清真香菇酱油
清真香菇酱油属于调味品。
现有酱油一般都含少量乙醇,而穆斯林教义是不允许穆斯林民族食用乙醇的。再则现有酱油还存在营养成份少,含有防腐剂的缺点。
本发明的目的是研制一种不含乙醇和防腐剂、营养成份又多的,适于穆斯林民族食用的清真香菇酱油。
本发明的酱油包含有大豆、小麦,它还包含有香菇、黑豆、黑米、含碘盐、氯化钾、超净水。其主要原料按重量百分比各占如下比例:大豆26-35、小麦26-35、香菇20-40、黑豆3-7、黑米3-7,超净水占以上整个主要原料的45-54%。微量成份分别占全部溶液的如下比例:每100ml内含含碘盐13-15g、氯化钾4.3-5g。
本发明的酱油不含乙醇和防腐剂,却含有防癌物质香菇的成份,还含有对人体有益的微量元素。该酱油特别适合于穆斯林民族食用。
实施例:本实施例由大豆28kg、小麦28kg、香菇35kg、黑豆4.5kg、黑米4.5kg、超净水50kg、含碘盐21kg、氯化钾6kg组成。

1、清真香菇酱油,它包含有大豆、小麦,其特征在于它还包含有香菇、黑豆、黑米、含碘盐、氯化钾、超净水,其主要原料按重量百分比各占如下比例:大豆26-35、小麦26-35、香菇20-40、黑豆3-7、黑米3-7、超净水占以上整个主要原料的45-54%,微量成份分别占全部溶液的如下比例:每100ml内含含碘盐13-15g、氯化钾4.3-5g。
