If the staff does at a certain position for a long time, the staff can have a dysphoria psychological state, the mood is violent at the position, the heart rate is accelerated, and the cradle head unit compares the heart rate information with a heart rate threshold value; if the heart rate information is greater than a heart rate threshold; the cradle head unit sends information to the quality management unit, and performs key detection on the work piece of the staff.

Meanwhile, the cradle head unit acquires the current position information which can be exchanged, and sends position suggestion information to the line production manager according to the staff's good position and receiving position, and the line production manager decides whether to carry out position adjustment according to the site situation. The staff can be distributed to favorite posts as much as possible, management is more humanized, and meanwhile, line management staff unfamiliar with staff on a production line can quickly adjust posts, so that staff management is more intelligent and humanized, and work efficiency is improved.
The cradle head unit is respectively connected with the identity management unit, the health management unit, the flow control unit, the data acquisition unit and the quality management unit through one or more of WIFI/GPRS communication, 3G/4G communication or Bluetooth communication.

the quality management unit is used for carrying out quality inspection on the workpiece according to the production process links, evaluating the quality grade, and sending the production process links, the quality grade and personnel identity information to the holder unit;
the cloud deck unit opens corresponding management information and monitoring information of the flow control unit and the data acquisition unit according to workshop management authority of the identity information of the login staff, feeds back care advice to the health management unit according to the body data, sends first detection information to the quality management unit, carries out key detection on a workpiece marked by a bar code containing the identity information of the staff, feeds back second detection information to the cloud deck unit, and sends post advice information or education and training information to a direct lead of the staff according to the second detection information.

The cloud platform-based intelligent workshop digital production line monitoring management system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cradle head unit compares the body temperature information with a first body temperature threshold value and a second body temperature threshold value, and the first body temperature threshold value is lower than the second body temperature threshold value;
if the body temperature information is larger than a first body temperature threshold, the cradle head unit sends the care advice to the health management unit, and the health management unit broadcasts the care advice through a microphone to prompt staff to rest;
if the body temperature information is larger than the second body temperature threshold value, the cradle head unit sends a care suggestion to the health management unit, the health management unit broadcasts the care suggestion through a microphone in a voice mode, prompts staff to rest, sends the body temperature of the staff to a line production management staff and a medical staff, the line production management staff redistributes the work tasks of the staff, and performs forced rest, and meanwhile the medical staff performs physical examination on the staff;
the cradle head unit compares the heart rate information with a heart rate threshold value;
if the heart rate information is greater than a heart rate threshold;
the cradle head unit sends information to the quality management unit, and performs key detection on the work piece of the staff.

collecting electromyographic signals of staff in muscle fatigue as reference signals, and drawing a reference electromyographic signal diagram;
extracting reference characteristics of a reference electromyographic signal diagram by using a waveform extraction algorithm;
acquiring a current electromyographic signal of an employee, and drawing a current electromyographic signal frequency chart;
sampling the current electromyographic signal frequency chart at intervals to obtain sampling information, wherein the mathematical expression is as follows;

extracting waveform characteristics of the sampling information through wavelet transformation to obtain sampling characteristics;
clustering the sampling feature and the reference feature, calculating Euclidean distance,
judging whether the muscle fatigue occurs according to the Euclidean distance;
comparing the Euclidean distance with a reference value, and if the Euclidean distance is smaller than the reference value, indicating that the staff is tired in the current muscle;
if muscle fatigue occurs to staff, the cradle head unit sends the body temperature of the staff to a line production management staff and a medical staff, and the line production management staff redistributes the work tasks of the staff and performs forced rest.

the quality grade comprises excellent, good, qualified and poor;
the quality management unit receives the first detection information sent by the holder unit, inquires a workpiece with the employee bar code information according to the personnel identity information, performs key detection on the workpiece containing the employee bar code information, generates second detection information according to a detection result, and sends the second detection information to the holder unit.
