Referring to fig. 10, the bearing oiling mechanism 7 includes an oiling station 71 and a second material moving mechanism that is matched with the oiling station 71 to move materials; the oiling station 71 is provided with two bearing oiling stations, and the rear end of each bearing oiling station is provided with a bearing weighing station and a bearing NG station; one side of the oiling workbench is provided with a turnover mechanism which comprises a fourth rotary cylinder 72 and a U-shaped clamping plate 73 connected to the output end of the fourth rotary cylinder 72, wherein the U-shaped clamping plate 73 extends between two bearing oiling stations and is used for turnover of a bearing to enable double-sided oiling of the bearing and improving oiling effect on the bearing;
A twelfth cylinder 74 is arranged in the bearing oiling station, and the movable end of the twelfth cylinder 74 is provided with a circular ring oiling head 75; a second weighing sensor 76 is arranged on the bearing weighing station and is used for weighing the bearing after being oiled each time so as to detect the grease injection quality;
a bearing NG feed box 77 is arranged on one side of the bearing NG station, a horizontal cylinder 78 is arranged on the other side of the bearing NG station, a fourth push plate 79 is arranged at the output end of the horizontal cylinder 78, and the fourth push plate 79 is driven by the horizontal cylinder 78 to push the bearing with the unqualified grease injection quality into the bearing NG feed box 77;
The second material moving mechanism comprises a fourth cylinder module 710 for providing horizontal transmission along the extending direction of the production line; a third cylinder 711 is arranged at the movable end of the fourth cylinder module 710 and is used for providing horizontal transmission perpendicular to the extending direction of the production line; a section bar bracket 712 is arranged at the output end of the third cylinder 711, and a plurality of material forks 713 which are distributed in parallel are arranged on the section bar bracket 712; the fourth cylinder module 710 cooperates with the third cylinder 711 to provide a material moving transmission on the oiling station 71, and the material is clamped by the material fork 713 to sequentially move to a bearing oiling station, a bearing weighing station and a bearing NG station.
The bearing blanking mechanism comprises a ninth cylinder module 81 connected between the oiling workbench 71 and the disc assembly production line, a fourth cylinder 82 is arranged at the movable end of the ninth cylinder module 81, a fourth clamping jaw mechanism 83 is arranged at the output end of the fourth cylinder 82, and the weighing quality standard bearing with double-sided oiled is fed to the disc assembly production line through the fourth clamping jaw mechanism 83.
According to the invention, the sealing ring oiling production line and the bearing oiling production line which are distributed in parallel are arranged on the same machine table 1, so that the ball bearing and the sealing ring can be fully-automatic in feeding, oiling, weighing detection and discharging simultaneously and respectively, and the oiling efficiency and synchronism of the ball bearing and the sealing ring oiling are improved.
Referring to fig. 11, the disc assembling line includes a rotating motor 9 and a disc 10 disposed at an output end of the rotating motor 9, wherein a discharging station, a press-fitting station, a detecting station, a discharging station, and an assembling product NG station are sequentially disposed at an upper end of the disc 10; the rotary motor 9 drives the disc 10 to rotate, and a closed transmission and continuous assembly production line is formed by using a discharging station, a press mounting station, a detection station, a discharging station and an assembly product NG station.
The discharging station, the press mounting station, the detection station, the discharging station and the assembled product NG station are all provided with a second carrying platform 11; a fifth cylinder 12 is arranged on the press mounting station, a pressing block 13 is arranged at the output end of the fifth cylinder 12, and the pressing block 13 is driven by the fifth cylinder 12 to be used for crimping and assembling a bearing and a sealing ring; a sixth cylinder 14 is arranged on the detection station, a plurality of probes 15 are arranged at the output end of the sixth cylinder 14, and the probes 15 are driven by the sixth cylinder 14 to detect the height of the assembled bearing sealing ring so as to detect the compression joint state of the six bearing sealing rings; a sixth cylinder module 16 horizontally extending to the upper part of the second carrying platform 11 of the NG station is arranged on one side of the NG station, a seventh cylinder 17 is arranged at the movable end of the sixth cylinder module 16, and a fifth clamping jaw mechanism 18 is arranged at the output end of the seventh cylinder 17; an assembled product NG feed box 19 is further arranged on one side of the NG feed station; the bearing seal ring which is detected to be unqualified through the detection station is clamped by the fifth clamping jaw mechanism 18 and placed in the assembled product NG material box 19.
A seventh cylinder module 110 horizontally extending to the upper part of the second carrying platform 11 of the discharging station is arranged on one side of the discharging station, an eighth cylinder 111 is arranged at the movable end of the seventh cylinder module 110, and a sixth clamping jaw mechanism 112 is arranged at the output end of the eighth cylinder 111; one side of the discharging station is also provided with a conveyer belt discharging mechanism 113, the conveying end of the conveyer belt discharging mechanism 113 is matched with a sixth clamping jaw mechanism 112, and the bearing and the sealing ring which are assembled and detected to be qualified by the probe are clamped by the sixth clamping jaw mechanism 112 and are arranged on the conveyer belt discharging mechanism 113 to carry out conveying discharging.
According to the invention, the disc assembly production line which is connected with the seal ring oiling production line and the bearing oiling production line simultaneously is arranged, the ball bearing and the seal ring which are subjected to oiling and weighing detection can be assembled, detected and discharged on line, so that the processing efficiency of the seal ring on the ball bearing is greatly improved, meanwhile, the grease leakage caused in the process of transferring the oiled bearing and seal ring to offline assembly equipment is avoided, and the assembly forming effect of the bearing seal ring is further improved.
Referring to fig. 12, based on the embodiment, the first jaw mechanism 33, the second jaw mechanism 37, the third jaw mechanism 53, the fourth jaw mechanism 83, the fifth jaw mechanism 18, the sixth jaw mechanism 112, and the seventh jaw mechanism 412 are the same mechanisms, and each include a jaw cylinder 114 and a pair of separable and polymerizable jaws 115 connected to the movable end of the jaw cylinder 114, and the jaw cylinder 114 drives the pair of jaws 115 to separate and polymerize to achieve gripping and discharging of the material.
Embodiment 3, please refer to fig. 13, based on embodiment 1, the conveyor feeding mechanism 6 and the conveyor discharging mechanism 113 are the same mechanisms, and each include:
A drive motor 116;
a pair of pulleys 117 engaged with the transmission, the output end of the driving motor 116 being connected to one of the pulleys 117;
a conveyor belt 118 simultaneously sleeved on the pair of pulleys 117;

In summary, the independent oiling and assembling equipment for the ball bearing sealing ring provided by the invention has high automation degree of integral integrated application, can continuously and massively oile and assemble the ball bearing sealing ring, and is beneficial to popularization and application to the market in a large quantity. The disc assembly production line comprises a rotating motor and a disc arranged at the output end of the rotating motor; the upper end of the disc is provided with a discharging station, a press mounting station, a detection station, a discharging station and an assembling product NG station which are sequentially arranged in a surrounding mode;
The seal ring oiling mechanism comprises a seal ring oiling station, a seal ring weighing station and a seal ring NG station; the sealing ring oiling station, the sealing ring weighing station and the sealing ring NG station are respectively provided with a first carrying platform for placing a sealing ring; a tenth cylinder is arranged in the sealing ring oiling station, an oiling nozzle is arranged at the movable end of the tenth cylinder, the tenth cylinder is assembled on the machine table through a bracket and inclines from top to bottom relative to a first carrying table in the sealing ring oiling station, and the oiling nozzle can be obliquely cut into the inner side of a sealing ring arranged on the first carrying table;
