the vehicle management unit is used for reading and integrally displaying a distribution plan through the integrated access of logistics distribution data, and monitoring logistics distribution conditions to update the vehicle service conditions in real time;
the security management unit is used for displaying the anti-theft early warning conditions of all positions in the factory workshop in real time, displaying in real time and recording history information when an alarm occurs;
the client management unit is used for recording visiting cooperation conditions of clients in real time through a data document system connected with a factory and recording identity information of the clients;
the quality management unit is used for counting the product quality condition of a factory workshop according to a production plan, production process statistics, production efficiency analysis and production execution conditions, carrying out production tracing on produced defective products, butting a digital twin system based on real-time production data with a coding management system, and tracing product batch, materials, process parameters, a production machine, production time, a production team and responsible person information by combining the twin data tracing with product coding and bar codes.

The digital twinning platform based manufacturing factory management system of claim 1, wherein the display module comprises a plurality of touch display screens distributed at monitoring locations of each manager, including a factory shop management room, a monitoring room, and a manager office, so that the manager views in real time a twinning virtual shop of the digital twinning management platform and a monitoring picture transmitted by the monitoring module.
