[ Effect experiment ]
To further examine the anti-hangover effect of the anti-hangover liver-protecting tabletted candy of the present invention, 10 adult male volunteers were selected for the test, of which 3 adult male volunteers took the anti-hangover liver-protecting tabletted candy of example 7 before drinking and 6 adult male volunteers took the tabletted products of comparative examples 5 to 7 before drinking according to the eating method. 1 adult male volunteer took the anti-hangover agent before drinking according to the eating method. All the test persons drink the same wine (same mountain burned 53 °), and the specific test contents and results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 2, the drinking amount of adult male volunteers taking the anti-hangover and liver-protecting candy in example 7 is obviously improved, and the anti-hangover time is substantially shortened by half compared with the case of not taking the anti-hangover and liver-protecting candy in example 7; the drinking amount and the anti-hangover time of adult male volunteers taking the tablet products in comparative examples 5 to 7 are not greatly changed, which indicates that the anti-hangover effect is greatly reduced if a certain ingredient in the formula is absent; as can be seen from the comparison of the drinking performance of the adult male volunteers taking the anti-hangover and liver-protecting candy in example 7 with the drinking performance of the adult male volunteers taking the anti-hangover, the anti-hangover and liver-protecting candy of the invention has a significantly higher anti-hangover effect than the commercially available anti-hangover products.
Claims (10)
1. The anti-alcohol liver-protecting tabletting candy is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 to 5 parts of kudzuvine root, 0.5 to 5 parts of turmeric, 0.5 to 5 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb, 0.5 to 1 part of tea polyphenol, 13 to 22 parts of corn oligopeptide, 0.05 to 0.3 part of ammonium glycyrrhizate, 15 to 25 parts of maltodextrin, 10 to 20 parts of glucose and 30 to 50 parts of xylitol.

The anti-alcohol liver-protecting pressed candy as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 3.5 parts of kudzuvine root, 1 to 4 parts of turmeric, 1 to 4 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb, 0.6 to 0.8 part of tea polyphenol, 15 to 19 parts of corn oligopeptide, 0.08 to 0.2 part of ammonium glycyrrhizate, 18 to 23 parts of maltodextrin, 13 to 17 parts of glucose and 36 to 40 parts of xylitol.
3. The anti-alcohol liver-protecting tabletting candy according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following auxiliary materials in parts by weight: 0.02-0.06 part of essence and 0.01-0.03 part of sucralose.
4. A de-alcoholic liver-protecting tableting candy according to claim 3, wherein the flavour comprises peppermint powder or orange powder.
5. A process for preparing the anti-hangover liver-protecting tableting candy according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) Weighing and proportioning: respectively weighing radix Puerariae powder, curcuma rhizome powder, semen Hoveniae powder, tea polyphenols, corn oligopeptide powder, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, maltodextrin and glucose;
(2) Granulating: mixing and granulating the weighed kudzuvine root powder, turmeric powder, hovenia dulcis thunb powder, tea polyphenol, corn oligopeptide powder, ammonium glycyrrhizate, maltodextrin and glucose to obtain a first mixture;
(3) And (3) drying: drying the first mixture obtained in the step (2) in a fluidized bed, and sieving to obtain mixture particles;
(4) Mixing: adding xylitol, essence and sucralose into the mixture particles obtained in the step (3), and uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture;
(5) Tabletting: and (3) tabletting and sterilizing the second mixture obtained in the step (4) to obtain the anti-alcohol liver-protecting tabletting candy.
6. The method for preparing an anti-hangover and liver-protecting tableting candy according to claim 5, wherein the mixing granulation in the step (2) is wet mixing granulation.
7. The method for preparing an anti-hangover and liver-protecting tableting candy according to claim 6, wherein the mesh number of the sieves in the wet mixing granulation process is 16-22 mesh.
8. The method for preparing an anti-hangover and liver-protecting tabletted candy according to claim 5, wherein the drying temperature in the step (3) is 45-60 ℃.
9. The method for producing an anti-hangover and liver-protecting tabletted candy according to claim 5 or 8, wherein the mesh size of the screen in step (3) is 14 to 20 mesh.
10. The method for producing an anti-hangover and liver-protecting tableting candy according to claim 5, wherein the water content of the mixture particles in step (3) is 1 to 7%.
