For example, the third party payment includes internet payment, mobile phone payment, fixed phone payment or digital television payment; and the electronic payment comprises electronic payment undertaken by a non-financial merchant; the value storing card comprises a leisure card, a one-card, iCash and the like; and said mobile payment comprises transfer payment based on short message, mobile bill payment, mobile device web payment [ WAP ], contactless payment [ NFC ] or any combination thereof; and the digital currency includes bitcoin, lyte coin, rembo coin, etc.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a payment offer information management system according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, the payment offer information management system according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a payment offer database 1, a payment offer management mechanism 10, several vending machines [ vending machine systems ] 23 and several member terminal devices 3, and the vending machine 23 is suitable for various payment tools, and the vending machine 23 can provide at least one payment offer information. The vending machine 23 according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention can be replaced by any vending machine or any automatic operation device having the function of a suitable cashless payment instrument, such as: a vending machine for an unmanned store.
Referring to fig. 7 again, the payment coupon database 1 of the payment coupon information management system of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention further includes a payment coupon notification mechanism 12, and the user operates the payment coupon notification mechanism 12 via the internet or other network connection, and the user [ for example: people) can choose to use at least one or several communication devices 30 or devices with similar functionality [ for example: mobile communication device or computer device) or select to use the member terminal device 3 so as to actively provide at least one payment offer notification data, so as to further automatically incorporate the payment offer notification data into the payment offer database 1.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a payment offer information management system according to a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 8, in contrast to the first, second and third embodiments, the payment offer information management system of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a consumption location module 11, and the consumption location module 11 is connected to an electronic map system or GPS system [ or other map system and positioning system ] 110, so as to use the electronic map system or GPS system 110 to calculate the vehicle-to-distance, vehicle-to-ride time, consumer-to-consumer consumption location distance relative to the member terminal device 3 [ or communication device 30, as shown in fig. 7 ] in an automatic or semi-automatic manner, so as to incorporate into the initial payment offer ranking data.

Claims (10)

1. A payment offer information management system, comprising:
at least one provider web page or provider end device providing at least one payment preference data;
a payment discount database, which provides at least one payment discount data, connects the payment discount database to the operator webpage or the operator end device, and provides the payment discount data to the payment discount database by the operator webpage or the operator end device;
a payment discount management mechanism configured in the payment discount database and processing the payment discount data by using the payment discount management mechanism to generate at least one payment instrument data and at least one initial payment discount sequencing data; and
at least one member end device which is connected with and operates the payment discount management mechanism of the payment discount database;
when the member terminal device is connected with and operates the payment discount management mechanism of the payment discount database, at least one appointed payment tool is selected to obtain appointed payment discount sequencing data.
2. The payment discount information management system of claim 1, wherein said payment discount data includes a discount data using a specific payment means, a cash back data, a bonus point data, a consumption discount data, a consumption exchange data or any combination thereof.
3. The payment discount information management system of claim 1, wherein said payment discount management mechanism further utilizes the payment discount data of said provider web page or provider device to correspondingly obtain a discount time limit data.
4. The payment offer information management system of claim 1, wherein the payment offer management mechanism further performs a payment offer accumulation calculation using a designated payment tool of the member terminal device to generate a payment offer accumulation data.
5. The payment offer information management system of claim 1, wherein the designated payment means comprises a third party payment, an electronic check payment, a mobile payment, a credit card payment, a stored value card payment, a contactless electronic ticketing system smart card payment, or a digital currency payment.
6. A payment discount information management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
connecting a payment discount database with at least one business webpage or at least one business end device, wherein the payment discount database is provided with a payment discount management mechanism;
providing at least one payment preference data from the provider web page or the provider terminal device to the payment preference database;
processing the payment discount data by using the payment discount management mechanism to generate at least one payment instrument data and at least one initial payment discount sequencing data; and
at least one member terminal device is connected with and operates the payment discount management mechanism of the payment discount database, and at least one appointed payment tool is selected to obtain appointed payment discount sequencing data.
7. The payment discount information management method of claim 6, wherein the payment discount data includes a discount data using a specific payment instrument, a cash-back data, a bonus point data, a consumption discount data, a consumption exchange data or any combination thereof.
8. The payment discount information management method of claim 6, wherein said payment discount management mechanism further uses the payment discount data of said provider web page or provider device to correspondingly obtain a discount time limit data.
9. The payment offer information management method of claim 6, wherein the payment offer management mechanism further performs a payment offer accumulation calculation using a designated payment tool of the member terminal device to generate a payment offer accumulation data.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the designated payment means includes a third party payment, an electronic check payment, a mobile payment, a credit card payment, a stored value card payment, a contactless electronic ticketing system smart card payment, or a digital currency payment.
