Abstract

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of electronic commerce, in particular to a coupon refund method and device and electronic equipment.

Background

Coupons are a common promotional means. The issuance of coupons can stimulate consumer consumption while also allowing the consumer to enjoy some of the coupons. When using coupons to purchase goods, users typically choose to purchase more than one item in an order, and when users choose to refund the goods in the order, there is a question of whether the coupon used for refund goods can be refunded. There is thus a need for a coupon refund method.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present application provides a method and apparatus for refunding coupons, and an electronic device, which can implement accurate refund of coupons.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for refund of coupons, including: obtaining a refund request of a user for a first commodity in a first order; obtaining target preferential amount according to the consumption record of the first order, wherein the target preferential amount is the sum of the preferential amount of the first commodity using the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order; the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order; determining whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon; and if the coupon release condition is met, issuing coupons to the users, wherein the use rule of the issued coupons is the same as that of the first coupons.

In one possible implementation manner, the determining whether the coupon-exit condition corresponding to the first coupon is met by comparing the target coupon amount and the coupon amount of the first coupon includes: determining whether the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon; the case where the coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied includes: the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon.

In one possible implementation, the method further includes: if the target coupon amount is smaller than the coupon amount of the first coupon, updating the consumption record of the first order, so that the coupon amount of the refund commodity in the first order using the first coupon contains the coupon amount of the first commodity using the first coupon in the updated consumption record of the first order.

In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and if the target preferential amount is larger than the preferential amount of the first coupon, outputting system fault indication information.

In one possible implementation, before the obtaining the refund request of the user for the first merchandise in the first order, the method further includes: under the condition that the user purchases at least one commodity by using the first coupon, determining the discount amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon according to the discount amount of the first coupon, wherein the total discount amount of the at least one commodity by using the first coupon is equal to the discount amount of the first coupon; and generating a consumption record of the first order according to the preferential amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon, wherein the commodity in the first order is the at least one commodity.

In one possible implementation, after the user purchases the at least one item using the first coupon, the method further comprises: generating an order number of the first order; the consumption record of the first order comprises an order number of the first order; the obtaining a refund request of the user for the first commodity in the first order includes: and receiving the refund request initiated by the user based on the order number of the first order.

In one possible implementation manner, the determining, according to the amount of the first coupon, the amount of the first coupon to be used by each of the at least one commodity includes: determining each commodity meeting the use rule in the at least one commodity according to the use rule of the first coupon; and distributing the preferential amount of the first coupon to each determined commodity.

In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a coupon refund apparatus, including: the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a refund request of a user for the first commodity in the first order; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a target coupon according to a consumption record of a first order, wherein the target coupon is the sum of the coupon of a first commodity and the coupon of the refund commodity in the first order; the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order; a determining unit configured to determine whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon; and the processing unit is used for issuing coupons to the users if the coupon-releasing conditions are met, and the using rules of the issued coupons are the same as those of the first coupons.

In a third aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an electronic device comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the electronic device to perform the method according to any one of the first aspects.

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer readable storage medium, where the computer readable storage medium includes a stored program, where when the program runs, the program controls a device in which the computer readable storage medium is located to execute the method of any one of the first aspects.

In the embodiment of the application, after the user purchases the commodity by using the coupon, a corresponding order can be generated, and when the user initiates a refund request to the commodity in the order, the on-demand refund of the coupon can be realized according to the consumption record of the order. The coupon amount and the refund amount of the coupon used by the commodity can be described in the consumption record of the order, and whether the coupon is refunded or not can be judged by comparing the coupon amount with the total coupon amount of the coupon used by the current refund commodity and the refund commodity. Therefore, when the user requests commodity refund, the embodiment of the application can accurately refund coupons used by refund commodities according to the requirement, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.

For a better understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It should be understood that the described embodiments are merely some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, based on the embodiments herein, which would be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.

The terminology used in the embodiments of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one way of describing an association of associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or b, which may represent: the first and second cases exist separately, and the first and second cases exist separately. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.

Referring to fig. 1, a coupon refund method according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps S101 to S104.

In one embodiment, the execution body of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 may be a server of the shopping APP. The shopping APP can be installed in the user terminal, and the user can purchase goods through the shopping APP.

Step S101: a refund request from a user for a first item in a first order is obtained.

In one embodiment, the first order may be a list of a purchased goods list generated by the server of the shopping APP in case the user purchases at least one goods, where the purchased goods list includes the at least one good, i.e. the first order includes the at least one good. For example, the first order may include commodity a, and may also include commodity a, commodity B, commodity C, and commodity D.

In one embodiment, the first item may be any item of the at least one item included in the first order. For example, the first commodity may be commodity a or commodity B in the first order.

In one embodiment, the server may obtain a return request for a first item in a first order initiated by a user at a shopping APP.

After a user purchases one or more commodities by using the coupons, the server can generate an order and record a consumption record of the order, so that when the user subsequently requests refund for the commodities in the order, whether the coupons need to be refunded to the user can be determined according to the consumption record of the order.

As such, in one embodiment, the method may further include the following steps 1-2 prior to obtaining the user's refund request for the first item in the first order.

And step 1, under the condition that a user purchases at least one commodity by using the first coupon, determining the discount amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon according to the discount amount of the first coupon, wherein the total discount amount of the at least one commodity by using the first coupon is equal to the discount amount of the first coupon.

The type of first coupon is a refundable coupon, such as a full coupon, a discount coupon, or the like.

Possibly, for a full coupon, the coupon amount of the full coupon may be fixed. For example, for a "full 300 yuan minus 50 yuan" full minus coupon, the coupon's offer amount is 50 yuan.

If the user uses the full-300 yuan minus 50 yuan full-minus coupon to purchase the commodity with the cost of 400 yuan, and the commodity type is not limited in the usage rule of the full-minus coupon, the commodity can use the full-minus coupon, and the corresponding discount amount is 50 yuan. For another example, if a user purchases two items of merchandise with a cost of 100 yuan and a cost of 200 yuan using the full coupon, the total amount of the two items of merchandise to be offered using the coupon is 50 yuan.

Possibly, for a discount coupon, the discount coupon's coupon amount may depend on the discount scale (e.g., 9-fold, 8-fold, etc.), the amount of merchandise selected by the user. If the user uses the full 3 commodities to make seven folds, three commodities capable of using the coupon are purchased, and the total amount of the three commodities is 300 yuan, the coupon is 90 yuan.

In addition to the use of refundable coupons, other types of coupons may be used when the user shops, such as non-refundable coupons, such as no need to refund coupons, e.g., unlimited coupons offered by merchants.

In one embodiment, the consumer record of the order may have recorded therein each coupon used by the user when shopping and the type of each coupon. When the user requests refund of the first commodity, the server can judge whether each coupon used by the first commodity is a refundable coupon according to the type of the coupon recorded in the consumption record, if so, the on-demand refund processing is executed on the coupon, otherwise, the on-demand refund processing is not required to be executed on the coupon.

In one embodiment, determining the amount of each of the at least one item to be offered using the first coupon based on the amount of the first coupon comprises: determining each commodity meeting the use rule in at least one commodity according to the use rule of the first coupon; and distributing the preferential amount of the first coupon to each determined commodity.

For example, assuming that the usage rule of the full-down coupon 1 with the coupon amount of 30 yuan is "only commodity a, commodity B is available", if the user purchases commodity a, commodity B, and commodity C, it can be determined that commodity a, commodity B can use the full-down coupon 1 according to the usage rule of the full-down coupon 1, and commodity C cannot use the full-down coupon 1 because the usage rule of the coupon is not satisfied, and further, according to the coupon amount of the full-down coupon 1, and according to the selling price of the commodity, it is determined that the coupon amount of commodity a using the full-down coupon 1 is 10 yuan, and the coupon amount of commodity B using the full-down coupon 1 is 20 yuan. And the product C does not use the full-down coupon 1, i.e., the product C uses the full-down coupon 1 for a 0-ary discount amount.

Step 2: and generating a consumption record of the first order according to the preferential amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon, wherein the commodity in the first order is at least one commodity.

For example, in the above example, it may be determined that the amount of the product a using the full coupon 1 is 10 yuan, the amount of the product B using the full coupon 1 is 20 yuan, and the product C does not use the full coupon 1, and in one implementation, the corresponding consumption record may be recorded as follows: the purchased commodities in the order form comprise commodity A, commodity B and commodity C, wherein the preferential amount of the commodity A using the full-reduction coupon 1 is 10 yuan, the preferential amount of the commodity B using the full-reduction coupon 1 is 20 yuan, and the preferential amount of the full-reduction coupon 1 is 30 yuan. I.e., product C does not use full coupon 1.

In another implementation, the corresponding consumption record may also record that the discount amount of the product C using the full-down coupon 1 is 0 yuan.

In one embodiment, after the user purchases the at least one item using the first coupon, further comprising: generating an order number of the first order; the consumption record of the first order may include an order number of the first order, and the obtaining a refund request from the user for the first item in the first order includes: a refund request initiated by a user based on an order number of the first order is received.

After a user purchases one or more merchandise using the coupon, the server may generate an order and a corresponding order number and record the order number in a consumption record of the order. The order number may be a unique identification of the order.

In one possible implementation manner, when a user initiates a refund request to a commodity in the order through a user terminal, the user terminal may send the identification of the commodity and the order number to a server to request refund, and the server may receive the refund request and the order number, and acquire a consumption record of the order based on the order number, so as to determine whether to refund a coupon used when the user purchases the commodity according to the acquired consumption record.

Step S102: and obtaining the target preferential amount according to the consumption record of the first order. The target coupon amount is the sum of the coupon amount for the first item and the coupon amount for the refund item in the first order.

The consumption record of the first order describes the amount of each product in the first order that uses the first coupon, the amount of the first coupon, and the amount of the first coupon that was used by the refund product in the first order.

For example, in the above example, if the user purchases the product a, the product B, and the product C using the full-down coupon 1, the consumption record of the corresponding order may be recorded with: the product a uses 10-ary of the full-reduced coupon 1, the product B uses 20-ary of the full-reduced coupon 1, the product B uses 30-ary of the full-reduced coupon 1, and the refund product B uses 20-ary of the full-reduced coupon 1 (i.e., product B refunds, but does not refund full-reduced coupon 1 when refund is made to product B).

Assuming that the user currently requests refund for the commodity a, according to the consumption record of the corresponding order, it is possible to acquire that the commodity a uses the full-reduction coupon 1, and the amount of discount of the commodity a using the full-reduction coupon 1 is 10 yuan, and it is possible to acquire that the amount of discount of the refund commodity B using the full-reduction coupon 1 in the order is 20 yuan for refund commodities among other commodities that also use the full-reduction coupon 1. Thus, it can be determined that the target coupon amount is 30 yuan, that is, the sum of 10 yuan for the product A using the full-down coupon 1 and 20 yuan for the refund product B using the full-down coupon 1.

In addition, the coupon 1 may be fully subtracted by 30 yuan.

The first coupon may be, as applicable, any coupon used by the first merchandise.

The first coupon may also be any coupon used for the first order, if applicable. If the first coupon is not used by the first commodity, the first commodity uses the first coupon, and the preferential amount of the first coupon is 0 yuan.

Step S103: and determining whether the coupon withdrawing condition corresponding to the first coupon is met by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon.

In one embodiment, step S103 includes: determining whether the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon, and if the coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied, the determining step includes: the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon.

If the target coupon amount is equal to the first coupon amount, the target coupon amount indicates that all the commodities purchased by the user through the first coupon are refunded, so that the first coupon can be refunded for the subsequent use of the user in purchasing objects.

For example, in the above example, if the target coupon 30 is equal to the coupon 30 of the full-down coupon 1, the coupon-returning condition for returning the full-down coupon 1 is satisfied, and the full-down coupon 1 may be returned to the user account or a new equal-amount, same-type coupon may be issued.

In one embodiment, the consumption record of the first order may include information such as the number of the first coupon, the type of the first coupon (e.g., whether it is a refundable coupon), the date of expiration, and the like, in addition to the list of goods, the amount of coupons used by the goods, and the like.

In one embodiment, the number of the first coupon may be used by the server to determine the type of coupon to refund to the user account (e.g., full-reduced coupon, or discount coupon) based on the number of the first coupon when the coupon redemption condition for the first coupon is established.

In one embodiment, the expiration date may refer to a time frame that supports coupon refunds, such as one month.

In a possible implementation, when the user requests refund for the commodity in the order, the server may determine whether the coupon used by the commodity is within the date of verification, and if so, the server may perform step S103 above, otherwise, the server may determine that the coupon does not need to be refunded.

Step S104: if the coupon release condition is satisfied, a coupon is issued to the user and the usage rule of the issued coupon is the same as the usage rule equal to the first coupon.

For example, a usage rule for a full-reduced coupon may include: all daily chemical products are reduced by 50 at 300. For another example, the usage rules for a certain discount coupon may include: for a given plurality of goods, 3 pieces are folded 7 times.

In one embodiment, the coupon issued to the user may be the original first coupon or may be a coupon consistent with the usage rules of the original coupon to have the effect of refunding the coupon.

In one embodiment, if the coupon is not satisfied, the corresponding coupon is not returned to the user, and a corresponding operation, such as updating the consumption record, outputting a corresponding prompt, etc., may be performed.

In one embodiment, if the target coupon amount is less than the coupon amount of the first coupon, the consumption record of the first order is updated, such that the coupon amount of the refund commodity in the first order includes the coupon amount of the first commodity in the first coupon in the updated consumption record of the first order.

For example, in the above example, assuming that the user currently requests refund for the product B, according to the consumption record of the corresponding order, it may be obtained that the product B uses the full-down coupon 1, and the amount of the discount of the product B using the full-down coupon 1 is 20 yuan, and it may be obtained that there is no refund product among other products that also use the full-down coupon 1, and the amount of the discount of the refund product using the full-down coupon 1 in the order is 0 yuan. Thus, it is possible to determine that the target coupon amount is 20 yuan, that is, the sum of the coupon amount 20 yuan for the product B using the full-down coupon 1 and the coupon amount 0 yuan for the refund product using the full-down coupon 1.

At this time, the target coupon amount of 20 yuan is smaller than the coupon amount of 30 yuan of full-reduced coupon 1, and thus the coupon condition for refunding full-reduced coupon 1 is not satisfied, so that full-reduced coupon 1 is not refunded, and the consumption record of the order is updated to add commodity B to the refund commodity of the consumption record, and the coupon amount of refund commodity using full-reduced coupon 1 is changed from 0 yuan to 20 yuan.

In one embodiment, if the target coupon amount is greater than the coupon amount of the first coupon, system failure indication information is output.

Because the target coupon amount should not exceed the coupon amount of the first coupon, if the target coupon amount is greater than the coupon amount of the first coupon, it may be indicated that the situation may be caused by a system failure (such as an algorithm error, etc.), so that system failure indication information is output, so as to remind maintenance personnel to view the processing.

In this embodiment of the present application, when a user requests refund for a commodity in an order using a coupon, the server may determine, according to a consumption record of the order, whether a coupon refund condition of the coupon is satisfied, if so, refund the coupon to the user, otherwise, the server may make corresponding measures according to different conditions, such as updating the consumption record or outputting system fault indication information. Therefore, the problem of difficult coupon refund caused by commodity refund can be solved, shopping experience of the user can be improved, and the user is stimulated to consume again.

The coupon refund method provided by the embodiment of the application not only can be suitable for a scene (scene 1) of using one refundable coupon for one order, but also can be suitable for a scene (scene 2) of using a plurality of refundable coupons for one order. The technical implementation of the embodiment of the present application is described below with respect to scenario 1 and scenario 2, respectively.

Scene 1: when the user purchases four products, namely, product a, product b, product c and product d, by using the discount coupon 1, the consumption record of the corresponding order 1 is recorded with: the purchased goods include a good a, a good b, a good c, and a good d, the good a has a 10-ary discount coupon 1, the good b has a 20-ary discount coupon 1, the good c has a 0-ary discount coupon 1, the good 1 has a 30-ary discount coupon 1, and the refund has a 20-ary discount coupon 1. Assuming that the user currently requests refund for merchandise a, the server may perform the coupon refund method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 for the discount coupon 1, and the specific implementation steps include the following steps 1.1 to 1.4:

step 1.1: a refund request from the user for item a in order 1 is obtained.

Step 1.2: and obtaining the target preferential amount as 30 yuan according to the consumption record of the order 1. Wherein the target coupon 30 is the sum of the coupon 10 for item a using coupon 1 and the coupon 20 for refund item b using coupon 1.

Step 1.3: if the target coupon 30 is equal to the coupon 30 of the discount coupon 1, it is determined that the coupon condition of the discount coupon 1 is satisfied.

Step 1.4: the user is issued a discount coupon, and the usage rule of the issued coupon is the same as that of discount coupon 1.

In the scenario 1, the order 1 only uses one coupon, namely the discount coupon 1, and the server obtains the target coupon amount according to a refund request initiated by the user on the commodity a in the order 1 and the consumption record of the order 1, and determines that the coupon-withdrawing condition of the discount coupon 1 is met according to the target coupon amount, and then issues the coupon with the same rule as the discount coupon 1 to the user so as to realize accurate refund of the coupon.

Scene 2: the user purchases four commodities of commodity a, commodity b, commodity c and commodity d by using two coupons, namely discount coupon 1 and discount coupon 2, generates a corresponding order 2, and generates two sub consumption records, namely consumption record 1 and consumption record 2, in the consumption record of the order 2, wherein the consumption record 1 is used for recording the relevant information of the purchased commodity using the discount coupon 1, and the consumption record 2 is used for recording the relevant information of the purchased commodity using the discount coupon 2.

In other possible implementations, the sub consumption records corresponding to the coupons may not be recorded separately, that is, the consumption record of the order 2 may record the contents of the consumption record 1 and the consumption record 2 together, and the server may directly perform the coupon refund processing according to the consumption record of the order 2.

In one example of the scenario 2, assuming that the commodity c in the order 2 is a refund commodity, the amount of the discount of the refund commodity c using the coupon 1 is 0 yuan in the consumption record 1 of the order 2, and the amount of the discount of the refund commodity c using the coupon 2 is 20 yuan in the consumption record 1 of the order 2. When the user requests refund for commodity a, the server may execute the coupon refund method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 for the discount coupon 1, and the specific implementation steps include the following steps 2.1-2.4:

step 2.1: a refund request from the user for item a in order 2 is obtained.

Since two coupons, namely discount coupon 1 and discount coupon 2, are used in order 2, the server can determine whether discount coupon 1 is used for refund commodity a according to a refund request initiated by the user for commodity a in order 2, and then determine whether the coupon needs to be refunded to the user according to consumption record 1 of corresponding order 2.

Step 2.2: and acquiring 10 yuan of the target preferential amount according to the consumption record 1 of the order 2. Wherein the target coupon 10 is the sum of the coupon 10 for the product a using the discount coupon 1 and the coupon 0 for the refund product c using the discount coupon 1.

Step 2.3: if the target coupon amount 10 is less than the coupon amount 30 of the discount coupon 1, the coupon returning condition for returning the discount coupon 1 is determined not to be satisfied, and therefore the discount coupon 1 is not returned.

Step 2.4: updating the consumption record 1 of the order 2, adding the commodity a in the refund commodity of the consumption record 1 of the order 2, and changing the discount amount of the refund commodity by using the discount coupon 1 from 0 yuan to 10 yuan.

When the refund commodity in the consumption record 1 of the order 2 is added with the commodity a, the discount amount of the refund commodity using the discount coupon 1 is correspondingly changed from the discount amount 0 element only comprising the refund commodity c using the discount coupon 1 to 10 elements, and the discount amount 10 element is the sum of the discount amount 0 element of the refund commodity c using the discount coupon 1 and the discount amount 10 element of the refund commodity a using the discount coupon 1.

In another example of scenario 2, assuming that the commodity c in the order 2 is a refund commodity, the consumption record 1 of the order 2 further records that the amount of discount for the refund commodity c using the coupon 1 is 0 yuan, and the consumption record 2 of the order 2 further records that the amount of discount for the refund commodity c using the coupon 2 is 20 yuan, when the current user requests refund for the commodity b, the server may execute the coupon refund method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 described above with respect to the discount coupon 1 and the discount coupon 2, respectively.

Wherein the target coupon amount 50 is the sum of the coupon amount 30 of the discount coupon 2 used by the commodity b and the coupon amount 20 of the discount coupon 2 used by the refund commodity c.

Step 4.3: and judging that the target coupon amount 50 yuan is equal to the coupon amount 50 yuan of the discount coupon 2, and determining that the coupon returning condition of the discount coupon 2 is met.

the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;

a determining unit 202 that determines whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon;

and a processing unit 203, configured to issue a coupon to the user if the coupon issuing condition is satisfied, and a usage rule of the issued coupon is the same as a usage rule of the first coupon.

Corresponding to the above embodiment, the present application also provides an electronic device. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic device 300 may include: a processor 301, a memory 302 and a communication unit 303. The execution of the instructions in memory 302, when executed by processor 301, enables electronic device 300 to perform some or all of the steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.

In a specific implementation, the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a program, where the program may include some or all of the steps in each embodiment of the simulation scene generating method provided by the present invention when the program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (random access memory, RAM), or the like.

In a specific implementation, the present invention also provides a computer program product, where the computer program product contains executable instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform some or all of the steps in the embodiments of the simulation scenario generation method provided by the present invention.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the techniques of embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software plus a necessary general purpose hardware platform. Claims (10)

1. A coupon refund method, comprising:

obtaining a refund request of a user for a first commodity in a first order;

obtaining target preferential amount according to the consumption record of the first order, wherein the target preferential amount is the sum of the preferential amount of the first commodity using the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;

the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;

determining whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon;

and if the coupon release condition is met, issuing coupons to the users, wherein the use rule of the issued coupons is the same as that of the first coupons.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the coupon conditions corresponding to the first coupon are met by comparing the target coupon amount and the coupon amount of the first coupon comprises:

determining whether the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon;

the case where the coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied includes: the target coupon amount is equal to the coupon amount of the first coupon.

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:

if the target coupon amount is smaller than the coupon amount of the first coupon, updating the consumption record of the first order, so that the coupon amount of the refund commodity in the first order using the first coupon contains the coupon amount of the first commodity using the first coupon in the updated consumption record of the first order.

4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:

and if the target preferential amount is larger than the preferential amount of the first coupon, outputting system fault indication information.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining a refund request from the user for the first item in the first order, the method further comprises:

under the condition that the user purchases at least one commodity by using the first coupon, determining the discount amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon according to the discount amount of the first coupon, wherein the total discount amount of the at least one commodity by using the first coupon is equal to the discount amount of the first coupon;

and generating a consumption record of the first order according to the preferential amount of each commodity in the at least one commodity by using the first coupon, wherein the commodity in the first order is the at least one commodity.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the user purchases the at least one item using the first coupon, the method further comprises: generating an order number of the first order;

the consumption record of the first order comprises an order number of the first order;

the obtaining a refund request of the user for the first commodity in the first order includes: and receiving the refund request initiated by the user based on the order number of the first order.

7. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the amount of each of the at least one item to be offered using the first coupon based on the amount of the first coupon comprises:

determining each commodity meeting the use rule in the at least one commodity according to the use rule of the first coupon;

and distributing the preferential amount of the first coupon to each determined commodity.

8. A coupon refund apparatus, comprising:

the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a refund request of a user for the first commodity in the first order; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a target coupon according to a consumption record of a first order, wherein the target coupon is the sum of the coupon of a first commodity and the coupon of the refund commodity in the first order;

the consumption record of the first order is used for describing the preferential amount of each commodity using the first coupon in the first order, the preferential amount of the first coupon and the preferential amount of the refund commodity using the first coupon in the first order;

a determining unit configured to determine whether a coupon-withdrawal condition corresponding to the first coupon is satisfied by comparing the target coupon amount with the coupon amount of the first coupon;

and the processing unit is used for issuing coupons to the users if the coupon-releasing conditions are met, and the using rules of the issued coupons are the same as those of the first coupons.

9. An electronic device comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.

10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program, when run, controls a device in which the computer readable storage medium is located to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
