Abstract

技术领域
本发明是关于捕捉昆虫(尤其是苍蝇,但不仅仅是苍蝇)的装置。
发明背景
捕蝇器捕捉杀灭苍蝇人人皆知。鉴于苍蝇是难以捕捉的小昆虫,飞行能力很强,所以,捕捉苍蝇是一项艰巨的任务。简单的粘蝇纸依靠胶粘住苍蝇,碰巧会粘住翅膀或身体。也有较复杂的装置,象电动萤光管,利用紫光及电流使苍蝇电死。这种装置需要用电,室外没有电的地方就不能用。有些装置不是很有效,因为死苍蝇的气味会排斥其他苍蝇。
本发明总的目的是提供一种改进的捕捉诸如苍蝇之类昆虫的装置。
本发明的公开
根据本发明,提供了一种用于捕捉昆虫的装置;该装置包括限定第一空间或室的装置,这一空间通过入口装置跟外界相接,第一空间限定装置一般具有不透光特性,
限定第二空间或小室的装置,第二室对外界关闭,除非第一、第二空间之间至少有一条一般具有透光特性的通路,这样,第一空间起到了引诱昆虫进入,进入第一空间的昆虫被进入第二空间的光所吸引而通过这一通路,这时就在第二空间被捕捉。
本发明进一步的优选特征在附属的权利要求中作了限定。
在一特定的形式中,本发明提供一种装置,装置包括一中空具有实心的壁圆锥,或具有实心壁的锥体,这些壁是由透明或半透明的材料制作,在圆锥或锥体的顶端具有一个开口,
中空立方容器具半透明或透明壁及全开或半开的底,它放在圆锥或锥体上方,以便在上面完全复盖,
平台框架具有暗壁,在中央限定一空间,用作圆锥或锥体的台,

实施本发明的最佳方式
如附图所示,根据本发明建造的装置包括一个中空锥体12,其方形基座装在一个通常为矩形的开式框架13上,起着基座或平台的作用,包括一个中空立方形容器15,装在锥体12上区的上方。锥体12有一个带四面壁板12′的框架,壁板向顶端9倾斜。容器15同样有一个框架8,由直角截面组成,截面之间有壁板。底壁板省略了,这样,框架8的底区就紧扣在壁板12′与锥体12框架上,将容器15的内部封闭起来。
平台13有一个平截头锥体壁21(图4),起着隔板及内支架22(图3)的作用,悬挂腿23的作用将装置抬起高出支架表面(未示出)。平台壁21是由不透光材料制成,一般为深色或黑色,而锥体12的壁板12′及容器15的壁板7是由透光材料制成。所有元件12、13、15都是用塑料材料制成。
锥体12的顶端9有一小孔14,使昆虫在锥体12内部与容器15之间通过。当装置放在支架表面,在平台13壁21的底部边缘(28)为昆虫提供入口,平台高出支架表面,支架表面最好是不透光板(图中未示出)。
平台13的壁21连同支架表面构成从外界吸引昆虫的第一小室或空间F。
容器15的壁板7及锥体壁板12′的上区构成另一室或空间T,昆虫就在此被捕而杀死。锥体12的内部和小孔14为昆虫在小室或空间F、T之间提供导引与通路。
为使用此装置,诱饵最好放在支架板的中心区,支架板上放有支腿23。诱饵可以是剩饭菜、腐烂食品或有气味食品,或散发出吸引昆虫(尤其是苍蝇)的气味的化学药品或物质。诱铒的气味吸引通过平台13的壁21下侧的通路空间进入装置的昆虫。吃一些放在室F的诱饵或探一下摆在那儿的物质之后,昆虫本能地倾向于向上飞往锥体的小孔19,因为装置的上部比室F内表面光亮。
向上飞的昆虫一定飞过锥体12的小孔9中的小口14,然后就在容器15中室T被捕捉。昆虫唯一可逃跑的路径是飞回、向下通过小口14。然而,被捕的昆虫极不可能这样做,因为小口14很小,而且低区也暗。昆虫从容器15的侧面探到光线之后,本能地向侧面飞去,以图飞走。
如果当装置放在室外及太阳光照射下,被捕捉的昆虫死于饥饿,或脱水。也可以将装置浸入水中,昆虫一被捕捉后很快全杀死。还有一种杀死被捕昆虫的办法就是在平台13下侧的通道空间喷杀虫剂。
应当指出,本发明的范围不限于上述特定的公开。该装置可作多种改进型,特别是元件12、13、15可以做成其他各种形式。例如,锥体12可以是圆锥带有圆形基座或锥体带矩形基座、梯形基座或一些其他多角结构。
本发明的一些其他特性如下:
装置利用光引诱昆虫向上飞通过小口进入闭合容器,使之被捕,昆虫又不可能试图向下通过小口。
装置有较暗的底内部,较亮的顶部,以引诱被诱饵吸引的昆虫进入,向上飞,而且一定通过小口。
只要有光线,本发明总会有用。
多种剩饭菜、腐烂或有气味的食品、或化学药品或物质,只要散发气味吸引昆虫,均可用作诱饵。
本装置依据的原理是:昆虫(尤其是苍蝇)被引导至带气味的诱饵处来,然后本能地向上飞,向有光的方向飞,而不是向装置底部暗侧面方向飞。
昆虫不会因有先前被杀灭昆虫的气味而被阻进入装置,因为这种气味并不使诱饵减效。随时可加新鲜诱铒。
装置有暗底部,防止了昆虫通过锥体顶端的小口往下逃走。
装置自然地通过饿死与/或脱水的办法将捕捉的昆虫杀死。
装置不需要用任何毒药或化学药品杀死昆虫。
装置不需要用任何电力或其他能源进行操作。
只要在锥体(12)上安装一个可拆卸的容器(15),装置就可很容易地改装用来捕捉活昆虫。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于捕捉昆虫的装置,所述装置包含限定第一空间或室的装置,从外界可通过入口装置进入,该第一空间限定装置一般具有不透光特性,
限定第二个空间或室的装置,第二个空间除第一与第二空间之间至少有一条通路之外与外界阻断,而且具有透光特性,其中第一空间起到诱使昆虫进入的作用,进入第一空间的昆虫受到进入第二空间的光线的吸引,通过通路,然后在第二空间被捕捉。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其中第一空间至少部分由一开式框架构成,框架起着平台或基座的作用,支腿将框架抬起高出支架表面,并在框架下面提供入口装置。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其中支架表面由分开的黑色或深色板组成。
4.根据权利要求2或3的装置,其中支腿加在平台框架朝内放置的另一框架上。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4的装置,其中平台框架与/或其他框架为矩形的。
6.根据权利要求2、3、4或5的装置,其中平台框架有一个不透光材料制成的截头圆锥体壁。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一装置,其中限定第二空间的装置包括由第一空间限定装置所支撑的圆锥或锥体,一装在圆锥或锥体上的容器,容器至少有一条由圆锥或锥体顶端的孔构成的通路。
8.根据权利要求7的装置,其中容器是立方形状的。
9.根据权利要求7的装置,其中容器装在圆锥或锥体的上部区域。
10.根据权利要求7至9的任一装置,其中圆锥或锥体与/或容器具有至少部分透光的一个或多个壁。
