Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemical industry, in particular to a novel plant antiperspirant and deodorant preparation, and a preparation method, a production device and application thereof.
Background
In summer, people can not avoid sweating in outdoor activities, and sweat residues on skin and clothes are easy to grow bacteria, so that the bacteria can emit unpleasant smell after short propagation and fermentation. In order to keep oneself and other people pleasant and healthy, people often use antiperspirant to inhibit skin sweating, and antiperspirant is a personal care product for keeping body dry and popular with various people.
Antiperspirant as a modern chemical formulation, the active of antiperspirant is usually various metal salts, such as zinc, iron and aluminum, for example, patent 201780077315.8, 201880078457.0, 201380062201.8, and the antiperspirant active of this metal type is unavoidably irritating to the skin, and the ingredient directly extracted from the plant is rather favored by the consumer under the increasing demands of pure natural, green, nontoxic and hypoallergenic.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel plant antiperspirant and deodorant preparation with strong antiperspirant and deodorant capabilities, and a preparation method, a production device and application thereof.
The invention aims at providing a novel plant antiperspirant and deodorant preparation, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-3 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1-6 parts of sunflower seed oil, 1-12 parts of jojoba oil, 0.1-2 parts of tocopherol, 0.1-3 parts of triethyl citrate, 0.1-3 parts of shea butter, 0.2-5 parts of cypress essential oil and 0.2-6 parts of geranium essential oil.
Preferably, the sunflower seed wax also comprises 1-10 parts of sunflower seed wax, 10-30 parts of coconut oil and 5-30 parts of tapioca starch.
The second object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the novel antiperspirant and deodorant preparation of plants, which comprises the following steps,
(1) Weighing 1-10 parts of sunflower seed wax, 0.1-3 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 10-30 parts of coconut oil, 1-6 parts of sunflower seed oil, 1-12 parts of jojoba oil and 0.1-3 parts of shea butter, mixing, heating at 70-95 ℃, stirring and dissolving;
(2) Adding 0.2-5 parts of cypress essential oil and 0.2-6 parts of geranium essential oil, heating to 70-95 ℃, mixing and stirring uniformly, and dissolving;
(3) 5-30 parts of tapioca starch is weighed and dispersed in the mixed solution, and the mixed solution is stirred uniformly;
(4) Adding 0.1-3 parts of triethyl citrate and 0.1-2 parts of tocopherol, and continuously heating and stirring at 70-95 ℃ to obtain the finished product.
The invention further aims to provide a production device of novel antiperspirant and deodorant preparation for plants, which comprises a feeding barrel, wherein a first feeding port and a second feeding port are arranged at the lower part of the feeding barrel, a first pushing plug, a second pushing plug, a connecting rod and a first pushing rod are arranged in the feeding barrel, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively and fixedly connected with the first pushing plug and the second pushing plug, the first pushing plug and the second pushing plug are respectively and hermetically connected with the inner wall of the feeding barrel in a sliding manner, the first pushing rod pushes the first pushing plug and the second pushing plug to slide up and down along the feeding barrel, a first feeding pipe and a second feeding pipe are arranged outside the feeding barrel, one end of the first feeding pipe is communicated with the first feeding port, a heating device is arranged on the first feeding pipe, the second feeding pipe is communicated with the second feeding port, a third pushing plug and a second pushing rod are arranged in the second feeding port, the first pushing rod pushes the third pushing plug and the second feeding pipe to move left and right along the second feeding pipe.
Preferably, the heating device comprises a jacket, a heating wire and heat conduction oil, the jacket surrounds the first feeding pipe, and the heating wire and the heat conduction oil are located in the jacket.
Preferably, a first heating cavity is arranged in the first pushing plug, a second heating cavity is arranged in the connecting rod, and a third heating cavity is arranged in the second pushing plug.
Preferably, the first feed inlet is located above the second feed inlet.
Preferably, an opening matched with the radian of the feeding cylinder is formed in the end portion of the third pushing plug.
Preferably, the upper surface of the first pushing plug, the upper surface of the second pushing plug and the lower surface of the first pushing plug are both inclined structures.
The invention further protects the application of the novel antiperspirant and deodorant preparation which can be prepared into emulsion, smearing stick or spray.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the coconut oil has comprehensive antibacterial property, can kill bacteria, viruses, fungi microorganisms and the like, the triethyl citrate has the functions of antioxidation and deodorization, is an odor inhibitor, has the functions of resisting bacteria, inhibiting sweating, astringing and promoting scarring, has the functions of astringing and sterilizing, can balance secretion of sebaceous glands of skin, increases the consistency and softness of products, absorbs excessive grease and moisture, controls secretion of skin grease, enables the skin to keep a fresh and comfortable state, and can inhibit skin sweating when multiple components are combined together, and meanwhile, can inhibit bacterial reproduction and remove malodor emitted by body sweat;
2. the sunflower seed wax and the coconut oil have high melting points and are solid at normal temperature, so that the sunflower seed wax has good film forming property and skin moisturizing property, the hardness and crystal structure of a formula can be improved by adding the sunflower seed wax into the components, and the sunflower seed wax and the coconut oil can be prepared into an antiperspirant stick after being uniformly mixed with various antiperspirant deodorant components, so that the sunflower seed wax is convenient to be smeared on skin;
3. the caprylic/capric triglyceride and the jojoba oil are important oiling agents and humectants in the components; the sunflower seed oil has skin moistening function, anti-inflammatory effect of promoting skin wound healing, and whitening effect; the tocopherol has the effects of enhancing antioxidation, promoting metabolism of skin, preventing pigmentation, improving skin elasticity, moistening skin, caring skin, and resisting aging; the shea butter can form a protective layer on the surface of skin, prevent moisture evaporation, play a role in moisturizing, have an anti-aging role, promote collagen growth after long-term use, enable the skin to be smooth and fine, and reduce wrinkles;
4. the components of the novel plant antiperspirant deodorant preparation are extracted from natural plants, so that the novel plant antiperspirant deodorant preparation is mild, safe and non-irritating, has the excellent moisturizing and skin care capabilities of traditional skin care products, has the effects of antiperspirant, deodorization, bacteriostasis and the like through testing, and is suitable for being made into various products;
5. the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the technical process is simple, the temperature control is reasonable, and the beneficial components in the natural extract can be fully reserved;
6. the invention also provides a feeding device which is suitable for the common feeding of high-melting-point solid, liquid and powder, is also suitable for the direct feeding of other raw materials in the reaction process, can avoid the backflushing of oily gas in a kettle to a feeding pipeline, reduces the amount of gas in the tank from the inside of a reaction tank in the feeding process, and solves the problems that the raw materials are easy to accumulate and block in the pipeline after long-term use of the feeding device.
