In this document, it should be understood that any number of elements in the drawings is for illustration and not limitation, and that any naming is used only for distinction and not for any limitation.
Reference will now be made in detail to several representative embodiments of the present disclosure to illustrate the principles and spirit of the present disclosure.
In the multi-player mode of an electronic game, knowledge of the play situation of teammates facilitates communication in the same game lineup to facilitate winning of the game.
In the related art, a game situation of a teammate can be presented to a player through a screen, and then, contents of the game situation of the teammate which can be provided are limited, specifically, the following embodiments are described:
Referring to fig. 1, in the related art, a graphical user interface 102 is provided through a terminal device 101, where content displayed by the graphical user interface 102 includes a virtual map 103 and at least a part of virtual scenes, and after a user performs a triggering operation (for example, clicking, double clicking, long clicking, heavy clicking, etc.) on a target position in the virtual map 103, a part of the virtual scenes currently displayed by the graphical user interface 102 (typically, a part of the virtual scenes within a preset range around a position of a first virtual character 104 manipulated by the user in the virtual scenes) is switched to a part of the virtual scenes corresponding to the target position in the virtual map 103 for which the triggering operation is performed (i.e., a part of the virtual scenes within a preset range around a position corresponding to the target position in the virtual scenes).
Wherein, the game scene is a virtual scene displayed (or provided) when the application program runs on the terminal or the server. Optionally, the virtual scene is a simulation environment for the real world, or a semi-simulated semi-fictional virtual environment, or a purely fictional virtual environment. The virtual scene is any one of a two-dimensional virtual scene and a three-dimensional virtual scene, and the virtual environment can be sky, land, ocean and the like, wherein the land comprises environmental elements such as deserts, cities and the like. The virtual scene is a scene of a complete game logic of a virtual object such as user control, for example, in a sandbox 3D shooting game, the virtual scene is a 3D game world for a player to control the virtual object to fight, and an exemplary virtual scene may include: at least one element selected from mountains, flat lands, rivers, lakes, oceans, deserts, sky, plants, buildings and vehicles; for example, in a 2D card game, the virtual scene is a scene for showing a released card or a virtual object corresponding to the released card, and an exemplary virtual scene may include: arenas, battle fields, or other "field" elements or other elements that can display the status of card play; for a 2D or 3D multiplayer online tactical game, the virtual scene is a 2D or 3D terrain scene for virtual objects to fight, an exemplary virtual scene may include: mountain, line, river, classroom, table and chair, podium, etc.
The graphical user interface is a graphical user interface that may be a display screen interface of a terminal device by executing a software application on a processor of the mobile terminal or other terminal and rendering the graphical user interface on a display. The graphical user interface may present all or only a portion of the game scene. The game scene comprises a plurality of static virtual objects, and specifically comprises ground, mountain, stone, vegetation, buildings and the like. When the game scene is bigger, only the local content of the game scene is displayed on the graphical user interface of the terminal equipment in the game process. Optionally, the game scene includes a game character, where the game character may be a game character operated by a player, or may be an NPC (nonplayer character, non-player character), and the exemplary embodiment is not limited. A controlled virtual object refers to a dynamic object that can be controlled in a virtual scene. Alternatively, the dynamic object may be a virtual character, a virtual object, or the like. The controlled virtual object is an object controlled by a user through an input device, or is artificial intelligence (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AI) set in a virtual environment through training. In one possible implementation, the user can control the controlled virtual object to move in the virtual scene, for example, control the controlled virtual object to navigate or collect virtual resources, and the like, can also control the controlled virtual object to upgrade and develop on the building object created by the controlled virtual object, and can also control the controlled virtual object to fight with other virtual objects in camping. Alternatively, the controlled virtual object may have various functions, such as a function of not only collecting virtual resources but also a function of fighting. Alternatively, when the virtual environment is a three-dimensional virtual environment, the controlled virtual objects may be three-dimensional virtual models, each having its own shape and volume in the three-dimensional virtual environment, occupying a part of the space in the three-dimensional virtual environment. Alternatively, the three-dimensional virtual object is a three-dimensional character constructed based on a three-dimensional skeletal technology, and the controlled virtual object realizes different external figures through a wearing technology. In some implementations, the controlled virtual object may also be implemented using a 2.5-dimensional or 2-dimensional model, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The teammate identifier 105 is displayed in the virtual map 103, when the user desires to know the game situation of the target teammate, a triggering operation (such as clicking, double clicking, long clicking, heavy clicking, etc.) can be performed on the target position around the teammate identifier 105 corresponding to the target teammate in the virtual map 103 (including the position where the teammate identifier 105 is located), so as to switch the part of the virtual scene currently displayed by the graphical user interface 102 (typically, the part of the virtual scene around the first virtual character position 104 operated by the user in the virtual scene) to the corresponding part of the virtual scene of the target teammate (i.e., the part of the virtual scene around the second virtual character 106 operated by the target teammate in the virtual scene in the preset range).
However, the inventors of the present disclosure found that this approach is only applicable to fixed-view games, and that the use experience is poor for non-fixed-view games.
Referring to fig. 2, in the related art, a graphic user interface 202 is provided through a terminal device 201, and contents displayed by the graphic user interface 202 include at least a part of virtual scenes, and when a teammate-manipulated virtual character 203 is not within a view field of a user-manipulated virtual character, assuming that the teammate-manipulated virtual character 203 is on the other side of a building 204, positional information of the teammate-manipulated virtual character 203 is presented by displaying an outline of the teammate-manipulated virtual character 203.
However, the inventors of the present disclosure found that in this scheme, the user can only know rough position information of the teammate-manipulated virtual character, cannot know specific environmental information around the teammate-manipulated virtual character, for example, cannot know information of opponent-manipulated virtual characters (including NPC-hostile virtual characters, i.e., non-player-hostile virtual characters) around the teammate-manipulated virtual character.
In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides an information display scheme, which specifically includes: providing a first graphical user interface by a first terminal device, the method comprising: controlling the first graphical user interface to display at least one teammate identification; and responding to a first triggering operation aiming at a target teammate identifier in the teammate identifiers, controlling the first graphical user interface to display a game picture preview window, and displaying a game picture corresponding to the target teammate identifier in the game picture preview window. Through the method and the device, the user can view the game pictures of teammates, and communication in the same game lineup is facilitated, so that winning of games is facilitated.
Having described the basic principles of the present disclosure, various non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically described below.
Referring to fig. 3, an application scenario diagram of an information display method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
The application scenario includes a local terminal device 310 and a server 320. The local terminal device 310 and the server 320 may be connected through a wired or wireless communication network, so as to implement data interaction.
The local terminal device 310 may be an electronic device with data transmission and multimedia input/output functions near the user side, such as a desktop computer, a mobile phone, a mobile computer, a tablet computer, a media player, a car-mounted computer, a smart wearable device, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or other electronic devices capable of implementing the above functions, etc. The electronic device may include a processor for presenting a graphical user interface that may display a music game interface, and a display screen having a touch input function for processing the music game data, generating the graphical user interface, and controlling the display of the graphical user interface on the display screen.

The client transmits information for performing a first trigger operation for the teammate identification to the server 320. The server 320 controls the first graphical user interface to display a game screen preview window in which a game screen corresponding to a target teammate identification is displayed in response to a first trigger operation for the target teammate identification among the teammate identifications. Wherein the terminal device may be the aforementioned local terminal device 310.
When the information display method is run on the server 320, the method may also be implemented and executed based on a cloud interaction system.
The cloud interaction system comprises a client device and a cloud game server.
In some example embodiments, various cloud applications may be run under the cloud interaction system, such as: and (5) cloud game. Taking cloud game as an example, cloud game refers to a game mode based on cloud computing. In the running mode of the cloud game, the running main body of the game program and the game picture presentation main body are separated, the storage and running of the control method of the moving state in the game are completed on the cloud game server, and the client device is used for receiving and sending data and presenting the game picture, for example, the client device can be a display device with a data transmission function close to a user side, such as a mobile terminal, a television, a computer, a palm computer and the like; but the cloud game server which performs information processing is a cloud. When playing the game, the player operates the client device to send an operation instruction to the cloud game server, the cloud game server runs the game according to the operation instruction, codes and compresses data such as game pictures and the like, returns the data to the client device through a network, and finally decodes the data through the client device and outputs the game pictures.
In the above embodiments, the description has been given taking an example in which the information display method is run on the server 320, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in some exemplary embodiments, the information display method may also be run on the local terminal device 310.
In some exemplary embodiments, taking a game as an example, the local terminal device 310 stores a game program and is used to present a game screen. The local terminal device 310 is used to interact with the player through a graphical user interface, i.e., conventionally, to download and install a game program through an electronic device and run. The manner in which the local terminal device 310 provides the graphical user interface to the player may include a variety of ways, for example, it may be rendered for display on a display screen of the terminal, or provided to the player by holographic projection. For example, the local terminal device 310 may include a display screen for presenting a graphical user interface including game visuals, and a processor for running the game, generating the graphical user interface, and controlling the display of the graphical user interface on the display screen.
When the information display method is run on the local terminal device 310, the local terminal device 310 may include a display screen and a processor. The local terminal device 310 is provided with a client, and the client provides a first graphical user interface through a display screen, wherein the first graphical user interface displays at least one teammate identifier; and the user can perform a first triggering operation on the teammate identification through the client. And the client sends information for performing a first triggering operation on the teammate identification to the processor. And the processor responds to a first trigger operation aiming at a target teammate identifier in the teammate identifiers, controls the first graphical user interface to display a game picture preview window, and displays a game picture corresponding to the target teammate identifier in the game picture preview window.
An information display scheme according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described below in connection with the application scenario of fig. 3. It should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of an information display method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. According to the information display method provided by the embodiment, a first graphical user interface is provided through a first terminal device. The information display method provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
Step S410, controlling the first graphical user interface to display at least one teammate identification.
In this exemplary embodiment, regarding the shape, size, and display position of the teammate identifier in the first graphical user interface, the specific hardware and software parameters of the terminal device to which the method of this exemplary embodiment is applied may be set accordingly, and the content of the specific setting is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In particular, the shape, size and display position of the teammate mark in the first graphical user interface are preferably as far as possible to avoid shielding other contents displayed in the first graphical user interface, for example, the teammate mark may be displayed at an edge position, such as a top, bottom or side position, in the first graphical user interface.
In particular, for the teammate identifier and the display position thereof in the first graphical user interface, other operation controls (such as a mobile function control, a skill function control and the like) can be close to the teammate identifier, so that the operation of a user is facilitated, and the portability and consistency of the operation of the user are improved.
As a specific example, referring to fig. 5, when a player plays a game through a first terminal device 501, the first terminal device 501 presents the player with a first graphical user interface 502 of the game, and the content displayed by the first graphical user interface 502 includes display content 503.
In particular, if there are multiple teammate identifications, the multiple teammate identifications are arranged in the first graphical user interface in at least one of the following ways:
transverse arrangement, longitudinal arrangement, arcuate arrangement, circular arrangement or profiled arrangement.
As a specific example, referring to fig. 6, the content displayed by first graphical user interface 502 in designated area 504 includes a plurality of teammate identifications 505 arranged laterally.
Step S420, responding to a first triggering operation for a target teammate identifier in the teammate identifiers, controlling the first graphical user interface to display a game picture preview window, and displaying a game picture corresponding to the target teammate identifier in the game picture preview window.
In the above-described exemplary embodiment, the teammate identification is described, and the target teammate identification and the first trigger operation for the target teammate identification will be described below:
in this exemplary embodiment, the manner of determining the target teammate identifier from the teammate identifiers includes:
And responding to a selection operation for any one of the teammate identifications, and taking the selected teammate identification as the target teammate identification.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the selected operation and the first trigger operation are continuous operations.
In particular, the selecting operation and the first triggering operation may be continuous operations, that is, the selecting operation and the first triggering operation are continuous, that is, the starting point of the subsequent first triggering operation is the acting position of the previous selecting operation, and no interruption of the operation occurs between the selecting operation and the first triggering operation, which is a continuous and integral triggering operation.
