The second screw rod 543 is in threaded fit with a nut seat fixedly installed on the installation plate 51, so that the third servo motor 541 drives the second screw rod 543 to rotate, and lifting or lowering of the lifting frame 542 is achieved.
The fixed blade carrier 300 is fixedly mounted to the bottom of the elevation frame 542.
The lifting frame 542 is further provided with a lifting spindle motor 546 at its output end, which is provided with a spindle, on a side remote from the mounting plate 51. Specifically, a seventh sliding rail 545 and a third screw rod 548 are installed on one side of the lifting frame 542 away from the mounting plate 51, two seventh sliding rails 545 are provided, and the third screw rod 548 is located between the two seventh sliding rails 545; the two seventh sliding rails 545 are respectively in sliding fit with two ends of the spindle sliding plate 549, and a spindle motor 546 is installed on one side of the spindle sliding plate 549 away from the seventh sliding rail 545. One end of the third screw 548 is fixedly connected with the output end of the fourth servo motor 547 through a coupler, and the third screw 548 is in threaded fit with a slide nut member fixedly mounted on the spindle slide 549.
The spindle motor 546 and the fixed tool holder 300 are simultaneously mounted on the lifting frame 542, so that the device can perform turning and drilling and milling and other processing through the spindle motor 546.
The present technical solution further provides another structure of the driving mechanism 32, specifically including a third rack 200 fixedly installed on the first installation seat 321, a sixth servo motor 100 is fixedly installed at two ends of the base 91, and a third gear matched with the third rack 200 is fixedly installed at an output end of the sixth servo motor 100.
Because the lathe bed 1 of the present technical solution includes a plurality of supporting mechanisms 3, when the lathe bed 1 is installed, the corresponding sliding rails, racks, etc. of each supporting mechanism 3 form a complete sliding rail, rack, etc. arranged along the length direction of the lathe bed 1. The whole device is controlled by a controller.
All the oil cylinders are connected with a hydraulic pump source through pipelines, and the hydraulic pump source can be one oil cylinder; each support mechanism 3 may have an independent hydraulic pump source, and may be controlled by a controller, for example, the movable base 95 may be provided with a movable groove 951 at an upper portion and a hydraulic pump source at a lower portion.
A speed reducer can be additionally arranged between the servo motor and the parts for driving the servo motor to rotate, which is not described in detail in the prior art.
When the device is used, firstly, according to the length of a workpiece, the supporting module 9 which cannot be used is moved onto the first groove rail 34, then the approximate position of the tailstock 4 is adjusted, then the positions of the moving block 96 and the roller frame 983 are adjusted according to the diameter of the workpiece, the roller 984 on the roller frame 983 is in contact with the workpiece to support the workpiece, then the height of the lifting block 98 is adjusted, the axis of the workpiece is overlapped with the axis of the tailstock 4 and the axis of the self-centering chuck 8, and then the driving mechanism 32 drives the supporting module 9 to move towards the self-centering chuck 8, so that the self-centering chuck 8 clamps the workpiece, then the tailstock 4 is adjusted to prop against the workpiece. If the workpiece is turned as required, the spindle motor 546 is retracted, and a cutter is mounted on the fixed cutter frame 300; if a workpiece is to be drilled, the tool on the fixed tool holder 300 is removed and a corresponding tool is mounted on the spindle motor 546.
