Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于商用车的盘式制动器,该盘式制动器具有跨接制动盘(2)的制动钳(10),该制动钳相对于所述制动盘(2)可轴向移动地保持在与车辆侧的制动器支架(14)连接的导向梁(15)上,借助具有可枢转的制动杆(13)和至少一个制动柱塞(4)的制动施加装置(8)在制动时能将作用侧的、支承在所述制动器支架(14)中的制动衬片(3)压靠到所述制动盘(2)上,该盘式制动器构造成,使得中央的所述至少一个制动柱塞(4)相对于商用车的向前行驶方向朝向所述制动盘(2)的输入侧倾斜地延伸。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的盘式制动器。
背景技术
同种类型的盘式制动器特别是在重型商用车中使用,其中,也被称为滑动钳的制动钳通过固定在车辆侧的制动器支架上的导向梁相对于制动盘可轴向移动地支承。
在此,导向梁通常通过螺纹连接固定在制动器支架上并且在制动钳的滑动衬套中被这样引导,使得在制动时该制动钳相对于抗扭转地保持在车辆的车桥上的制动盘在轴向上移动。
然而,在行驶运行中、特别是在向前行驶时,由多个出现的负荷产生力矩,所述力矩导致在制动盘的输入侧的区域中以作用侧的、也就是说制动施加侧的制动衬片的倾斜磨损形式的提高的衬片磨损。
这样的力矩例如在力作用点明显偏离中心的情况下作用在制动钳上时产生,如其在行驶运行中可以调节。
保持在制动钳上的制动缸的重量也有助于作用侧的制动衬片的不均匀负载,这种不均匀负载特别是在具有中央的制动柱塞的制动施加装置中出现,其中,所述制动柱塞与制动盘的转动轴线轴向平行地定向。
由这种倾斜磨损不仅在盘式制动器的运行方面而且在制动衬片的使用寿命方面产生一整系列缺点。
所述的不利作用的力矩的总和最终导致作用侧的制动衬片在制动时不均匀地负载,从而制动作用不能在可能的范围内实现,由此出现所述的倾斜磨损。
所述倾斜磨损也导致至少作用侧的制动衬片必须提前被替换,因为当对置的、即输出侧的区域还没有达到磨损极限时,制动衬片的输入侧的区域已经达到允许的磨损极限。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,这样进一步改进这种类型的盘式制动器,使得提高使用寿命并且因此降低运行成本以及改善功能安全。
所述任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的盘式制动器来解决。
如已经示出的,通过这种结构上的设计方案实现了制动施加侧的制动衬片在制动的情况下在摩擦面上分布地以相同的表面压力被挤压到制动盘上。有效力矩的总和受到积极影响并且实现均匀的衬片磨损。
结果是,这实现制动衬片的使用寿命增加,由此得到明显的成本优势,因为现在可以比迄今为止的情况更晚地进行制动衬片更换。
此外应注意的是,本发明以小的制造技术上的耗费实现。在结构上存在不同的解决方案,以便在本发明的意义中设计制动柱塞或者说其定位。
在使用制动柱塞时,该制动柱塞作为制动施加装置的组成部分保持在桥架中并且与桥架的螺纹孔的内螺纹形成螺纹副,存在如下可行性,即通过适当地加工螺纹孔实现制动柱塞的倾斜设置。
另一种实现制动柱塞朝向制动盘的输入侧的倾斜度的可行性在于,制动钳的导向孔相应倾斜地构造,导向梁在所述导向孔中被引导。由于制动钳通常由铸铁制成,因此导向孔在铸造时可以相应修改地构造。
制动柱塞的所述倾斜定位也可以通过相应配置的制动钳侧的支承部位来实现,制动施加装置的制动杆以其偏心件支承在所述支承部位上,从而对置的桥架侧的支承或者说桥架本身同样倾斜地定位,制动柱塞可转动地保持在该桥架中。
优选地,制动柱塞相对于制动盘的转动轴线延伸的角度为<5°、优选为0.5°至5°。
与制动柱塞接合的再调节装置也可根据制动柱塞的倾斜位置进行适配,利用该再调节装置补偿制动衬片以及制动盘的由磨损引起的气隙。
此外,制动柱塞的倾斜度在盘式制动器已装配的情况下在水平的和/或竖直的平面中延伸,从而制动柱塞的布置结构在竖直平面中保持不变。
本发明的其它有利构型在从属权利要求中表征。

具体实施方式
在图1中以示意图示出根据现有技术的盘式制动器,其具有跨接制动盘2的制动钳1,该制动钳构造为滑动钳并且在该制动钳中布置有两个制动衬片3,所述制动衬片在制动时可被压靠到转动的制动盘2上。在向前行驶时制动盘2的转动方向通过箭头标识。
在制动时,首先借助制动施加装置8将制动施加侧的制动衬片3压靠到制动盘2上,同时随后基于反作用力通过移动的制动钳1的带动将反作用侧的制动衬片3压靠到制动盘2上。
每个制动衬片3由衬片支架板11和固定在其上的摩擦衬片12组成,摩擦衬片在制动时接触制动盘2。
在衬片支架板11上分别固定有一个衬片保持弹簧9,该衬片保持弹簧与保持弓形件10配合作用使制动衬片3在预紧力下保持在制动钳1的或车辆侧的制动器支架14的制动井筒中。
参考制动盘2的转动轴线,制动钳1可轴向移动地支承在与制动器支架14连接的导向梁15上。
制动施加装置8具有制动柱塞4,该制动柱塞可以在中央布置地经由制动杆13可轴向移动地被压靠到制动施加侧的制动衬片3上,其中,制动杆13经由支承珠贴靠在制动柱塞4上。
所述制动柱塞4由丝杠6以及构造为螺纹套筒的调节螺杆7组成,为了补偿气隙,再调节装置5与所述丝杠连接,所述调节螺杆以内螺纹接合到丝杠6的外螺纹中并且所述调节螺杆以其朝向制动施加侧的制动衬片3的衬片支架板11的端侧与板形的承压件16固定连接,该承压件沿转动方向固定地贴靠在衬片支架板11上,从而调节螺杆7保持不可相对扭转。
在图2中以部分剖切的俯视图示出根据本发明的盘式制动器,其具有支承在桥架17中的制动柱塞4,该桥架借助制动杆13可朝向制动施加侧的、即作用侧的制动衬片3移动。
根据本发明,制动柱塞4相对于通过箭头标出的商用车的向前行驶方向朝向制动盘2的输入侧倾斜,其中,该输入侧在视图中是右侧。
制动柱塞4相对于制动盘2的转动轴线X的倾斜角α(通过点划线Y标识)为<5°、优选0.5°至5°、在该示例中大约为2°。
在根据图2的示例中,通过螺纹副可转动地保持在桥架17中的制动柱塞4在其朝向制动盘2的输入侧的倾斜度中通过制动柱塞4/桥架17螺纹副的相应的构型实现,其中,桥架17的螺纹孔相应倾斜地伸延。
在图3中示出另一种实现制动柱塞4的倾斜走向的可行性。
其中可以看出,导向梁15按照根据本发明的预先给定的倾斜度定向,这通过以下方式实现,即制动钳1的导向孔并且对齐地制动器支架14中的螺纹孔倾斜地延伸,导向梁15的螺钉旋入到所述螺纹孔中。

Claims (8)
1.用于商用车的盘式制动器,该盘式制动器具有跨接制动盘(2)的制动钳(1),该制动钳相对于所述制动盘(2)可轴向移动地保持在与车辆侧的制动器支架(14)连接的导向梁(15)上,借助具有可枢转的制动杆(13)和至少一个制动柱塞(4)的制动施加装置(8)在制动时能将作用侧的、支承在所述制动器支架(14)中的制动衬片(3)压靠到所述制动盘(2)上,其特征在于,中央的所述至少一个制动柱塞(4)相对于商用车的向前行驶方向朝向所述制动盘(2)的输入侧倾斜地延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动柱塞(4)旋入到所述制动施加装置(8)的桥架(17)的螺纹孔中,该螺纹孔根据所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度定向。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述导向梁(15)根据所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度定向。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述导向梁(15)与所述制动器支架(14)用螺纹连接,所述导向梁(15)的螺纹孔根据所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度延伸。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度在盘式制动器已装配的情况下在水平的平面中延伸。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动柱塞(4)相对于所述制动盘(2)的转动轴线(X)的倾斜度(α)为<5°、优选0.5°至5°。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动杆(13)根据所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度进行支承。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,为了引导所述导向梁(15),所述制动钳(1)中的导向孔根据所述制动柱塞(4)的倾斜度定向。
