Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于头部的完全柔性的支撑组件，从而有助于临床用具上的病人的非侵入性定位要求，尤其是用于俯卧定位。
背景技术
已知已使用特殊形状的由泡沫或凝胶构成的垫子/枕头支撑头部，这种垫子主要用于康复和理疗领域。而且，可以使头部偏向一侧而在多种类型的支撑面上实现俯卧定位。已知的可膨胀系统包括头部收缩功能，通过独立于该系统的其他部分而缩小病人正下面的单元，所述收缩功能改善了头部周围的接近性。头部落入形成的孔中，然后使用标准的枕头支撑。
头部管理系统包括将病人的头部放在两个衬垫的侧部夹具之间，在转动期间保持脊椎对齐。类似的头部支撑附件存在于理疗和手术室环境中，用于进行ENT、神经外科、口腔和眼科手术。
发明内容
本发明旨在作出改进。
本发明的目的是通过使临床干预所需的视觉和物理接近性最佳，有利于实现头部和面部的有效护理，且提供通用的调节而支撑大多数病人人体，提供用于头部和面部的有效的压力降低/减轻接触面。
因此，本发明提供了一种在俯卧位置定位人体的头部支撑设备，该设备包含具有立柱的基座，所述立柱支撑头部支撑装置，该头部支撑装置包括用于支撑人面部的减压接触面，所述减压接触面由可膨胀的气囊形成，所述气囊由透明材料制成。有利的是，本发明结合了用于俯卧位置人体的头部支撑件的解剖定位需求和用于头部和面部的减压支撑面。
优选的是，该头部支撑装置具有可在支撑面下滑动的自稳定基座。更优选的是，所述立柱能调节而实现多轴调节，以及便于使用和紧急情况时的快速释放。优选的是，该头部支撑装置可横向调节，从而实现柔性定位。优选的是，所述减压接触面由可膨胀的气囊形成，该气囊可以以预定的减压周期膨胀和收缩。优选的是，所述气囊为环形形状，且更优选的是由透明材料制成，以使护士和护理者看到个搁在气囊上的头部。
总之，本发明提供了在俯卧过程中用于头部支撑件的详细的解剖定位需求，而在视觉上和物理上最佳地接近头部/面部区域，同时使病人受到压力伤害的危险最小。

具体实施方式
参照图1，使用头部支撑组件10时，基座11在用于俯卧的支撑面下滑动。如图2所示，基座11具有中心支撑立柱12，该立柱包括滑动件13、齿条14和滑架挡块15。如图4所示，头部支撑件框架16通过啮合滑动件13侧面且通过滑架挡块15锁定位置的头部支撑件滑架21安装在立柱上。滑架机构21允许框架16实现多轴调节，且提供了一种在出现紧急情况的时候用于快速释放的安全方法。
头部支撑件托盘18在头部支撑件框架16的两根管17上滑动，且通过锁定机构19定位(见图3)。安全挡20防止头部支撑件托盘从管17的端部拉脱。可膨胀的减压环23通过具有钩和环形紧固部件的带子24安装在头部支撑件托盘18上，为使用者的头部提供静态或变换的支撑面。沿减压环23的表面的接触点通过装配的垫25保护，所述垫用于改善使用者的舒适度。减压环23是透明(clear)的，且可包含多通道空气气囊，从而如果需要，可以以单个腔室的特定周期实现交替膨胀和收缩，从而实现减压。
托盘18和减压环23是可调节的，从而满足头部尺寸的不同宽度和深度(见图5)。
该头部支撑组件可与任何支撑面一起使用，其中头部需要某种形式的人工支撑件。该结构是模块化的，且为了保养和清洗需求而易于拆除。
任何时候都保证能够在视觉上和物理上接近使用者的头部和面部，从而实现在使用者临床状态时的管、线的安全运用。
在专家和非专家领域范围内，轻重量的结构使该头部支撑组件可独立用于头部的定位需求。所述结构是自稳定的，且可以在大多数床式框架上与专用支撑系统一起工作，但也可以去除而独立使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种在俯卧位置定位人体的头部支撑设备，该设备包含具有立柱的基座，所述立柱支撑头部支撑装置，该头部支撑装置包括用于支撑人的头部和面部的减压接触面，所述减压接触面由可膨胀的气囊形成，所述气囊由透明材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的头部支撑设备，其特征在于，所述气囊为环形形状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的头部支撑设备，其特征在于，所述可膨胀的气囊包含以预定的周期交替膨胀和收缩的腔室。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的头部支撑设备，其特征在于，所述头部支撑装置具有可在支撑面下滑动的自稳定基座。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的头部支撑设备，其特征在于，所述立柱可调节，从而实现多轴调节，且此外可快速释放而便于使用。
6.如权利要求5所述的头部支撑设备，其特征在于，所述头部支撑装置可横向调节，从而实现柔性定位。
