The existing wall paint or decorative paint is one of the main decorative materials for the wall surface in the home decoration, and accounts for a considerable proportion in the basic decoration cost. Wall paint is mainly divided into two main types, namely inner wall paint and outer wall paint. According to different coating modes, wall paint can be divided into two main types of aerosol paint and painting.
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for wall coverings. However, in wall paint applications such as household walls, columns, doors, etc. in traditional buildings and public areas, the wall paint in these areas is often contaminated with stains such as water stains, watercolor pens, sign pens, pencils, oil pens, crayons, etc., resulting in poor look and feel. The existing wall paint has poor water and oil repellency and low hardness, and cannot play an effective role in preventing dirt and ink stains. Based on this, the present application provides an anti-fouling aerosol paint.
The anti-fouling aerosol paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10-15 parts of ceramic precursor;
4-6 parts of resin;
35-40 parts of solvent;
0.01 to 0.1 part of leveling agent;
40-50 parts of propellant.
More specifically, the ceramic precursor comprises one or more combinations of an organic polymer precursor, a metal-organic precursor, a silicone rubber precursor, a silazane precursor, and an oxide precursor. In this embodiment, the ceramic precursor is a polysilazane ceramic precursor.
In addition, the resin is one or a combination of more of acrylic resin, tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin, aldehyde ketone resin, alkyd resin and phenolic resin. In a more preferred embodiment, the composition of the tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin and the aldehyde ketone resin has a ratio of tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin to aldehyde ketone resin of 2 to 5:1. The tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin has good anti-adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good smoothness and wear resistance, and can endow the spray coating with excellent anti-adhesion property when used in aerosol paint, so that the coating of the aerosol paint can resist the attack of acid, alkali, solvent and other chemicals, and the coating keeps stability, flat, smooth and wear-resistant under the high-temperature environment. The aldehyde ketone resin can improve the glossiness and hardness of the paint film, and can improve the adhesive force of the paint film, and the tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin is mixed with the aldehyde ketone resin, so that the aerosol paint coating has better glossiness, strong adhesive capability and high stability.
In another embodiment, the resin is a FEVE solvent-based tetrafluorofluorocarbon resin.
The ceramic precursor and the resin can be crosslinked and solidified or cracked into amorphous ceramic at room temperature or under the heating condition to form an organic-inorganic hybrid resin ceramic product with excellent temperature resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance, the water resistance and solvent resistance of the aerosol paint can be improved, the adhesive force, the hardness and the wear resistance of the product can be improved in the formula, and the solvent-type tetrafluorofluorocarbon resin can improve the hydrophobic and oleophobic performance of the paint surface, so that water stains, ink and wax are difficult to adhere to the paint surface, and the stain residue is reduced.
Still further, the solvent is one or more of isohexane, heptane, octane or 120# solvent oil, 120# petroleum ether, 60-90 petroleum ether.
The solvent disclosed by the application is compatible with the ceramic precursor and the resin, has the advantages of easiness in volatilization, environmental friendliness and good stability, and can be used as a diluent in feed liquid of the aerosol paint.
More specifically, the leveling agent is an organosilicon leveling agent or an organosilicon oil diluent.
The leveling agent is helpful for reducing the surface tension of the spray coating, so that the aerosol paint is easier to naturally level after spraying and forms a smooth and uniform surface. This helps to reduce the occurrence of blemishes, bubbles or lines after spraying, and makes the surface look smoother. In addition, the leveling agent can help molecules in the aerosol paint to be more uniformly arranged after spraying, and can enhance the glossiness of the sprayed paint surface coating, so that the surface of the paint surface looks brighter, and the visual effect is improved.
More specifically, the propellant is one or more of liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, tetrafluoroethane, difluoroethane, carbon dioxide or nitrogen.
The propellant can be propane and butane, and the propane and butane can be liquefied at room temperature under proper pressure, so that the propellant has higher volatility, high safety and convenient use.
The second object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the anti-fouling aerosol paint, which is used for preparing the anti-fouling aerosol paint, and the preparation method of the anti-fouling aerosol paint comprises the following steps:
s100, adding a solvent into a reaction kettle, stirring, adding a ceramic precursor, resin and a leveling agent in a stirring state, and primarily stirring for 15-30 min;
s200, standing the primarily stirred feed liquid for 10-20 min, and stirring again for 10-20 min to obtain the final feed liquid;
s300, filling the final feed liquid, filling a propellant, and testing in a water bath to obtain a final product without side leakage. The water bath test process adopts a water bath at 50-55 ℃ to detect leakage, and the filled aerosol paint can is put into water to observe whether the bottle has a leakage point with continuous bubbling.
In the feed liquid preparation process of the aerosol paint, the mode of preliminary stirring and then standing and then stirring again is adopted for production, so that all parts of the feed liquid can be effectively and evenly mixed, the precipitation of the feed liquid can be reduced, and the quality of the aerosol paint is ensured.
It is noted that in practical application, the present application needs to calculate the safe filling amount according to the density of the final material liquid and the density of the propellant, and perform the steps of feeding, material liquid filling, valve feeding, sealing, propellant filling, water bath testing, air drying, button mounting and protective cover according to the calculated safe filling amount, so as to obtain the anti-fouling aerosol paint finished product.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an anti-fouling aerosol paint, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10 parts of ceramic precursor;
4 parts of resin;
35 parts of solvent;

More specifically, the ceramic precursor of the application is polysilazane ceramic precursor, the resin is FEVE solvent type tetrafluorofluorocarbon resin, the solvent is alkane solvent, the leveling agent is organic silicon type leveling agent, and the propellant is propane butane.
The polysilazane ceramic precursor is an organic silicon resin composed of repeated Si-N units, can be crosslinked and solidified or cracked into amorphous ceramic at room temperature or under the condition of heating, and can improve the water resistance and solvent resistance of the product, the adhesive force of the product, the hardness and the wear resistance of the product in the formula of the aerosol paint. The FEVE solvent type tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin has the characteristics of non-tackiness, non-wettability and low friction coefficient, and can improve the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of paint surfaces, make water stains, ink and wax difficult to adhere to the paint surfaces and reduce the residual stain after being compounded and cured with other components of the aerosol paint. The alkane solvent is compatible with polysilazane ceramic precursor and FEVE solvent tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin, is easy to volatilize, has good environmental protection and stability, and is used as a diluent. The leveling agent can reduce the initial paint surface tension of the aerosol paint after being sprayed out of the tank body, keep the paint surface smooth, improve the gloss of the paint surface, and has good phase with the polysilazane ceramic precursor, and the hydrophobic property of the paint surface can be enhanced after the later-stage paint surface is solidified. The compatibility and stability of the propane-butane, polysilazane ceramic precursor and FEVE solvent tetrafluoro fluorocarbon resin are good, the atomization effect can be regulated by regulating the proportion of propane and butane, and different use effects can be presented in different environments.
