Abstract

一种生产包含液体食品的容器的充装机包括一组使幅面料状包装材料成形的辊,在管状包装材料向下传送时将液体食品引入到管状包装材料中的充装管(52),装设有加热机构(19)并可与切割杆(18)接合的热密封杆(14、15),用以在食品的位置之下横过管状包装材料产生形成横向密封的密封区,和装设在切割杆上的切割器,用以在密封区内切断管状包装材料以便形成包含液体食品的预成形容器。至少一个喷嘴(56)定位成将消毒的清洗液体引导向管状包装材料的外侧表面和/或切割器。冲洗液体有利地清洗管状包装材料的外表面和对其消毒,以及能向下流动以便洗净密封杆和切割器并对其消毒。还有,冲洗液体能在横向密封形成之后冷却包装材料,从而使包装材料的塑料或树脂材料相对快速地硬化。所以塑料或树脂材料将不太可能受到玷污和污损。结果,包装材料的外观得到改善。

Description

设有冲洗装置的充装机及其充装方法
技术领域
本发明一般涉及用于将内含物充装到容器中的充装机。更具体地说,本发明与用于将液体食品充装到容器中的充装机的冲洗装置有关。
背景技术
将例如奶类和果汁这样的液体食品克装到容器中以生产出充满的包装容器的包装充装机的一种型式包括使用在卷筒上的幅面料状包装材料。卷筒上的幅面料状包装材料装载到充装机的装载站,并从装载站释放和传送到充装机。
包装材料包括柔性的层压片,它可以包括纸基片和层压在纸基片两侧上的聚乙烯塑料层。如果需要,在纸基片和塑料层之间形成阻挡层,该层可以包括铝箔和具有气体阻挡特性的树脂。
一旦从装载站释放,在纵长方向对包装材料进行纵向密封并形成管状。然后由密封和切割机构从相对两侧对管状包装材料横向加压。这种密封和切割机构可以包括作为密封装置的感应加热器和作为切割装置的切割器。通过密封装置沿横向按连续的固定间隔密封包装材料。在这个时候,一对成形挡板从外面包围管状包装材料并对其加压,将包装材料转变成枕头状。
同时使用切割装置,沿着由密封装置生成的横向密封的中心线切割枕头状包装材料。结果,形成了许多含有液体食品的枕头状预成形容器,然后通过最后的折叠机的操作将预成形容器变成砖块状的包装容器。
随着上述的横向密封,将液体食品充装到管状包装材料中。在低于充装的液体食品的液位的位置,由密封装置从两侧对包装材料加压、加热,从而横向密封。
从横向密封区挤出许多液体食品。但是,某些液体食品可能沿着中心线滞留在这个横向密封区。因为密封区用切割装置切断,所以切割装置有被液体食品玷污或污损的倾向。液体食品还可能玷污或污损包装容器的切割部分。已公布的国际专利申请WO98/09870号建议一种用清洗水清洗切割装置的机器。在这种机器中,例如水的清洗介质直接喷射到切割装置或切割刀的尖端上。
根据上述情况,有必要避免上面讨论的缺点和不足。
因此需要一种方式来清洗包装材料的外周表面。
还需要一种方式来清洗密封装置和切割装置,同时还对它们进行消毒。
希望用一种方式能满足上述的需要,该方式还能把润滑性赋予包装材料的外侧,从而有利于包装材料的平滑移动和改进包装的成形。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,用于生产包含液体食品的容器的充装机包括一组辊,用于使幅面料状包装材料成形为管状包装材料,用于在管状包装材料向下传送时把液体食品引入到管状包装材料中的充装管,装设有加热机构并能与切割杆接合的热密封杆,用以在液体食品的位置之下横过管状包装材料产生形成横向密封的密封区,和装设在切割杆上的切割器,用以在密封区中切断管状包装材料以形成包含液体食品的预成形容器。至少一个喷嘴定位成将消毒的冲洗液体引导向管状包装材料的外侧表面。
根据本发明的另一方面,用于生产包含液体食品的容器的充装机包括充装装置,用于将液体食品充装到从上向下传送的管状包装材料中,密封机构,用于在管状包装材料内的液体食品的液位之下横向密封管状包装材料以便形成横向密封区,切割机构,用于切断密封区以便形成包含液体食品的预成形容器,和冲洗液体供给结构,用于将含消毒剂的冲洗液体朝向包装材料的外侧表面供给。
根据本发明的另一方面,用于生产包含液体食品的容器的方法包括,将幅面料状包装材料形成为管状包装材料,在管状包装材料向下传送时把液体食品引入到管状包装材料中,横过包含液体食品的管状包装材料形成横向密封,在包装材料的横向密封中切断管状包装材料以便形成充满的预成形容器,当在包装材料的横向密封中切断管状包装材料时将消毒的冲洗液体引导向管状包装材料。
根据本发明,冲洗液体清洗管状包装材料的外表面并对其消毒,以及能向下流动来洗净密封杆和切割器并对其消毒。还有,冲洗液体能在横向密封形成之后冷却包装材料,从而使包装材料的塑料或树脂材料相对较快地硬化。因此塑料或树脂材料将不太可能受到玷污染或污损。结果,改善了包装材料的外观。

具体实施方式
先参考图2,涉及本发明的充装机的一个实施例包括从平的幅面料状包装材料11变成包装件的成形和充装。这个幅面料状包装材料是以卷筒31的形式装纳在盒32中,并通过盒32装载或传送到充装机的装载站。
通过实例,包装材料11的幅面料可以是柔性的纸质层压片的形式,它包括纸基片和层压在纸基片两侧上的聚乙烯树脂的可热密封/防水层。如果需要,在纸基片和一个或两个可热密封/防水层之间形成铝箔或有气体阻挡特性的树脂的形式的阻挡层。此外,在材料的外表面可以印刷形成包装容器33外观的外部设计。
从卷筒上退绕到装载站的包装材料11是由作为传送机构的辊间歇地传送的。包装材料通过一组辊前进到印刷单元38,这组辊包括引导辊34、送料辊35、张力辊36和弯曲辊37。在印刷单元38内将例如包装容器33内含物的享用时间限制或者有效期的信息印刷在包装材料11的合适指示区间上。
将包装材料11传送到敷贴器39,它沿着包装材料幅面料施加连续的带条。后面使用这种带条促使包装材料变成管状。通过几个弯曲辊40、41把带有所施加带条的包装材料11送到消毒池42,在消毒池42处由例如过氧化氢水溶液的消毒液进行消毒。消毒池42包括装有消毒液的底盘43,将包装材料11传送通过该底盘43。
包装材料11从消毒池42通过压延辊45向上前进并到达空气刀45。空气刀45强烈地引导包装材料11热空气的以便干燥包装材料11。在被空气刀45干燥和通过几个其他辊的传送之后,由一组成形环将包装材料11逐渐转变成管状。该组成形环包括构成最高环的上成形环48,构成下一环的可动成形环49,通过它传送包装材料,构成在可动成形环49之后传送包装材料的环的成形环50,以及构成最后的环的下成形环51。在通过成形环和转变成管状之后,由纵向的密封装置55使用前面所施加的带条在纵向或纵长方向密封管状包装材料11。在包装材料形成管状之后,将构成内含物的液体食品引入到管状包装容器中,该液体食品例如为奶类、果汁等。应用充装管52将这样的内含物充装到管状包装材料中,该充装管向下伸展到管状包装材料11的内部中。
形成管状并且其中已经充装液体食品的包装材料11用含消毒剂的冲洗液体清洗,从一个或几个冲洗喷嘴56的形式的冲洗装置喷射出冲洗液体。冲洗喷嘴56可以构成冲洗液体供给机构的一部分。冲洗喷嘴56以图1表示的方式指向管状包装材料的外表面。冲洗液体供给机构还可以包括与冲洗喷嘴56连接的冲洗液体源。冲洗液体的形式最好是相对冷的含有消毒剂或消毒组份的消毒液体。在这个优选实施例中,冲洗液体是臭氧处理水。
在用冲洗喷嘴56清洗之后,充装好的管状包装材料11在管保持环57的引导下前进到密封和切割装置。这里,由密封装置以与最终包装件的尺寸相对应的固定间隔将充装好的管状包装材料横向密封,然后由切割装置在密封区内将包装材料切断,形成各个充装好的包装件或容器。包装件或容器还成形为如图2中所表示的枕头状的预成形容器23。将预成形容器23传送到最后的折叠机58并将其变成砖块状的容器,这样生产充装液体食品的包装容器33。
参考图1可以看到关于冲洗喷嘴56及密封和切割装置的进一步细节。如上所述,管状包装材料11容纳通过充装管52供料,从而充满管状包装材料的液体食品。将充装好的管状包装材料11连续和间歇地向下传送,并前进到密封和切割装置60。
密封和切割装置60包括两个密封和切割单元14、15。每个密封和切割单元14、15包括切割爪14a、15a和压力爪14b、15b。密封和切割单元还包括切割杆18和热密封杆19。切割杆18最好装设在切割爪14a、15a上,而热密封杆19最好装设在压力爪14b、15b上。相对较薄的切割器21形式的切割装置可滑动地安装在每个切割爪14a、15a中相对较窄的空间内,一般在切割杆18的中央。切割装置21的端部(即参考图1所见的左端)连接到圆柱件22,它的作用是作为切割装置的驱动机构。这个驱动机构22使切割装置前后滑动以便对管状包装材料实行切割。
在每个切割爪14a、15a上保持有成形挡板21a。在每个压力爪14b,15b上也保持有成形挡板21b。成形挡板21a、21b能以已知的方式自由地摇摆或移动并包围包装材料11。
密封和切割单元14、15从相对两侧对管状包装材料11加压,并将其横向密封以形成相应的密封区S。一旦形成密封区S,就启动切割装置22在刚形成密封的区域内切开被密封的材料,从而得到各个预成形容器23。通过切割爪14a、15a和压力爪14b、15b朝向彼此的相对运动从相对两侧对包装材料11加压。
在压力爪14b、15b上的密封杆19装设有形成感应加热器的感应器61、62。感应加热器起密封机构的作用,当压力爪14b、15b和切割爪14a,15a朝向彼此移动并对包装材料加压时,密封机构在包装材料中形成横向密封(即密封区S)。
切割装置21通过圆柱件22的操作以滑动的方式沿向前方向移动。在切割装置21朝前滑动时,切割装置21沿着密封区S切断管状包装材料11。还有,成形挡板21a、21b盖住或包围管状包装材料11,对包装材料加压,并使包装材料转变成和形成枕头状包装件,一旦实现密封和切割就会最终获得该枕头状包装件。
密封和切割单元14、15的操作如下。在图1中表示的密封和切割装置60处,密封和切割单元14是在上面的密封和切割开始位置。在密封和切割开始位置,切割爪14a和压力爪14b表示为在向前位置(即,切割爪14a和压力爪14b已经朝向彼此移动)。在这个位置,切割爪14a和压力爪14b从两侧对管状包装材料11加压。当密封和切割单元14压住和保持包装材料11时它向下移动。
在这个保持包装材料11的期间,热密封杆19和切割杆18相当有力地推压包装材料11。在密封杆19中的感应加热器61、62加热包装材料11以实现横向密封并形成密封区S。如上所述,在密封和切割单元14夹持包装材料11而横向密封完成时,密封和切割单元14向下朝下面的密封和切割完成位置移动。还有,在密封和切割单元14移动时,成形挡板21a,21b以已知的方式朝向彼此沿闭合方向移动并包围包装材料11以使包装材料转变成和形成枕头状构造。
在图1中,密封和切割单元15表示为在下面的密封和切割完成位置。刚好在到达密封和切割完成位置之前,密封和切割单元15的切割装置21朝密封杆19向前移动,在密封区S的中心部分切断包装材料,这样使预成形容器23与管状包装材料11的剩余部分分离。当在密封区S中心部分完成切断包装材料之后,密封和切割单元15回到密封和切割开始位置。在回到密封和切割开始位置的同时,密封和切割单元15的切割爪15a和压力爪15b彼此移开,并转到密封和切割单元14的外侧以便上升到上面的开始位置。
如图1所示,在密封和切割装置60的上游,考虑到包装材料的传送方向,在管状包装材料11的周围定位有一个或多个喷嘴56形式的冲洗装置。冲洗装置连接到臭氧处理水源并从冲洗喷嘴56对着包装材料11的外表面喷射出臭氧处理水63。在臭氧处理水63中臭氧的浓度的数量级是,例如0.01-20(ppm),优选约0.1-10(ppm)。
臭氧处理水63清洗包装材料11的外周表面并对它消毒。此外,臭氧处理水向下流动以便在操作时清洗密封和切割单元14、15并对其消毒。
因为当切割装置21在密封和切割单元14、15内和通过包装材料移动时,包装材料以及整个密封和切割装置都用消毒/清洗的臭氧处理水洗过,所以臭氧处理水防止包装材料和整个装置被不希望的微生物等弄脏或污染。
臭氧处理水63还冷却了由感应加热器61,62加热并横向密封的包装材料11的密封区S。这种冷却使包装材料11的熔化的塑料材料(如聚乙烯树脂)相对迅速地硬化。因此,在切开密封区S时,可以实现塑料材料(如聚乙烯树脂)和切割装置21分开或分离的改进。
还可以防止塑料或树脂材料的玷污或污损,从而改善了包括切断部分的包装材料11的外观。还有,臭氧处理水63将润滑性赋予包装材料11的外侧并使包装材料11能更加平滑地移动,从而改进包装材料11的成形。
根据本发明的优选形式,臭氧处理水63包括用紫外光辐射法、放电法和电解法制成的臭氧处理水,以及用直接电解法生产的臭氧处理水。
在直接电解法中形成盐水(碱性水)作为副产品。但是,即使在臭氧处理水63中含有盐水,也能维持臭氧处理水63所需的浓度。
因为仅从臭氧处理水63中逐渐产生非常少量的臭氧气,所以臭氧气不会溶解到液体食品中。相反,该气体趋向于上升,然后被位于充装机顶部附近的加热装置或空气刀所放出的热空气加热,从而被分解。
充装管52、纵向密封装置55、冲洗喷嘴56和充装机的其他部件都是在无菌的环境中,从而使液体食品在无菌室内于无菌的条件下被充装到管状包装材料中。产生臭氧气所达到的程度使该臭氧气可以有助于维持这个无菌的环境。
在这个实施例中,冲洗液体起到消毒的作用,并且还起到冷却密封区S的作用。因此,根据本发明的优选形式,选择冲洗液体(即臭氧处理水)的温度以便能使冲洗剂实现这两种作用。使用温度为2℃-20℃,优选为5℃-15℃的冲洗液体或臭氧处理水的应用是非常适合达到这个目标的。在这方面,相信温度为约10℃的冲洗液体是特别有用的。
除了在密封和切割装置60的上游某个地点将冲洗液体引导到包装材料的外表面上之外,可以在密封和切割单元附近装设另一个例如一个或多个冲洗喷嘴的形式的冲洗装置,以便传送更多的冲洗液体(如臭氧处理水)来直接喷射到切割装置。在这样的情况下,在不同位置的冲洗液体可任选地设定在不同的温度。
应该认识到,虽然已经将臭氧处理水描述为冲洗液体,但是也可以使用其他的含杀菌剂的水溶液作为冲洗液体。
从上面描述中可以看到,本发明提供了许多优点。冲洗液体有利地清洗包装材料的外周表面并对其消毒。此外,冲洗液体向下流动以及洗净密封装置和切割装置并对其消毒。这样,因为即使切割装置装纳在或隐藏在密封和切割装置中也能进行清洗和消毒,所以冲洗液体防止了不想要的微生物等引起的弄脏或污染。
还有,因为在横向密封形成之后包装材料被冲洗液体冷却,所以使包装材料的塑料或树脂材料相对快速地硬化。因此,在切断密封区时可以防止塑料或树脂材料的玷污或污损。结果,改进了包装材料的外观。
在上述说明书中已经描述了本发明的原理、优选实施例和操作的模式。但是,打算要保护的本发明并不解释成受所描述的特定实施例的限制。还有,这里描述的实施例应看作是说明性的而不是限制性的。通过应用其他的和等价的东西可以进行各种改变和变化,而不会背离本发明的宗旨。因此,特意打算包括落入在本发明宗旨和范畴内的所有这些改变、变化和等价的东西。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于生产包含液体食品的容器的充装机,其包括:
用于将一幅面料状包装材料形成一管状包装材料的一组辊,该管状包装材料有一外侧表面;
一用于在管状包装材料向下传送时将一液体食品引入到管状包装材料中的充装管;
一装设有一加热机构并且可与一切割杆接合的热密封杆,用以在该液体食品的位置之下横过管状包装材料产生一形成一横向密封的密封区;
一装设在该切割杆上的切割器,用以在该密封区内切断管状包装材料以便形成一包含液体食品的预成形容器;和
用于在包装期间将一消毒的冲洗液体连续引导到管状包装材料的外侧表面上的至少一个喷嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充装机,其特征在于,相对管状包装材料的运动的向下方向,在该热密封杆和切割杆的上游定位所述至少一个喷嘴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充装机,其特征在于,所述冲洗液体是臭氧处理水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充装机,其特征在于,所述至少一个喷嘴包括多个喷嘴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充装机,其特征在于,该冲洗液体的温度为2℃-20℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的充装机,其特征在于,该冲洗液体的温度为5℃-15℃。
7.一种用于生产包含液体食品的容器的充装机,其包括:
用于将一液体食品充装到一从上往下传送的管状包装材料中的充装装置;
用于在该管状包装材料中的该液体食品的液位之下横向密封管状包装材料以形成一横向密封区的密封装置;
用于切断该密封区以便形成一包含液体食品的预成形容器的切割装置;和
用于在包装期间朝向该包装材料的一外侧表面连续供给一包含一消毒剂的冲洗液体的冲洗液体供给装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的充装机,其特征在于,所述冲洗液体供给装置包括至少一个喷嘴。
9.根据权利要求7所述的充装机,其特征在于,相对管状包装材料的运动的向下方向,在该密封装置和切割装置的上游定位所述冲洗液体供给装置。
10.根据权利要求7所述的充装机,其特征在于,所述冲洗液体是臭氧处理水。
11.根据权利要求7所述的充装机,其特征在于,所述冲洗液体供给装置包括多个喷嘴。
12.根据权利要求7所述的充装机,其特征在于,该冲洗液体的温度为2℃-20℃。
13.一种生产包含液体食品的容器的方法,其包括:
将一幅面料状包装材料形成为一具有一外侧表面的管状包装材料;
在该管状包装材料向下传送时将一液体食品引入到管状包装材料中;
横过包含该液体食品的管状包装材料形成一横向密封;
在该包装材料的该横向密封内切断管状包装材料以便形成一充装好的预成形容器;和
当在包装材料的横向密封内切断管状包装材料时,在包装期间将一消毒的冲洗液体连续引导向管状包装材料。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该冲洗液体通过至少一个喷嘴引导向管状包装材料。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在切断横向密封的地方的上游某个位置,将该冲洗液体引导向管状包装材料。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该冲洗液体是臭氧处理水。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该冲洗液体的温度为2℃-20℃。
