Abstract

Said preparation method is simple and easy to implement.
Description
The invention relates to an additive for asphalt and stone mixture in highway construction and a preparation method thereof.
With the rapid development of the transportation industry, especially the continuous construction of high-grade roads in recent years, the requirement on the construction quality of the roads is higher and higher. At present, the stone adopted in the construction of the surface layer of the high-grade highway usually takes alkaline stone as the main material. The alkaline stone has the advantages of good adhesion with asphalt, but poor abrasion resistance, influences the service life of roads, and is easy to cause traffic accidents such as rear-end collision and the like. In order to solve the contradiction, some highway constructions are changed to use acidic or neutral stone (such as basalt, etc.), but the stone has poor adhesion with asphalt, and the stone is easy to peel off from the asphalt, so that the pavement is damaged early, and the service life of the highway is influenced.
The invention aims to provide an additive capable of enhancing the adhesiveness of asphalt and stone and prolonging the service life of a highway pavement and a preparation method thereof.
The additive of asphalt and stone is high-carbon fatty amide hydrochloride (RCONHCH)2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2HCL), a typical cationic surfactant, is a dark brown viscous or semi-solid paste with a PH of 7. The additive mainly comprises high carbonic acid (RCOOH) and diethyleneamine (RCONHCH)2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2) The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. high carbonic acid with the concentration of 80 percent and diethylenetriamine with the concentration of 95 percent are put into a closed container according to the proportion of 3.6-4.0: 1;
2. heating to 70-80 deg.C, stirring, heating to 160 deg.C, maintaining for 10 min, and gradually cooling to 130-150 deg.C;
3. keeping vacuum while reducing the temperature, gradually adjusting the vacuum degree to 60cmHg and keeping the vacuum degree for 0.5-1 h under a proper water outlet speed, then adjusting the vacuum degree to 40cmHg and keeping the reaction for 2 h to obtain the high-carbon fatty amide, wherein the reaction chemical equation is as follows:
4. neutralizing the obtained high-carbon fatty amide with 30% hydrochloric acid at 70 ℃ according to the proportion of 4.7-5.0: 1 to obtain the high-carbon fatty amide hydrochloride additive, wherein the reaction chemical formula is as follows:
the asphalt and stone additive provided by the invention can greatly improve the adhesion of asphalt and stone, improve the construction quality of highways and prolong the service life of pavements; moreover, the preparation method and the process steps are simple and easy to implement, and are suitable for popularization and application.
Example 1: 425g of 80% high carbonic acid and 114g of 95% diethylenetriamine are taken and put into a closed container; heating, stirring and cooling in vacuum according to the operation process requirements, and reacting to obtain 521g of high-carbon aliphatic amide; 521g of high-carbon fatty amide was neutralized with 110g of 30% strength hydrochloric acid to give 632g of high-carbon fatty amide hydrochloride additive.
Example 2: the dosages of the high carbonic acid, the diethylenetriamine and the hydrochloric acid are respectively 510g, 137g and 133 g; the preparation process is the same as example 1; 625g of high-carbon fatty amide and 758g of high-carbon fatty amide are respectively obtained.
Example 3: the dosages of the high carbonic acid, the diethylenetriamine and the hydrochloric acid are 638g, 171g and 166g respectively; 782g of the high-carbon fatty amide were obtained, and 947g of the additive was finally obtained.
Example 4: the dosages of the high carbonic acid, the diethylenetriamine and the hydrochloric acid are 365kg, 98kg and 95kg respectively; 448kg of high-carbon fatty amide is obtained, and 500kg of additive is finally obtained.
Claims (2)

An asphalt and stone additive is characterized in that: the additive is high-carbon fatty amide hydrochloride with a molecular formula of RCONHCH2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2HCL, a cationic surfactant, is a dark brown viscous or semi-solid paste with a PH of 7, and contains high carbonic acid and diethylenetriamine as major components.
2. The preparation method of the asphalt and stone additive is characterized in that the additive is prepared according to the following steps:
a: high carbonic acid with the concentration of 80 percent and diethylenetriamine with the concentration of 95 percent are put into a closed container according to the proportion of 3.6-4.0: 1;
b: heating to 70-80 deg.C, stirring, heating to 160 deg.C, maintaining for 10 min, and gradually cooling to 130-150 deg.C;
c: keeping vacuum while reducing the temperature, gradually adjusting the vacuum degree to 60cmHg at a proper water outlet speed, keeping the vacuum degree for 0.5-1 h, adjusting the vacuum degree to 40cmHg, and keeping the reaction for 2 h to obtain high-carbon fatty amide;
d: neutralizing the obtained high-carbon fatty amide with 30% hydrochloric acid at 70 ℃ according to the proportion of 4.7-5.0: 1 to finally obtain the high-carbon fatty amide hydrochloride additive.
