背景技术
人们普遍喜欢看起来漂亮,从而自我感觉良好。除了吃美味的食物和健康的生活方式(包括呼吸清洁的空气和具有均衡的运动量)之外,他们还依靠化妆品来保持自己的外表接近他们对美貌构成的看法。皮肤是人体最大的器官,也是外界最容易看到的器官。就皮肤而言,大多数消费者希望拥有均匀的肤色,没有斑点、色素沉着、皱纹和明显的痤疮迹象。许多化妆品可带来上述一项或多项益处。

因此,公开了包括橄榄石提取物以及各种其它成分的组合物,其声称能带来橄榄石的固有益处。本发明人也希望使用最少量的此类活性物来带来这样的益处,这些活性物通常是昂贵的,因此会增加消费者的成本。当本发明人将橄榄石提取物配制在使用水和某些增稠聚合物制成的简单水性组合物中时,他们发现当组合物中包括较高量的橄榄石提取物时,可为皮肤带来所需的活力光泽(如HDFa细胞中ATP水平的增加很明显),但随着时间的推移,组合物呈现出不希望的绿色。当橄榄石的浓度降低时,颜色问题减少,但没有获得期望的益处。因此,本发明人面临的问题是如何通过不会产生不期望的颜色的组合物为皮肤带来期望的活力光泽。

本发明人未完全理解橄榄石提取物和维生素C或其衍生物之间协同相互作用产生本发明益处的原因。本发明人对这些活性物及其生理活性的科学理解程度总结如下。
橄榄石ST是富含镁的矿物提取物,许多酶活性依赖于镁[Mg2+]。镁在维持细胞能量供应中起重要作用,其失调会引起细胞功能障碍并减少线粒体ATP产生。由于橄榄石提取物富含镁,它刺激细胞代谢活性,作用于细胞呼吸和ATP的合成。
线粒体被称为细胞的动力室,因为它产生大量的细胞ATP。已知许多外部因素如UV、污染等在细胞中诱导活性氧物质(ROS),导致氧化应激。过量的活性氧物质引起细胞损伤并影响线粒体功能,从而减少ATP合成。此外,活性氧物质如超氧化物、单线态氧、过氧化物也在正常条件下的细胞呼吸和代谢过程中产生,如果不猝灭,其也可能具有不期望的后果。
抗氧化剂在通过猝灭ROS而减少氧化应激诱导的细胞损伤中起非常重要的作用。维生素C是一种这样的抗氧化剂,并且已被证明具有清除ROS的强效活性。我们假设维生素C通过其抗氧化机制抵消了氧化应激的作用,这又进而改善了细胞的ATP状态。

液体形式的洗掉型组合物通常包括低浓度的表面活性剂,并且在皮肤上是温和的。所述表面活性剂通常占液体清洁组合物的4至18重量%,优选6至12重量%。包括在本发明液体清洁组合物中的表面活性剂可优选为阴离子型、非离子型、阳离子型或两性型。包括在本发明的液体清洁组合物中的有用的表面活性剂是月桂基醚硫酸钠(SLES)。用于本发明的SLES通常优选具有1至3个乙氧基化(EO)基团。SLES优选占组合物的3至8重量%。可包括在本发明中的其它表面活性剂是椰油酰胺单乙醇胺(CMEA)。CMEA优选占组合物的1至3重量%。本发明的液体清洁组合物的一个优选方面涉及其中表面活性剂包括月桂基醚硫酸钠(SLES)和椰油酰胺单乙醇胺(CMEA)的混合物的方面。包括在本发明的液体清洁组合物中的另一种有用的表面活性剂是两性表面活性剂,优选甜菜碱表面活性剂,更优选烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱表面活性剂,例如椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱。在一个优选的实施方案中,组合物包括0.1至5重量%,优选0.5至4重量%,更优选1至3重量%的甜菜碱表面活性剂。
用于包括在本发明的液体清洁组合物中的非离子型表面活性剂优选为聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇烷基酯类(以吐温表面活性剂出售)、脂肪醇乙氧基化物(以Brij表面活性剂出售)、烷基酚乙氧基化物(以Triton表面活性剂出售)、脂肪酸乙氧基化物(以Myrj表面活性剂出售)和烷基聚糖苷(以Plantacare表面活性剂出售)。
水是本发明液体清洁组合物中优选的载体。在这样的组合物中,水通常以70至95重量%存在。优选的液体清洁组合物可包括其它已知成分,如电解质、香料、颜料、防腐剂、润肤剂、防晒剂、乳化剂、胶凝剂和增稠剂。
本发明的另一方面涉及为皮肤带来活力光泽的方法,其包括将本发明的组合物施用于皮肤上的步骤。所述方法优选是美容性的或非治疗性的。
本发明的另一方面涉及维生素C或其衍生物用于提高HDFa细胞中ATP水平的用途。另一方面涉及维生素C或其衍生物用于向皮肤提供活力光泽的用途。本发明的还另一方面涉及本发明的组合物用于为皮肤带来活力光泽的用途。
现在将借助于以下非限制性实施例说明本发明。
具体实施方式
实施例
实施例A-C、1:使用各种组合物时ATP水平的增加。
制备下表-1中所示的组合物。

**聚山梨醇酯20也称为吐温20,是非离子表面活性剂
将表1中所示的组合物进行体外测定,其中测量HDFa细胞中ATP的增加。测定方案如下:
成纤维细胞(HDFa细胞)培养:
成年供体的人真皮成纤维细胞(HDFa)获自Lonza,并在5% CO2/37℃下在含有10% FCS和抗生素的DMEM培养基中培养。当细胞达到85%时,除去融合培养基,用1×PBS洗涤细胞,并用3ml胰蛋白酶EDTA孵育5分钟。通过加入2ml胰蛋白酶中和剂使胰蛋白酶失活。收集分离的细胞并离心分离下来,将细胞再悬浮于培养基中,并将约2×105个细胞接种于新鲜细胞培养瓶中,并在37℃下维持于5% CO2培养箱中。将培养物静置48小时,之后每48小时喂它们直至汇合。
HDFa细胞中ATP水平的估计:
将HDFa细胞(10,000个细胞/孔)接种在96孔板中含有10% FCS的DMEM培养基中,并在5% CO2/37℃下孵育24小时,24小时后,将活性物加入含有2% FCS的DMEM培养基中,并在5% CO2/37℃下孵育1小时/24小时。孵育后,通过加入30μl RIPA缓冲液与蛋白酶和磷酸酶抑制剂裂解细胞。根据试剂盒方案分子探针ATP测定试剂盒(A22066)进行ATP水平的估计,并用BCA方法估计的蛋白质含量进行标准化。
相对于安慰剂的%ATP水平在下表2中给出:

上表-2中的数据表明橄榄石提取物和维生素C协同地相互作用以提高ATP水平,从而提供为皮肤带来活力光泽的组合物。
实施例A、D、E、2:在使用单独的活性物及其组合时ATP水平的增加。
将如下表-3所示的活性物用于测量1小时结束时ATP的增加。数据也总结在同一表中。

Stay C是购自DSM的抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠。
上表-2中的数据还表明橄榄石提取物和维生素C在不存在其它组成成分的情况下作为纯活性物协同地相互作用,以提高ATP水平。
Claims (13)
1.为皮肤带来活力光泽的局部组合物,其包括橄榄石提取物和维生素C或其衍生物;和化妆品可接受的媒介物,该媒介物选自(i)用聚合物增稠的水或(ii)乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包括0.01-3重量%的橄榄石提取物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包括0.01至2重量%的维生素C或其衍生物。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其呈乳剂、霜剂、凝胶、精华素或精华液形式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其呈精华素或精华液形式。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其包括55至99重量%的水。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其包括0.01至2重量%的聚合物,所述聚合物选自以下中的一种或多种丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸烷基酯交联聚合物、卡波姆、丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/山萮醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其包括选自甘油、1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、戊二醇、己二醇和山梨醇中的一种或多种的多元醇。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其包括选自以下的亮肤化合物:维生素B3化合物、间苯二酚类如乙基间苯二酚或己基间苯二酚、羟基硬脂酸、盐酸吡哆醇、AHA、BHA、PHA或天然亮肤提取物如蜂蜜提取物或柠檬提取物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其包括选自透明质酸和L-PCA钠中的一种或两种的保湿剂。
11.为皮肤带来活力光泽的方法,其包括将根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物施用于皮肤上的步骤。
12.维生素C或其衍生物用于为皮肤提供活力光泽的用途。
13.根据前述权利要求1至10中任一项所述的组合物用于为皮肤提供活力光泽的用途。
