According to this feature, the gap is covered by the gap covering portion. Thus, the inside of the side cover is not exposed from the gap to the outside of the side cover, and dust and the like hardly intrude into the inside of the side cover from the gap.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the gap covering portion is formed of a portion extending from the first surface portion or the second surface portion.
According to this feature, the gap covering portion can be simply constituted.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the gap covering portion is provided on the second surface portion similar to the entrance portion.
Here, if the gap covering portion is provided on the same first face as the protruding portion, when the protruding portion is brought into the entering portion in a state where the other cover member is attached, the position of the gap covering portion changes together with the protruding portion, so that the gap covering portion easily interferes with the other cover member.
According to this feature, when the protrusion is brought into the entering portion in a state where the other cover member is attached, the position of the gap covering portion does not change, so that the gap covering portion is less likely to interfere with the one cover member.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the protruding portion is provided at an end portion of the first face portion; the entrance portion is provided at an end of the second face portion.
According to this feature, the protruding portion enters the entering portion by aligning the end portion of the first face portion with the end portion of the second face portion. Thus, the protruding portion can be easily inserted into the insertion portion.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the inlet portion is formed of a cutout portion; the protruding portion is configured to be insertable into and removable from the entering portion along a cutout direction.
According to this feature, the protruding portion is inserted into or removed from the entering portion by inserting or extracting the protruding portion into or from the entering portion in the cutout direction. This makes it possible to easily perform positioning by the positioning portion and release the positioning.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that a threshing device is provided as the working device; the side cover is detachably provided on a lateral side of the threshing device and is configured to be divided into a plurality of cover members; the positioning portion is provided across two cover members adjacent to each other in the plurality of cover members, and positions a cover member located on an upper side of the two cover members and a cover member located on a lower side of the two cover members; the protrusion is provided on the upper cover member; the inlet portion is provided on the lower cover member.
According to this feature, the cover member located on the upper side and the cover member located on the lower side are positioned by the positioning portion, so that the two cover members adjacent to each other vertically can be prevented from being displaced relative to each other. Further, by a simple operation of allowing the protruding portion to enter the entering portion from above, the cover member located on the upper side and the cover member located on the lower side can be easily positioned.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the upper cover member and the lower cover member are arranged in a state where a gap exists between a lower edge portion of the upper cover member and an upper edge portion of the lower cover member; a gap covering part for covering the gap is arranged on the upper edge part of the cover part positioned at the lower side; the gap covering portion extends from an upper edge portion of the lower cover member to a position laterally inward of the threshing device than a lower edge portion of the upper cover member.
According to this feature, the gap is covered by the gap covering portion. Thus, the inside of the side cover is not exposed from the gap to the outside of the side cover, and dust and the like hardly intrude into the inside of the side cover from the gap. The end edge of the gap covering portion is located laterally inward of the threshing device than the end edge of the lower edge of the cover member located on the upper side. This effectively prevents the inside of the side cover from being exposed from the gap to the outside of the side cover.

Detailed Description
[ Embodiment 1]
First, embodiment 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
In fig. 1 to 11, F represents a front side, B represents a rear side, U represents an upper side, D represents a lower side, R represents a right side, and L represents a left side in fig. 1 to 11.
(Integral Structure of combine harvester)
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the body 1 is supported by a right and left crawler-type traveling device 2. The operator's riding cab 3 is provided at the right part of the front of the body 1. The threshing device 4 is provided at the left part of the rear part of the machine body 1, and the grain box 5 is provided at the right part of the rear part of the machine body 1.
The feeder 6 is connected to the front of the threshing device 4 and extends forward, and the harvesting unit 7 is connected to the front of the feeder 6, and the harvesting unit 7 for harvesting the field crops is provided at the front of the machine body 1.
With the above configuration, as the machine body 1 advances, the field crop is guided to the harvesting unit 7 and harvested, and the harvested crop is conveyed by the feeder 6 and supplied to the threshing device 4. The harvested crop is subjected to threshing by a threshing device 4, and grains which have been subjected to threshing by the threshing device 4 and recovered are stored in a grain box 5.
(Structure of threshing device)
As shown in fig. 1,2, and 3, the threshing device 4 is provided with a threshing cylinder 8 that is rotationally driven about a shaft center P1 along the front-rear direction, and a sorting unit 9 that is disposed on the lower side of the threshing cylinder 8 along the front-rear direction; threshing cylinder 8 and sorting unit 9 are disposed between right and left side plates 10 to constitute threshing device 4. The rear wall 11 is connected to the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10, and is provided at the rear portion of the threshing device 4, and the rear portion of the threshing cylinder 8 is rotatably supported by the rear wall 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the rear wall 11 is provided with: a rear surface portion 12 formed along the up-down direction and the left-right direction; right and left lateral surface portions 13 connected to right and left portions of the rear surface portion 12, and formed in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction; and an upper surface portion 14 connected to upper portions of the rear surface portion 12 and the lateral surface portion 13, and formed along the left-right direction and the front-rear direction. The right and left lateral surface portions 13 of the rear wall portion 11 are connected to the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10, and the bearing portion 15 for supporting the threshing cylinder 8 is connected to the rear surface portion 12 of the rear wall portion 11.
Thereby, the rear wall 11 rotatably supporting the rear part of the threshing cylinder 8 is provided at the rear part of the threshing device 4. The dust discharge port 16 for discharging the chips from the threshing device 4 is formed on the lower side with respect to the rear wall 11 and the rear portion of the threshing cylinder 8, and on the rear side with respect to the sorting unit 9.
With the above configuration, the crop fed to the threshing device 4 through the feeder 6 is subjected to threshing by the threshing cylinder 8, the treated product falls down to the sorting unit 9, grains are sorted from the treated product in the sorting unit 9, and the grains are fed to the grain box 5 and stored. The chips such as straw discharged from the threshing cylinder 8 and the sorting unit 9 are discharged from the dust discharge port 16.
(Structure for connecting the dust-removing hood and the shredder to the rear of the threshing device)
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the rear wall 11, the lower edge of the rear surface 12 is provided as a base plate 17 extending in the left-right direction in the rear wall 11, and the base plate 17 is bent in an L-shape (angle shape) in cross section.
The 4 bolts 18 (corresponding to the attachment members) are disposed on the base plate 17 at intervals in the left-right direction, and are provided so as to protrude rearward from the base plate 17. As described above, 4 bolts 18 are provided in the rear wall portion 11.
As described below (1 st state) (2 nd state), the bolt 18 is provided on the rear wall 11, and the dust discharge cover 23 covers the dust discharge port 16 so as to guide the chips discharged from the dust discharge port 16 to the ground downward, and the shredder 33 is provided to shred the chips discharged from the dust discharge port 16, as shown in fig. 4 and 9.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, two cover stays 19 are connected to the rear surface 12 and protrude rearward from the rear surface 12, each of which is formed as a groove (channel) in a plan view. Two cover stays 20 formed by bending a plate material are connected to the rear end portion of the upper surface portion 14. As described above, the hood stays 19 and 20 are provided on the rear wall 11 so as to be positioned above the bolts 18.
As shown in fig. 4, a flat plate-shaped stay base 21 is provided, and 4 connection holes 21a are formed in the stay base 21. Two stays (stands) 22 that form the round bar into a groove shape in a plan view are connected to the stay base 21.
The stay 22 and the stay base 21 are used in the 1 st state where the dust exhaust cover 23 is provided as described in the 1 st state (described below), and are not used in the 2 nd state where the shredder 33 is provided as described in the 2 nd state (described below).
(Structure of dust-discharging cover and 1 st cover)
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, a dust exhaust hood 23 is provided. The dust cover 23 is provided with a rear surface portion 24, right and left lateral surface portions 25, right and left extending portions 26, an upper surface portion 27, and an engaging portion 28, and the entire dust cover 23 is integrally formed of synthetic resin into a box shape.
As described later (state 1), in a state where the dust discharging cover 23 is attached, the rear surface portion 24 is disposed at a distance from the dust discharging port 16 to the rear side, and is formed in the up-down direction and the right-left direction.
The upper surface portion 27 is formed in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction across the upper portion of the rear surface portion 24 and the upper portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 25. Two engaging portions 28 are provided on the inner surface of the dust cover 23 across the rear surface portion 24 and the upper surface portion 27.
The right and left lateral surface portions 25 extend from the right and left portions of the rear surface portion 24 toward the dust discharge port 16, and are formed in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction.
The right and left extending portions 26 extend from the lower portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 25 to the lower side than the lower portion 24a of the rear surface portion 24, and are formed in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction.
In the state where the dust cover 23 is attached, the discharge portion 29 is formed downward so as to be surrounded by the lower portion of the rear surface portion 24 and the lower portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 25. The right and left lateral surface portions 25 have coupling holes 30 at their distal ends, and the right and left extending portions 26 have coupling holes 30 at their distal ends.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a1 st cover 31 is provided. The 1 st cover 31 is provided with a rear surface portion 31a, right and left lateral surface portions 31b, an upper surface portion 31c, a lower surface portion 31d, two engaging portions 31e, and two coupling holes 31f formed in the upper surface portion 31c, and the 1 st cover 31 is integrally formed in a box shape from synthetic resin.
(State 1)
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in the 1 st state, the stay 22 and the stay base 21 are used. The bolt 18 is inserted into the connection hole 21a of the stay base 21, and the stay base 21 is abutted against the base plate 17. Nuts are attached to the bolts 18 and tightened, and the stay 22 and the stay base 21 are connected to the base plate 17.
The stay base 21 to which the stay 22 is connected to the rear wall 11 by the bolt 18, and the stay base 21 extending in the left-right direction along the base plate 17 is connected to the base plate 17.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, and 7, the engaging portion 28 of the dust cover 23 is hung on the stay 22, whereby the dust cover 23 is supported by the stay 22.
The front end portions of the lateral surface portion 25 and the extending portion 26 of the dust cover 23 are abutted against the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10, bolts are attached across the connecting holes 30 of the dust cover 23 and the opening portions of the side plates 10, and the front end portions of the lateral surface portion 25 and the extending portion 26 of the dust cover 23 are connected to the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10 by the bolts.
The engaging portion 31e of the 1 st cover 31 is engaged with the cover stay 19, and the upper surface portion 31c of the 1 st cover 31 is mounted on the cover stay 20. Bolts are attached across the coupling holes 31f of the 1 st cover 31 and the opening portions of the cover stays 20, and the upper surface portion 31c of the 1 st cover 31 is coupled to the cover stays 20 with bolts.
The above state is the 1 st state in which the stay 22 for supporting the dust cover 23 is attached to the bolt 18 (attachment member) to connect the dust cover 23 to the rear wall 11.
In the 1 st state, a dust discharge cover 23 that covers the dust discharge port 16 to guide the debris discharged from the dust discharge port 16 to the ground downward is supported by the stay 22 and connected to the rear portion of the threshing device 4. The 1 st cover 31 is disposed above the dust exhaust cover 23 and covers the rear part of the threshing device 4.
(Structure of chopper assembly and 2 nd cover)
As shown in fig. 9, a shredding device 33 is provided. The shredding device 33 is provided with a rear surface portion 34 made of metal and right and left lateral surface portions 35 made of metal. The cutter shaft 36 is rotatably supported across right and left lateral surface portions 35, and a plurality of cutters 37 are attached to the cutter shaft 36 and open upward and downward with respect to the cutter shaft 36.
The right and left metal lateral surface portions 38 are connected to the upper portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 35, and the metal rear surface portions 39 are connected to the right and left lateral surface portions 38 across the upper portions of the rear surface portions 34.
The upper edge of the rear surface portion 39 is provided as a mounting portion 40 extending in the left-right direction in the shredder 33, and 4 cutout portions 41 are provided in the mounting portion 40.
The front end portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 35 are provided with coupling holes 42, and the front end portions of the right and left lateral surface portions 38 are provided with coupling holes 42.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a2 nd cover 32 is provided. The 2 nd cover 32 is provided with a rear surface portion 32a, right and left lateral surface portions 32b, an upper surface portion 32c, two engagement portions 32d, and two coupling holes 32e formed in the upper surface portion 32c, and the entire 2 nd cover 32 is integrally formed of synthetic resin in a box shape.
(State 2)
As shown in fig. 8, 9, and 11, in the 2 nd state, the shredding device 33 and the 2 nd cover 32 are connected as described below without using the stay 22 and the stay base 21.
In the shredder 33, the bolt 18 is inserted into the cutout 40a of the mounting portion 40, and the mounting portion 40 is abutted against the base plate 17. The nut is attached to the bolt 18 and tightened, and the attachment portion 40 is coupled to the base plate portion 17.
In the shredder 33, the front ends of the right and left lateral surface portions 35, 38 are abutted against the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10, bolts (not shown) are attached across the connecting holes 42 and the opening portions of the side plates 10, and the front ends of the lateral surface portions 35, 38 are connected to the rear portions of the right and left side plates 10 by the bolts.
The engaging portion 32d of the 2 nd cover 32 is hung on the cover stay 19, and the upper surface portion 32c of the 2 nd cover 32 is mounted on the cover stay 20. Bolts are attached across the coupling holes 32e of the 2 nd cover 32 and the opening portions of the cover stays 20, and the upper surface portions 32c of the 2 nd cover 32 are coupled to the cover stays 20 with bolts. In this case, the cover stay 20 is previously changed to be suitable for the 2 nd cover 32.
The state described above is the 2 nd state in which the shredder 33 is attached to the bolt 18 (attachment member) and the shredder 33 is coupled to the rear wall 11.
In the shredder 33, the shredding shaft 36 and the shredding blade 37 are rotationally driven, so that the debris discharged from the dust discharge port 16 is shredded by the shredding blade 37 and discharged to the ground below.
In the state 2, the mounting portion 40 of the shredder 33 is coupled to the rear wall portion 11 by the bolt 18, and the mounting portion 40 extending in the left-right direction along the base plate portion 17 is coupled to the base plate portion 17.
The 2 nd cover 32 is disposed above the shredder 33 and covers the rear part of the threshing device 4.
(1 St other mode of carrying out the invention)
The number of bolts 18 may be 5 or more or 3 or less.
Instead of the bolts 18, hook-shaped engaging members (not shown) and buckle members (not shown) may be provided as attachment members.
(Other mode of carrying out the invention 2)
The substrate 17 may be formed of a member other than the rear surface 12 of the rear wall 11, and may be connected to the rear surface 12 of the rear wall 11 by welding or the like.
(3 Rd other modes of carrying out the invention)
The 1 st cover 31 and the 2 nd cover 32 may be the same. The 1 st cover 31 may be used as the 2 nd cover 32, or the 2 nd cover 32 may be used as the 1 st cover 31.
According to this configuration, the common cover (not shown) is used as the 1 st cover 31 in the 1 st state and as the 2 nd cover 32 in the 2 nd state.
The cover stay 20 shown in fig. 7 or the cover stay 20 shown in fig. 11 is shared in the 1 st state and the 2 nd state without the need to change the cover stay 20.
(Other mode of carrying out the invention 4)
The 1 st cover 31 and the 2 nd cover 32 may be discarded. According to this structure, the hood stays 19, 20 are no longer required.
(5 Th other modes of carrying out the invention)
The invention is applicable not only to common combine harvester but also to self-threshing combine harvester.
[ Embodiment 2]
Next, embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 12 to 20.
Fig. 12 to 20 show a general combine harvester, and in fig. 12 to 20, F indicates a front direction, B indicates a rear direction, U indicates an upper direction, D indicates a lower direction, R indicates a right direction, and L indicates a left direction.
(Integral Structure of combine harvester)
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the body 201 is supported by a right and left crawler-type traveling device 202, and the driving unit 203 is provided at the right portion of the front portion of the body 201. The threshing device 204 is provided at the left part of the rear part of the machine body 201, and the grain box 205 and the grain conveying device 206 are provided at the right part of the rear part of the machine body 201. The feeder 207 is connected to the front of the threshing device 204 and extends forward, and the harvesting unit 208 is connected to the front of the feeder 207.
With the above configuration, as the machine body 201 advances, the crops in the field are guided to the harvesting unit 208 and harvested, and the crops are conveyed by the feeder 207 and supplied to the threshing device 204, and the threshing processing is performed in the threshing device 204. The grains which are subjected to threshing processing by the threshing device 204 and recovered are stored in the grain box 205, and if the grain box 205 becomes full, grains in the grain box 205 can be discharged by the grain conveying device 206.
(Structure of grain conveying apparatus)
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the grain conveying apparatus 206 is provided with a vertical conveying section 209, a relay conveying section 210, a horizontal conveying section 211, a grain discharge port 212, a supporting box 213, and the like.
The support box 213 is coupled to a lower portion of the rear portion of the grain box 205, and is rotatably supported by the rear portion of the body 201 about the vertical axis 2P 1. The lower portion of the vertical conveying portion 209 is rotatably attached to the supporting box 213 about the shaft core 2P 1.
The support frame 214 along the up-down direction is coupled to the rear of the body 201. The vertical conveying section 209 is supported rotatably about the shaft core 2P1 by annular support members 215 and 216, and the support members 215 and 216 are coupled to the upper and lower portions of the support frame 214. The upper part of the vertical conveying section 209 is supported rotatably about the axis 2P1 by an annular support member 217, and the support member 217 is coupled to the upper part of the rear part of the grain box 205.
With the above configuration, the vertical conveying portion 209 is connected to the lower portion of the grain box 205 via the support box 213, and is disposed in the vertical direction, and the vertical conveying portion 209 and the support box 213 are rotatably supported about the shaft core 2P 1.
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, and 15, the 1 st section 221 and the 2 nd section 222 are provided in the relay conveyance section 210. The 1 st portion 221 is formed in an angular shape and is connected to an upper portion of the vertical conveying portion 209. The 2 nd portion 222 is formed in an angular shape and is attached to the lateral portion of the 1 st portion 221 so as to be capable of swinging up and down about a central axis 2P2 along the horizontal direction. The center axis 2P2 is disposed at a central position in the up-down direction of the 1 st portion 221 and at a central position in the width direction of the 1 st portion 221.
With the above configuration, the relay transport unit 210 (the 1 st part 221 and the 2 nd part 222) is connected to the upper part of the vertical transport unit 209 in a state of being along the horizontal direction.
The lateral conveying unit 211 is connected to the 2 nd portion 222 of the relay conveying unit 210, and is connected to the relay conveying unit 210 so as to be capable of swinging up and down around the central axis 2P2 of the relay conveying unit 210. The grain outlet 212 is provided downward at the distal end of the horizontal conveying section 211.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, a waterproof lamp 218 is attached downward to an end of the lateral conveying portion 211, and a synthetic resin cover 219 is attached to cover the lamp 218. The protection member 220 formed by bending a metal rod-like member in a groove shape in a plan view is attached to an end portion of the lateral conveying portion 211 and is disposed along an inner surface of a lower portion of the cover 219.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the grain conveying apparatus 206, spiral conveyers (not shown) are disposed inside the vertical conveying section 209, the relay conveying section 210 (section 1 and section 2, 222), and the horizontal conveying section 211. By rotationally driving the conveyor, grains in the grain box 205 are conveyed from the inside of the support box 213 through the inside of the vertical conveying section 209, the relay conveying section 210 (section 1 and section 2) 222, and the horizontal conveying section 211, and discharged from the grain discharge port 212.
(Rotary Structure of grain conveying device)
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, an electric motor 223 is provided in the support member 215, and the electric motor 223 can rotatably drive the vertical conveying section 209 about the axial core 2P1 with respect to the support frame 214 and the support member 215.
In the state shown in fig. 12 and 13, the electric motor 223 rotationally drives the vertical conveying unit 209 around the shaft core 2P1, thereby rotationally operating the grain conveying device 206 (the vertical conveying unit 209, the relay conveying unit 210 (the 1 st part 221 and the 2 nd part 222), the horizontal conveying unit 211, and the grain discharge port 212).
In a stopped state of the electric motor 223, the grain tank 205 and the support tank 213 are swung around the shaft core 2P1 (the vertical conveying portion 209), whereby the grain tank 205 is moved to the right side away from the machine body 201. This enables maintenance work to be performed on the grain tank 205 side portion of the threshing device 204 and the grain tank 204 side portion of the grain tank 5.
(Lifting Structure of grain conveying device)
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, and 15, the 1 st lifting member 231 is supported on a sleeve (boss) 221a of the 1 st section 221 of the relay conveyor section 210 on the opposite side of the lateral conveyor section 211 so as to be capable of swinging up and down about the central axis 2P 2.
As shown in fig. 14, 15, 16, and 17, the 1 st lifting member 231 is formed in a cross-sectional groove shape having a vertical surface portion 231a along the up-down direction, an upper surface portion 231b extending from an upper portion of the vertical surface portion 231a in the lateral direction toward the lateral conveying portion 211, and a lower surface portion 231c extending from a lower portion of the vertical surface portion 231a in the lateral direction toward the lateral conveying portion 211.
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, and 15, the bracket 224 is connected to the lateral conveying portion 211, the 2 nd lifting member 232 having a circular rod shape is connected to the bracket 224 across the end of the 1 st lifting member 231, and the 2 nd lifting member 232 is attached across the 1 st lifting member 231 and the lateral conveying portion 211. The lateral conveying unit 211, the 2 nd portion 222 of the relay conveying unit 210, the 1 st elevating member 231, and the 2 nd elevating member 232 are integrally swingable up and down around the central axis 2P 2.
The first portion 221 of the relay transport unit 210 is connected to a bracket 225, and the bracket 225 is sufficiently separated upward from the grain box 205. The lift cylinder 226 is connected to the 2 nd lift member 232 across the bracket 225, and is disposed between the 1 st lift member 231 and the lateral conveying section 211 in a plan view.
With the above configuration, the lateral conveyance unit 211, the 2 nd portion 222 of the relay conveyance unit 210, and the 1 st lifting member 231 are integrally lifted and lowered about the central axis 2P2 via the 2 nd lifting member 232 by the telescopic operation of the lifting cylinder 226.
(Rotation operation and lifting operation of grain conveying apparatus)
The driving unit 203 is provided with a right turn switch (not shown), a left turn switch (not shown), a rise switch (not shown), and a fall switch (not shown) that can be operated by an operator. If the right turn switch is operated, as described above (the structure of turning the grain conveying apparatus), the electric motor 223 turns the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the right, and if the left turn switch is operated, the electric motor 223 turns the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the right.
If the raising switch is operated, the raising cylinder 226 is extended to raise the horizontal conveying section 211, and if the lowering switch is operated, the raising cylinder 226 is contracted to lower the horizontal conveying section 211, as described above (the structure of raising and lowering the grain conveying apparatus).
As shown in fig. 13, a receiving stand 230 is provided at the upper part of the front part of the threshing device 204 on the left side of the driving part 203. In a state where the grain conveying apparatus 206 is not used, the grain conveying apparatus 206 is placed at the storage position 2A1 (see fig. 20) where the lateral conveying portion 211 is carried on the receiving stand 230.
(Structure for detecting vertical swing position of horizontal conveying section)
As shown in fig. 14, 15, 16, and 17, a stay 227 is connected to the 1 st part 221 of the relay transport unit 210 at a part on the 2 nd lifting member 232 side in plan view, and the stay 227 extends toward the 1 st lifting member 231.
A height sensor 228 of a potentiometer (potentiometer) type is attached to the stay 227, and the height sensor 228 is supported by the relay transport section 210 (section 1, 221) via the stay 227.
The height sensor 228 is disposed between the central axis 2P2 and the upper portion of the relay transport section 210 (1 st portion 221) as viewed in the horizontal direction (see fig. 14).
The height sensor 228 is disposed between the 1 st elevation member 231 and the lateral conveying portion 211 at a position on the lateral conveying portion 211 side with respect to the 1 st elevation member 231 in plan view (see fig. 15).
The height sensor 228 is disposed such that the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 protrudes from the stay 227 toward the 1 st lifting member 231, and the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 can rotate forward and backward about the shaft core 2P3 parallel to the central axis 2P 2.
The arm 229 is coupled to the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228, extends from the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 toward the central shaft 2P2, and is swingable in the up-down direction by forward and reverse rotation of the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228.
A round bar-shaped connecting pin 229a (corresponding to a connecting portion) is connected to an end portion of the arm portion 229, and the connecting pin 229a extends from the arm portion 229 toward the 1 st elevating member 231 in a state parallel to the central axis 2P2 and the axis 2P 3. The connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 is disposed between the upper surface portion 231b and the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231 as viewed in the direction in which the 1 st lifting member 231 extends (see fig. 16).
The detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 is biased in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 17 by a biasing member (not shown) such as a spring provided inside the height sensor 228. Thereby, the arm 229 is biased downward by the biasing member, and the arm 229 is biased toward the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231, so that the connection pin 229a of the arm 229 contacts the upper surface of the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231, and the arm 229 is connected to the 1 st lifting member 231.
(Detection of vertical swing position of lateral conveying section by height sensor)
By the above-described (structure of detecting the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying section), the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying section 211 is detected by the height sensor 228 as described below.
In the state shown by the solid line in fig. 17, it is assumed that the lateral conveying section 211 (1 st elevating member 231) is stopped. In this state, the arm 229 is biased toward the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231 by the biasing member of the height sensor 228, and the connection pin 229a of the arm 229 contacts the upper surface of the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231.
When the lateral conveying portion 211 is lifted, as shown by a solid line to a two-dot chain line in fig. 17, the 1 st lifting member 231 swings upward, and the connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 is pushed up against the urging member of the height sensor 228 by the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231 while the connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 slides along the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231, so that the arm portion 229 swings upward following the 1 st lifting member 231.
When the horizontal conveyance section 211 is lowered, as shown by a two-dot chain line to a solid line in fig. 17, the 1 st elevating member 231 swings downward, and the arm section 229 follows the 1 st elevating member 231 while the connection pin 229a of the arm section 229 slides along the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st elevating member 231, so that the connection pin 229a of the arm section 229 does not separate from the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st elevating member 231 by the urging member of the height sensor 228.
As for the swing of the 1 st elevating member 231, the difference between the trajectory of the connecting pin 229a of the arm 229 and the trajectory of the 1 st elevating member 231 is absorbed by the connecting pin 229a of the arm 229 sliding along the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st elevating member 231.
As described above, by the arm portion 229 swinging in accordance with the swinging of the 1 st lifting member 231, the position (up-down angle) of the 1 st lifting member 231 is transmitted to the height sensor 228 via the arm portion 229, and the position (up-down angle) of the 1 st lifting member 231 is detected by the height sensor 228.
The height sensor 228 detects the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying unit 211 by detecting the position (vertical angle) of the 1 st lifting member 231.
By changing the position of the height sensor 228 along the extending direction of the 1 st elevating member 231 in side view or changing the length of the arm portion 229, the length of the 1 st elevating member 231 (the length between the portion of the lower surface 231c of the 1 st elevating member 231 where the connecting pin 229a of the arm portion 229 contacts and the center axis 2P 2) can be changed.
Accordingly, by setting the ratio of the length of the 1 st elevating member 231 (the length between the portion of the lower surface 231c of the 1 st elevating member 231 where the connecting pin 229a of the arm portion 229 contacts the central axis 2P 2) and the length of the arm portion 229 to an appropriate value, the swing of the 1 st elevating member 231 can be converted into an appropriate range in which the height sensor 228 can be detected without fail, and can be transmitted to the height sensor 228.
(Control in the swing operation and lifting operation of the grain conveying apparatus)
As described above (the structure of the rotation of the grain conveying apparatus), a rotation position sensor (not shown) is provided, which detects the position of the vertical conveying section 209 around the shaft core 2P1 and detects the rotation position of the grain conveying apparatus 206 when the electric motor 223 rotates the grain conveying apparatus 206 around the shaft core 2P 1.
As described above (detection of the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveyance section by the height sensor), the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveyance section 211 is detected by the height sensor 228.
When the operator operates the right and left swing switches, the up switch, and the down switch to move the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the storage position 2A1, the following operation is performed based on the detection by the swing position sensor and the height sensor 228.
As shown in fig. 20, when the operator turns the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the left by the operation of the left turn switch and the lateral conveying unit 211 approaches the driving unit 203 from the right (stroke 2B 1), if the lateral conveying unit 211 reaches the position 2A2 slightly away from the driving unit 203 to the right, the grain conveying apparatus 206 is automatically stopped to operate and the alarm is activated. The operator operates the ascent switch to ascend the lateral conveyance unit 211 (step 2B 2).
If the lateral conveyance unit 211 reaches the position 2A3 higher than the driving unit 203, the alarm is stopped, and therefore the operator turns the left turn switch to turn the grain conveyance device 206 to the left (stroke 2B 3). If the lateral conveying unit 211 reaches the position 2A4 above the storage position 2A1, the grain conveying apparatus 206 is automatically stopped, and the alarm is operated a plurality of times to stop. The operator operates the lowering switch, lowers the horizontal conveying unit 211, and moves the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the storage position 2A1 (stroke 2B 4).
When the operator turns the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the right by the operation of the right turn switch and the lateral conveying unit 211 approaches from the left side with respect to the driving unit 203 (stroke 2B 5), if the lateral conveying unit 211 reaches the position 2A5 above the storage position 2A1, the grain conveying apparatus 206 is automatically stopped, and the warning is given a plurality of times to stop. The operator operates the lowering switch, lowers the horizontal conveying unit 211, and moves the grain conveying apparatus 206 to the storage position 2A1 (stroke 2B 6).
(1 St other mode of carrying out the invention)
The arm portion 229 may extend from the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 toward the opposite side of the central shaft 2P2, and the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 may be biased clockwise in fig. 17 by a biasing member so that the connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 contacts the upper surface of the lower surface portion 231c of the 1 st lifting member 231.
The arm portion 229 may extend from the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 toward the central shaft 2P2, and the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 may be biased clockwise in fig. 17 by a biasing member so that the connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 contacts the lower surface of the upper surface portion 231b of the 1 st lifting member 231.
The arm portion 229 may extend from the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 toward the opposite side of the central shaft 2P2, and the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 may be biased in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 17 by a biasing member so that the connection pin 229a of the arm portion 229 contacts the lower surface of the upper surface portion 231b of the 1 st lifting member 231.
The urging member may be provided outside the height sensor 228 and connected to the arm 229.
(Other mode of carrying out the invention 2)
A long hole (not shown) extending in the extending direction of the 1 st lifting member 231 may be formed in the vertical surface portion 231a of the 1 st lifting member 231, and a connecting pin 229a of the arm portion 229 may be inserted into the long hole to connect the arm portion 229 and the 1 st lifting member 231.
According to this structure, the urging member is not required.
According to this configuration, the height sensor 228 can be disposed on the opposite side of the lateral conveying portion 211 from the 1 st elevating member 231 in a plan view.
(3 Rd other modes of carrying out the invention)
The arm 229 may extend from the detection shaft 228a of the height sensor 228 toward the opposite side of the central shaft 2P2, and the arm 229 may be connected to the 2 nd elevating member 232. The height sensor 228 detects the position of the 2 nd elevating member 232 and detects the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying unit 211.
In this configuration, the arm portion 229 may be provided with a long hole (not shown) extending along the extending direction of the arm portion 229, and the 2 nd lifting member 232 may be inserted into the long hole.

Next, embodiment 3 will be described with reference to fig. 21 to 33.
The manner in which the present invention can be practiced is described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, the direction of the arrow F is referred to as "front side of the machine body", the direction of the arrow B is referred to as "rear side of the machine body", the direction of the arrow L is referred to as "left side of the machine body", and the direction of the arrow R is referred to as "right side of the machine body".
[ Integral Structure of combine harvester ]
Fig. 21 and 22 show a full stalk input type combine (corresponding to the "working machine" according to the present invention). The present combine is provided with a traveling body 301. The traveling machine body 301 includes a machine body frame 302 and a crawler traveling device 303. A harvesting unit 304 for harvesting the plant-standing grain stalks is provided in front of the traveling machine body 301. The harvesting unit 304 includes a raking drum 305 for raking up the plant stalks, a harvesting blade 306 for cutting the plant stalks, and a raking screw 307 for raking up the harvested stalks.
A threshing device 308 (corresponding to the "working device" of the present invention and the "threshing device" of the present invention) for performing whole-stalk threshing processing of a harvested stalk is provided. A feeder 309 for feeding the harvested stalks toward the threshing device 308 is provided across the harvesting part 304 and the threshing device 308. A grain box 310 for storing grains after the threshing process is arranged in a right direction of the threshing device 308 and transversely to the threshing device 308. A grain discharging device 311 is provided for discharging grains in the grain tank 310. A cockpit 312 is provided in front of the grain bin 310.
A threshing chamber 313 is provided above the threshing device 308. The threshing chamber 313 is provided with a threshing cylinder 314 rotatably around a rotation axis 3Y1 extending in the front-rear direction of the machine body. A sorting unit 315 for sorting the processed product of the threshing is provided at the lower part of the threshing device 308. The sorting unit 315 includes a swing sorting device 316 for swing-sorting the threshing processed objects, a windmill 317 for conveying a sorting wind to the threshing processed objects, a primary recovery unit 318 for recovering grains (such as single grain) of the primary objects, and a secondary recovery unit 319 for recovering grains (such as grain with a branch stalk) of the secondary objects.
[ Top plate ]
As shown in fig. 23 to 25, a top plate 320 is provided above the threshing cylinder 314 to cover the threshing cylinder 314 from above. The top plate 320 is supported by the upper left portion of the threshing device main body 308A so as to be swingable and openable about a swing axis 3Y2 extending in the machine body front-rear direction. A fixed dust feed valve 321 and a plurality of (eight in the present embodiment) movable dust feed valves 322 are provided on the rear surface of the top plate 320 so as to guide the threshing processed object toward the distal end of the threshing chamber 313.
The fixed dust feed valve 321 is not configured to change the guide angle of the threshing processed product. The fixed dust valve 321 is fixed to the top plate 320 by bolts 323.
The movable dust feed valve 322 can be configured to change the guide angle of the threshing processed product. The movable dust feed valve 322 is supported by the top plate 320 via a support shaft 322a so as to be swingable about a swing shaft center 3Z1 extending in the up-down direction. The plurality of movable dust valves 322 are coupled by a coupling plate 324 so that the plurality of movable dust valves 322 can swing integrally. An operation lever 325 for swinging the plurality of movable dust feed valves 322 is provided. The base end of the lever 325 is coupled to a support shaft 322a of the second movable dust valve 322 from the front among the plurality of movable dust valves 322.
A washer 326 and a nut 327 are attached to a portion of the support shaft 322a protruding upward from the top plate 320. The movable dust feed valve 322 is fixed to the top plate 320 via a support shaft 322a by a washer 326 and a nut 327.
A liner 328 for reinforcing the top plate 320 is attached to a front side portion of the surface portion of the top plate 320. The gasket 328 is secured to the top plate 320 with nuts 329, 330, 331. Bolts 332, 333, 334 corresponding to the nuts 329, 330, 331 are provided on the top plate 320. In a portion of the spacer 328 corresponding to the bolt 323, a relief hole 328a for relieving the head of the bolt 323 is formed. The escape hole 328a is formed by a circular hole that is slightly larger than the head of the bolt 323. In the portion of the gasket 328 corresponding to the nut 327, a relief hole 328b for relieving the washer 326 is provided. The relief hole 328b is formed by a circular hole that is larger than the washer 326. A notch 328c recessed upward is formed in a portion of the right edge of the pad 328 corresponding to the bolt 334.
As described above, the escape hole 328a is formed of a circular hole slightly larger than the head of the bolt 323, and the escape hole 328b is formed of a circular hole slightly larger than the washer 326. Accordingly, in order to remove the spacer 328, the nuts 331 are loosened and the nuts 329 and 330 and the lever 325 are removed, and the spacer 328 can be removed without removing the bolts 323, the washers 326 and the nuts 327.
[ Side cover ]
As shown in fig. 21 and 26 to 30, a side cover 335 is detachably provided on the left side of the threshing device 308. The side cover 335 includes a first cover member 336, a second cover member 337, a third cover member 338, and a fourth cover member 339. That is, the side cover 335 is divided into four cover members in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction. The first cover member 336, the second cover member 337, the third cover member 338, and the fourth cover member 339 all correspond to "cover members" according to the present invention.
The first cover member 336 is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A. A lock mechanism 340 for fixing the position of the first cover member 336 is provided at the upper portion of the first cover member 336. The lock mechanism 340 is configured to be engageable with a pin 341 provided on the left side of the threshing device main body 308A. A hook 342 is provided at a lower portion of the first cover member 336. The hook 342 is configured to be capable of hooking with respect to a pin 343 provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A.
The second cover member 337 is detachable from the left side of the threshing device main body 308A. A pair of front and rear lock mechanisms 344 for fixing the position of the second cover member 337 are provided at the upper part of the second cover member 337. The lock mechanism 344 is configured to be engageable with a pin 345 provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A. A pair of front and rear hooks 346 are provided at a lower portion of the second cover member 337. The hook 346 is configured to be capable of hooking with respect to a pin 347 provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A.
A lower surface portion 336a (corresponding to a "first face portion" according to the present invention) is formed on a lower edge portion of the first cover member 336 so as to be bent toward the inner side of the first cover member 336. An upper surface portion 337a (corresponding to the "second face portion" according to the present invention) is formed on an upper edge portion of the second cover member 337 so as to be bent toward the inside of the second cover member 337. The first cover member 336 and the second cover member 337 are disposed in a state in which the lower surface portion 336a faces the upper surface portion 337a and a gap 3G exists between the lower surface portion 336a and the upper surface portion 337 a.
The third cover member 338 is supported by the upper left portion of the threshing device main body 308A so as to be swingable and openable about a swing axis 3Y3 extending in the machine body front-rear direction. A pair of front and rear locking mechanisms 348 for fixing the position of the third cover member 338 are provided at the lower portion of the third cover member 338. The lock mechanism 348 is configured to be engageable with a pin 352 provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A.
The fourth cover member 339 is configured to be detachable from the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A. A pair of front and rear lock mechanisms 349 for fixing the position of the fourth cover member 339 are provided at the upper portion of the fourth cover member 339. The lock mechanism 349 is configured to be engageable with a pin (not shown) provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A. A pair of front and rear hooks (not shown) are provided at the lower portion of the fourth cover member 339. The hook is configured to be capable of hooking a pin (not shown) provided at the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A.
As shown in fig. 26, the third cover member 338 includes an inner cover 350 facing the threshing chamber 313 and an outer cover 351 facing the lateral outside of the machine body. An upper surface portion 350a is formed at the upper edge of the inner cover 350 so as to be bent toward the lateral outer side of the body. The inner cover 350 includes a guide portion 350b for guiding the threshing processed product downward toward the left and right center sides of the sorting portion 315. An upper surface portion 351a is formed on an upper edge portion of the outer cover 351 so as to be bent toward the inside of the body. A vertical surface portion 353 is provided across the upper surface portion 350a and the upper surface portion 351a. The upper surface portion 350a, the upper surface portion 351a, and the vertical surface portion 353 are integrated by welding. The gap between the longitudinal surface portion and the longitudinal surface portion 353 of the inner cover 350 is blocked by the upper surface portion 350a so that rainwater or the like does not intrude into the interior of the third cover member 338.
[ Locating part ]
As shown in fig. 27 to 30, a positioning portion 3P is provided to position the first cover member 336 located on the upper side and the second cover member 337 located on the lower side across the first cover member 336 and the second cover member 337 that are adjacent to each other. The positioning portion 3P is provided across a lower edge portion of the first cover member 336 and an upper edge portion of the first cover member 336. The positioning unit 3P includes: a protrusion 336b provided on the first cover member 336 and protruding toward the second cover member 337; and an entry portion 337b provided in the second cover member 337, into which the protrusion portion 336b enters.
The protruding portion 336b is provided at an end portion (right end portion) of the front edge portion of the lower surface portion 336a on the inner side of the body. The protruding portion 336b is formed of a plate-like portion, and is integrally formed with the lower surface portion 336 a. The protruding portion 336b is formed in a shape in which the lower left corner is cut out in front view.
The inlet portion 337b is provided at an end portion (right end portion) of the front edge portion of the upper surface portion 337a on the inner side of the body in the lateral direction. The inlet portion 337b is formed by a notch recessed toward the lateral outside (left side) of the body. That is, the protruding portion 336b can be inserted into and removed from the entering portion 337b along the cutout direction. At the opening end (right end) of the inlet portion 337b, a portion is formed in which the opening is wider as the opening end (right end) is wider.
As shown in fig. 27, when the first cover member 336 is attached to the left side of the main body 308A of the threshing device, if the first cover member 336 is swung toward the left side (right side) of the main body 308A of the threshing device with the hook 342 being hooked on the pin 343, the protrusion 336b enters the entry portion 337b from above. Thus, the first cover member 336 and the second cover member 337 are positioned (particularly, positioned in the front-rear direction) by the positioning portion 3P by the protrusion portion 336b entering the entering portion 337b.
When the first cover member 336 is detached from the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A, if the first cover member 336 is swung toward the outside (left side) of the machine body with the lower fulcrum in a state where the hook 342 is hooked on the pin 343, the protruding portion 336b is separated upward from the entering portion 337 b. In this way, the protrusion 336b is disengaged from the entry portion 337b, and the positioning by the positioning portion 3P is released.
Here, as described above, the protruding portion 336b is formed in a shape in which the lower left corner is cut out in front view. Thus, when the second cover member 337 is detached from the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A in a state where the first cover member 336 is attached to the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A (when the second cover member 337 is swung outward (left side) with respect to the body transverse direction at a lower fulcrum in a state where the hook 346 is hooked on the pin 347), the rear end portion (left end portion) in the cutout direction of the entry portion 337b is not hooked on the left lower corner portion of the protrusion portion 336b, and the second cover member 337 can be detached from the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A.
[ Gap covering part ]
As shown in fig. 27 to 31, a gap covering portion 337c (a portion in which light ink is applied in fig. 29) is provided on the upper surface portion 337a to cover the gap 3G between the lower surface portion 336a and the upper surface portion 337 a. The gap covering portion 337c is formed of a portion extending upward from the upper surface portion 337a in a curved shape (front view shown in fig. 31), and is integrally formed with the upper surface portion 337 a. The gap covering portion 337c is provided over substantially the entire upper surface portion 337 a. Specifically, the gap covering portion 337c is provided across the right end portion of the front edge portion of the upper surface portion 337a and the rear end portion of the upper surface portion 337 a.
As shown in fig. 31, the gap covering portion 337c extends from the upper surface portion 337a to a planar position on the inner side of the side cover 335 than the edge end of the lower surface portion 336 a. The edge end of the gap covering portion 337c is located within the range of the thickness t of the lower surface portion 336 a. In other words, the edge end of the gap covering portion 337c is located between the upper surface of the lower surface portion 336a and the lower surface of the lower surface portion 336 a.
[ Power Transmission Structure to feeder ]
As shown in fig. 32 and 33, a threshing cylinder input shaft 354 to which power for driving the threshing cylinder 314 is input is provided in front of the threshing cylinder 314 in a state of extending in the left-right direction of the machine body. A belt transmission mechanism 355 is provided across the threshing cylinder input shaft 354 and the rotation shaft 317a of the windmill 317 (see fig. 31) to transmit the power of the rotation shaft 317a of the windmill 317 to the threshing cylinder input shaft 354. The belt transmission mechanism 355 includes an output pulley (not shown) provided at the rotation shaft 317a of the windmill 317, an input pulley 356 provided at the threshing cylinder input shaft 354, and a transmission belt 357 wound around the output pulley and the input pulley 356.
A feeder input shaft 358 to which power for driving the feeder 309 is input is provided at the rear end of the feeder 309 so as to extend in the left-right direction of the machine body. A belt transmission mechanism 359 is provided across the threshing cylinder input shaft 354 and the feeder input shaft 358 to transmit the power of the threshing cylinder input shaft 354 to the feeder input shaft 358. The belt transmission mechanism 359 includes an output pulley 360 provided on the threshing cylinder input shaft 354, an input pulley 361 provided on the feeder input shaft 358, and a transmission belt 362 wound around the output pulley 360 and the input pulley 361.
A harvest clutch mechanism 363 is provided for switching power transmission to the feeder input shaft 358 by the belt transmission mechanism 359. The harvesting clutch mechanism 363 is comprised of a belt tensioning clutch. The harvesting clutch mechanism 363 includes a tension roller 364 in contact with the belt 362, a tension arm 365 configured to be swingable about a swing axis 3X1 extending in the left-right direction of the machine body and supporting the tension roller 364, and a cable 366 for pulling the tension arm 365. Cable 366 is coupled to tensioning arm 365 via tensioning spring 367.
The cable 366 is supported by the left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A via a stay 368. The left side portion of the threshing device main body 308A includes a vertical frame 369 extending in the vertical direction, a front-rear frame 370 extending in the front-rear direction of the machine body, and an inclined frame 371 extending obliquely across the vertical frame 369 and the front-rear frame 370. The stay 368 is cantilever-supported by the inclined frame 371 in a state extending leftward from the inclined frame 371.
The stay 368 includes a support portion 368a for supporting the cable 366 and a connection portion 368b connected to the inclined frame 371. The support portion 368a is fixed to the left end portion of the coupling portion 368b by a bolt 368c in a state extending forward from the coupling portion 368b. The cable 366 is disposed along the left side surface of the support portion 368a and the curved portion of the support portion 368 a.
[ Other embodiments ]
(1) In the above-described embodiment, the "working device" according to the present invention is the threshing device 308, and the side cover 335 is detachably provided on the lateral side of the threshing device 308. However, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. For example, the "working device" of the present invention may be the feeder 309 or the engine, and the side cover 335 may be detachably provided on the side of the feeder 309 or the side of the engine.
(2) In the above embodiment, the side cover 335 is divided into four cover members in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction. However, the side cover 335 may be divided into two or more cover members. The side cover 335 may be divided only in the front-rear direction, or may be divided only in the upper-lower direction.
(3) In the above embodiment, the positioning portion 3P is provided across the first cover member 336 and the second cover member 337 that are adjacent to each other vertically. However, the positioning portion 3P may be provided across two cover members adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction.
(4) In the above embodiment, the protruding portion 336b is provided on the first cover member 336, and the entering portion 337b is provided on the second cover member 337. However, the "protrusion" according to the present application may be provided in the second cover member 337, and the "entry" according to the present application may be provided in the first cover member 336.
(5) In the above embodiment, the protrusion 336b is formed of a plate-like portion. However, the protruding portion 336b may be formed of a portion having a shape other than a plate shape (for example, a rod-shaped portion).
(6) In the above embodiment, the inlet portion 337b is constituted by a cutout portion. However, the inlet portion 337b may be formed by an opening (for example, a long hole).
(7) In the above embodiment, the gap covering portion 337c is provided on the upper surface portion 337a. But the gap covering portion may be provided at the lower surface portion 336a. Alternatively, the gap covering portion may be provided on the lower surface portion 336a and the upper surface portion 337a.
(8) In the above embodiment, the gap covering portion 337c is formed of a portion extending in a curved shape upward from the upper surface portion 337 a. However, the gap covering portion 337c may be formed of a portion (for example, a vertical surface portion) extending vertically upward from the upper surface portion 337 a.
(9) The invention can be used for self-threshing combine besides full stalk throw-in combine. In addition to agricultural work machines such as tractors and rice transplants, the present invention can also be used for engineering work machines.

Claims (18)

1.A combine harvester is characterized in that,
The device is provided with:
A grain tank for storing grains; and
A grain conveying device capable of discharging grains from the grain tank;
The grain conveying apparatus includes a vertical conveying section connected to a lower portion of the grain tank and disposed in a vertical direction, a relay conveying section connected to an upper portion of the vertical conveying section in a horizontal direction, a horizontal conveying section connected to the relay conveying section so as to be capable of swinging up and down about a central axis of the relay conveying section, and a grain outlet provided at a distal end portion of the horizontal conveying section;
The device is provided with:
a1 st lifting member supported by the relay transport unit so as to be capable of swinging up and down around the central axis;
a2 nd lifting member mounted across the 1 st lifting member and the lateral conveying section;
A lifting cylinder connected to the 2 nd lifting member, for lifting and lowering the horizontal conveying unit around the central shaft by a telescopic operation; and
And a height sensor for detecting the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying unit by detecting the position of the 1 st lifting member or the 2 nd lifting member.
2. A combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein,
The height sensor detects the vertical swing position of the horizontal conveying unit by detecting the position of the 1 st lifting member.
3. A combine harvester according to claim 2, characterized in that,
The height sensor is provided with an arm capable of swinging along the up-down direction;
The arm is connected with the 1 st lifting component;
The position of the 1 st lifting member is detected by the height sensor by swinging the arm portion in accordance with the swinging of the 1 st lifting member.

The 1 st lifting member is supported by a portion of the relay transport section opposite to the lateral transport section;
the height sensor is disposed at a position on the lateral conveying section side with respect to the 1 st lifting member in a plan view.

The 1 st lifting member is formed in a cross-sectional groove shape having a vertical surface portion along a vertical direction, an upper surface portion extending from an upper portion of the vertical surface portion in a lateral direction toward the lateral conveying portion, and a lower surface portion extending from a lower portion of the vertical surface portion in the lateral direction toward the lateral conveying portion;
The connection portion of the end portion of the arm portion, which is connected to the 1 st lifting member, is arranged between the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion as viewed in the extending direction of the 1 st lifting member.
6. A combine harvester as in claim 5, wherein,
The arm portion is biased toward the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion so that a connecting portion of the arm portion is in contact with the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion;
with the swinging of the 1 st lifting member, the arm swings while the connecting portion of the arm slides on the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion.
7. A combine harvester according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that,
The height sensor is disposed between an upper portion of the relay transport unit and the center axis when viewed in a horizontal direction.
8. A combine harvester according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that,
The height sensor is supported by the relay conveyor via a stay.

a working device;
A side cover detachably provided on a side of the working device and divided into a plurality of cover members; and
A positioning portion provided across two adjacent cover members among the plurality of cover members, for positioning one of the two cover members and the other of the two cover members;
The positioning portion includes a protrusion portion provided on the one cover member and protruding toward the other cover member, and an entry portion provided on the other cover member and into which the protrusion portion enters.
10. The work machine of claim 9 wherein,
A first face portion is provided on an edge portion of the one cover member on the other cover member side;
a second face portion is provided on an edge portion of the other cover member on the one cover member side;
the one cover member and the other cover member are arranged in a state in which the first surface portion and the second surface portion face each other;
The protrusion is provided on the first surface;
The entrance portion is provided on the second face portion.
11. The work machine of claim 10 wherein,
The protruding portion is formed by a plate-like portion;
The inlet portion is formed by a cutout portion or an opening portion.
12. The work machine according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that,
The one cover member and the other cover member are arranged in a state where a gap exists between the first surface portion and the second surface portion;
a gap covering portion for covering the gap is provided on at least one of the first surface portion and the second surface portion.
13. The work machine of claim 12 wherein,
The gap covering portion is formed by a portion extending from the first surface portion or the second surface portion.

The protruding portion is configured to be insertable into and removable from the entering portion along a cutout direction.
17. The work machine according to any one of claims 9 to 16, wherein,
A threshing device is provided as the working device;
the side cover is detachably provided on a lateral side of the threshing device and is configured to be divided into a plurality of cover members;
The positioning portion is provided across two cover members adjacent to each other in the plurality of cover members, and positions a cover member located on an upper side of the two cover members and a cover member located on a lower side of the two cover members;
The protrusion is provided on the upper cover member;
The inlet portion is provided on the lower cover member.
18. The work machine of claim 17 wherein,
The upper cover member and the lower cover member are arranged in a state where a gap exists between a lower edge portion of the upper cover member and an upper edge portion of the lower cover member;
a gap covering part for covering the gap is arranged on the upper edge part of the cover part positioned at the lower side;
the gap covering portion extends from an upper edge portion of the lower cover member to a position laterally inward of the threshing device than a lower edge portion of the upper cover member.
