It may be understood that the EIT data may include program names and program information of programs in channels searched according to frequency points where the programs are located, the number of channels searched by the frequency points where the programs are located may be plural, and the number of programs in the channels may be plural. For example, EIT data may include program names and program information for programs played during a future week.
The program names and the program information of all programs in the first protocol broadcast signal are stored in a first program event list, the first program event list comprises first program events corresponding to the programs, and the first program events comprise the first program names and the first program information.
Acquiring a first program event from a first program event list as a first target program event;
searching a second target program event corresponding to a second program name which is the same as the first program name in the first target program event in a pre-stored second program event list; the second program event list comprises second program events of at least one program, the second program events comprise second program names and second program information, the second target program events are second program events, and the programs corresponding to the second program events are second type programs.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the programs with the same program name may be the first type of programs and may also be the second type of programs, in order to prompt the user that there is the second type of programs with the same program name as the first type of programs, the first type of programs and the second type of programs with the same program name are associated first.
In this embodiment of the present application, the pre-stored second program event list may be a second program event list generated according to the display device receiving the second protocol broadcast signal.
The second protocol broadcasting signal includes SG (Service Guide Data ) data including a program name and program information of a program to be broadcast. The SG data may include program names and program information of programs in channels searched according to frequency points where the programs are located, the number of channels searched through the frequency points where the programs are located may be plural, and the number of programs in the channels may be plural. For example, SG data may include program names and program information for programs played during a future week.
It will be appreciated that if the display device has already played the second type of program before the instruction to play the third program is received, there will be a second list of program events at this time, and if the display device has not played the second type of program before the instruction to play the third program is received, there will be no second list of program events at this time. If the second program event list exists, searching a second target program event corresponding to a second program name identical to the first program name in the first target program event from the pre-stored second program event list.
Storing second program information in the second target program event into a first target program event in a first program event list, acquiring a next first program event from the first program event list as a first target program event, repeatedly executing the next first program event in the pre-stored second program event list, and searching for a second target program event corresponding to a second program name identical to the first program name in the first target program event, so as to update the first program event list until the repeated execution times are equal to the number of the first program events in the first program event list; the first list of program events is saved to a database.
The first program event list includes first program events corresponding to a program a and a program B, and the second program event list includes second program events corresponding to a program B and a program C. First, a first program event corresponding to a program A is obtained and used as a first target program event. And then searching a second target program event with the same program name as the first program event corresponding to the program A from a pre-stored second program event list. Since there is no second program event in the second program event list, which has the same program name as the first program event corresponding to the program a, no other operation is performed. And then acquiring a first program event corresponding to the program B as a first target program event. And then searching a second target program event with the same program name as the first program event corresponding to the program B from a pre-stored second program event list. Since the second program event list has the second program event with the same program name as the first program event corresponding to the program B, the second program information corresponding to the program B is stored in the first program event corresponding to the program B, so that an updated first program event list is obtained, and the updated first program event list is stored in the database.
In the embodiment of the present application, in a second program event list, second target program events having the same first program name as those in a first target program event list are sequentially searched, and second program information of the second target program events is stored in corresponding first target program events, so that second type programs in the second program event list are associated with first type programs in the first program event list. And finally, storing the first program event list associated with the second type program into a database to form a pre-stored database.
In some embodiments, the step of determining a pre-stored database comprises:
and if the third program is not the first type program, generating a third program event list according to the second protocol broadcast signal, wherein the third program event list comprises third program events of at least one program, and the third program events comprise third program names and third program information.
In this embodiment of the present application, the process of generating the third program event list is the same as the process of generating the second program event list, and will not be described herein.
Acquiring a third program event from the third program event list as a third target program event;
Searching a fourth target program event corresponding to a fourth program name which is the same as the third program name in the third target program event in a pre-stored fourth program event list; the fourth program event list comprises fourth program events of at least one program, the fourth program events comprise fourth program names and fourth program information, the fourth target program events are fourth program events, and the programs corresponding to the fourth program events are first-class programs.
It will be appreciated that if the display device has already played the first type of program before receiving the instruction to play the third program, a fourth list of program events may be present at this time. If the display device does not play the first type of program before receiving the instruction to play the third program, the fourth program event list does not exist. If the fourth program event list exists, a fourth target program event corresponding to a fourth program name identical to the third program name in the third target program event is searched from the pre-stored fourth program event list.
Storing third program information in a third target program event corresponding to a fourth program name of the fourth target program event into the fourth target program event, acquiring a next third program event from a third program event list as the third target program event, repeatedly executing the third program event in a pre-stored fourth program event list, and searching for a fourth target program event corresponding to a fourth program name identical to the third program name in the third target program event, wherein the fourth program event list is updated until the repeated execution times are equal to the number of the third program events in the third program event list; and storing the fourth program event list into a database.
Illustratively, the third program event list includes third program events corresponding to program D and program E, and the fourth program event list includes fourth program events corresponding to program E and program F. First, a third program event corresponding to the program D is obtained and used as a third target program event. And then searching a fourth target program event with the same program name as the third program event corresponding to the program D from a pre-stored fourth program event list. Since there is no fourth program event in the fourth program event list, which has the same program name as the third program event corresponding to the program D, no other operation is performed. And then acquiring a third program event corresponding to the program E as a third target program event. And then searching a fourth target program event with the same program name as the third program event corresponding to the program E from a pre-stored fourth program event list. And because the fourth program event list contains the fourth program event with the same program name as the third program event corresponding to the program E, storing the third program information in the third target program event corresponding to the fourth program name in the fourth target program event of the program E into the fourth target program event, thus obtaining an updated fourth program event list, and storing the updated fourth program event list into a database.
In this embodiment of the present application, in a fourth program event list, fourth target program events having the same third program name as those in third target program events are sequentially searched, and since the programs in the fourth program event list are first-class programs, in this embodiment of the present application, the first-class programs are associated with the third-class programs. And storing the third program information in the third target program event corresponding to the fourth program name of the fourth target program event into the corresponding fourth target program event, so that the first type program in the fourth program event list can be associated with the second type program in the third program event list. And finally, storing a fourth program event list associated with the second type of program into a database to form a pre-stored database.
In some embodiments, the database is an EPG (electronic program guide, electrical program guide) database. The middle layer comprises a data collection module and an EPG data management module. The data collection module is used for receiving the first protocol broadcast signal and the second protocol broadcast signal and then sending the broadcast signals to the EPG data management module. The EPG data management module is used for determining a pre-stored EPG database.
S300, in some embodiments, if the first program is not the first type program, playing the first program, controlling a display to display a third prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a position corresponding to the third prompt message control does not display a preset identification.
In some embodiments, the preset identifier may be a number, a letter, or an identifier composed of a number and a letter. For example, the preset flag may be set to ATSC3.0.
By way of example, FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic diagram of a user interface provided in accordance with some embodiments. The user interface in fig. 6 displays a third prompting message control, where a position corresponding to the third prompting message control does not display a preset identifier.
In other embodiments, if the first program is not a first type of program, the first program is played, and the display is controlled to display only the first program without displaying a third hint message control on a floating layer of the first program.
In some embodiments, the position corresponding to the first prompting message control further displays program information of the first program. The program information includes program play time, language, age, rating, etc. And the position corresponding to the first prompt message control is also displayed with a channel name.
And S400, if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display a first prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a position corresponding to the first prompt message control displays a preset identification indicating that the second program associated with the first program exists.
By way of example, fig. 7 illustrates a schematic diagram of yet another user interface provided in accordance with some embodiments. A first alert message control, preset identified as ATSC3.0, is displayed in the user interface of fig. 7, representing the presence of a second program associated with the first program when the preset identification is displayed.
In some embodiments, the position corresponding to the first prompting message control further displays program information of the first program. The program information includes program play time, language, age, rating, etc. And the position corresponding to the first prompt message control is also displayed with a channel name.
In this embodiment of the present application, when a user watches an ATSC1.0 program, the user may prompt that an ATSC3.0 program with the same program name can be watched, and the user may switch to an ATSC3.0 program with better viewing experience through the first prompt message control, so that the use experience of the user will be greatly improved.
And S500, if the second program associated with the first program does not exist, controlling a display to display a third prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a preset mark is not displayed at a position corresponding to the third prompt message control.
In other embodiments, if the first program is not a first type of program, the first program is played, and the display is controlled to display only the first program without displaying a third hint message control on a floating layer of the first program.

In some embodiments, the user may move focus onto the first alert message control and press a confirmation key on the control device, entering an instruction to select the first alert message control.
For example, referring again to fig. 7, the user may move focus to the first alert message control of fig. 7, where the edge line of the first alert message control is bolded, and the user may continue to press the confirm key on the control device, entering an instruction for the first alert message control.
By way of example, fig. 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of yet another user interface provided in accordance with some embodiments. The user interface in fig. 8 has displayed thereon a first list of programs in which all relevant controls for the second program associated with the first program are displayed.
In this embodiment, when the current time is within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a viewing control; and when the current time is not within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a reservation control.
Referring again to fig. 8, two second programs associated with the first program are shown in fig. 8, wherein the second program is currently within the play time of channel 1, so the associated control of channel 1 second program is a viewing control. The current time is not within the play time of the second program of channel 3, so the associated control of the second program of channel 3 is a reservation control.
In some embodiments, the first program list further includes program information of a currently playing program.
In some embodiments, when an instruction of selecting the reservation control is received, adding a second program corresponding to the reservation control to a reservation list, so that when the time reaches a target time, controlling a display to display a reminding message generated according to the second program to prompt a user to watch the second program, wherein the target time is a time earlier than the playing time of the second program by a preset time period.
For example, the preset time period may be 1min. If the playing time of the second program is 8 points, and the time reaches to 7 points 59, the display displays a reminding message to prompt the user to watch the second program.
In some embodiments, the user may move focus to the reservation control and press a confirmation key on the control device to input instructions to select the reservation control.
In some embodiments, when an instruction to select a viewing control is received, the display is controlled to switch from displaying a picture of a first program to displaying a picture of a second program.
In some embodiments, the user may move the focus to the viewing control and press a confirmation key on the control device, entering an instruction to select the viewing control.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first program is played, the prompting message is used for prompting the user whether a second program associated with the first program exists. The user may view or reserve the second program.
Fig. 9 illustrates a flow chart of another program recommendation method provided in accordance with some embodiments. The method includes S700-S1200.
And S700, when an instruction for displaying the EPG interface is received, judging whether the currently played program is a first program, wherein the first program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal.
In some embodiments, a special key is provided on the control device and the user can press the special key to input an instruction for displaying the EPG interface.
S800, if the currently played program is a first program, detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second protocol broadcast signal.
S900, if the currently played program is not the first program, the step of detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database is not executed.
And S1000, if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display an EPG interface, and displaying a second prompt message control on the EPG interface, wherein a preset identification indicating the existence of the second program associated with the first program is displayed at a position corresponding to the second prompt message control.
By way of example, fig. 10 illustrates a schematic diagram of yet another user interface provided in accordance with some embodiments. A second prompting message control is displayed on the user interface in fig. 10, and a preset identifier is displayed on a position corresponding to the second prompting message control, where the preset identifier is ATSC3.0. And the position corresponding to the second prompt message control also displays the program information of the currently played program. In the embodiment of the application, the program names of the broadcasting of different channels at different times are displayed on the EPG program. Illustratively, programs that ATSC1.0 channel 1 plays are program 1, program 5, program 12, program 8, etc., and other programs exist on the channel and are not displayed on the display interface because of the limited display area of the display device.
And S1100, if the second program associated with the first program does not exist, controlling the display to display the EPG interface, and displaying a fourth prompt message control on the EPG interface, wherein a preset mark is not displayed at a position corresponding to the fourth prompt message control.
By way of example, FIG. 11 illustrates a schematic diagram of yet another user interface provided in accordance with some embodiments. Program information of a currently playing program is displayed on the user interface in fig. 11.
And S1200, when receiving an instruction for selecting a second prompt message control, controlling a display to display a second program list on the EPG interface, wherein the second program list comprises related controls of a second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.

The embodiment of the application also provides a display device, which comprises: a display for displaying a user interface; a user interface for receiving an input signal; a controller coupled to the display and the user interface, respectively, configured to: when an instruction for playing a first program is received, playing the first program, and detecting whether the first program is a first type program or not, wherein the first type program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal; if the first program is a first type program, detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second protocol broadcast signal; if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display a first prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a position corresponding to the first prompt message control displays a preset identification indicating that the second program associated with the first program exists; when an instruction for selecting the first prompt message control is received, controlling a display to display a first program list on a floating layer of a picture of a first program, wherein the first program list comprises related controls of a second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: when the current time is within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a watching control; and when the current time is not within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a reservation control.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: when an instruction of selecting the reservation control is received, adding a second program corresponding to the reservation control to a reservation list, and when the time reaches a target time, controlling a display to display a reminding message generated according to the second program so as to prompt a user to watch the second program, wherein the target time is a time which is earlier than the playing time of the second program by a preset time period.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: when receiving an instruction of selecting the viewing control, controlling the display to switch from displaying the picture of the first program to displaying the picture of the second program.

In some embodiments, the related controls further include a detail control; the controller is further configured to: and when receiving an instruction for selecting the detail control, controlling a display to display second program information of a second program corresponding to the detail control on the EPG interface.
In the above embodiment, the display device and the program recommendation method provided in the embodiments, when there is a second program associated with a first program, display a preset identifier on a screen of the first program when the first program is played, so that a user can conveniently know that there is a second program in a second protocol broadcast signal corresponding to the first program in a first protocol broadcast signal, and the second program is selected and watched by the user, thereby improving user experience. The method comprises the following steps: when an instruction for playing a first program is received, playing the first program, and detecting whether the first program is a first type program or not, wherein the first type program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal; if the first program is a first type program, detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second protocol broadcast signal; if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display a first prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a position corresponding to the first prompt message control displays a preset identification indicating that the second program associated with the first program exists; when an instruction for selecting the first prompt message control is received, controlling a display to display a first program list on a floating layer of a picture of a first program, wherein the first program list comprises related controls of a second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.

1. A display device, characterized by comprising:
a display for displaying a user interface;
A user interface for receiving an input signal;
a controller coupled to the display and the user interface, respectively, configured to:
when an instruction for playing a first program is received, detecting whether the first program is a first type program, wherein the first type program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal;
if the first program is a first type program, detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second version of broadcast signal; if a second program related to the first program exists, controlling a display to display a first prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a preset mark is displayed at a position corresponding to the first prompt message control;
when an instruction for selecting the first prompt message control is received, controlling a display to display a first program list on a floating layer of a picture of a first program, wherein the first program list comprises related controls of a second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller, executing the determining the pre-stored database, is further configured to:
When receiving an instruction for playing a third program, playing the third program, and detecting whether the third program is a first type program;
if the third program is a first type program, generating a first program event list according to the first protocol broadcast signal, wherein the first program event list comprises first program events of at least one program, and the first program events comprise first program names and first program information;
acquiring a first program event from a first program event list as a first target program event;
searching a second target program event corresponding to a second program name which is the same as the first program name in the first target program event in a pre-stored second program event list; the second program event list comprises second program events of at least one program, the programs corresponding to the second program events are second-class programs, the second program events comprise second program names and second program information, and the second target program events are second program events;
storing second program information in the second target program event into the first target program event; acquiring a next first program event from a first program event list as a first target program event, repeatedly executing the next first program event in a pre-stored second program event list, and searching for a second target program event corresponding to a second program name identical to the first program name in the first target program event so as to update the first program event list until the repeated execution times are equal to the number of the first program events in the first program event list; the updated first program event list is saved to a database.
3. The display device of claim 2, wherein the controller is further configured to:
if the third program is not the first type program, generating a third program event list according to the second protocol broadcast signal, wherein the third program event list comprises third program events of at least one program, and the third program events comprise third program names and third program information;
acquiring a third program event from the third program event list as a third target program event;
searching a fourth target program event corresponding to a fourth program name which is the same as the third program name in the third target program event in a pre-stored fourth program event list; the fourth program event list comprises a fourth program event of at least one program, the program corresponding to the fourth program event is a first type program, the fourth program event comprises a fourth program name and fourth program information, and the fourth target program event is a fourth program event;
storing third program information in the third target program event into a fourth target program event, acquiring a next third program event from a third program event list as the third target program event, repeatedly executing the step of searching a fourth target program event corresponding to a fourth program name identical to the third program name in the third target program event in a pre-stored fourth program event list, so as to update the fourth program event list until the repeated execution times are equal to the number of the third program events in the third program event list; and storing the updated fourth program event list into a database.
4. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to:
when the current time is within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a watching control;
and when the current time is not within the playing time of the second program, determining that the related control of the second program is a reservation control.
5. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to:
when an instruction of selecting the reservation control is received, adding a second program corresponding to the reservation control to a reservation list, and when the time reaches a target time, controlling a display to display a reminding message generated according to the second program so as to prompt a user to watch the second program, wherein the target time is a time which is earlier than the playing time of the second program by a preset time period.
6. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to: when receiving an instruction of selecting the viewing control, controlling the display to switch from displaying the picture of the first program to displaying the picture of the second program.
7. A display device, characterized by comprising:

if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display an EPG interface, and displaying a second prompt message control on the EPG interface, wherein a preset mark is displayed at a position corresponding to the second prompt message control;
and when receiving an instruction for selecting the second prompt message control, controlling a display to display the second program list on the EPG interface, wherein the second program list comprises related controls of the second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.
8. The display device of claim 7, wherein the related controls further comprise detail controls; the controller is further configured to:
And when receiving an instruction for selecting the detail control, controlling a display to display second program information of a second program corresponding to the detail control on the EPG interface.
9. A program recommendation method, comprising:
when an instruction for playing a first program is received, detecting whether the first program is a first type program, wherein the first type program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal;
if the first program is a first type program, detecting whether a second program associated with the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second protocol broadcast signal;
if a second program related to the first program exists, controlling a display to display a first prompt message control on a floating layer of a picture of the first program, wherein a preset mark is displayed at a position corresponding to the first prompt message control;
when an instruction for selecting the first prompt message control is received, controlling a display to display a first program list on a floating layer of a picture of a first program, wherein the first program list comprises related controls of a second program, and the related controls comprise a watching control or a reservation control.
10. A program recommendation method, comprising:
when an instruction for displaying an electronic program guide interface is received, judging whether a currently played program is a first type program or not, wherein the first type program is obtained by processing a first protocol broadcast signal;
if the currently played program is a first type program, detecting whether a second program related to the first program exists in a pre-stored database, wherein the second program is a second type program, and the second type program is obtained by processing a second protocol broadcast signal;
if a second program associated with the first program exists, controlling a display to display an EPG interface, and displaying a second prompt message control on the EPG interface, wherein a preset mark is displayed at a position corresponding to the second prompt message control;
