本发明涉及学生证技术领域,特别是一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
痘痘(acne)别名又叫粉刺或痤疮。痘痘的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。特别人进入青春期后、人体内雄激素特别是睾酮的水平迅速升高,会促进皮脂腺发育并产生大量皮脂,同时毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常造成导管堵塞,皮脂排除障碍,进而形成角质栓即痘痘。痘痘普遍发生于青春期的男女,以及油脂分泌过旺者。目前快节奏的生活,也给人们造成很大的压力,亦会造成油脂分泌过旺形成痘痘,影响了人的外貌形象。
现有的技术中,对于痘痘的治疗外用药物,或者化妆品都是通过抑菌、降低雄性激素,甚至添加激素等手段进行治疗,添加剂刺激性强,在缓解痘痘的同时,也会对皮肤产生副作用,导致皮肤敏感,皮屑脱落等问题,所以还无法有效满足实际需要,提供一种能达到相对更好去除痘痘,且能减少对皮肤造成不利影响的外用用物,可以说是爱美人群的福音。
发明内容
为了克服现有治疗痘痘的外用用物及化妆品,由于技术所限存在如背景所述弊端,本发明提供了通过相关组方制备而得的外用药物,不但具有较好的去除粉刺效果,还具有保湿、改善肌肤功能的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物及制备方法。

一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,S1:称量,具体的,按照配比分别称量水、甘油聚醚-26、甘油、吡哆素、烟酰胺、泛醇、水解酵母、积雪草、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草、迷迭香叶、甘蔗、母菊花、欧洲越桔果/叶、甜橙果、糖槭、香橼果、丹皮酚、水解藻胶、硫酸锌、PCA钠、异戊二醇、O-伞花烃-5-醇、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、甘草酸二钾、水解透明质酸钠、精氨酸、苏氨酸、尿囊素、生物素、EDTA二钠、苯氧乙醇;S2:混合,具体的,将步骤S1称量的多种原料一次投入搅拌容器内,对多种原料进行搅拌融合;S3:杀菌消毒,具体的,将步骤S2搅拌融合和多种原料进行紫外线杀菌;S4:包装,具体的,将杀菌消毒后成品进行分装剂包装并再次消毒出厂。
优选地,所述步骤S1中,水的用量在多种原料混合后达到充分融化即可。
优选地,所述步骤S2中,混合中,先往搅拌器内投入固定物,然后投入液体物,搅拌的时间在10-30分钟之间。
优选地,所述步骤S3中,杀菌消毒时间在5-10分钟之间。
与现有技术相比本发明有益效果是:(1)本发明制备而得的成品是乳液状态,能方便终端消费者通过擦拭,涂抹在患处。(2)本发明中,在多种原料作用下,可以明显改善皮肤的痤疮,且由于不具有激素,使用绝对安全健康,还具有提高皮肤免疫系统,修复皮肤屏障,保湿锁水,抗炎抑菌等功能,从而保持皮肤的水润与健康;通过去除痘痘,及抗氧化、美白、淡斑、转移黑色素、加快皮肤代谢等,能对肌肤起到多效一步到位的效果,给人们祛痘保养肌肤带来了便利。

图1所示,本发明不使用时,通过冰箱低温贮存。应用的多种原料中,水起到中和作用。甘油聚醚-26具有保湿、润滑、保护皮肤的作用。甘油具有保湿滋润的作用。吡哆素具有促进代谢、美容养颜、增强免疫力的作用。水解酵母具有保湿、促进角质层细胞间脂质合成、改善皮肤屏障的作用。茶叶具有抗辐射、抗氧化的作用。迷迭香叶能有效去除环境污染中的活性氧,抑制黑色素的形成,具有极佳美白保湿效果的作用。甘蔗中富含丰富的糖类,可以有效的达到美容养颜的功效。母菊花具有防晒、调节皮肤表皮及促进角质层新陈代谢及保湿效果。欧洲越桔果/叶,可以帮助肌肤特别是干皮肤保持水分,并具有增强皮肤的弹性和柔软性的作用。甜橙果,能增强人体免疫力、促进病体恢复、加速伤口愈合的作用。糖槭主要是抗炎,抗氧化的作用。香橼果具有抑制黑色素产生的作用,能用于治疗黄褐斑、炎症后色素沉着斑和淡化雀斑。水解藻胶具有滋润保湿的用。水解藻胶富含天然的保湿因子和肌肤所需的微量元素,能够渗透肌肤的表层,补充肌肤所失去的水分,形成保湿膜,锁住水分,提高肌肤的含水量。PCA钠起到肌肤调理剂和抗静电剂的作用,是皮肤的天然成分,有非常强的保湿功效。异戊二醇具有润肤和温和保湿功效,可改善化妆品配方的肤感。辛酰羟肟酸,能够起到保湿、防腐的作用,对于改善皮肤状态有较好的帮。乙基己基甘油基己基甘油对皮肤的作用与功效是保湿,并且还可以改善皮肤干燥的问题。甘草酸二钾能滋养滋润皮肤,使皮肤富有弹性和光泽,消除皱纹,还可以一定程度美白和祛斑。水解透明质酸钠能够促进细胞生长和修复,加速伤口愈合,对皮肤具有修复、抗衰老和抗氧化等多种益处。精氨酸能达到美白肌肤的作用,也具有光滑肌肤以及抗氧化的功效。苏氨酸对皮肤的作用和功效主要包括抗氧化、维持皮肤弹性、改善皮肤状态、改善肤质、改善睡眠质量等。尿囊素具有促进皮肤细胞生长,加快皮肤伤口愈合,软化皮肤表面角质蛋白的一些生理功能、生物素,减轻皮肤炎症的作用。生物素具有抗炎作用。EDTA二钠在化妆品中起到稳定作用。矿物质螯合剂可以配合防腐作用,对成品防腐体系和抗氧化体系有一定的协同作用。苯氧乙醇能对皮肤起到抗菌性作用,还能起到美容养颜的功效,使用后能缓解皮肤粗糙、毛孔粗大等症状。烟酰胺,又称尼克酰胺,主要用于防治糙皮病;研究表明,含4%烟酰胺的凝胶,对痘痘的效果,相当于1%克林霉素凝胶(的主要局部外用处方药);对于美容养颜,白润肌肤有一定的功效,它还能抑制黑色素的生成。黄芩提取物为黄芩经提取干燥制得的淡黄色的粉末,主要成分为黄芩苷,在化妆品领域应用及其广泛,黄芩对人体的功效还是很显著的,黄芩作为一种常见的中药材,它的提取物具有补水、抗衰老的作用,黄芩提取物作为一种药妆成分,其主要的药理作用如下:(1)对多种皮肤致病性真菌,均有抑制作用,并有抗炎、抗变态反应作用;(2)黄芩对多种革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、致病性皮肤真菌有抑制作用,在抗变态反应方面,黄芩甙元较甙作用强;(3)吸收紫外线,具抗过敏作用,对于已晒伤的皮肤,有一定修复作用,黄芩是很好的肌肤清道夫,防晒方面,黄芩苷可以吸收紫外线,清除氧自由基,抑制黑色素的生成,让肌肤干净平滑,有研究显示,黄芩含量达到0.8克/毫升的话,其防晒指数可以达到SPF354黄芩苷能抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌:离体实验表明,黄芩苷在相同浓度下抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用是甲硝唑的2倍,是红霉素的115倍;(4)具有抗氧化作用:目前研究表明,黄酮类的自由基清除活性与其所含有的酚羟基数量和结构密切相关,其黄芩苷锌和黄芩苷铜对超氧自由基有明显的清除作用,保护皮肤细胞不受氧自由基过度氧化;基于黄芩提取物的护肤药理,医学护肤品中常常添加于软膜粉,作面膜用,具有美白、祛斑和除痘的疗肤功效,或按一定的比例添加到美白化妆品、治痤疮产品、抗敏产品及防晒产品中,结合其清除自由基的作用,显示提取物具增加皮肤的新陈代谢、增加皮肤弹性和抗皱的作用,可用于抗衰化妆品;另外,黄芩提取物还可用作抗炎剂、皮脂分泌抑制剂和保湿剂。光果甘草根提取物能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶(如抑制酪氨酸酶)的活性,是一种快速、高效、安全、绿色的美白祛斑化妆品添加剂,光果甘草也有非常优异的美容功效,它能淡化色斑,也可以滋润鲜嫩皮肤,还能提升皮肤的延缓衰老的能力,因此在护肤品中常常能看到它的身影。丹皮酚,是从毛茛科植物牡丹的干燥根皮中提取物出来的一种有效成分,具有消炎止痒的功效,用于各种湿疹,皮炎,皮肤瘙痒,蚊臭虫叮咬红肿等各种皮肤疾患。硫酸锌是一种补锌药,而锌在整个人体的代谢过程以及促进生长发育中,都起着重要的作用,当锌缺乏的时候,有可能会引起食欲缺乏,异食症、贫血、营养性侏儒,甚至还会导致肠病性肢端皮炎,生长发育迟缓,补锌可以缓解上述贫血等症状,改善食欲、促进生长发育,同时,补锌也用于类风湿关节炎、痤疮、慢性溃疡、结肠炎、口疮等的治疗,对青春痘有一定的效果,且对皮肤无刺激性,在护肤品中是一种很好的添加剂。伞花烃-5-醇具有广泛的杀菌性,极少的添加量,能显著的抑制及杀灭细菌、酵母菌以及霉菌,高效的消炎性、抑制痤疮杆菌增殖、抗刺激、抗皮脂漏,能预防粉刺、减少黑头、增加肌肤亮泽度。积雪草提取物中含有积雪苷成分,可以促进皮肤溃疡的愈合,利于表皮的生长,用在护肤品中,能促进胶原蛋白的再生紧致面部皮肤,对去痘印可以起到一定的效果。雪草提取物可以促进皮肤溃疡、痤疮的愈合,利于表皮的生长,用在护肤品中,能促进胶原蛋白的再生紧致面部皮肤,对去痘印可以起到一定的效果。
图1所示,本发明涉及的测试及评估方式如下:
1.实验对象
实验组(本发明):30例,男15例,女15例,年龄16-35岁。
对照组(安慰剂-普通精华露):30例,男15例,女15例,年龄15-35岁。
两组人员的性别、年龄等资料经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组有可比性。
2.治疗方式,对实验组痤疮处涂抹本发明(膏剂),对照组痤疮处涂抹普通精华液,记录肌肤痤疮修复时间并作如下评估,记录不适反应的发生。
3.评估标准:根据皮肤痤疮、痘印是否得到改善的情况进行评价。
痊愈:症状及体征消退95%以上。
显效:临床表现减轻80%-94%。
好转:临表现减轻50%-79%。
无效:临床表现无改善。
4.结果:结果图2所示。图2中,对实验组与对照组进行差异性分析(P<0.05)有显著差异,具有统计学意义。实验组有效率明显高于对照组有效率,说明实验组明显看到痤疮的改善,同时实验组未产生不适发生,说明本发明具有良好效果。
图1所示,本发明制备的成品(涂抹在患处、一周为一疗程,一般使用两个疗程显效),具有创新多维立体机制,可以明显改善皮肤的痤疮,且绝对安全健康,能提高皮肤免疫系统,修复皮肤屏障,保湿锁水,抗炎抑菌等功能,从而保持皮肤的水润与健康;利用新鲜技术贮存,确保活性高纯,避免遇水失活;具有抗氧化、美白、淡斑、转移黑色素、加快代谢,多效一步到位的效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
Claims (7)
1.一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物,其特征在于,应用的原料包括水、甘油聚醚-26、甘油、吡哆素、烟酰胺、泛醇、水解酵母、积雪草、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草、迷迭香叶、甘蔗、母菊花、欧洲越桔果/叶、甜橙果、糖槭、香橼果、丹皮酚、水解藻胶、硫酸锌、PCA钠、异戊二醇、O-伞花烃-5-醇、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、甘草酸二钾、水解透明质酸钠、精氨酸、苏氨酸、尿囊素、生物素、EDTA二钠、苯氧乙醇;所述各原料的组成比例如下,水80-110等分、甘油聚醚-26计0.5-1.5等分、甘油2-4等分、吡哆素0.5-1.5等分、烟酰胺1-3等分、泛醇4-6等分、水解酵母0.5-1.5等分、积雪草0.1-1等分、黄芩根1-3等分、茶叶2-4等分、光果甘草0.1-0.5等分、迷迭香叶0.02-0.5等分、甘蔗0.05-0.07等分、母菊花1-3等分、欧洲越桔果/叶0.2-0.4等分、甜橙果0.2-0.4等分、糖槭0.2-0.4等分、香橼果0.1-0.3等分、丹皮酚0.2-0.4等分、水解藻胶2-4等分、硫酸锌0.5-1.5等分、PCA钠0.1-0.4等分、异戊二醇0.1-0.3等分、O-伞花烃-5-醇0.5-1.5等分、辛酰羟肟酸0.1-0.3等分、乙基己基甘油0.5-1.5等分、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3等分、水解透明质酸钠1-3等分、精氨酸0.1-0.3等分、苏氨酸0.1-0.3等分、尿囊素0.1-0.3等分、生物素0.1-0.3等分、EDTA二钠0.05-0.2等分、苯氧乙醇0.1-0.3等分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物,其特征在于,水是纯化水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物,其特征在于,积雪草、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草、迷迭香叶、甘蔗、母菊花、欧洲越桔果/叶、甜橙果、糖槭、香橼果,分别采用积雪草提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、甘蔗提取物、母菊花提取物、欧洲越桔果/叶提取物、甜橙果提取物、糖槭提取物、香橼果提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,S1:称量,具体的,按照配比分别称量水、甘油聚醚-26、甘油、吡哆素、烟酰胺、泛醇、水解酵母、积雪草、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草、迷迭香叶、甘蔗、母菊花、欧洲越桔果/叶、甜橙果、糖槭、香橼果、丹皮酚、水解藻胶、硫酸锌、PCA钠、异戊二醇、O-伞花烃-5-醇、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、甘草酸二钾、水解透明质酸钠、精氨酸、苏氨酸、尿囊素、生物素、EDTA二钠、苯氧乙醇;S2:混合,具体的,将步骤S1称量的多种原料一次投入搅拌容器内,对多种原料进行搅拌融合;S3:杀菌消毒,具体的,将步骤S2搅拌融合和多种原料进行紫外线杀菌;S4:包装,具体的,将杀菌消毒后成品进行分装剂包装并再次消毒出厂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,水的用量在多种原料混合后达到充分融化即可。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,混合中,先往搅拌器内投入固定物,然后投入液体物,搅拌的时间在10-30分钟之间。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善痘肌及舒缓保湿皮肤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,杀菌消毒时间在5-10分钟之间。
