用,1天2~3次,有镇静、利尿作用。也可用于治疗失眠、心悸、头痛、消化不良等多种疾病。还具有强壮心脏、促进代谢、促进末梢血管的血液循环等作用。还改善语言、视觉、听力方面的障碍,增强注意力,治疗风湿痛,强化肝脏功能,降低血糖,有助于动脉硬化的治疗,帮助麻痹的四肢恢复活动能力。还有较强的收敛作用,调理油腻的肌肤,促进血液循环,刺激毛发再生。
山楂提取物中的总黄酮是对抗和消除自由基的佳品。总黄酮是黄烷酮、双黄酮、异黄酮、查尔酮等800余种黄酮化合物的总称,其主要作用之一是对抗和消除自由基。其原理是它本身除自身必须的偶合电子外,还附许多电子,当其附带的电子供给了缺了偶合电子的自由基后,自己的功能不受影响。所以它是对抗和消除自由基的佳品。其具有以下特性:1.清除自由基、抗氧化作用在辐射损伤中,机体产生大量的自由基,这些自由基是未成对电子的原子或原子团。在生物体内由氧分子和水分子衍生的自由基占绝大多数,包括:超氧阴离子、羟自由基、过氧化氢等,黄酮通过清除这些自由基,而达到减轻和消除辐射带来的损伤;2.对造血系统的保护作用造血组织是对放射线高敏感组织,辐射攻击的主要靶细胞是造血干细胞、粒系祖细胞、红系祖细胞。辐射对于造血系统的损伤主要是抑制或破坏造血干细胞和增殖细胞的增殖能力。辐射常造成骨髓抑制、微循环障碍、白细胞下降及造血微环境破坏等损伤。生物活性物质是通过机体调节造血细胞因子分泌,促进造血系统的恢复:同时增加了机体对自由基的清除能力,减轻造血组织的损伤,从而达到抗辐射的作用;3.对免疫系统的保护作用机体免疫系统是辐射损伤的敏感系统,其中T淋巴细胞敏感性最高。机体由于辐射损伤产生免疫功能紊乱状态,表现为免疫活性细胞数量减少,抗体形成抑制或紊乱,细胞因子网络调节失常。长期的免疫功能障碍使病人处于对细菌、病毒等病原体和其他因子的高敏状态,加重病情,导致早衰和死亡。因而免疫系统辐射损伤的治疗是放射病治疗的关键环节。许多研究者从细胞网子的诱生和调节方面研究了天然药物对免疫系统辐射损伤的防护作用;4.保护脱氧核糖核酸(RNA)和核糖核酸(DNA),DNA、RNA是辐射损伤的重要的靶分子,放射生物学效应很多是通过DNA、RNA损伤表现出来的。DNA、RNA不但是辐射直接作用的靶点,也是辐射所产生的自由基间接攻击的目标,最终引起DNA、RNA断裂、基因突变、染色体重组、细胞转化和细胞死亡等。因此,降低放射线对DNA、RNA损伤是辐射防护研究的重要内容之一;5.总黄酮的综合良好作用由于其对抗和消除自由基抗氧化的良好作用。所以体现了降糖、降脂、降血粘、降血压、强心、抗心绞痛、抗心律失常、抗菌、抗癌、提高免疫力、保肝美肤、护肾、提高性功能及良好的抗病、抗衰老等作用。
超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)是生物体内存在的一种抗氧化金属酶,它能够催化超氧阴离子自由基歧化生成氧和过氧化氢,在机体氧化与抗氧化平衡中起到至关重要的作用,与很多疾病的发生、发展密不可分。SOD在蔬菜水果中含量较高,如香蕉、山楂、刺梨、猕猴桃、大蒜等,其他如扇贝、鸡肉等中也有分布。SOD的活性在果皮中高于果肉,在新鲜水果中高于放置后的水果。并以各种形式被加工成保健品和食品添加剂等作为使用,如添加有SOD的牛奶、啤酒、软糖等类型的食品营养强化剂。SOD具有以下特性:1.基于SOD是作用于超氧阴离子自由基的专一歧化反应催化剂,故 SOD作为医药产品,在治疗因自由基作用而导致的炎症、自身免疫性、心脑血管疾病等都有着显著疗效。SOD可利用其抗氧化作用抑制关节炎、胸膜炎、急性气管炎等炎症类型;2. 在人体内SOD可有效的通过清除超氧阴离子自由基最终能达到抑制癌细胞的效果,Mn-SOD表达效果更为突出。
维生素B12是唯一含金属元素的维生素,4个还原的吡咯环连在一起变成为1个咕啉大环。为红色结晶粉末,无嗅无味。溶于水,难溶于乙醇,不溶于丙酮、氯仿和乙醚。pH值4.5~5.0条件下最稳定,强酸(pH<2)或碱性溶液中分解。维生素B12具有以下功能:1.促进甲基转移;2.促进红细胞的发育和成熟,使肌体造血机能处于正常状态,预防恶性贫血;维护神经系统健康;3.以辅酶的形式存在,可以增加叶酸的利用率,促进碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢;4.具有活化氨基酸的作用和促进核酸的生物合成,可促进蛋白质的合成,它对婴幼儿的生长发育有重要作用;5.代谢脂肪酸,使脂肪、碳水化合物、蛋白质被身体适当运用;6.消除烦躁不安,集中注意力,增强记忆及平衡感;7.是神经系统功能健全不可缺少的维生素,参与神经组织中一种脂蛋白的形成。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,该组合物按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乳清蛋白800份、赤藓糖醇50份、白藜芦醇150份、茶多酚160份、越橘提取物400份、迷迭香提取物15份、葡萄提取物350份、山楂提取物400份、葡萄糖酸锌200份、SOD 800份和维生素B12 0.002份。
根据本发明的第二个方面,本发明提供了一种组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按质量份数称取所述乳清蛋白、赤藓糖醇、白藜芦醇、茶多酚、越橘提取物、迷迭香提取物、葡萄提取物、山楂提取物、葡萄糖酸锌、SOD和维生素B12并混合均匀,即得所述组合物。
本发明提供的中药组合物的制备方法工艺简单,易于制作,应用范围广。
根据本发明的第三个方面,本发明提供了一种组合物在制备延年益寿的营养制剂中的应用。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,营养制剂的剂型包括但不限于粉末、凝胶、液体、乳剂、胶囊和压片。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,营养制剂的食用方法为每日一次,每次3 g。
下面结合实施例和对比例对本发明提供的技术方案做进一步的描述。

本实施例提供了一种延年益寿的组合物,其包括如下组分:乳清蛋白500 g、赤藓糖醇30 g、白藜芦醇100 g、茶多酚100 g、越橘提取物300 g、迷迭香提取物10 g、葡萄提取物400 g、山楂提取物500 g、葡萄糖酸锌300 g、超氧化物歧化酶1000 g和维生素B12 0.003g。
制备方法:按上述质量称取所述乳清蛋白、赤藓糖醇、白藜芦醇、茶多酚、越橘提取物、迷迭香提取物、葡萄提取物、山楂提取物、葡萄糖酸锌、超氧化物歧化酶和维生素B12并混合均匀,即得所述组合物。
食用方法:每日一次,每次3 g。

1.一种延年益寿的组合物,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乳清蛋白500-1000份、赤藓糖醇30-60份、白藜芦醇100-200份、茶多酚100-200份、越橘提取物300-500份、迷迭香提取物10-20份、葡萄提取物250-400份、山楂提取物200-500份、葡萄糖酸锌100-300份、超氧化物歧化酶500-1000份和维生素B12 0.001-0.003份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乳清蛋白800份、赤藓糖醇50份、白藜芦醇150份、茶多酚160份、越橘提取物400份、迷迭香提取物15份、葡萄提取物350份、山楂提取物400份、葡萄糖酸锌200份、超氧化物歧化酶800份和维生素B12 0.002份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按质量份数称取所述乳清蛋白、赤藓糖醇、白藜芦醇、茶多酚、越橘提取物、迷迭香提取物、葡萄提取物、山楂提取物、葡萄糖酸锌、超氧化物歧化酶和维生素B12并混合均匀,即得所述组合物。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的组合物在制备延年益寿的营养制剂中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的营养制剂,其特征在于,所述营养制剂的剂型包括但不限于粉末、凝胶、液体、乳剂、胶囊和压片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的营养制剂,其特征在于,所述营养制剂的食用方法为每日一次。每次3 g。
