Abstract
The invention relates to the field of nutritional products, and discloses a nutritional preparation and application thereof. The nutritional preparation contains squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharide, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, wherein the energy supply ratio of protein is 18-22%, the energy supply ratio of fat is 36-40%, and the energy supply ratio of carbohydrate is 35.5-39.5%. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nutritional products, in particular to a nutritional preparation and application thereof.
Background
Diabetes is a common clinical disease, and nutritional therapy plays an important role in improving the body condition of diabetics and reducing complications of the diabetics. The traditional medicine for treating diabetes mainly comprises insulin and metformin, can only relieve diabetes symptoms but not radically treat diabetes, and complications appear after long-term administration, so that the problems of diabetes and three highs must be solved from the root of disease, low-carbon foods are developed to reduce glycemic index, and the low-carbon foods are matched with insulin or metformin to break through the vicious circle of reducing and elevating the excessive blood sugar-increasing foods while eating the blood sugar-reducing medicines, comprehensively regulate and take the root cause into consideration, and radically treat diabetes.
In the formula food for special medical use for diabetes, protein is one of important energy supply substances, and high-quality protein resources can supplement sufficient essential amino acids for organisms and improve the conditions of the organisms. Diabetics need strict control of sugar and fat intake in terms of diet to maintain stable blood glucose levels, and the nutritional formulations provided in the prior art have yet to be improved when used in sugar patients.
Thus, there is a need to provide a nutritional formulation to meet the needs of diabetics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a nutritional preparation and application thereof, wherein the nutritional preparation can improve energy supply and reduce blood sugar reaction, and is suitable for diabetics.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides in a first aspect a nutritional formulation comprising squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharide, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, wherein the nutritional formulation has a protein energy supply ratio of 18 to 22%, a fat energy supply ratio of 36 to 40%, and a carbohydrate energy supply ratio of 35.5 to 39.5%.
Preferably, the nutritional formulation further comprises vitamins and trace elements.
Further preferably, the content of the protein is 20 to 25 parts by mass, the content of the fat is 18 to 22 parts by mass, the content of the carbohydrate is 40 to 48 parts by mass, the content of the dietary fiber is 8 to 12 parts by mass, and the total content of the vitamin and the trace element is 1 to 2 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of the total of the nutritional preparation.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the protein, the fat and the carbohydrate is 1:0.83-0.91:1.8-2.1.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the squid protein powder to the whey protein powder is 1:1.25-2.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the olive oil powder to the fish oil powder is 1:0.4-0.8.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the tapioca starch, the corn starch and the fructooligosaccharides is 1:1-2:1-2.
Preferably, the squid protein powder is selected from at least one of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein.
Further preferably, the squid protein powder consists of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein.
More preferably, the mass ratio of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, butterworth squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein is 1:0.3-0.5:0.2-3.
In a second aspect the invention provides the use of a nutritional formulation according to the first aspect as a nutritional formulation for diabetes.
According to the technical scheme, the nutritional preparation provided by the invention contains squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharide, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, the energy supply ratio of protein in the nutritional preparation is limited to 18-22%, the energy supply ratio of fat is limited to 36-40%, and the energy supply ratio of carbohydrate is limited to 35.5-39.5%, so that stable energy sources can be provided for diabetics, and the weight and muscle mass of the diabetics can be maintained; but also can reduce the blood sugar reaction and slow down the rising speed of blood sugar; is suitable for diabetics, and can ensure the physique of the diabetics.

The endpoints and any values of the ranges disclosed herein are not limited to the precise range or value, and are understood to encompass values approaching those ranges or values. For numerical ranges, one or more new numerical ranges may be found between the endpoints of each range, between the endpoint of each range and the individual point value, and between the individual point value, in combination with each other, and are to be considered as specifically disclosed herein.
As described above, the present invention provides in a first aspect a nutritional formulation comprising squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharides, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, and in which the protein energy supply ratio is 18 to 22%, the fat energy supply ratio is 36 to 40%, and the carbohydrate energy supply ratio is 35.5 to 39.5%.
The squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharide, olive oil powder and fish oil powder can be obtained commercially or can be prepared by the existing method. Preferably by commercial availability.
The inventor finds that the ingredients of the nutrition preparation are controlled to contain squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharide, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, the energy supply ratio of protein in the nutrition preparation is limited to 18-22%, the energy supply ratio of fat is limited to 36-40%, and the energy supply ratio of carbohydrate is limited to 35.5-39.5%, so that stable energy sources can be provided for diabetics, and the nutrition preparation is beneficial to maintaining the weight and muscle mass of the diabetics; but also can reduce the blood sugar reaction and slow down the rising speed of blood sugar; is suitable for diabetics, and can ensure the physique of the diabetics.
Preferably, the nutritional formulation further comprises vitamins and trace elements. Illustratively, the microorganism may be vitamin a, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B7, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin B5, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K1; the trace elements may be provided by sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, calcium, molybdenum, magnesium, inositol, iodide, choline, selenium-enriched yeast, nicotinamide, taurine, and alpha-lipoic acid.
Preferably, the protein content is 20-25 parts by mass, the fat content is 18-22 parts by mass, the carbohydrate content is 40-48 parts by mass, the dietary fiber content is 8-12 parts by mass, and the total content of vitamins and trace elements is 1-2 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of the total nutritional preparation. The above-mentioned nutrient components are controlled within the above-mentioned range, so that the blood glucose reaction can be further reduced, and the blood glucose rising rate can be slowed down.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the protein, the fat and the carbohydrate is 1:0.83-0.91:1.8-2.1. The mass ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrate is controlled within the above range, so that the blood glucose reaction can be further reduced, and the rising speed of blood glucose can be slowed down.

The inventor finds that the squid protein powder and whey protein powder are controlled in the mass ratio in the range, so that the blood sugar reaction can be further reduced, and the rising speed of blood sugar can be slowed down; and simultaneously, the energy source can be provided for diabetics stably, and the weight and the muscle mass of the diabetics can be maintained.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the olive oil powder to the fish oil powder is 1:0.4-0.8. In the experimental process, the mass ratio of the olive oil powder to the fish oil powder is controlled within the range, so that the blood sugar reaction can be further reduced, and the rising speed of blood sugar can be slowed down.
In order to be able to further reduce the glycemic response and thus to slow down the rate of rise of blood glucose, it is preferred that the mass ratio of tapioca starch, corn starch and fructooligosaccharides is 1:1-2:1-2.
Preferably, the squid protein powder is selected from at least one of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein. The invention in the research process of the inventor adopts the squid protein powder, so that the blood sugar reaction can be further reduced, and the rising speed of blood sugar can be slowed down. From the viewpoint of being able to further reduce the blood sugar reaction, it is further preferable that the squid protein powder is composed of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, butty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein. More preferably, the mass ratio of Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, butterworth squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein is 1:0.3-0.5:0.2-3.
In a second aspect, the invention provides the use of a nutritional formulation as described above as a nutritional formulation for diabetes.
The nutritional preparation provided by the method can provide a stable energy source for diabetics, and is helpful for maintaining the weight and muscle mass of the diabetics; but also can reduce the blood sugar reaction and slow down the rising speed of blood sugar; is suitable for diabetics, and can ensure the physique of the diabetics.

The squid protein powder (recorded as squid protein powder-1) is prepared by mixing Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein according to the mass ratio of 11:5:4, a step of; the squid protein powder (named as squid protein powder-2) is prepared by mixing Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein, and the mass ratio is 3:1:16; the squid protein powder (recorded as squid protein powder-3) is prepared by mixing Argentina squid carcass isolated protein, batty squid carcass isolated protein and Pacific squid carcass isolated protein according to the mass ratio of 1:1:8, 8; the squid protein powder (recorded as squid protein powder-4) is obtained by mixing Argentina squid carcass isolated protein and Butty squid carcass isolated protein, and the mass ratio is 2:1. argentina squid carcass isolate and butcher squid carcass isolate are commercially available. As can be seen from the results of Table 1, with the nutritional formulation of the examples, resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and total energy consumption (TEE) after ingestion were significantly higher than those of the comparative examples, and blood glucose reduction was also significantly higher than those of the comparative examples, indicating that with the nutritional formulation of the present invention, energy supply was improved and blood glucose response was reduced.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, a number of simple variants of the technical solution of the invention are possible, including combinations of the individual technical features in any other suitable way, which simple variants and combinations should likewise be regarded as being disclosed by the invention, all falling within the scope of protection of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A nutritional formulation comprising squid protein powder, whey protein powder, tapioca starch, corn starch, fructo-oligosaccharides, olive oil powder and fish oil powder, wherein the nutritional formulation comprises 18-22% protein energy supply, 36-40% fat energy supply and 35.5-39.5% carbohydrate energy supply.
2. The nutritional formulation according to claim 1, wherein the nutritional formulation further comprises vitamins and trace elements;
preferably, the protein content is 20-25 parts by mass, the fat content is 18-22 parts by mass, the carbohydrate content is 40-44 parts by mass, the dietary fiber content is 8-12 parts by mass, and the total content of vitamins and trace elements is 1-2 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of the total nutritional preparation.
3. Nutritional formulation according to claim 2, characterized in that the mass ratio of the protein, the fat and the carbohydrate is 1:0.83-0.91:1.8-2.1.
4. A nutritional formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mass ratio of squid protein powder to whey protein powder is 1:1.25-2.
5. A nutritional formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mass ratio of the olive oil powder to the fish oil powder is 1:0.4-0.8.
6. A nutritional formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mass ratio of tapioca starch, corn starch and fructooligosaccharides is 1:1-2:1-2.
7. A nutritional formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the squid protein powder is selected from at least one of Argentina squid carcass isolate, batty squid carcass isolate and Pacific squid carcass isolate.
8. The nutritional formulation of claim 7, wherein the squid protein powder consists of Argentina squid carcass isolate protein, buty squid carcass isolate protein and pacific squid carcass isolate protein.
9. The nutritional formulation of claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the argentina squid carcass isolate protein, the butryna squid carcass isolate protein, and the pacific squid carcass isolate protein is 1:0.3-0.5:0.2-3.
10. Use of a nutritional formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 9 as a diabetic nutritional formulation.
