According to the material feeding information processing method, when the target type material exists in the material to be fed, namely the yield special mining material, the material information management system can acquire decision content obtained by deciding the target type material, automatically generate material types comprising the target type material and material information of the feeding position information of the target type material according to the decision content, and can label the information of the target type material, namely the yield special mining material, the whole information generation process does not need to be manually participated, the information processing accuracy and the information processing efficiency of the target type material are effectively improved, the material information management system sends the generated material information to the feeding management system, an accurate information basis is provided for the follow-up feeding management system to feed the target type material based on the material information of the target type material, and the production efficiency of process production is further improved.
To further improve the accuracy of the material administration of the target type of material, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the material information is sent to the material administration system, including:
S302, a material calling instruction generated by a material calling terminal for the material to be transported is responded, and a transported material identifier of the material to be transported is obtained.
The material calling is an operation of notifying the material stored in the storage area to be transported to the production area, and the material calling terminal is a terminal device for inputting information to the material to be transported, and it can be understood that the same storage area can store materials required by a plurality of production areas, so that when receiving the material calling notification sent by the production area needing to be fed based on a corresponding management and control system, a material transporting worker needs to input information to the material to be transported through the material calling terminal, so that the accuracy of material transportation and material management is improved.
In some embodiments, the production area requiring material calling is based on a corresponding management and control system, for example, a material feeding management system generates a material calling notification, the material calling notification is sent to a using terminal of a material transportation worker, and the material transportation worker can use the material calling terminal to input information on the material to be transported after receiving the material calling notification based on the using terminal.
The material calling instruction is an instruction for indicating the material information management system to carry out material calling information verification on the current material to be transported, is generated by the material calling terminal aiming at the material to be transported, and can carry a transported material identifier of the material to be transported. It will be appreciated that the transportation material identifier is used to uniquely identify the material to be transported, and the transportation material identifier may be a character string including at least one of a number, a letter, a coincidence, and a text, such as a material identity number of the material to be transported.
In some embodiments, identification information is arranged on the material to be transported, the material calling terminal determines a material transporting identification of the material to be transported based on the identification information on the material to be transported, and generates a material calling instruction for the material to be transported according to the material to be transported identification.
It can be understood that the identification information set on the material to be transported is generated by the material information management system according to the transported material identification of the material to be transported. After the material information management system generates the material information of the target type material, the material information management system can determine that the target type material passes through the review at the moment and can wait for material transportation, the material information management system determines the target type material as the material to be transported, determines the material identifier corresponding to the target type material as the transported material identifier, and then generates identification information for each material to be transported according to the transported material identifier of the material to be transported.
In some embodiments, the identification information may be an identification code, for example, an identification barcode or an identification two-dimensional code, and the material calling terminal scans the identification code of the material to be transported, so as to obtain a transported material identification of the material to be transported, and generate a material calling instruction for the material to be transported according to the transported material identification.
In some embodiments, the identification information may be an identification serial number, the material calling terminal may input an operation based on the identification serial number of the worker, obtain the identification serial number of the material to be transported, obtain the transport material identification of the material to be transported based on the identification serial number, and generate a material calling instruction for the material to be transported according to the transport material identification.
In the embodiment, the material information management system is in communication connection with the material calling terminal, and when materials need to be delivered out of the warehouse, the material calling terminal generates a material calling instruction aiming at the materials to be delivered out of the warehouse, and sends the material calling instruction to the material information management system, wherein the material calling instruction carries a material delivery identifier of the materials to be delivered.
The material information management system responds to a material calling instruction sent by a material calling terminal, and obtains a transported material identifier of a material to be transported.
S304, acquiring the material calling position information corresponding to the material calling terminal under the condition that the material to be transported is determined to be the target type material based on the transported material identification.
Each material calling terminal has a corresponding material calling position, namely, the material calling position is the current transportation destination of the material to be transported, for example, the material calling is carried out in the factory A, the material to be transported is required to be transported to the factory A for delivery, and the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal at the moment is the factory A. The material calling position information is information data used for representing the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal, such as a position name, a position coordinate, a position identifier and the like of the material calling position.
In some embodiments, after receiving a material calling instruction sent by a material calling terminal, the material information management system acquires a terminal identifier of the material calling terminal, and determines material calling position information corresponding to the material calling terminal according to the terminal identifier and a corresponding relation between the identifier and the material calling position information.
In an embodiment, after a material information management system obtains a material transporting identifier of a material to be transported, determining material information corresponding to the material transporting identifier according to the material transporting identifier and a preset mapping relation between the material identifier and the material information, and obtaining material calling position information corresponding to a material calling terminal under the condition that the material to be transported is determined to be a target type material according to a material type in the material information.
S306, checking the material calling information of the material to be transported according to the material calling position information and the material information of the target type material.
The material calling information verification is a verification operation for determining whether the target type material is the material required by the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal.
In an embodiment, the material information management system performs position matching according to the position information of the material calling terminal and the throwing position information of the materials in the material information of the target type of materials, performs material calling information verification on the materials to be transported, and determines whether the target type of materials are materials required by the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal.
In some embodiments, the material information management system determines a material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal according to the material calling terminal position information, determines a target using position of the target type material according to the material information of the target type material, performs position matching on the material calling position and the target using position, and performs material calling information verification on the material to be transported.
In some embodiments, the checking of the material to be transported is determined to pass under the condition that the matching of the material calling position and the target using position is successful, and the checking of the material to be transported is determined not to pass under the condition that the matching of the material calling position and the target using position is unsuccessful.
And S308, under the condition that the material calling information passes the verification, sending the material information of the target type material to a material feeding management system.
In the embodiment, the verification of the material calling information is passed, which indicates that the target type material is the material required by the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal at the moment, and the target type material can be transported to the material calling position corresponding to the material calling terminal. In order to further improve accuracy and management and control efficiency of material feeding management and control of follow-up materials, the material information management system sends material information of target type materials to the feeding management system.
In some embodiments, the material information management system performs bill-building and posting operations for the target type material under the condition that the material information verification passes.
In the above embodiment, through carrying out the verification of the material calling information on the material to be transported when the material is called, only under the condition that the verification of the material calling information is passed, the material information of the target type material can be sent to the material feeding management system for carrying out the subsequent material feeding operation, the target type material can be intercepted before the target type material flows into the non-target use position, the accuracy of the transportation and the feeding of the target type material is improved, and the process production efficiency is further improved.
The decision content of the target type of material is important content information that generates material information of the target type of material, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the obtaining the decision content of the target type of material includes:
s402, acquiring material parameter information of a material to be detected.
Wherein, the material to be detected is transported to a quality inspection bin and is ready for quality inspection. The material parameter information is information data for representing the specification parameters of the material to be detected, can be obtained after specification measurement of the material to be detected by a material receiving person or a material detecting person, and is uploaded to a material information management system.
In an embodiment, when the material to be detected enters the quality inspection bin for quality inspection, the material information management system may acquire material parameter information of the material to be detected.
S404, under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be unqualified according to the material parameter information and the material detection requirement, generating a countersignature function calling instruction according to the material identification of the material to be detected.
The material detection requirement can be considered as a quality specification requirement, namely a theoretical specification parameter requirement, which should be met by the material to be detected under the condition of normal use, and the material detection requirement is related to the material to be detected, for example, the material type of the material to be detected is different, the material batch is different, etc., and the corresponding material detection requirement is also different. The material detection requirements can be pre-generated by a designer according to actual process production requirements and stored in a quality control storage area of the material information management new system.
The countersign is a special approval node of joint approval, which can be understood as a process that a task needs to be processed by multiple people at the same time, then the comments of the multiple people are collected, and how to execute the next step of the process is determined. In the case of determining that the material to be detected is unqualified, a countersign review is required for the material to be detected in an unqualified state, and a plurality of departments, such as a purchasing department, a quality department and a storage department, determine the material type of the material to be detected together and execute the next step.
The countersign function call instruction is used for indicating the business process management system to initiate a countersign decision for the material to be detected, and as the material information management system generally does not have the countersign function, the material information management system generates the countersign function call instruction under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be unqualified in detection, and calls the countersign function of the business process management system, so that each department can conduct material examination for the material to be detected. The business process management system may be any process management system with a countersign function, for example, a BPM (Business Process Management) system.
In an embodiment, after obtaining material parameter information of a material to be detected, the material information management system searches for a material detection requirement of the material to be detected according to a material identifier of the material to be detected, and generates a countersign function call instruction according to the material identifier of the material to be detected under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be unqualified based on the material parameter information and the material detection requirement.
In some embodiments, the material parameter information includes values of various detection specification parameters of the material to be detected, and the material detection requirement includes thresholds of various theoretical specification parameters of the material to be detected. The material information management system can compare each detection specification parameter value with a corresponding theoretical specification parameter threshold value in the material detection requirement in the material parameter information of the material to be detected, determine that the material to be detected is qualified under the condition that each detection specification parameter value does not exceed the corresponding theoretical specification parameter threshold value, and determine that the material to be detected is unqualified under the condition that each detection specification parameter value exceeds the corresponding theoretical specification parameter threshold value.
S406, sending a countersignature function calling instruction to the business process management system, wherein the countersignature function calling instruction is used for indicating the business process management system to initiate countersignature decision aiming at the material to be detected.
In an embodiment, the material information management system sends the generated countersignature function call instruction to the business process management system, and instructs the business process management system to initiate a countersignature decision for the material to be detected.
In some embodiments, the business process management system responds to the meeting function call instruction to initiate a material review conference (MRB, material Review Board), and in combination with a plurality of departments, the unqualified materials to be detected are reviewed, and in the case that the materials to be detected are determined to be the target type materials, the review results are sent to quality control personnel, such as quality engineers (PE) and/or process engineers (PQE), to make decisions.
In some embodiments, when the material information management system initiates a material review meeting based on the business process management system, in the case that the material to be detected is determined to be the target type material, the candidate use position of the material to be detected can be determined according to the material identifier of the material to be detected and the corresponding relation between the use position of the target type material and the material identifier, and the candidate use position is displayed on a countersign interface for each department to select, so that the target use position of the target type material is determined.
S408, receiving the countersign decision content returned by the business process management system.
In an embodiment, after the business process management system completes the review, generating the countersign decision content according to the information obtained by the countersign decision, and returning the countersign decision content to the material information management system. And the material information management system receives the countersign decision content returned by the business process management system.
S410, determining the decision content as the decision content of the target type material under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be the target type material according to the countersignature decision content.
In an embodiment, the material information management system determines a material type of the material to be detected according to the countersign decision content, and determines the decision content as a decision content of the target type material under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be the target type material.
In the above embodiment, in the case that it is determined that the unqualified materials are detected, the material information management system may call the business flow management system to initiate a countersignature decision through the countersignature function call instruction, so that the material information management system may obtain the decision content of the target type of materials more conveniently and accurately.
The above embodiments are all descriptions of the steps of the material information management system, and the material information management of the target type material may be considered as the first stage of the target type material in the material delivery process, and the following description will explain the method steps of the second stage, i.e. the actual delivery stage, of the target type material in the material delivery process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a material feeding control method is provided, and the method is applied to the feeding management system 104 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
s502, acquiring material information of the material to be put under the condition that the material to be put is determined to be a target type material according to the material identification of the material to be put, wherein the material information is generated by a material information management system according to decision content of the target type material.
The material to be put in is transported to a material feeding position and is ready for feeding. The target type material is yield special mining material.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system may determine, according to a material identifier of a material to be fed, a target type of material to be fed, and in a case where it is determined that the material to be fed is the target type of material, search, according to the material identifier of the material to be fed, material information corresponding to the material identifier to be fed. The material information of the material to be put is generated by the material information management system according to the decision content of the target type material, and it can be understood that the specific generation mode of the material information is already described in detail in the foregoing, and is not described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, a target type material table is provided in the material feeding management system, and is used for recording material identifiers of materials of each target type. After the material identifier of the material to be put is obtained, the material input management system can search in the target type material record table according to the material identifier of the material to be put, and determine that the material to be put is the target type material under the condition that the target type material record table searches the material identifier of the material to be put.
S504, checking the material to be put in according to the material information and the position information of the material putting position where the material to be put in is located.
The feeding information verification is a verification operation for determining whether the current feeding position is a target using position of the material to be fed.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system performs position matching based on the acquired material information and the position information of the feeding position where the material to be fed is located, performs feeding information verification on the material to be fed, and determines whether the current feeding position is a target using position of the material to be fed.
In some embodiments, identification information is provided on the material to be put, when the material to be put is transported to the material feeding position, the material feeding port terminal can determine the material identification of the material to be put according to the identification information of the material to be put, and the material feeding port terminal is in communication connection with the material feeding management system, so that the obtained material identification can be sent to the material feeding management system.
S506, carrying out feeding treatment on the materials to be fed under the condition that the feeding information is checked to pass.
In the embodiment, the charging information is checked and passed, and the current charging position can be considered as the target using position of the material to be charged, and the charging management system can perform charging treatment on the material to be charged.
According to the material feeding management and control method, the material feeding management system can determine the material type of the material to be fed according to the material identification of the material to be fed, under the condition that the material to be fed is determined to be the target type material, namely the yield special mining material, the material information generated by the material information management system according to the decision content of the target type material is acquired, the material feeding information verification is carried out on the material to be fed based on the material information and the position information of the material feeding position where the material to be fed is located, and under the condition that the material feeding information verification is passed, the material feeding position where the current target type material is located is accurate, and the material feeding management and control system can carry out the material feeding treatment on the material to be fed. Through carrying out the material information check to the target type material, just throw the material under the condition that the check passes, whole management and control process need not artifical the participation and discerns management and control, can effectively reduce the cost of labor in the technology production, material check identification accuracy and management and control accuracy when improving the material and throwing the material, and then improved the production efficiency of technology production.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the material information includes a material target usage location. Based on material information and the position information of the material throwing position where the material to be thrown is located, the material throwing information verification is carried out on the material to be thrown, and the method comprises the following steps:
s602, acquiring a position identifier of a material feeding position where the material to be fed is located.
The position identification of the feeding position where the material to be fed is located is identification information for uniquely identifying the feeding position.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system obtains a position identifier of a feeding position where the material to be fed is located under the condition that the material to be fed is determined to be a target type material.
In some embodiments, the location identifier may be a terminal identifier of a port terminal provided at the feed location. The terminal identifiers of all the material inlet terminals are maintained in the material inlet management system in advance, and the material inlet management system can determine the position identifier of the material inlet position where the material to be fed is located when the material inlet terminals send the material identifiers to the material inlet management system.
S604, determining the position of the using area corresponding to the feeding position according to the position identification.
The use area position refers to an area position where the product production is completed by using the thrown material, namely, a product production area position.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system may determine, according to the obtained position identifier and a preset correspondence between the position identifier and the position of the usage area, the position of the usage area corresponding to the position identifier, where the usage area position is the position of the usage area corresponding to the feeding position where the target type material is currently located.
S606, determining that the material throwing information of the material to be thrown passes the verification under the condition that the position of the using area corresponding to the material throwing position is matched with the target using position of the material to be thrown.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system performs matching operation on a usage area position corresponding to the feeding position and a target usage position of the material to be fed, and determines that feeding information of the material to be fed passes through verification under the condition that the usage area position corresponding to the feeding position is matched with the target usage position of the material to be fed.
In the above embodiment, before the material to be put is put, the use area position corresponding to the material putting position is matched with the target use position of the material to be put, and the material to be put is subjected to material putting information verification, so that the target type materials flowing into the use area position for production activities are all materials which can be used in the use area position, and the accuracy of transporting and feeding the target type materials is effectively improved.
Since the target type of material is yield-specific material, but not normal material that fully meets the quality specification requirements, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, in a case where the feeding information is verified, the feeding processing of the material to be fed includes:
s702, generating a material to be fed notification of a target type according to a material identifier of the material to be fed under the condition that the feeding information is checked to pass.
In an embodiment, in the case that the feeding information is verified, the feeding management system generates a target type material to-be-fed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-fed material, and it can be understood that the target type material to-be-fed notification is used for notifying quality control personnel that the yield-giving special mining material is ready to be fed currently.
And S704, sending a notice of the object type material to be put to the quality control terminal.
The quality control terminal is a terminal used by a quality control person, and the quality control person can check the notification to be put in of the target type material through the quality control terminal.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system sends the generated notification of the object type material to be fed to the quality control terminal for display.
S706, receiving a target type material management and control requirement returned by the quality control terminal based on the target type material to-be-fed notification.
Wherein, the target type material management and control requirement can be used for specifying the pretreatment operation required to be carried out before the target type material is fed. It will be appreciated that the target type material management requirements may be determined by a quality control person based on the decision content of the target type material.
In some embodiments, after the quality control terminal displays the notification that the target type material is to be fed, the quality control terminal may respond to an operation of a quality control person, for example, filling operation, to obtain a target type material management requirement of the target type material.
And S708, displaying the target type material management and control requirement on a material feeding terminal, and carrying out material feeding treatment on the material to be fed.
The feeding terminal is a terminal device used by feeding staff, and the staff can receive feeding tasks or feeding information sent by the feeding management system through the feeding terminal.
In an embodiment, after receiving the target type material management and control requirement, the feeding management system may display the target type material management and control requirement on the feeding terminal, so that a feeding worker may determine the target type material management and control requirement of the target type material through the feeding terminal, perform a corresponding pre-feeding pretreatment operation on the target type material, for example, perform a cleaning operation on the target type material, and then perform a feeding treatment on the material to be fed.
In the above embodiment, by acquiring the target type material management and control requirement of the target type material and displaying the target type material management and control requirement at the feeding terminal, the feeding staff can be effectively reminded of preprocessing the target type material, the supervision degree of yield special mining materials is enhanced, the probability that unprocessed target type material flows into the using area is effectively reduced, and the normal production of products is influenced.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, in the case that the information verification passes, generating a notification to be fed with a target type material according to the material identifier of the material to be fed, including:
s802, under the condition that information verification passes, prompt information of the target type material is generated.
The prompt information of the target type material is used for prompting a feeding staff that the current material to be fed is the target type material.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system may generate a prompt message for prompting a feeding staff that a current material to be fed is a target type material under the condition that the information verification is passed.
S804, the prompt information is sent to the material inlet terminal for display.
The display form of the prompt information at the material inlet terminal can be any display form, such as popup window display, locking page display and the like.
In an embodiment, after the prompt information of the target type material is generated, the material feeding management system sends the prompt information to the material feeding port terminal for display so as to prompt a material feeding worker located at the material feeding position that the material to be fed is the target type material currently.
S806, responding to prompt release operation triggered by the prompt information, and generating a target type material to-be-fed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-fed material.
The prompt release operation is triggered by a user with release authority, namely a worker at a feeding position, which is responsible for processing the target type material.
In an embodiment, when the material inlet terminal displays the prompt message, in order to release the information prompt of the material inlet terminal, a worker who processes the target type material may trigger the prompt release operation based on the material calling terminal. And the feeding management system responds to prompt release operation triggered by the prompt information, and generates a target type material to-be-fed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-fed material.
In the above embodiment, the prompt release operation is triggered by the prompt information displayed by the user with the release authority for the material inlet terminal, so that the probability that the target type material directly flows into the use area for use due to missed detection of the staff handling the target type material can be effectively reduced, and the supervision of the target type material is further enhanced.
In addition to the verification success, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the material feeding management and control method further includes:
s902, generating a valve closing instruction when the feeding information check is not passed.
The valve closing instruction is an instruction for indicating the valve closing of the feeding position, and by closing the valve of the feeding position, abnormal materials to be fed, which are not checked, cannot flow into a production area, so that the probability of abnormal material error flow is reduced.
In an embodiment, the material feeding management system performs position matching based on the obtained material information and the position information of the material feeding position where the material to be fed is located, if the position matching is unsuccessful, for example, the position of the usage area corresponding to the material feeding position is not matched with the target usage position of the material to be fed, the material feeding information verification of the material to be fed can be considered as failing, the current material feeding position is not the target usage position of the material to be fed, the material feeding management system generates a valve closing instruction, and the valve closing of the material feeding position is controlled based on the valve closing instruction, namely, the material feeding channel of the material feeding position is closed.
S904, sending a valve closing instruction to the feeding control platform, wherein the valve closing instruction is used for indicating the feeding control platform to control the feeding channel at the feeding position to be closed.
The feeding control platform can be regarded as a central control platform for carrying out centralized control on the valves at the feeding positions, and the control operation of the feeding positions is completed by the feeding control platform.
In an embodiment, after generating the valve closing instruction, the feeding management system sends the valve closing instruction to the feeding control platform, and the feeding control platform instructs the feeding control platform to control the feeding channel of the feeding position to be closed through the valve closing instruction.
In some of these embodiments, the feed control platform may control the feed position valve to close via a PLC that controls the feed position.
In other embodiments, the feeding management system may send a result of failed feeding information verification to the feeding control platform, and the feeding control platform generates a valve closing instruction based on the result of failed feeding information verification, sends the valve closing instruction to the PLC at the feeding position, and instructs the PLC to close the valve at the feeding position, i.e. close the feeding channel at the feeding position.
S906, determining the throwing condition of the materials to be thrown according to the material identification of the materials to be thrown.
The throwing condition of the material to be thrown refers to a condition that needs to be met by normal throwing of the material to be thrown, for example, the throwing condition of the material to be thrown may be a target use position of the material to be thrown.
In an embodiment, the feeding management system can determine the feeding condition of the material to be fed according to the material identifier of the material to be fed while controlling the valve at the feeding position to be closed.
And S908, sending the throwing condition to a throwing terminal and displaying.
In the embodiment, after determining the delivery conditions of the materials to be delivered, the delivery management system can send the delivery conditions of the materials to be delivered to the delivery terminal for display, so that a delivery worker can determine the reason that the materials to be delivered cannot be delivered at present, and provide guidance for the next work of the guiding worker.
In the above embodiment, under the condition that the verification of the feeding information is not passed, the feeding management system can timely generate a valve closing instruction to instruct to control the feeding channel at the feeding position to be closed, so that the probability of abnormal material error flow is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the feeding management system can also determine and display the feeding conditions of the materials to be fed at the feeding terminal, and provide guidance for the next step of work of guiding personnel.
In some embodiments, an integrated yield-specific material directional control method is provided, which includes a material feeding information processing method and a material feeding control method, and can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 10. The material information management system (ERP) is in communication connection with the material feeding management system (MES), the business process system (BPM) and the code scanning equipment of the flat base through a network, the business process system (BPM) is in communication connection with the quality control terminal (IQC terminal) and the quality control terminal (PE/PQE terminal) through the network, and the material feeding management system (MES) is in communication connection with the code scanning equipment of the material feeding port, the central control platform and the quality control terminal (PE/PQE terminal) through the network.
As shown in fig. 11, the method specifically includes two stages, and the first stage uses a material feeding information processing method, specifically including the following steps:
s1101, under the condition that the detection of the material to be detected is unqualified, the ERP initiates an MRB decision at the BPM according to the material identification of the material to be detected.
S1102, receiving meeting decision content returned by the BPM, and determining the meeting decision content as the decision content of the target type material under the condition that the material to be detected is the target type material.
The BPM can receive conference conclusions filled by IQC technicians based on the IQC terminals and send the conference conclusions to the PE/PQE terminals, the base PE/PQE can review decision content based on the PE/PQE terminals, and then the BPM determines the decision content as UAI (inner bin yield reception)/DPASS (outer bin yield reception)/meeting sign decision content of RTV materials after the review and transmits the decision content back to the ERP. And when the ERP determines that the material to be detected is the UAI/DPASS material according to the countersignature decision content, determining the countersignature decision content as the decision content of the UAI/DPASS material.
S1103, generating material information of the target type material according to the decision content, wherein the ERP storage module integrates the material information field of the quality module.

In some embodiments, the decision content acquisition module is further to: acquiring material parameter information of a material to be detected; under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be unqualified according to the material parameter information and the material detection requirement, generating a countersign function calling instruction according to the material identification of the material to be detected; the method comprises the steps that a countersignature function calling instruction is sent to a business process management system, and the countersignature function calling instruction is used for instructing the business process management system to initiate countersignature decision aiming at a material to be detected; receiving the countersign decision content returned by the business process management system; and under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be the target type material according to the countersignature decision content, determining the decision content as the decision content of the target type material.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, there is provided a material feeding management device 1300, comprising: the material information acquisition module 1301, the material feeding information verification module 1302 and the material feeding processing module 1303, wherein:
the material information obtaining module 1301 is configured to obtain material information of a material to be put under the condition that the material to be put is determined to be a target type material according to a material identifier of the material to be put, where the material information is generated by a material information management system according to decision content of the target type material.
The feeding information verification module 1302 is configured to verify feeding information of the material to be fed based on the material information and position information of a feeding position where the material to be fed is located.
And the feeding processing module 1303 is used for carrying out feeding processing on the material to be fed under the condition that the feeding information is checked to pass.
In some embodiments, the material information includes a material target usage location. The feeding information verification module is also used for: acquiring a position mark of a material feeding position where the material to be fed is positioned; determining the position of a using area corresponding to the feeding position according to the position identification; and under the condition that the position of the using area corresponding to the feeding position is matched with the target using position of the material to be fed, determining that the feeding information of the material to be fed passes the verification.
In some embodiments, the batch processing module is further configured to: generating a material to be fed notification of a target type according to the material identifier of the material to be fed under the condition that the feeding information passes the verification; sending the notice of the target type material to be put to a quality control terminal; receiving a target type material management and control requirement returned by the quality control terminal based on the target type material to-be-fed notification; and displaying the target type material management and control requirement on a material feeding terminal, and carrying out material feeding treatment on the material to be fed.
In some embodiments, the batch processing module is further configured to: generating prompt information of the target type material under the condition that the information verification is passed; the prompt information is sent to a feed port terminal for display; and responding to prompt release operation triggered by the prompt information, generating a target type material to-be-fed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-fed material, wherein the prompt release operation is triggered by a user with release authority.
In some embodiments, the material feeding control device further includes a verification failure control module, configured to generate a valve closing instruction when the feeding information is not verified; the valve closing instruction is sent to a feeding control platform and is used for indicating the feeding control platform to control the feeding channel at the feeding position to be closed; determining the throwing condition of the materials to be thrown according to the material identification of the materials to be thrown; and sending the throwing condition to the throwing terminal and displaying the throwing condition.
All or part of each module in the material feeding information processing device and the material feeding management and control device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In some embodiments, a computer device is provided, which may be a material information management system or a material feeding management and control device, and the internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 14. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing the data required for the respective method steps. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by the processor is used for realizing a material feeding information processing method or a material feeding management and control method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 14 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application applies, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In some embodiments, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing specific implementation steps in the above method when executing the computer program.
In some embodiments, a computer readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method described above.
In some embodiments, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method described above.
It should be noted that, user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic units, quantum computing-based data processing logic units, etc., without being limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (13)

1. A method for processing material feeding information, which is characterized by being applied to a material information management system, the method comprising:
acquiring decision content of a target type material; the target type material is yield special mining material; the decision content is obtained by meeting and evaluating the target type material and is used for representing the material type and the material use position of the target type material;
Generating material information of the target type material according to the decision content, wherein the material information comprises the material type of the target type material and the throwing position information of the target type material;
and sending the material information to a feeding management system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the material information to a material administration system comprises:
responding to a material calling instruction generated by a material calling terminal for a material to be transported, and acquiring a transported material identifier of the material to be transported;
acquiring material calling position information corresponding to the material calling terminal under the condition that the material to be transported is determined to be a target type material based on the transported material identifier;
according to the material calling position information and the material information of the target type material, checking the material calling information of the material to be transported;
and under the condition that the material calling information passes the verification, sending the material information of the target type material to a material feeding management system.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining decision content of the target type of material comprises:
acquiring material parameter information of a material to be detected;
Under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be unqualified according to the material parameter information and the material detection requirement, generating a countersign function calling instruction according to the material identification of the material to be detected;
the countersign function calling instruction is sent to a business process management system, and the countersign function calling instruction is used for indicating the business process management system to initiate a countersign decision for the material to be detected;
receiving the countersign decision content returned by the business process management system;
and under the condition that the material to be detected is determined to be the target type material according to the countersignature decision content, determining the decision content as the decision content of the target type material.
4. A method for controlling material feeding, which is applied to a feeding management system, the method comprising:
under the condition that the material to be put is determined to be a target type material according to the material identification of the material to be put, acquiring material information of the material to be put, wherein the material information is generated by a material information management system according to decision content of the target type material; the target type material is yield special mining material; the decision content is obtained by meeting and evaluating the target type material and is used for representing the material type and the material use position of the target type material;
Checking the material to be put in according to the material information and the position information of the material putting position of the material to be put in;
and under the condition that the feeding information is checked to pass, carrying out feeding treatment on the material to be fed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the material information includes a material target usage location;
the checking of the material feeding information of the material to be fed based on the material information and the position information of the material feeding position of the material to be fed comprises the following steps:
acquiring a position mark of a material feeding position where the material to be fed is positioned;
determining the position of a using area corresponding to the feeding position according to the position identification;
and under the condition that the position of the using area corresponding to the feeding position is matched with the target using position of the material to be fed, determining that the feeding information of the material to be fed passes the verification.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the feeding the material to be fed in case of passing the feeding information verification comprises:
generating a material to be fed notification of a target type according to the material identifier of the material to be fed under the condition that the feeding information passes the verification;
Sending the notice of the target type material to be put to a quality control terminal;
receiving a target type material management and control requirement returned by the quality control terminal based on the target type material to-be-fed notification;
and displaying the target type material management and control requirement on a material feeding terminal, and carrying out material feeding treatment on the material to be fed.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the generating a target type material to-be-dosed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-dosed material in the case that the information verification passes includes:
generating prompt information of the target type material under the condition that the information verification is passed;
the prompt information is sent to a feed port terminal for display;
and responding to prompt release operation triggered by the prompt information, generating a target type material to-be-fed notification according to the material identifier of the to-be-fed material, wherein the prompt release operation is triggered by a user with release authority.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
generating a valve closing instruction under the condition that the feeding information is not checked;
the valve closing instruction is sent to a feeding control platform and is used for indicating the feeding control platform to control the feeding channel at the feeding position to be closed;
Determining the throwing condition of the materials to be thrown according to the material identification of the materials to be thrown;
and sending the throwing condition to the throwing terminal and displaying the throwing condition.
9. A material feed information processing apparatus, characterized by being applied to a material information management system, the apparatus comprising:
