Detailed Description
In order to make the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the specific embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a motorcycle 100 includes a frame 11, a body panel 12, a running assembly 13, a power assembly 14, and a pedal assembly 15. The frame 11 forms the basic frame of the motorcycle 100, and the frame 11 is used to carry other components of the motorcycle 100. The body panel 12 is at least partially disposed on the frame 11, and the body panel 12 serves to protect the internal parts of the motorcycle 100. The traveling assembly 13 is at least partially disposed below the frame 11. The power assembly 14 is drivingly connected to the running assembly 13 to power the running assembly 13 to drive the running assembly 13 for movement, thereby effecting movement of the motorcycle 100. The motorcycle 100 further includes a pedal assembly 15, wherein the pedal assembly 15 is at least partially disposed on the frame 11 and fixedly connected to the frame 11, and the pedal assembly 15 is configured to support a foot of a driver, and to facilitate a driver to perform a gear engagement or braking operation. For clarity of explanation of the technical solution of the present application, the front side, the rear side, the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side are also defined as shown in fig. 1. It will be understood that the longitudinal direction in the embodiment of the present application refers to the front-rear direction of the motorcycle 100, the width direction refers to the left-right direction of the motorcycle 100, and the height direction refers to the up-down direction of the motorcycle 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, as one implementation, the pedal assembly 15 includes a pedal 151 and a mounting bracket 152 for mounting the pedal 151, with the frame 11 and the mounting bracket 152 being provided as a rotational connection therebetween. Specifically, the frame 11 is provided with a first coupling hole 111, and optionally, the first coupling hole 111 is substantially cylindrical, and the pedal assembly 15 further includes a fastener 153, and the mounting bracket 152 is coupled to the first coupling hole 111 by the fastener 153. The mounting bracket 152 is further provided with a mounting hole 1521 (see fig. 5), and the pedal 151 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 152 through the mounting hole 1521. A certain distance is formed between the first coupling hole 111 and the mounting hole 1521, and it is understood that the greater the distance between the first coupling hole 111 and the mounting hole 1521, the greater the relative position change of the pedal 151 when the mounting bracket 152 is rotated by a certain angle. It should be noted that, in the present application, the axial direction of the first connecting hole 111 is substantially identical to the width direction of the motorcycle 100, that is, the rotation direction of the mounting bracket 152 is perpendicular to the width direction of the motorcycle 100. The axial direction of the first coupling hole 111 may be set to other directions so that the mounting bracket 152 may be rotated in other directions.
As an alternative embodiment, the pedal assembly 15 includes an adjustment state and a fixed state, and the mounting bracket 152 can relatively rotate with the center of the first coupling hole 111 as the rotation center when the pedal assembly 15 is in the adjustment state; when the pedal assembly 15 is in a fixed state, the mounting bracket 152 is fixedly connected with the frame 11 and cannot rotate. It will be appreciated that rotation between the mounting bracket 152 and the frame 11 can be achieved by merely unscrewing the fastener 153, with the mounting bracket 152 now in the adjusted condition; the pedal assembly 15 is secured by tightening the fasteners 153 to form a secure connection between the frame 11 and the mounting bracket 152. I.e., after the fastener 153 is unscrewed, the mounting bracket 152 is rotated to a proper position, and then the fastener 153 is tightened, so that the mounting bracket 152 is fixed at the position.
Further, an adjusting groove 1522 is further provided on the mounting bracket 152, the mounting bracket 152 further includes an adjusting member 1523 for connecting the adjusting groove 1522 with the frame 11, the frame 11 is provided with a second connecting hole 112, and the adjusting member 1523 is at least partially inserted into the adjusting groove 1522 and then is fastened to the frame 11 through the second connecting hole 112, so that the mounting bracket 152 is fixedly connected with the frame 11. It will be appreciated that as the mounting bracket 152 rotates, the adjustment slot 1522 also rotates in unison with the mounting bracket 152, and in order to achieve a secure connection of the pedal assembly 15 directly to the frame 11, the adjustment slot 1522 is configured in the present application: when the mounting bracket 152 rotates to any position within the preset rotation range, the adjusting groove 1522 at least partially coincides with the second connecting hole 112 when viewed along the extending direction of the second connecting hole 112, i.e. when the mounting bracket 152 rotates to any position within the preset rotation range, the adjusting member 1523 may penetrate the adjusting groove 1522 and form a fixed connection with the frame 11, and it can be understood that the extending direction of the second connecting hole 112 substantially coincides with the width direction of the motorcycle 100 in the present application.
As an alternative embodiment, the adjustment groove 1522 is provided as an arc concentric with the first connection hole 111; i.e., the adjustment groove 1522 has an arc shape centered on the axis of the first connecting hole 111 as viewed in the width direction of the motorcycle 100. It is to be understood that the adjusting slot 1522 may be configured in other shapes, so long as the adjusting member 1523 can be fixedly mounted to the second connecting hole 112 by penetrating the adjusting slot 1522 when the mounting bracket 152 is rotated to any position within the predetermined rotation range. For example, the adjustment groove 1522 may be provided as a series of holes at equal distances from the first connection hole 111. Through the above arrangement, the processing difficulty of the adjusting groove 1522 can be reduced, the processing of the mounting bracket 152 is facilitated, and in addition, the adjusting difficulty of a driver when adjusting the position of the pedal 151 can be reduced, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the pedal 151 by the driver.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a limiting portion 1522a is formed in the adjusting slot 1522, the limiting portion 1522a is uniformly distributed in the adjusting slot 1522, the adjusting slot 1522 is divided into a plurality of areas, each area allows the adjusting piece 1523 to penetrate through the adjusting slot 1522, and when the adjusting slot 1522 is located in the area, the limiting portion 1522a abuts against the adjusting piece 1523, so that the relative position of the adjusting piece 1523 in the adjusting slot 1522 is fixed. When the adjusting member 1523 is inserted into the adjusting slot 1522, the adjusting member 1523 is disposed between two adjacent limiting portions 1522a, or the adjusting member 1523 is disposed between the limiting portions 1522a and the inner wall of the adjusting slot 1522. Specifically, the limiting portion 1522a may be configured as a single-sided tooth structure, so that when the pedal assembly 15 is in a fixed state, the adjusting member 1523 abuts against the limiting portion 1522a to limit the relative displacement between the adjusting member 1523 and the adjusting slot 1522. Through the arrangement, the limiting part 1522a not only can provide a positioning function for the installation of the adjusting part 1523, but also can improve the connection stability of the adjusting part 1523 and the adjusting groove 1522, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards to a driver caused by loose connection between the mounting bracket 152 and the frame 11 during the running process of the motorcycle 100. In addition, the limiting portion 1522a may also form different adjustment gears, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the foot pedal 151 by the driver.
It will be appreciated that when it is desired to adjust the relative position of the mounting bracket 152, the fastener 153 is first loosened and the adjustment member 1523 is removed from the adjustment channel 1522, such that the mounting bracket 152 is rotatable about the first connection aperture 111 relative to the frame 11, i.e., such that the mounting bracket 152 is rotatable relative to the frame 11, such that the adjustment channel 1522 is thereby also capable of effecting a change in relative position relative to the frame 11; the mounting bracket 152 is rotated to a proper position, and the second connecting hole 112 and the adjusting groove 1522 are ensured to be in an overlapped state along the width direction of the motorcycle 100, at this time, the adjusting member 1523 is inserted into the adjusting groove 1522 and is fixedly connected with the second connecting hole 112, and finally, the fastener 153 is tightened, thereby completing the position adjustment of the mounting bracket 152 once. Through the above-mentioned setting, the driver can change the relative position of regulating part 1523 in adjusting groove 1522 through rotating installing support 152 to realize the regulation of pedal 151 position, make different drivers can carry out individualized regulation to pedal 151 position according to self physical condition and driving habit, and then improved the man-machine coordination of pedal 151 and driver's driving travelling comfort, improved driver's driving experience.
As an alternative embodiment, the adjusting member 1523 and the fastening member 153 of the present application are provided as bolts, and it is understood that the adjusting member 1523 and the fastening member 153 may be provided as other types of fixing members, respectively, so long as the detachable connection between the frame 11 and the mounting bracket 152 is achieved, which falls within the scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2,4 and 5, as mentioned above, since the setting range of the adjusting slot 1522 is limited, the adjusting member 1523 can be secured to the frame 11 by penetrating the adjusting slot 1522 only when the mounting bracket 152 is rotated within the predetermined rotation range. Specifically, the mounting bracket 152 includes a first limit position and a second limit position, defines a reference plane 101 perpendicular to the height direction of the motorcycle 100, the lowermost end of the traveling assembly 13 is located on the reference plane 101, and the minimum distance between the foot rest 151 and the reference plane 101 is defined as the foot rest height H of the motorcycle 100. Specifically, when the mounting bracket 152 is in the first limit position, the distance between the foot support 151 and the reference plane 101 is the smallest, and the foot support height H is the smallest; when the mounting bracket 152 is in the second limit position, the pedal 151 is at a maximum distance from the reference plane 101, and the pedal height H is at a maximum. When the mounting bracket 152 is in the first limit position and the second limit position, respectively, the pedal height H is set to be equal to or greater than 336mm and equal to or less than 398mm, and in some motorcycles 100 in which the adjustment requirement for the pedals 151 is not great, the range of the pedal height H may also be set to be equal to or greater than 390mm and equal to or less than 402mm. It will be appreciated that the difference in height of the pedal height H is the adjustment stroke of the pedal 151, i.e., the difference between the maximum pedal height H and the minimum pedal height H, and in the present application, the maximum adjustment stroke of the pedal 151 is set to 62mm, i.e., the height of the pedal 151 allowed to be adjusted in the height direction of the motorcycle 100 is 62mm.
Further, a reference point P is defined on the adjustment slot 1522, and in the present application, the reference point P is defined as the end point of the adjustment slot 1522 closest to the pedal 151. A longitudinal plane 102 perpendicular to the width direction of the motorcycle 100 is defined, the reference point P is formed with a projection point on the longitudinal plane 102 along the width direction of the motorcycle 100, the first connection hole 111 is formed with a connection hole projection on the longitudinal plane 102 along the width direction of the motorcycle 100, a line between the projection point and the center of the connection hole projection is defined as a pedal position line L1, and an angle α is formed between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101. When the mounting bracket 152 is in the first extreme position, the angle α between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101 is 91.4 °; when the mounting bracket 152 is in the second extreme position, the pedal position line L1 forms an angle α of 36.4 ° with the reference plane 101. I.e., the angle α between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101 is set to 36.4 ° or more and 91.4 ° or less. It will be appreciated that the angle α is the "predetermined rotation range" described above. And the angle α between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101 and the pedal height H are in a corresponding relationship, that is, when the distance between the mounting hole 1521 and the first connection hole 111 is fixed, the range of the angle α between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101 determines the range of the pedal height H, and vice versa. Accordingly, in other embodiments, the angle α between the pedal position line L1 and the reference plane 101 may be set to 50 ° or more and 70 ° or less. By the arrangement, the position of the pedal 151 and the height of the pedal 151 can be prevented from being too high due to the overlarge adjustment angle of the mounting bracket 152, so that interference with other components of the motorcycle 100 can be avoided; too small an adjustment angle of the mounting bracket 152 can be avoided so that the foot pedal 151 is too low, thereby avoiding affecting the passability of the motorcycle 100.
As shown in fig. 6, as another alternative embodiment, the second connection hole 112 may also be provided as a kidney-shaped hole, and specifically, the extending direction of the kidney-shaped hole is provided to be substantially identical to the extending direction of the line connecting the first connection hole 111 and the second connection hole 112. Further correspondingly, the adjusting groove 1522 includes a limiting area S1 and an adjusting area S2, and the limiting portion 1522a is substantially disposed in the limiting area S1, that is, when the adjusting member 1523 is located in the limiting area S1, the limiting portion 1522a may limit the phase position relationship between the adjusting member 1523 and the adjusting groove 1522, and when the adjusting member 1523 is located in the adjusting area S2, the adjusting member 1523 may move in the adjusting groove 1522, or the mounting bracket 152 may rotate relative to the first connecting hole 111 without being limited. In this embodiment, when the position of the mounting bracket 152 needs to be adjusted, only the fastener 153 needs to be unscrewed, and the adjusting member 1523 needs to be unscrewed, so that the adjusting member 1523 is drawn into the adjusting region S2 of the adjusting groove 1522 along the kidney-shaped hole, and the mounting bracket 152 is completely in the adjusted state; at this time, the mounting bracket 152 can be rotated without completely disassembling the adjusting member 1523, and after the adjusting member 1523 is rotated to a proper position, the pedal assembly 15 can be brought into a fixed state by simply scribing the adjusting member 1523 into the spacing area S1 along the kidney-shaped hole and then tightening the adjusting member 1523 and the fastening member 153. This kind of setting up the mode can make the installing support 152 when switching from adjusting state and fixed state, need not to dismantle the regulating part 1523 completely, not only can effectually simplify the regulation flow of installing support 152, make adjustment efficiency higher, can also guarantee the joint strength between installing support 152 and the frame 11. As can be appreciated, in order to prevent the adjustment member 1523 from being disengaged from the stopper region S1 by the force of the jolt of the vehicle during running, which may cause instability in the connection of the mounting bracket 152, it is preferable that the stopper region S1 is disposed on the side of the adjustment region S2 closer to the first connection hole 111.
As shown in fig. 7, as an alternative embodiment, a connection form of a gear slot between the adjusting member 1523 and the adjusting slot 1522 may be provided, that is, the outer circumference of the adjusting member 1523 is provided with a gear structure, and the inner wall of the adjusting slot 1522 is provided with a tooth slot structure, so that when the adjusting member 1523 is inserted into the adjusting slot 1522 and is connected to the second connecting hole 112, the gear on the adjusting member 1523 is meshed with the gear ring in the adjusting slot 1522. The setting manner is such that the adjusting member 1523 is rotated to drive the adjusting groove 1522 to rotate around the first connecting hole 111, that is, in this embodiment, the mounting bracket 152 can be brought into the adjusting state only by unscrewing the fastener 153, then the adjusting member 1523 is rotated to adjust the relative position of the adjusting groove 1522, finally the fastener 153 is screwed, the mounting bracket 152 is brought into the fixing state, and the adjusting process of the entire mounting bracket 152 can be completed. This arrangement allows for easier and more accurate adjustment of the mounting bracket 152.
As shown in fig. 5, the motorcycle 100 further includes a gear shifting assembly 16, the gear shifting assembly 16 is located at one side of the width direction of the motorcycle 100, the gear shifting assembly 16 is connected with the power assembly 14, the gear shifting assembly 16 is used for changing the gear of the motorcycle 100, a gear shifting connecting hole 1524 is formed in the mounting bracket 152, the gear shifting assembly 16 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 152 through the gear shifting connecting hole 1524, and the gear shifting assembly 16 can rotate around the axis direction of the gear shifting connecting hole 1524. Further, the gear shifting assembly 16 comprises a gear shifting rod 161 and a gear shifting connecting rod 162, the gear shifting rod 161 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 152 through a gear shifting connecting hole 1524, the gear shifting connecting rod 162 is fixedly connected with the gear shifting rod 161, the gear shifting connecting rod 162 is further connected with the power assembly 14, and when the gear shifting rod 161 rotates, the gear shifting connecting rod 162 is driven to move along with the gear shifting connecting rod, so that internal parts of the power assembly 14 are driven to finish gear shifting operation. The shift lever 162 is provided with an adjustment screw 1621, and when the adjustment member 1523 is positioned in a different position within the adjustment slot 1522, the adjustment screw 1621 is capable of adjusting the length of the shift lever 162 to connect the shift lever 161 to the power assembly 14. It will be appreciated that the brake pedal located on the other widthwise side of the motorcycle 100 may be adjusted in position to facilitate depression of the brake pedal by the driver after the position of the pedal 151 is changed. Through the arrangement, the mounting bracket 152 can be used as a bracket for mounting and adjusting the position of the pedal 151 and also can be used as a connecting bracket for the gear shift lever 161, so that after the position of the pedal 151 is changed, the position of the gear shift lever 161 can be changed, the situation that a driver cannot step on the gear shift lever 161 after the position of the pedal 151 is changed is avoided, the driver can conveniently tread the gear shift lever 161 to perform gear shifting operation, and further the man-machine coordination and driving comfort of the motorcycle 100 are improved.
It should be noted that, in the present application, "the center of the first connecting hole 111" and "the center of the second connecting hole 112" refer to: when the first connecting hole 111 and the second connecting hole 112 are set to be circular, the circle center is the circle center in the geometric sense of the circular hole, and when the first connecting hole 111 or the second connecting hole 112 is set to be other polygonal shapes, the circle center of the first connecting hole 111 and the circle center of the second connecting hole 112 are the intersection points of diagonal lines of the polygons.
