Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a sampling container, a sampling connecting seat and an endoscope.
Background
In some operations requiring sampling and assaying, an endoscope is usually used together with a sample collecting device, and for pathological effusions of human body parts such as bronchi, abdominal cavity, pelvic cavity and the like, sputum, gastric juice, urine and the like of corresponding affected parts need to be extracted before and after treatment for analysis, so that a proper treatment scheme is selected according to the severity of a patient.
The prior art is a sampling device comprising a sample container consisting of a cap and a body. The using process is as follows: (1) Sterilizing before factory leaving factory, wherein the bottle cap and the bottle body are installed together by the factory, and the bottle plug is opened; (2) During sterilization, ethylene oxide gas enters from the bottle mouth to sterilize the bottle (3); after sterilization, the bottle stopper is still in an open state, and is filled into a packaging bag for sale and transportation; (4) After a doctor takes the product, opening the packaging bag, and taking out the sample container; (5) mounting the sample container to an endoscope for use; (6) After a certain pathological effusion is extracted from the sample container, the sample container is taken down, and the bottle stopper is closed; (7) Sending to laboratory of hospital, removing bottle stopper, and extracting pathological effusion from bottle body by using self sampler of hospital; (8) subsequent assays, and so forth. The problems in this process are: when the step (4) is carried out, the bottle stopper is opened, so that air possibly enters the bottle body before the bottle stopper is mounted on the endoscope, and the sterile environment of the sample container is damaged; when the step (7) is performed, the bottle cap needs to be removed, and at this time, the pathological effusion in the bottle may cause risks to the external personnel environment, especially when the pathological effusion is infectious and has high infectivity. I.e. it tends to be exposed to the external environment, with a high risk of personnel infection and environmental pollution.
Therefore, there is also a tissue sample collection device that uses a bayonet to pierce a cap on a sample bottle for sampling purposes. In order to ensure the sealing effect, the thickness of the rubber layer of the sealing cover part is set to be thicker, so that the mouth part after puncture can be ensured to be sealed as closely as possible. There are the following problems: (1) The structure of the insertion part is relatively sharp, and people or other objects are easily scratched; (2) The rubber layer has a relatively thick thickness, and irregular cracks are easily formed at the puncture opening after puncture, and the cracks can cause poor sealing effect.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a sampling container 10, wherein the sampling container 10 includes a container main body 110 and a cover assembly. Wherein the container body 110 is formed with a sampling cavity 111 having one end opened; the cover assembly is connected with the container main body 110 and covers the opening, the cover assembly comprises an elastic piece 120, the elastic piece 120 is arranged on one side of the opening in the sampling direction, and a first area and a second area are respectively defined along the direction crossing the sampling direction; the elastic member 120 has a strength against normal force at the first region that is smaller than a strength against normal force at the second region.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, after the sampling container 10 is subjected to disinfection and sterilization operation, the cover body assembly is connected with the container main body 110, and the arrangement of the elastic piece 120 is combined, so that the internal and external communication of the sampling cavity 111 can be effectively isolated, and the establishment and maintenance of a sterile environment of the sampling cavity 111 are ensured; when sampling operation is required, the piercing protrusion 220 of the sampling connecting seat 20 applies a force to the elastic member 120 along the sampling direction, so that on one hand, the part of the elastic member 120 at the first area is more easily pierced, and the communication connection between the sampling connecting seat 20 and the sampling container 10 is realized, so that the piercing protrusion 220 is not required to form a sharp structure, and the user is not required to perform a hard operation, the container main body 110 is effectively prevented from obviously shaking due to the excessive hard operation, and the part of the endoscope inserted into the human body is driven to be damaged or hurt the human body; on the other hand, the portion of the elastic member 120 at the second area is not easy to be pierced, and provides enough elastic support for the portion at the first area, so that the elastic member 120 is ensured to be pressed against the outer wall of the piercing protrusion 220, and thus the break of the elastic member 120 at the outer side of the piercing protrusion 220 is avoided, and the portion at the first area can be pressed after the piercing protrusion 220 is removed, so that the piercing opening is completely closed, and the sealing effect of the sampling cavity 111 after the sampling operation is ensured.
It should be understood that the specific form of the container body 110 is not limited, and may be any shape, size and material according to practical needs. An opening (hereinafter, the end of the container body 110 is defined as an open end for convenience of understanding) communicating with the sampling cavity 111 is provided on one end surface of the container body 110, and after the sample is pierced by the piercing protrusion 220 of the sampling connecting seat 20, the sample such as pathological effusion will pass through the endoscope and the piercing protrusion 220 of the sampling connecting seat 20 in sequence, and finally enter the sampling cavity 111 through the opening; when it is desired to send a sample to an assay, the sample within the sampling cavity 111 is drawn outwardly through the opening, via, for example, a sampler. Thus, in the above and following embodiments, the sampling direction of the container body 110 is set to be a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the opening (for ease of understanding, the plane is defined as the opening plane hereinafter), that is, the direction in which the sample enters and exits the sample chamber through the opening.
The cap assembly is disposed at the opening of the container body 110 to seal the opening of the container body 110, so that the sampling cavity 111 has tightness, thereby facilitating the construction of a sterile environment in the sample cavity. And when necessary, the cap assembly can be moved to open the opening of the container body 110 to facilitate the insertion of the pierced protrusion 220 or the sampler, thereby achieving the purpose of sample feeding or removing.
The cover assembly and the container body 110 may be integrally formed. For example, when the cap assembly includes at least the elastic member 120 as described above, the elastic member 120 and the container body 110 may be integrally formed. Of course, the cover assembly and the container main body 110 may be detachably connected or non-detachably connected after being formed separately. The detachable connection mode can be one or more of a screw connection fixing mode, an interference connection mode, an adsorption fixing mode, a buckle fixing mode, an adhesive fixing mode and the like. The non-detachable connection may be, for example, thermal compression or the like.
The elastic member 120, i.e., a structure having a desired elastic property, may be specifically formed of one or more materials such as silicone rubber, fluororubber, butyl rubber, PTFE, etc. The elastic member 120 extends and spreads out generally along a plane that is coplanar with, or substantially parallel to, the plane of the opening. However, this does not limit the specific structural shape of the elastic member 120, and the elastic member 120 may be formed in a flat sheet, plate, or film structure, or may be formed with a certain concave-convex structure.
In the present design, the strength of the elastic member 120 against the normal force mainly refers to the maximum stress value that the elastic member 120 can withstand before being pierced when receiving the normal external force perpendicular to the direction of the elastic member 120 (i.e., along the sampling direction). When the strength of the normal force is smaller, the elastic member 120 is punctured by applying a relatively smaller normal force to the elastic member 120; conversely, when the strength of the normal force is greater, a relatively greater normal force is applied to the elastic member 120, which results in the elastic member 120 being pierced.
The elastic member 120 defines a first region and a second region. The first and second regions are disposed in sequence substantially along the plane of the elastic member 120: the number of the first and second regions is not limited, and may be set to one or at least two, respectively. The arrangement manner of the first area and the second area is not limited, and the first area and the second area may be sequentially arranged along a line shape, or sequentially arranged in an inner and outer annular shape from the middle of the elastic member 120 to the edge of the elastic member 120, randomly arranged, and the like.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the second region is disposed around the periphery of the first region. On the one hand, when the user operates the piercing protrusion 220 to pierce the elastic member 120 along the sampling direction, the point of application of the force is generally closer to the middle of the elastic member 120, so that the first area is disposed near the middle of the elastic member 120, which is more suitable for practical use and is easier to pierce by the piercing protrusion 220 at the first area. On the other hand, the outer peripheral edge of the elastic member 120 is relatively fixed to the container body 110, and the second region is disposed near the outer peripheral edge of the elastic member 120, so that the elastic member 120 combines with the fixed support of the container body 110 at the location of the second region, and has relatively stronger strength against the normal force, and even if the puncture protrusion 220 is not applied to the first region in the initial state, in the process of gradually applying the puncture protrusion 220 to the elastic member 120, the elastic member 120 is deformed due to the stress of the elastic member, and the deformation amount is different, so that the puncture protrusion 220 can be gradually guided to the first region to complete the puncture at the first region.
There are various solutions for achieving the purpose that the elastic member 120 has a smaller strength against normal force at the first area than at the second area:
In an embodiment, the elastic member 120 may be made of different materials at the first region and the second region. The difference in the normal force resistance of the elastic member 120 at the first region and the second region is made by the inherent, different normal force resistance properties of the two materials themselves.
In an embodiment, the thickness of the elastic member 120 may be set to be smaller at the portion at the first region than at the portion at the second region. When the thickness of the same material is relatively thin, the same material can be punctured under the action of small normal force; conversely, when the thickness of the same material is relatively large, a relatively large normal force is required to be pierced. Based on this, the elastic member 120 may be formed by, but not limited to: two elastic monomers with different thicknesses are connected into a whole through bonding, hot pressing and other modes. Alternatively, the portion of the first region having a relatively thin thickness is formed on the entire elastic member 120 by, for example, embossing, pressing, or the like, and the portion constituting the second region remains.
Based on the above, in an embodiment, the thickness of the connection portion between the first area and the second area of the elastic member 120 may be gradually thinned, so as to avoid the formation of a cliff thinning, which may cause the connection portion between the first area and the second area of the elastic member 120 to be easily broken due to stress concentration.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 8 to 9, the elastic member 120 is provided with a slit 121 along the sampling direction, and the slit 121 is closed and can be opened when the elastic member 120 is subjected to an external force applied along the sampling direction; the location of the crack 121 defines the first area. That is, the elastic member 120 may be provided with a slit 121 in advance. The width of the slit 121 is set to be smaller, so that when no external force is applied, the slit 121 is in a closed state under the elastic extrusion of the parts of the elastic piece 120 positioned at two sides of the slit 121, and the isolation of the internal and external environments of the sampling cavity 111 can be basically ensured; when an external force is applied to the piercing protrusion 220, the slit 121 is preformed, so that the piercing protrusion 220 can more easily penetrate into the sampling cavity 111, which greatly reduces the structural requirements on the piercing protrusion 220, and the free section of the piercing protrusion 220 does not need to form a relatively sharp structure, thereby not only helping to reduce the processing difficulty of the piercing protrusion 220, but also helping to improve the use safety of users. And when the puncture protrusion 220 passes through the slit 121 and enters the sampling cavity 111, the portion of the elastic member 120 at the second region presses the outer wall of the puncture protrusion 220, so that a better seal can be formed between the puncture protrusion 220 and the slit 121.
Next, in an embodiment, the number of the slits 121 may be set to one or at least two. When the number of the slits 121 is one, the slits are substantially straight or microporous. And when the number of the slits 121 is at least two, the respective slits 121 may be disposed independently of each other without being connected to each other, or at least two of the respective slits 121 may be connected to each other, for example, forming a cross-shaped slit 121.
The forming mode of the slit 121 is not limited, and may be obtained by cutting with a corresponding shape, or may be punched and formed by a needle-tip structure, or the like.
Further, in an embodiment, the elastic member 120 is at least partially thinned in a direction approaching the slit 121. That is, the thickness of the elastic member 120 as a whole may be gradually thinned in a direction approaching the slit 121; or in the direction approaching the slit 121, the elastic member 120 is provided only at a portion approaching the slit 121 with its thickness gradually reduced. In this way, by the arrangement of the thickness reduction, on one hand, the strength of the elastic piece 120 against the normal force is gradually reduced at the position closer to the crack 121, so that the whole stress of the elastic piece 120 is uniformly and gradually reduced; on the other hand, the elastic member 120 may be formed with an inclined guide surface at a position closer to the slit 121, gradually guiding the puncture protrusion 220 to the slit 121.
In addition, referring to fig. 8 to 9, in an embodiment, a portion of the elastic member 120 is concavely disposed toward the side of the sampling cavity 111 to form a concave bottom 122, a concave side portion 123 surrounding the concave bottom 122, and a flange portion 124 protruding laterally from the concave side portion 123. The burring 124 is fixed with respect to the container body 110.
Specifically, the burring 124 may be configured to extend from the concave side 123 in a direction away from the concave bottom 122, or may be configured to extend from the concave side 123 in a direction away from the concave bottom 122, and then bend in a direction toward the concave bottom 122 along the sampling direction, and may be configured to be adapted to a corresponding position of the container body 110. In an embodiment, when the corresponding position of the container body 110 is the above-mentioned open end surface, the burring 124 may be directly supported and fixed at the open end surface, for example, by bonding, pressing, or the like.
Part or all of the concave bottom portion 122 constitutes a first region, all of the burring portion 124 constitutes a second region, and the concave side portion 123 may selectively partly or entirely constitute the first region or the second region. In this way, the flange portion 124 can have a stronger strength against normal force under the fixed attachment of the container body 110, and the concave bottom portion 122 is suspended at the opening and has a relatively weaker strength against normal force.
Then, in an embodiment, the concave side portion 123 is disposed with an outer diameter gradually decreasing in a direction from the flanging portion 124 to the concave bottom portion 122, that is, the concave side portion 123 is substantially cone-shaped, so that when the piercing protrusion 220 pierces, the elastic force formed by the portion of the elastic member 120 at the second area can be concentrated to the concave bottom portion 122 or the slit 121 along the inclined surface of the cone, so that the outer wall of the piercing protrusion 220 can be elastically pressed. In this way, the problem of damaging deformation, displacement, or abnormal puncture of the elastic member 120 after the puncture protrusion 220 is pierced is avoided.
In addition, in an embodiment, the slit 121 penetrates the elastic member 120 and forms two slits, and the two slits are staggered in the sampling direction. That is, the slit 121 does not extend completely through the elastic member 120 in a direction perpendicular to the opening plane, but is inclined or extends through at least one bend, so that the easy penetration can be ensured, and a relatively tortuous extension path can be formed when the slit 121 is closed, so that even if the slit 121 cannot be completely closed, the relatively tortuous extension path can have a certain blocking and blocking effect on gas and liquid flowing through.
It will be appreciated that the elastic member 120 may be provided as one or at least two. When the number of the elastic members 120 is at least two, each elastic member 120 may be sequentially stacked along the sampling direction, and every two adjacent elastic members 120 may be abutted, or may form a certain interval according to actual needs. Specifically, the first regions of the respective elastic members 120 may be arranged such that the orthographic projection regions in the sampling direction overlap, or at least partially offset.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in a further aspect, the cover assembly further includes a rigid member 130, where the rigid member 130 is fixed relative to the container main body 110 and abuts against a portion of the elastic member 120 at the second region. The rigid member 130 is a structure made of a substantially rigid material, which is at least rigid compared to the elasticity of the elastic member 120. The provision of the rigid member 130 can reduce the design requirements for the material and structure of the container body 110. Any suitable material may be selected for the container body 110 according to practical needs, and the rigid member 130 directly provides rigid support to the portion of the elastic member 120 at the second region. The container main body 110 can be designed into any suitable structure according to practical needs, and the rigid member 130 is used for realizing structural matching and butt joint between the container main body 110 and the elastic member 120, so as to complete the fixed installation of the elastic member 120 on the container main body 110.
In addition, based on any of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 8 to 9, in a further aspect, the cover assembly further includes the first cover 140 and the second cover 150 in addition to the elastic member 120. The first cover 140 is connected with the container main body 110 and covers the opening, the first cover 140 is respectively provided with a first channel 141 and a second channel 142 which are communicated with the opening along the sampling direction, and the elastic member 120 is arranged in the first channel 141; the second cover 150 is disposed corresponding to the second channel 142 and is movably connected to the first cover 140, so as to have a first state of being movable to intercept the second channel 142 and a second state of being movable to conduct the second channel 142.
The first cover 140 is directly coupled at the open end of the container body 110, and provides sufficient space for the elastic member 120 and the second channel 142 to be installed, respectively. When the second cover 150 moves to the second state, the second channel 142 is turned on to connect the sampling cavity 111 with the external environment, and at this time, the second channel 142 forms a sterilization channel, so that a user can input gas such as ethylene oxide into the sampling cavity 111 through the second channel 142 to complete sterilization of the sampling container 10. When the second cover 150 is moved to the first state, the second channel 142 is cut off to block the communication between the sampling cavity 111 and the external environment, thereby ensuring a sterile environment in the sampling cavity 111 and facilitating the subsequent sampling operation. Thus, the problems of long sterilization time, high cost, high risk and low effectiveness of the completely sealed sample container in the prior art during sterilization operation are solved; but also solves the problems of inconvenient operation, poor sealing effect and the like of the incompletely sealed sample container in the sterilization operation process in the prior art.
Since the elastic member 120 is installed at the first channel 141 in a blocking manner, when the cross-sectional area of the first channel 141 is smaller than that of the opening, the cross-sectional areas of the two parts are different from each other between the piercing opening formed by the piercing protrusion 220 piercing the elastic member 120 (i.e., the slit 121 itself in the embodiment provided with the slit 121) and the opening of the container body 110 exposed when the first cover 140 is removed from the container body 110, so that more options can be formed for the user to select. For example, the cross-sectional area of the opening of the container body 110 exposed when the first cover 140 is removed from the container body 110 is relatively larger, which is more convenient for a hospital to use a larger and thicker sampler to take out the sample in the sampling container 10 more conveniently and rapidly.
The elastic member 120 may be directly disposed at a port of the first passage 141, or may be disposed at any portion of the first passage 141 between two ports thereof. When the elastic member 120 is disposed at any position of the first channel 141 between the two channel ports, in an embodiment, the inner wall of the first channel 141 is provided with a clamping groove 148, and the outer periphery of the elastic member 120 is clamped and fixed in the clamping groove 148. Since the elastic member 120 has elastic deformation capability, the thickness of the outer periphery of the elastic member 120 may be slightly greater than the groove width of the clamping groove 148, so that the outer periphery of the elastic member 120 is clamped into the clamping groove 148 after being compressed and deformed to a certain extent, and thus, the stable clamping between the elastic member 120 and the clamping groove 148 can be realized by virtue of the elastic restoring force of the outer periphery of the elastic member 120.
When the rigid member 130 is further provided as described above, the rigid member 130 may be at least partially provided corresponding to the outer periphery of the elastic member 120. At this time, the rigid member 130 may be stacked on one side of the elastic member 120 close to the container body 110 in the sampling direction, on one side of the elastic member 120 away from the container body 110, or interposed in the middle of the elastic member 120. When the rigid member 130 is clamped in the middle of the elastic member 120, a groove may be formed on one side of the elastic member 120, and the rigid member 130 is at least partially clamped in the groove. In this way, the elastic member 120 and the clamping groove 148 are elastically clamped to the groove walls on both sides in the sampling direction.
In addition, referring to fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment, the second cover 150 performs a translation movement with respect to the first cover 140. In this way, the movable mode of the second cover 150 is simplified, so that the second cover 150 can complete the movable switching between the first state and the second state under the unidirectional pushing force or the unidirectional pulling force. Especially when the sampling container 10 is applied to an endoscope, a user can rapidly open and close the second channel 142 through one-hand operation, interference to the operation performed by the user through the endoscope is avoided, and the second person is not required to provide assistance, so that the operation difficulty, the operation time and the labor cost are reduced as a whole.
Further, in an embodiment, the translation direction of the second cover 150 is consistent with the sampling direction. Thus, on one hand, the operation of a user with one hand is facilitated, and the movable switching of the second cover 150 between the first state and the second state can be completed directly with one hand; on the other hand, when the sampling container 10 and the sampling connecting base 20 are used in cooperation, the piercing direction of the piercing protrusion 220 to the elastic member 120 is along the direction of approaching the sampling cavity 111 along the sampling direction, which is consistent with the direction of switching the second cover 150 from the second state to the first state, so, even if the second cover 150 is not completely switched from the second state to the first state due to misoperation before the sampling operation, the second cover 150 can be switched from the second state to the first state together with the piercing protrusion 220 under the piercing action, and the closing force to the second cover 150 can be increased, so that the sampling cavity 111 maintains the sterile environment during the sampling operation.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 to 7, in an embodiment, the first cover 140 includes a first stepped barrel section 143 and a second stepped barrel section 144 that are sequentially connected in the sampling direction and have an increased outer diameter, the first channel 141 is disposed through an end face of the first stepped barrel section 143, and the second channel 142 is disposed through a first step 146 between the first stepped barrel section 143 and the second stepped barrel section 144 and is disposed along an outer periphery of the first channel 141 in a discontinuous manner. In a specific embodiment, the inner cavity shape of the first stepped barrel section 143 and the second stepped barrel section 144 are adapted to the outer contour shape thereof. As such, the entire interior cavity of the first stepped barrel section 143 and the entire interior cavity of the second stepped barrel section 144 together form the first passageway 141, and the entire interior cavity of the second stepped barrel section 144 is also multiplexed to form the second passageway 142. However, this does not constitute a limitation on the size and shape of the passage opening of the first passage 141 and the passage opening of the second passage 142. The passage opening of the first passage 141 is formed at the end surface of the first stepped cylinder section 143, and its shape and size can be adapted to the fit of the elastic member 120, and can be set to a large area range according to actual needs. The passage opening of the second passage 142 is formed at the first step 146, and the shape and size may be limited by the step surface of the first step 146, and may be set to a smaller area range according to actual needs. By arranging the second channels 142 to be arranged along the periphery of the first channels 141 in a discontinuous manner, mainly the arrangement of the first channels 141 and the second channels 142 on the plane where the channel openings of the second channels 142 are located. The intermittent arrangement can ensure that the second channel 142 is annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of the first channel 141, and a certain structure is reserved on the first step 146 to realize connection between the first step barrel section 143 and the second step barrel section 144.
Next, the second cover 150 includes a first connecting cylinder segment 151 and a second connecting cylinder segment 152 sequentially connected along the sampling direction, the first connecting cylinder segment 151 is disposed corresponding to the first stepped cylinder segment 143, the second connecting cylinder segment 152 is translatably sleeved on the outer side of the second stepped cylinder segment 144 along the sampling direction, so that when the first connecting cylinder segment 151 is driven to slidably abut against the outer side of the first stepped cylinder segment 143, the second cover 150 is in the first state; and the second cover 150 is in the second state when the first connecting cylinder section 151 is driven to be separated from the outer side of the first stepped cylinder section 143.
Wherein, when the first connecting section 151 is driven to be separated from the outer side of the first stepped section 143, an extension channel for communicating the second channel 142 is formed between the inner side of the first connecting section 151 and the outer side of the first stepped section 143, so that the second cover 150 is in the second state. There are various schemes for achieving this:
in an embodiment, the inner side of the first connecting cylinder section 151 and the outer side of the first stepped cylinder section 143 may be provided in an adapted conical surface shape. When the first connecting barrel section 151 and the first stepped barrel section 143 are relatively displaced in the sampling direction, the tapered surfaces of the two define the extension channel therebetween.
In one embodiment, at least one of the inside of the first connecting barrel section 151 and the outside of the first stepped barrel section 143 is made of an elastically deformable material. When the first connecting cylinder segment 151 and the first stepped cylinder segment 143 are relatively displaced in a direction intersecting the sampling direction, one side of the first connecting cylinder segment 151 and the first stepped cylinder segment is abutted against and compressively deformed, and the other side of the first connecting cylinder segment and the first stepped cylinder segment define the extension passage.
In an embodiment, the inside of the first connecting barrel section 151 and the outside of the first stepped barrel section 143 remain spaced apart, but sealing abutment is achieved by a raised structure at a region remote from the container body 110. When the first connecting cylinder section 151 and the first stepped cylinder section 143 are relatively displaced along the sampling direction, and the protruding structure is driven to be completely removed, the region where the inner side of the first connecting cylinder section 151 and the outer side of the first stepped cylinder section 143 are kept at a distance is exposed, and an extension channel is formed.
Further, in an embodiment, the second stepped barrel section 144 has a length that is greater than the length of the first stepped barrel section 143. In this way, especially when the second cover 150 performs a translational movement along the sampling direction relative to the first cover 140, the length of the second stepped barrel section 144 is longer, so that when the first connecting barrel section 151 is separated from the first stepped barrel section 143, the second stepped barrel section 144 and the second connecting barrel section 152 still remain in abutment, and the second cover 150 is prevented from being integrally separated from the first cover 140.
In view of the above, referring to fig. 3 to 7, in an embodiment, one of the outer sidewall of the second stepped barrel section 144 and the inner sidewall of the second connecting barrel section 152 is provided with two protruding stop projections 161 at intervals along the sampling direction, wherein the other protruding stop projection 162 is provided with at least one engaging projection 162, and the engaging projection 162 is movably disposed between the two stop projections 161 during the translation of the second connecting barrel section 152. Specifically, for example, two stopper projections 161 are provided at intervals in the sampling direction on the inner side of the first connecting cylinder section 151, and a fitting projection 162 is provided on the outer side of the first stepped cylinder section 143. The two stop protrusions 161 can form a stop limit for the engaging protrusion 162, so that the positions of the two stop protrusions 161 basically determine two limit positions of the second cover 150 during the moving process relative to the first cover 140, and separation of the first cover 140 and the second cover 150 is avoided.
Further, the surface of the stop protrusion 161 facing the fitting protrusion 162 may be provided as an inclined guide surface to facilitate the operation of the replacement between the first and second covers 140 and 150. For example, when a large external force is used (i.e., the external force satisfies a threshold value), the disassembly and assembly between the first cover 140 and the second cover 150 are completed; however, when the external force does not meet the threshold, the second cover 150 can be driven to switch between the first state and the second state, but the second cover 150 cannot be separated from the first cover 140.
Furthermore, in an embodiment, the outer side wall of the first stepped barrel section 143 and/or the inner side wall of the first connecting barrel section 151 is provided with a first sealing rib 163; and/or the outer side wall of the second stepped barrel section 144 and/or the inner side wall of the second connecting barrel section 152 are provided with second sealing ribs 164. The first sealing rib 163 can ensure sealing abutment between the outer side wall of the first stepped barrel section 143 and/or the inner side wall of the first connecting barrel section 151. The second sealing rib 164 can ensure a sealing abutment between the outer sidewall of the second stepped barrel section 144 and/or the inner sidewall of the second connecting barrel section 152.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment, when the stop projection 161 and the mating projection 162 are provided as described above, the stop projection 161 and/or the mating projection 162 may constitute the second seal bead 164 as described above.
Further, in an embodiment, the first cover 140 further includes a third stepped barrel section 145 provided at a side of the second stepped barrel section 144 remote from the first stepped barrel section 143, the third stepped barrel section 145 having an outer diameter larger than that of the second stepped barrel section 144 to form a second step 147 at a junction therebetween, and an annular groove 149 is formed at a side of the second step 147 facing the container body 110; the third stepped cylinder 145 is in sealing engagement with the outer side of the container body 110, and the end of the container body 110 provided with the opening is inserted into the annular groove 149. The connection between the third stepped cylindrical section 145 and the opening section of the container body 110 is not limited, and may be, for example, fixed by a screw-fit between an internal thread and an external thread, or may be, for example, fixed by an interference connection. The interposed connection of the annular recess 149 with the open end of the container body 110 can form a convex abutment surface, thereby helping to increase the complexity and difficulty of gas-liquid communication in the environment inside and outside the sampling cavity 111.
In addition, in an embodiment, the cover assembly further includes a protection structure disposed at the elastic member 120, and the protection structure forms a visual difference after the elastic member 120 is pierced. The visual difference is a difference that can be easily seen by the user, so that the user can easily recognize whether the protective structure is changed, and then determine whether the elastic member 120 is pierced, that is, whether the sampling container 10 is used. The protective structure is, for example, a protective cover, a protective film layer, a seal, etc. that covers the elastic member 120.
Of course, according to actual needs, the protection structure may also be disposed at the connection between the cap assembly and the container body 110, so as to determine whether the connection between the cap assembly and the container body 110 is detached.
Based on any of the embodiments described above with respect to the sampling vessel 10, the present invention also provides a sampling adaptor 20, the sampling adaptor 20 comprising a housing 210, a piercing protrusion 220, and two coupling protrusions 230. The base 210 has a first direction and a second direction disposed in a cross manner. It should be noted that, when the sampling connection base 20 is used in combination with the sampling container 10, the first direction corresponds to the sampling direction. The second direction is a direction which is disposed to intersect the sampling direction, and may be substantially perpendicular. The puncture protrusion 220 is protruding on one side of the base 210 in the first direction, the puncture protrusion 220 is provided with a third channel 221 along the first direction, and the puncture protrusion 220 is configured to puncture the elastic member 120 in the sampling container 10, so that the third channel 221 communicates with the sampling cavity 111; the two connection protrusions 230 are respectively protruded on two opposite sides of the base 210 in the second direction, the two connection protrusions 230 are respectively provided with a fourth channel 231 along the second direction, one fourth channel 231 is communicated with and connected with the third channel 221 and the suction channel 310 of the endoscope, the other fourth channel 231 is communicated and connected with the third channel 221 and the power source, and the two fourth channels 231 are connected on-off.
In use, the two fourth channels 231 are firstly operated to be connected in communication, then the power source is operated to start operation, negative pressure is generated at the third channel 221, the fourth channel 231 and the suction channel 310, and the sample required in the human body is sucked into the sampling cavity 111 through the suction channel 310, the fourth channel 231 communicated with the suction channel 310 and the third channel 221. When the two fourth passages 231 are not connected in communication, that is, are disposed in a partitioned state, the suction of the sample cannot be achieved even if the operation power source is started. The power source is a pump body, for example.
Next, in an embodiment, at least the free end surface of the piercing protrusion 220 is disposed in a cambered shape. I.e., the free end of the piercing protrusion 220, and the protruding section near the free end thereof, may not be provided with a tapered, pointed, or like sharp structure. The above-mentioned sampling container 10 is provided with the elastic member 120 in a partitioned manner, so that even if the piercing protrusion 220 is provided with a more rounded structure, a better piercing effect can be achieved. Thus, the problems of high production difficulty and high cost of the sharp structure are solved; the problem that the sharp structure is easy to stab the user during the operation of the user and is easy to stab personnel during the destroying treatment of the sampling connecting seat 20, so that cross infection is caused is also solved.
Next, in an embodiment, the base 210 further has a third direction intersecting the first direction and the second direction, and the base 210 is provided with a mounting hole 211 communicating each of the third channel 221 and the fourth channel 231 along the third direction; the third direction, i.e. the other direction which is arranged crosswise to the sampling direction, in particular may be substantially perpendicular, when the sampling connection holder 20 is used in combination with the sampling container 10 described above. The sampling connection base 20 further includes an adjusting member 240, the adjusting member 240 is rotatably mounted to the mounting hole 211 around an axis along the third direction, and the adjusting member 240 may intercept or conduct the connection between the third channel 221 and the fourth channel 231 during rotation.
When the regulator 240 is not installed, the installation hole 211 enables the communication connection of the two fourth passages 231. The adjustment member 240 includes an extension section 242 extending into the mounting hole 211, and an operation section 241 exposed outside the mounting hole 211.
