According to the color pavement sealing fabric, clay, montmorillonite, an emulsifier and water are utilized to form a slurry type emulsified soap solution, and decolored asphalt is emulsified, so that the components are combined with one another to form a unified whole, and the cohesiveness and the stability of the emulsified asphalt are improved; and adding functional additive to make color pavement sealing material with certain consistency, and the sealing material has the advantages of long-term stable storage of emulsified asphalt due to the support and thickening of clay and montmorillonite. Common colored emulsified asphalt includes SBR modified emulsified asphalt and SBS modified emulsified asphalt: the SBR modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by firstly emulsifying matrix asphalt by adopting a common emulsifying instrument, and then adding SBR emulsion and uniformly mixing; the SBS modified emulsified asphalt is obtained by modifying the base asphalt through SBS latex and then emulsifying through an emulsifying instrument. The two emulsified asphalts have poor stability, are not easy to store for a long time and have strict requirements on equipment.

(2) mixing the emulsion obtained in the step (1) with clay and montmorillonite to obtain slurry type emulsified soap liquid;
(3) and (3) mixing the slurry type emulsified soap liquid obtained in the step (2) with the decolored asphalt, the functional additive and the residual water in sequence to obtain the colored pavement sealing material.
The invention mixes the emulsifier with part of water to obtain the emulsion. In the present invention, the mass of the part of water is preferably 180 to 200 parts, and more preferably 185 to 195 parts, based on 100 parts of the mass of the asphalt. In the present invention, the mixing of the emulsifier with part of the water is preferably carried out under stirring conditions; the rotating speed of the stirring is preferably 100-120 r/min, and more preferably 105-115 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 2-3 min.
After the emulsion is obtained, the invention mixes the emulsion with clay and montmorillonite to obtain the slurry type emulsified soap liquid. In the present invention, the mixing of the emulsion with clay and montmorillonite is preferably performed under stirring conditions; the stirring speed is preferably 150-200 r/min, and more preferably 160-180 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 5-7 min.
In the preferable scheme of the invention, the emulsifier is firstly dissolved in the hot water-shaped emulsified liquid and then is mixed with the clay and the montmorillonite, and the montmorillonite can swell when meeting water, so that more uniform emulsified liquid soap is obtained.
After the slurry type emulsified soap liquid is obtained, the slurry type emulsified soap liquid is sequentially mixed with the decolored asphalt, the functional additive and the residual water to obtain the color pavement sealing material. In the invention, the temperature of the discolored asphalt is preferably 130-150 ℃, and more preferably 140 ℃.
The invention preferably adds the asphalt into the slurry type emulsified soap liquid under the stirring condition to obtain the emulsified asphalt. In the invention, the stirring speed is preferably 300-320 r/min, and more preferably 305-315 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 25-30 min.
After the emulsified asphalt is obtained, the functional additive and the residual water are preferably added into the emulsified asphalt in sequence to obtain the color pavement sealing material. In the present invention, the functional additive is preferably added under stirring conditions; the stirring speed is preferably 150-180 r/min, and more preferably 160-170 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 5-8 min.
In the present invention, the mass of the residual water is preferably 30 to 50 parts, and more preferably 40 parts, based on 100 parts of the mass of the asphalt. In the present invention, the temperature of the remaining water is preferably room temperature. In the present invention, the residual water can dilute the colored pavement sealing material to a desired viscosity.
