Performance testing
1. Odor removal experiment
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
dividing 26 10mL sealing bottles into two groups, wherein each group comprises 13 sealing bottles, and 50 mu L of isovaleric acid and 150 mu L of ammonia water are respectively added into each group of sealing bottles; the shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8 were adjusted to 10% composition concentration by adding deionized water to form a sample; then, 2mL of a sample containing 10% of the shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8 and 2mL of deionized water are respectively added into each group of 12 sealed bottles, and 1 sealed bottle is used as a blank group, and then all sealed bottles are subjected to 45 ℃ constant temperature shaking table reaction for 20min for measurement;
the testing method comprises the following steps:
a sealing needle of 5 mu L is inserted into a rubber plug of a sealing bottle, a certain amount of odor gas is sucked at the upper part of the sealing bottle and is rapidly injected into a sample inlet of a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; analyzing odor substances in different bottles according to conditions set by a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; the shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8 were respectively calculated for removal of isovaleric acid and ammonia gas by using a blank control group as a control, and the results are shown in Table 1;
TABLE 1 results of odor removal test of shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8
Isovaleric acid removal rate (%) | Ammonia removal rate (%)
Example 1 | 89.6 | 85.0 |
Example 2 | 93.5 | 94.2 |
Example 3 | 91.2 | 90.7 |
Example 4 | 95.6 | 93.5 |
Comparative example 1 | 67.8 | 59.0 |
Comparative example 2 | 65.3 | 51.8 |

Comparative example 6 | 69.7 | 66.0 |
Comparative example 7 | 71.2 | 76.0 |
Comparative example 8 | 79.8 | 81.7 |
From the results in table 1, it can be seen that:
according to the results of examples 1-4, the invention adopts the three components of the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract to compound, can achieve extremely high odor gas removal rate and effectively reduce the emission of odor.
According to the comparison of the results of the example 4 and the comparative examples 1-3, the invention adopts the three components of the zinc coco polyether sulfate, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract to compound, so that the effect of removing the peculiar smell can be synergistically improved, and the effect of removing the peculiar smell can be obviously reduced due to the lack of any component; the comparison example 1 and the comparison example 2 have almost the same effect of removing the peculiar smell, the comparison example 3 has a certain improvement of the effect of removing the peculiar smell generated by combining the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc and the persimmon tannin compared with the comparison example 1 and the comparison example 2, which shows that the olive leaf extract only generates simple effect superposition when being respectively combined with the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc and the persimmon tannin, and the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc and the persimmon tannin generate a certain synergistic effect when being combined with each other, but compared with the technical scheme of compounding the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract, the synergistic effect is not obvious, and the comparison example 4 has obviously improved the effect of removing the peculiar smell by compounding the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract.
From the comparison of the data of example 4 and comparative example 4, it is assumed that the substitution of sodium coco polyether sulfate for zinc coco polyether sulfate does not produce a good odor removal effect, and that zinc ions produce an odor removal effect; however, according to the data of comparative examples 5 and 8, it is found that zinc stearate with zinc ions does not produce a good effect of removing the odor gas, and zinc ricinoleate does not produce a certain effect of removing the odor gas, so that not all zinc salts with zinc ions can produce a synergistic effect of improving the effect of removing the odor gas with persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract, the odor removing capability is related to organic groups forming zinc salts, in zinc stearate, zinc ions can form bonding with carboxyl groups in stearic acid, and by forming the bonding, zinc ions have higher stability, and have a certain effect on the capability of forming stable complexes between zinc and odor molecules, so that the effect of removing the odor gas is affected; the synergistic effect produced by compounding the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract is remarkable and far exceeds that of other zinc salts.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of example 4, comparative example 6 and comparative example 7, the replacement of persimmon tannin with tea extract having similar efficacy to persimmon tannin or the replacement of olive leaf extract with witch hazel water having similar efficacy to olive leaf extract can significantly reduce the odor removal effect of the composition, which means that other components having similar efficacy can only achieve the superposition of efficacy and cannot produce a synergistic effect like the three components of the zinc oleyl polyether sulfate, persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract of the present invention.
2. Bacteriostasis experiment
The experimental method comprises the following steps: referring to the antibacterial performance test method in annex C of GB15979-2002 standard, the shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8 are added with deionized water to adjust the concentration of the composition to 10% to form a sample, and an antibacterial experiment of malassezia and candida albicans is carried out;
the results are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2 antibacterial effect of shampoo compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-8
Malassezia inhibition (%) | Candida albicans inhibition rate (%)
Example 1 | 85.8 | 84.6 |
Example 2 | 93.4 | 92.8 |
Example 3 | 90.5 | 91.3 |
Example 4 | 95.8 | 93.6 |
Comparative example 1 | 63.5 | 65.7 |
Comparative example 2 | 75.3 | 77.7 |
Comparative example 3 | 68.3 | 69.6 |
Comparative example 4 | 43.2 | 49.8 |
Comparative example 5 | 79.6 | 80.3 |
Comparative example 6 | 77.6 | 78.3 |
Comparative example 7 | 55.8 | 57.6 |
Comparative example 8 | 78.9 | 78.6 |
From the results in table 2, it can be seen that:
according to the results of examples 1-4, the invention adopts the three components of the coconut oil polyether sulfate zinc, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract to compound, and can effectively inhibit the growth of malassezia and candida albicans, thereby achieving the effect of removing peculiar smell for a long time.
According to the comparison of the results of the example 4 and the comparative examples 1-3, the invention adopts the three components of the zinc coco polyether sulfate, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract to compound, can generate the synergistic improvement of the effect of inhibiting the growth of malassezia and candida albicans, and the antibacterial effect is obviously reduced due to the lack of any one component; the antibacterial effects of comparative examples 1 and 3 are different to a certain extent, and it is presumed that the antibacterial effect of the zinc coco polyether sulfate is more obvious than that of the olive leaf extract or the antibacterial effect is greatly improved because the use amount of the zinc coco polyether sulfate is more than that of the olive leaf extract, while the antibacterial effect of comparative example 2 produced by adopting the combination of the zinc coco polyether sulfate and the olive leaf extract is improved to a certain extent compared with that of comparative examples 1 and 2, which means that the persimmon tannin is only subjected to single effect superposition when being respectively combined with the zinc coco polyether sulfate and the olive leaf extract, and the zinc coco polyether sulfate and the olive leaf extract produce a certain synergistic effect when being combined with each other, but the synergistic effect is not obvious when being compared with the technical scheme of compounding the zinc coco polyether sulfate, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract, and the antibacterial effect of the three are obviously improved when being compounded.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of example 4 and comparative examples 4, 5 and 8, the comparison example 4 uses sodium coco polyether sulfate to replace zinc coco polyether sulfate and does not produce a good antibacterial effect, while the comparison example 5 and the comparison example 8 use other zinc salts to be compounded with persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract to achieve a certain antibacterial effect, which shows that zinc ions are main active components in inhibiting the growth of malassezia and candida albicans, and the compounding of zinc salts of other zinc ions with persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract is not much different from the technical scheme of the comparison example 2 using zinc coco polyether sulfate and olive leaf extract, which shows that the compounding of other zinc salts with zinc ions with persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract is only an effect superposition in inhibiting the growth of malassezia and candida albicans, but not produces a certain synergistic effect; the invention adopts the three components of the coconut oil polyether zinc sulfate, the persimmon tannin and the olive leaf extract to compound, and can produce the effect of synergistically inhibiting the growth of malassezia and candida albicans.
From comparison of the data of example 4, comparative example 6 and comparative example 7, it is known that the replacement of persimmon tannin with tea extract having similar efficacy to persimmon tannin or the replacement of olive leaf extract with witch hazel water having similar efficacy to olive leaf extract can significantly reduce the bacteriostatic effect of the composition, which means that other components having similar efficacy can only achieve the superposition of efficacy and cannot produce a synergistic effect like the three components of the zinc oleyl alcohol polyether sulfate, persimmon tannin and olive leaf extract of the present invention.
