at present, during the metal grinding process, produced metal fragments easily splash to the shield on the easy rebound to the machined part, produce the mar on the machined part easily, simultaneously because of metal fragments's rebound, probably block between the processing equipment moving part, lead to the card to die or wearing and tearing, influence processing equipment's result of use and life, metal fragments's multiple bounce-back collision moreover, produce abnormal sound easily, lead to great noise pollution environment, the spark waste material that the metal grinding produced splashes everywhere simultaneously, not only can pollute the workstation, the high temperature spark that produces has very big potential safety hazard moreover, inconvenience has been brought for actual processing operation, the result of use of reduction device.
In order to solve the above problems, a grinding device for metal working is proposed in the present application.

the protection assembly is provided with a pneumatic impact assembly, and the pneumatic impact assembly comprises a reciprocating screw rod, a moving plate, a push rod, a first air supply cover, a moving piston, a conveying pipe, a first bamboo joint pipe and a second air supply cover;
the intermittent injection assembly comprises a liquid storage tank, a pumping pump for extracting liquid, a discharging pipe, a bamboo joint pipe II, a sleeve, a spring IV, a threaded rod, a stop block and a touch switch.
As the grinding device for metal processing, the upper surface of the grinding machine seat is provided with the protective seat which is in sliding connection, one side of the protective seat is connected with the driving motor through a bolt, the output end of the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft through a screw, the surface of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the first mounting block through a bearing, one end of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the second mounting block through a bearing, the second mounting block is fixed on the surface of the protective seat, the surface of the rotating shaft is connected with the bevel gear mechanism through a screw, the other end of the bevel gear mechanism is fixedly provided with the rotating rod, the outer part of the rotating rod is provided with a plurality of groups of fan plates which are arranged in annular equidistant mode, one side of each fan plate is fixedly provided with the connecting shaft, the surface of each connecting shaft is wound with two groups of springs which are symmetrically arranged, the inner part of the protective seat is fixedly provided with the scraping plate, the inner part of the protective seat is provided with the collecting cover, one side of the surface of each fan plate is provided with the magnet plate, and the top of the protective seat is provided with the shielding plate.
As the grinding device for metal processing, preferably, an elastic skin is fixed between the shielding plate and the protection seat, one side of the shielding plate is provided with a first limiting rod, the surface of the first limiting rod is connected with a connecting rod in a sliding manner, the surface of the first limiting rod is wound with a second spring, one end of the connecting rod is rotationally connected with a roller through a rotating shaft, and one side of the grinding wheel mechanism is fixedly provided with an inclined plate.
As a preferable grinding device for metal processing, the upper surface of the protection seat is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the fan plate.
