Abstract

Description

灰尘分离装置
本发明涉及灰尘分离装置,特别是用于真空吸尘器中的灰尘分离装置,但不限于些。
已知的真空吸尘器包括具有两个漩风除尘器和一个套筒的灰尘分离装置。漩风除尘器一个放在另一个内,而套筒位于两者之间,这样,使用时,空气先进入低效漩风除尘器,然后先通过套筒,再进入内部的高效漩风除尘器。为确保每个漩风除尘器内的气流沿适当的螺线形路径流动,每个漩风除尘器有一切向空气入口,该入口有一切向通向相应漩风除尘器的导管,该导管终止于所述漩风除尘器的圆柱形或圆锥形外壁。空气流沿管道流动,然后切向进入漩风除尘器,并以沿着适当的螺线形路径流动。
迄今为止,人们相信每个漩风除尘器需要有一切向空气入口,并且漩风除尘器外壁内任何不规则凸起都会影响空气流,这意味着,所有的用于真空吸尘器中的漩风式灰尘分离装置都有水平空气入口,即空气入口垂直于漩风除尘器的纵轴。利用漩风式灰尘分离装置的紧凑式圆柱型真空吸尘器的发展产生了对下述这种装置的需求,该装置有一平行或垂直于漩风除尘器轴线的空气入口。真空吸尘器内设置这种装置应允许木管或软管借助在水平平面内可转动的铰接件与入口相连,这使得木管或软管的活动更灵活和自由。
本发明提供了如权利要求1所述的灰尘分离装置,以及如权利要求11所述的真空吸尘器。在从属权利要求中给出了其优选特征。
如上所述,本发明允许软管或木管通过铰接件与入口相连。由于导管伸入漩风除尘器内使得导管很容易看到和接触到,从而可方便地排除入口堵塞。导管伸入漩风除尘器内还意味着可以增加漩风除尘器的长度,从而增大了漩风除尘器收集已被分离的灰尘的能力。
参照附图下面将描述本发明的一个实施例,其中:
图1是本发明灰尘分离装置的侧视剖面图;
图2是形成图1所示装置一部分的入口和套筒的透视图。
附图中所示的装置10适合用于真空吸尘器内。所述装置10包括脏空气入口12,外低效漩风除尘器14,套筒16,内高效漩风除尘器18,细灰尘收集器20,及一出口22。所述外漩风除尘器14,套筒16,内漩风除尘器18,收集器20和出口22均采用已知结构,其不构成本发明的实质部分。因此此处只是简要描述。
外漩风除尘器14有外壁14a,和内壁14b。灰尘收集区域14c临接于外壁14a的下部。
内漩风除尘器18包括截头圆锥状壁18a,其具有内表面18b和一纵轴18c。圆锥形壁18a终止于朝向细灰尘收集器20开口的圆锥开口18d。细灰尘收集器20在其外壁20a处的直径大于圆锥形开口18d的直径。外壁20a与内漩风除尘器18的截头圆锥壁18a通过倾斜壁20b相连。这些倾斜壁还构成外漩风除尘器14的灰尘收集区域14c的下界。
在内外漩风除尘器14,18之间的是一套筒16。套筒16与内漩风除尘器18的截头圆锥壁18a是分别制造的并在组装过程中相互连接。套筒16有一圆柱部分16a,其包含多个孔(未示出)。从圆柱形部分16a向下是一包括两侧平行部分的环状凸出部分16b,所述两侧平行的部分有一倾斜端面。所述倾斜端面最好相对于内漩风除尘器18的纵轴18c倾斜45°。该装置还设有使空气从套筒16内部流至内漩风除尘器18的内部的装置,但为简明起见,没有示出。空气传输装置确保从套筒16的内部流入内漩风除尘器18的内部的空气以切向方式进入内漩风除尘器18的上部。
内漩风除尘器18还具有一出口22,该出口基本与直径较大的内漩风除尘器18的端部同心。出口22简便地与清洁空气出口相连。
图1所示的装置一般按以下方式使用。携带灰尘的空气通过空气入口切向进入外漩风分离器14。空气流沿外壁14a的内表面14b螺旋向下运动,然后使气流连续沿着气流通道朝向套筒16向上运动,大颗粒的灰尘收集在外漩风除尘器14的灰尘收集区域14c。当气流朝向套筒16运动时,凸缘16b阻止套筒16的孔的堵塞。气流通过套筒16的圆柱形部分16a的孔,然后从套筒16的内部到达内漩风除尘器18的上部。由于气流切向进入内漩风除尘器18,空气流沿内漩风除尘器18的截头圆锥壁18a的内表面18b螺旋运动。大部分空气基本朝向内漩风除尘器18的轴线18c移动,并通过出口22排出。然后空气中的灰尘颗粒朝向圆锥开口18d螺旋向下运动,并高速进入收集器20。灰尘颗粒朝向收集器20的侧壁20a流动,并收集在收集器20的底部。其余的空气通过圆锥开口18d返回内漩风除尘器18,随后通过出口22离开装置。
在先有技术中,空气入口12包括基本水平设置的管道,即垂直于内漩风除尘器18的纵轴18c的管道,该管道终止于外漩风除尘器14的外壁14a。这在不引起任何不必要的干扰外漩风除尘器14内的空气流的情况下可有效地使气流切向进入外漩风除尘器14。然而根据本发明,入口12包括基本垂直或平行于内漩风除尘器18的轴线18c的管道12a。管道12a进入外壁14a和套筒16的圆柱形部分16a之间的外漩风除尘器的内部。管道12a还包括一直角弯曲段12b,其使进入的气流以切向于外壁14a的方式离开管道12a。已发现本装置不会适当地干扰外漩风除尘器14内的气流。外漩风除尘器14的外壁和套筒16的圆柱形部分16a之间的距离最好在15mm和30mm之间,如果此距离基本为20mm,则本装置的效率特别高。
能将气流从外漩风除尘器14上方引入外漩风除尘器具有明显的益处。特别是,这允许软管12c借助一铰接件连接到管道12a上。当装置10用于圆柱型真空吸尘器时,软管12c可绕管道12a的轴线12d转动360°,即在基本水平的平面内转动,软管12c的一端与清洁工具相连。这比没有铰接连接的机器有更大的灵活性和自由性。
可以理解,没有必要将软管12c在垂直于管道轴线12d的平面内连接到管道12a上。也可以用一倾斜连接,该倾斜连接允许软管12c在倾斜于轴线12d的平面内摆动。当装置10以倾斜方式设置在真空除尘器内时,即轴线18c与垂直方向倾斜时,上述这点特点有用。这意味着轴线12d与竖直方向倾斜,但软管12c和导管12a之间的铰链连接使得软管12c能在一基本水平的平面,或任何合适的平面内摆动。
对本领域任何技术人员都明显,本发明不限于上述特定的实施例。在本发明范围内可作出各种改型和变动。

Claims (11)

1.一种灰尘分离装置,其包括一具有外壁和空气入口的漩风除尘器,一套筒和一空气流通道,所述空气流通道的布置方式应保证在使用中,在灰尘分离装置内将空气流通过空气入口引导至漩风除尘器,并通过套筒将气流从漩风分离器引出,其特征是,漩风除尘器的空气入口是通过管道在漩风分离器的外壁和套筒之间沿基本平行于漩风除尘器纵轴的方向伸入漩风除尘器内部而形成的。
2.如权利要求1所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,漩风除尘器的外壁和套筒之间的间隙在15mm和30mm之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,漩风除尘器的外壁和套筒之间的间隙大致为20mm。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,形成空气入口的管道以基本平行于漩风除尘器的纵轴的方式进入漩风除尘器内。
5.如权利要求4所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,管道包括直角弯曲段,以在使用中使空气流以切向方式流入漩风除尘器内。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,在管道和紧接于管道上游的气流路径之间有铰链连接。
7.如前述权利要求任一项所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,管道与套筒成为一体。
8.如前述权利要求任一项所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,所述套筒包括一从套筒的远离管道的一端伸出的凸出部分。
9.如前述权利要求任一项所述的灰尘分离装置,其特征是,其还包括设置在套筒下游的第二漩风除尘器。
10.灰尘分离装置,其基本是如前参照附图所述的灰尘分离装置。
11.一种真空吸尘器,其包括如前述权利要求中任一项所述的灰尘分离装置。
