Background
With the progress of the tobacco industry, the filter stick additive has increasingly prominent status in auxiliary materials for cigarettes, the smoke concentration can be increased by adding the filter stick additive into cigarettes, the taste is improved, the cigarettes are endowed with unique fragrance style characteristics, and compared with the traditional tobacco shred additive, the filter stick additive can reduce the interception of tobacco shred to perfume, and bring novel smoking feeling to consumers.
CN109645558a discloses a cigarette filter stick additive showing sweet taste, which is an extract obtained by solid state composite fermentation of one or more of licorice, grape, stevia rebaudiana, preserved fruit, sorghum, corn and malt as raw materials by utilizing microorganisms. The cigarette filter stick additive with the sweet taste can enrich the smell of cigarette smoke, increase the moisture and sweet taste of the cigarette smoke, reduce the irritation of the cigarette smoke, improve the throat comfort of a user and increase the aroma of the cigarette.
CN105410997a discloses a cigarette filter additive and its application in cigarette filter, which uses triacetin as solvent, and adds ethyl acetate 0.010-0.050% of the weight of the triacetin, 3-methyl valeric acid 0.005-0.020%, 3-methyl valeric acid glucose ester 0.005-0.020%, linalyl acetate 0.001-0.007% and linalool 0.001-0.007% into the solvent to prepare the cigarette filter additive; the cigarette filter stick additive is evenly sprayed and added into cigarette filter stick tows according to the weight of 6.0-8.0% of the cigarette filter stick tows, and the cigarette filter stick is prepared. The rod additive is used for cigarette filter rods, has the effects of stable aroma and long lasting aroma, and can soften smoke, promote the texture of the aroma of cigarettes and improve the smoking quality of the cigarettes.

This comparative example provides a filter rod additive which differs from example 1 only in that dry ice particles are not included, the remaining components and amounts are identical to example 1, and the preparation method is referred to in example 1.
Test example 1 comparison of the emissions of harmful chemical Agents in flue gas
The filter rod additives obtained in examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-2 were added to filter rods at a rate of 70 mg/cigarette, and then, a test cigarette was produced by the same procedure as that for the tobacco shred feeding, and cigarettes without filter rod additives were produced as control cigarettes, and the release amounts of harmful chemical components were measured on smoke captured by the test cigarettes and the control cigarettes.
The testing method comprises the following steps:
The tar content refers to GB/T19609-2004 cigarette, and the total particulate matters and tar are measured by a conventional analysis smoking machine;
The CO content refers to a non-scattering infrared method for measuring carbon monoxide in the gas phase of the cigarette smoke of GB/T23156-2009;
The HCN content refers to a method for measuring and continuously flowing hydrocyanic acid in mainstream smoke of YC/T253-2008 cigarettes;
The NNK content refers to a gas chromatography-thermal energy analysis combined method for measuring the tobacco-specific N-nitrosamine in the main stream smoke total particulate matters of GB/T23228-2008 cigarettes;
Ammonia content refers to a method for measuring ion chromatography of ammonia in mainstream smoke of YC/T377-2010 cigarettes;
the content of benzo [ a ] pyrene is measured by referring to GB/T21130-2007 total particulate matters in cigarette smoke;
the phenol content refers to a high performance liquid chromatography method for measuring main phenolic compounds in mainstream smoke of YC/T255-2008 cigarettes;
and the crotonaldehyde content refers to a high performance liquid chromatography method for measuring main carbonyl compounds in mainstream smoke of YC/T254-2008 cigarettes.
The results are shown in Table 1 below:
TABLE 1
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the filter stick additive prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention has lower content of harmful chemical components in cigarettes, and the effect of reducing harmful components in smoke can be better by adding dry ice particles to form a porous structure on the surface of the filter stick additive.
Test example 2 sensory quality
The filter rod additives obtained in examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-2 were added to filter rods at 70 mg/cigarette, respectively, and then made into test cigarettes with tobacco shreds. The cigarettes without the filter stick additive are prepared by the same process and used as control cigarettes, and the sensory quality of the test cigarettes and the control cigarettes is tested.
The testing method comprises the following steps: reference is made to the national standard GB 5606.4-2005.
Test standard: the range of the glossiness is 1-5 min, the range of the aroma is 1-32 min, the range of the harmony is 1-6 min, the range of the miscellaneous gas is 1-12 min, the range of the irritation is 1-20 min, the residual taste is 1-25 min, and the total score is 100 min.
The results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
As can be seen from Table 3, compared with the control cigarettes, the filter stick additive obtained by the method of the invention in examples 1-3 of the invention is obviously improved in aroma, miscellaneous gas, harmony, irritation, taste and the like when used for cigarettes.
From examples 4-7, it is clear that the choice of raw materials for preparing the natural plant extract has an influence on the sensory quality of cigarettes;
Examples 8-9 show that the type of moisture-proof agent can affect the moisture-proof effect of the filter stick additive, thereby affecting the quality of cigarettes;
From example 10, it can be seen that when the plant powder is directly combined with other components without extraction, the effect of improving the smoke quality cannot be more maximally exerted;
as can be seen from comparative example 1, when no moisture-proof agent is added, the filter stick additive absorbs moisture after the cigarette is stored, thereby making the sensory quality of the obtained cigarette worse;
as is clear from comparative example 2, when dry ice particles are not added, the surface of the obtained filter stick additive does not form a porous structure and an internal concave cavity, so that the effective contact area of the filter stick additive and the smoke is small, and various indexes of the obtained cigarette are also reduced.
Test example 3 oil absorption
The filter rod additives obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative example 2 were subjected to oil absorption testing, test method: mixing the filter stick additive with salad oil at room temperature, stirring for 30min, and carrying out suction filtration by using a Buchner funnel until no liquid drops drop down, wherein the oil absorption rate is calculated according to the following formula:
Oil absorption= (m Salad oil /m Filter stick additive ) ×100%.
The results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 Table 4
Oil absorption rate% | |
Example 1 | 49 |
Example 2 | 47 |
Example 3 | 46 |
Comparative example 2 | 38 |
The oil absorption rate corresponds to the aperture ratio of the particles, which is the ratio of the area occupied by the open pore part to the total area in the material. In general, materials with higher open cell content tend to have better oil absorption properties because the open cell portions provide more surface area and space that allows the oil to better penetrate and adsorb into the interior of the material.
As can be seen from Table 4, the filter stick additive obtained by the method of the invention in examples 1-3 of the invention has a good oil absorption rate, which indicates that the filter stick additive has a porous structure, and in comparative example 2, since dry ice particles are not used in the preparation process, the pores on the surface of the filter stick additive are less, the oil absorption rate is poor, and the effect of reducing harmful components in smoke of the product is directly affected.
