Specific implementation steps of the refund method for the discount coupon 2 comprise the following steps 4.1-4.4:

In the embodiment of the application, two coupons, namely, the discount coupon 1 and the discount coupon 2 are used for the order 2, and the server can determine the coupon used by the refund commodity according to a refund request initiated by the user on the commodity in the order 2, and determine a corresponding consumption record according to the coupon, so as to determine whether the coupon needs to be refunded to the user.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic device 300 may include: a processor 301, a memory 302 and a communication unit 303. In a specific implementation, the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a program, where the program may include some or all of the steps in each embodiment of the simulation scene generating method provided by the present invention when the program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (random access memory, RAM), or the like.
In a specific implementation, the present invention also provides a computer program product, where the computer program product contains executable instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform some or all of the steps in the embodiments of the simulation scenario generation method provided by the present invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the techniques of embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software plus a necessary general purpose hardware platform. 1. A coupon refund method, comprising:
obtaining a refund request of a user for a first commodity in a first order;
obtaining target preferential amount according to the consumption record of the first order, wherein the target preferential amount is the sum of the preferential amount of the first commodity using the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;
the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;
determining whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon;
and if the coupon release condition is met, issuing coupons to the users, wherein the use rule of the issued coupons is the same as that of the first coupons.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the coupon conditions corresponding to the first coupon are met by comparing the target coupon amount and the coupon amount of the first coupon comprises:
determining whether the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon;
the case where the coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied includes: the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
if the target coupon amount is smaller than the coupon amount of the first coupon, updating the consumption record of the first order, so that the coupon amount of the refund commodity in the first order using the first coupon contains the coupon amount of the first commodity using the first coupon in the updated consumption record of the first order.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the target preferential amount is larger than the preferential amount of the first coupon, outputting system fault indication information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining a refund request from the user for the first item in the first order, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user purchases at least one commodity by using the first coupon, determining the discount amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon according to the discount amount of the first coupon, wherein the total discount amount of the at least one commodity by using the first coupon is equal to the discount amount of the first coupon;
and generating a consumption record of the first order according to the preferential amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon, wherein the commodity in the first order is the at least one commodity.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the user purchases the at least one item using the first coupon, the method further comprises: generating an order number of the first order;
the consumption record of the first order comprises an order number of the first order;
the obtaining a refund request of the user for the first commodity in the first order includes: and receiving the refund request initiated by the user based on the order number of the first order.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the amount of each of the at least one item to be offered using the first coupon based on the amount of the first coupon comprises:
determining each commodity meeting the use rule in the at least one commodity according to the use rule of the first coupon;
and distributing the preferential amount of the first coupon to each determined commodity.
8. A coupon refund apparatus, comprising:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a refund request of a user for the first commodity in the first order; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a target coupon according to a consumption record of a first order, wherein the target coupon is the sum of the coupon of a first commodity and the coupon of the refund commodity in the first order;

a determining unit configured to determine whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon;
and the processing unit is used for issuing coupons to the users if the coupon-releasing conditions are met, and the using rules of the issued coupons are the same as those of the first coupons.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program, when run, controls a device in which the computer readable storage medium is located to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
