Abstract

冰箱
本发明一般涉及一种冰箱,特别是涉及这样一种冰箱,该冰箱由于在主箱体底部后侧形成一机械隔仓,用于放置压缩机等,并在其侧壁内填充有绝热材料,可以防止因为倾斜载荷或受外部撞击被挤压变形,或产生结构上的其它变形。
一般地说,冰箱是一种利用致冷循环过程产生的冷气使主箱体内致冷,以保持被保存的食物或其它物品冷冻或冷藏的设备。
图3示出了一种常用冰箱的主箱体。参照图3,主箱体1的内部被分隔成冷冻室5和冷藏室6。门7安装在冷冻室5和冷藏室6的前面。主箱体1为三层结构,以提高冰箱的保温和隔热性能。该三层结构包括内壳2、外壳3、绝热材料4,内壳2、外壳3连接在一起,形成间隔,其间填充有绝热材料4。内壳2为塑料模板,外壳3为铁板,绝热材料13为氨基甲酸乙酯泡沫。主箱体1的底部后侧凹入形成机械隔仓8,其间放置压缩机9等,在此形成致冷循环。外壳3的后板3a向内推进构成机械隔仓8。
上述结构的常用冰箱,其缺点是机械隔仓的强度较低,这是因为该机械隔仓的侧壁仅由一层外壳组成。由外部撞击或其自身倾斜载荷所引起的机械隔仓的侧壁变形难于避免,这也成为大尺寸重型冰箱一个较严重的问题。
本发明所述的冰箱能克服现有技术中的这些缺陷与不足。
本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱,该冰箱的主箱体强度均匀,可防止主箱体的特殊部位由于自身倾斜载荷或受外部撞击而引起变形。
为达到本发明的上述目的,所公开的冰箱具有包括内壳、外壳和填充于两壳体之间的绝热材料的主箱体,冰箱在主箱体的底部内凹形成一机械隔仓,该机械隔仓的侧壁包括外壳、组成机械隔仓的壳体和填充于外壳与机械隔仓之间的绝热材料。

下面参照附图对本发明的优选实施例作详细描述。
图1是按照本发明的冰箱内部结构的横截面侧视图,图2是图1的冰箱主体部分。
如图2所示,主箱体10内部被分隔为冷冻室21和冷藏室22,可保持食物或其它物品的冷冻或冷藏。门23安装在冷冻室21和冷藏室22的前侧。为了产生冷气,在主箱体10的底部后侧具有压缩机31和冷凝器(图中未示出)对致冷剂压缩和冷凝。被冷凝的致冷剂被设置在冷藏室21后部的蒸发器32所蒸发,产生冷气。所产生的这些冷气被安装在蒸发器32上部的风扇33强制吹动,设置在冷冻室21和冷藏室22后侧的毛细管34控制冷气吹向冷冻室21和冷藏室22。
如图3所示,主箱体10包括三层结构,即内壳11、外壳12和填充于壳体11和12之间的绝热材料13,用于保温和热绝热。内壳11为塑料模板,外壳12由许多铁板经弯曲后连接在一起,绝热材料13为氨基甲酸乙酯泡沫。在主箱体10的底部后侧形成机械隔仓40,用于放置压缩机等。机械隔仓40由具有顶板、前板和侧板的壳体41和外壳12的底板12a来限定。罩体42连接于机械隔仓40后部的敞开部分,罩住隔仓40。壳体41的侧板宽度尺寸比外壳12的尺寸小,从而在壳体41的侧板和外壳12之间形成间隔,该间隔内填充有绝热材料13,并和内壳11和外壳12间的间隔相贯通。因此,机械隔仓40的侧壁包括和主箱体10同样的三层结构。
正如上面详细描述的那样,本发明所述的冰箱,所形成的机械隔仓的侧墙具有和主箱体同样的三层结构,可防止因外部撞击或自身倾斜载荷被挤压造成的结构变形,与常用冰箱外壳的单层结构相比,其结构强度得到了加强。

1.一种冰箱,它具有包括内壳、外壳和填充于两壳体之间的绝热材料的主箱体,所述冰箱在所述主箱体的底部内凹形成一机械隔仓,该机械隔仓的侧壁包括外壳、组成机械隔仓的壳体和填充于外壳与机械隔仓之间的绝热材料。
