Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition with double effects of moisturizing and repairing scalp and protecting hair and application thereof.
Background
The hair care product is a common choice, however, due to various reasons such as living habit, working pressure, age increase, hair waving and dyeing, and the like, a large part of people have various problems such as dry hair, bifurcation, greasiness, withered and yellow hair.
The effects of the hair care products in the prior art are generally single, and only the hair care products have some effects on the hair, for example, the hair care essential oil products are directly smeared on the surface of the hair to play a role in hair care, and the hair conditioner products also have the effects of directly acting on damaged hair.
However, it is actually the case that the care of the hair itself is a hair care mode which treats both the symptoms and the root causes, and the damage of the scalp function is an important cause of the hair problem, and the long-term use of some hair care products containing silicone oil or cations may rather aggravate the scalp problem. There are some products in the prior art such as scalp care essence or essence milk which are claimed to have scalp care effect. There are also some descriptions in the patent literature about repairing scalp products, for example, chinese laid-open patent CN110585050 a discloses a cosmetic composition for strengthening scalp and improving condition, which affects moisture and elasticity of scalp by promoting biosynthesis of filaggrin and biosynthesis of collagen of scalp, which can strengthen scalp weakened by environmental factors such as aging and ultraviolet rays, and improve damaged scalp.
Chinese laid-open patent CN115429708A describes a hair conditioner having scalp care and hair nourishing effects, wherein a strontium-containing compound is added into a hair care product, and the strontium element is used to promote collagen formation, induce angiogenesis, promote bioactivity such as cell endothelial proliferation, to maintain scalp activity, nourish hair follicle, maintain the basic environment for hair growth, further grow stronger and healthy hair, and strontium enters the human body through the scalp to supplement microelements; furthermore, the copper peptide can promote proliferation of hair papilla cells and expression of hair growth factors, has the effects of resisting hair follicle aging, preventing alopecia, promoting hair growth, promoting wound healing and the like; the copper peptide and the strontium-containing compound are matched for use, so that the copper peptide and the strontium-containing compound have a synergistic effect in scalp care. However, the strontium-containing compounds and copper peptides described in the above patents are not widely accepted cosmetic ingredients, and the products of the patents may only stay in the research trial phase and are far away from the actual exploitation and use.
Based on the above, there is a need in the art to provide cosmetic products having dual efficacy of scalp moisturization and hair care.

Test example 1 evaluation of hair care efficacy
Test purpose: the effect of the test sample on improving the comb property and the glossiness of the hair bundle is evaluated by carrying out a comb property test and a glossiness test on the healthy hair bundle before and after the treatment by using the test sample, and the hair care effect of the product is verified.
Test principle:
(1) Carding: the situation of human hair combing is simulated by a combing instrument, and the combing force of the hair piece in the dry hair state and the wet hair state before and after the sample is used is tested by a precise force value sensor, so that the effect of improving the hair combing property and smoothness of the sample is measured by the remarkable degree of reduced combing force acting.
(2) The glossiness light is reflected on the front and back surfaces of the hair, and is affected by melanin or tiny pores to absorb or scatter to different degrees when passing through the hair, so that different glossiness is shown. The degree of damage to the hair, the degree of cleanliness of the hair and scalp, and the distribution pattern of the attachments on the hair surface are all important factors affecting the glossiness of the hair. The samples were evaluated for lightening efficacy by using the change in the gloss of the hair strands before and after the samples.
Test protocol:
(1) Dry comb test protocol
(1) 3 identical flat hair bundles (2.5 g,15cm, healthy hair bundles) provided by the same female volunteer were randomly selected and equilibrated for 24 hours at constant temperature and humidity [ (21+ -1) °c, (50+ -10)% RH ];
(2) measuring the combing work of 3 hair bundles by using a hair bundle combing instrument, combing each hair bundle for 3 times, and recording the combing work value (Before);
(3) after the hair bundles are cleaned, the excessive moisture is wiped, and each hair bundle is applied to hair according to the sampling of 0.1g/g hair, and the hair is subjected to sampling for 3min without flushing, and the total operation is carried out for 1 time. Placing the in-vitro hair in a constant temperature and humidity [ (21+/-1) DEGC, (50+/-10)% RH ] environment, and naturally airing for 24 hours;
(4) after 24 hours, the combing work value (After) of the hair tresses was measured again using a hair tress combing machine.
(2) Wet comb combability test protocol
(1) 3 identical flat hair bundles (2.5 g,15cm, healthy hair bundles) provided by the same female volunteer were randomly selected and equilibrated for 24 hours at constant temperature and humidity [ (21+ -1) °c, (50+ -10)% RH ];
(2) measuring the combing work of 3 hair bundles by using a hair bundle combing instrument, combing each hair bundle for 3 times, and recording the combing work value (Before);
(3) after the hair bundles were washed, excess water was wiped off, and each hair bundle was applied to the hair by sampling at 0.1g/g hair, and the hair was subjected to sampling for 3 minutes, and then rinsed with water for 30 seconds, and the total operation was performed 1 time.
(4) Wet combing was performed and the combing work value (After) of the hair tresses was measured again using a hair tress combing machine.
(3) Gloss test protocol
(1) 3 identical flat hair bundles (2.5 g,15cm, healthy hair bundles) provided by the same female volunteer were randomly selected and equilibrated for 24 hours at constant temperature and humidity [ (21+ -1) °c, (50+ -10)% RH ];
(2) measuring the glossiness parameter value of each hair bundle by using a glossiness tester, wherein the front and back sides of each hair bundle are uniformly measured for 3 times (Before);
(3) after the hair bundles were washed, excess water was wiped off, and each hair bundle was applied to the hair by sampling at 0.1g/g hair, and the hair was subjected to sampling for 3 minutes, and then rinsed with water for 30 seconds, and the total operation was performed 1 time. Placing the isolated hair bundle in a constant temperature and humidity [ (21+/-1) DEGC, (50+/-10)% RH ] environment, and naturally airing for 24 hours;
(4) after 24 hours, the gloss parameter value (After) was measured using a hair-strand tester.

TABLE 1 carding work test results
TABLE 2 results of gloss test
As can be seen from the results of the hair care test efficacy of tables 1 and 2, the compositions of the present invention have a set of hair care effects of improving the dry comb properties of the hair tress, improving the wet comb properties of the hair tress, improving the gloss of the hair tress, examples 1-3 are better than comparative examples 1-2 in improving the wet comb properties, and the gloss is better, indicating that the compositions of examples 1-3 are better and faster in absorbency than comparative examples 1-2.
Test example 2 scalp moisturizing repair efficacy evaluation
Test purpose: through recruiting a certain number of qualified subjects, the change of the scalp moisture content and the trans-epidermis moisture loss rate of the subjects before and after the product is used and the self-evaluation of the subjects are observed by adopting an instrument test mode, and the moisturizing and repairing effects of the product are evaluated.
Test principle:
(1) Principle of moisture test: the Corneometer instrument reflects the moisture content of the stratum corneum through capacitance, the capacitance of water is far greater than the capacitance value of other substances, the change of the moisture content of the stratum corneum is reflected through the change of the test capacitance, and the larger the number is, the higher the moisture content of the skin is.
(2) Repair test principle: tewameter uses the law of fick diffusion to reflect skin barrier function by the value of TEWL for skin moisture loss, with a smaller TEWL number indicating a better skin barrier.
(3) Subject self-evaluation: the subjects scored or described the degree of scalp dryness (dryness score: 0 min-no, 1 min-insignificant, 2 min-light dryness, 3 min-moderate dryness, 4 min-very dry, itching degree score: 0 min-no, 1 min-insignificant, 2 min-light itching, 3 min-moderate itching, 4 min-very itching), and whether the samples had scalp moisturizing and repairing effects was evaluated by comparing the difference of the scores before and after the subjects.
Test protocol:
selecting 120 female subjects with age of 18-50 years old for participation test, randomly dividing into 5 groups for participation test, wherein the age of 5 groups of subjects and scalp hair are in a specified fixed area (temperature 21+ -1deg.C, relative humidity 50% + -10%), and the sample is (2.0+ -0.1) mg/cm 2 The sample is coated uniformly by using a latex fingerstall, and the sample is washed with clear water after 3 min. Selecting the same scalp area of the subject, and measuring the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum before (T0) and after (T2 h) sample application by using a Corneometer; the same scalp area of the subject was selected and the transepidermal water loss rates were determined with a Tewameter before (T0) and after (T2 h) application. Meanwhile, the scalp dryness and itching degree of the patient are scored and investigated before and after the sample is used for 2 hours.
Test results:
table 3 scalp moisturizing repair efficacy test results
