Description

Organic infant formula milk powder
Technical Field
The invention relates to a relatively large infant formula milk powder, in particular to a breast-emulsified organic relatively large infant formula milk powder.
Background
The infant is a special growth and development stage of human, and is characterized in that the infant is rapid in growth and development while the metabolic system of the infant is incomplete, and needs comprehensive and abundant nutrition. The quantity and quality of the nutrient intake during the period directly influence the physical and mental development of the infants and the physical health of the infants in life.
The national standard of the existing infant and infant formula milk powder in China is GB10767-2010 Standard food Annationwide infant and infant formula food, which definitely stipulates that the infant refers to a person of 6-12 months of age.
For older infants of 6-12 months, breast milk is still an important nutritional source, and infants who cannot be fed with or lack of breast milk should select formula milk as the supplement of breast milk.
The organic milk powder does not contain any pesticide, veterinary drug and antibiotic residue, can be called as a product with the highest quality safety grade, and is positioned at the highest end of a food safety pyramid. Currently, the organic larger infant formula on the market adds 13 vitamins and 10 minerals that are often necessary to be added according to national standards, but less nutritional ingredients are contained in the breast milk but not necessarily required to be added according to the standards. Therefore, the commercially available organic milk powder is the safest milk powder in terms of quality, is not the most nutritious milk powder in terms of nutrition, is not milk powder close to breast milk, and cannot meet the nutritional requirements of infants.

The invention specifically adds 12 kinds of mother emulsified nutrients as follows:
selenium: selenium is a trace element essential to the human body, and most of selenium in the body exists mainly in two forms, one is selenomethionine from meals, which cannot be synthesized in the body, and exists as a non-regulated storage form, selenomethionine can provide selenium to the body when the supply of selenium in meals is interrupted, and the other is selenocysteine in selenoprotein, which is a compound with biological activity. The physiological functions of selenoprotein mainly include antioxidation, protection of cardiovascular and myocardial health, immunity enhancement, detoxification of toxic heavy metals, growth promotion and antitumor. The content of selenium in breast milk colostrum is about 0.97-1.95 ug/100 g.
Choline: choline is an organic base, a synthetic precursor of various bioactive molecules, a constituent of lecithin, an important substance constituting a biological membrane, and also an acetylcholine precursor, is present in sphingomyelin, is a body methyl donor, and plays an important role in the growth and differentiation of brain and nerve cells. Choline is essential for the development of infants, especially for the development of infant brain and liver. The content of choline in the breast milk is 15.6-20 mg/100 g.
Manganese: the total manganese content in human body is 12-20 mg. Manganese participates in synthesis and activation of various enzymes, promotes oxidation of intracellular fat, accelerates synthesis of protein, vitamin C and vitamin B, promotes metabolism of lipid, and participates in transmission of genetic information and secretion of thyroid gland. Manganese element is a trace element which is beneficial to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, can accelerate the oxidation of fat in cells, improve the lipid metabolism of patients with atherosclerosis, reduce the accumulation of fat in liver and is beneficial to protecting the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular of the old. Researches find that low manganese easily causes low immunity and reduces the resistance of organisms to bacteria and viruses; manganese is associated with the activity of insulin, which affects sugar metabolism by affecting insulin metabolism. The content of manganese in breast milk is 1.54-2.68 mu g/100 g.
Inositol: inositol, also known as inositol and inositol, is a growth factor for animals and microorganisms. Inositol is a water-soluble vitamin, and plays an important role in the life processes of cell generation, lipid synthesis, cell membrane structure formation, cell growth and the like. The content of inositol in the breast milk is 12.66-31.16 mg/100 g.
Taurine: taurine, also known as taurocholine and taurochol, was first isolated from fel bovis seu Bubali in 1827, and its chemical name is 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, which is a special amino acid widely distributed but not protein component, and is also an amino acid essential for human growth and development, and often exists in free state in human body. Taurine has good effects on brain development, nerve conduction and improvement of visual function of infants and calcium absorption. The content of taurine in the breast milk is 2.29-3.89 mg/100 g.
L-carnitine: l-carnitine is also called carnitine and vitamin BTThe L-carnitine amino acid compound is an amino acid compound with multiple physiological functions, and the content of the L-carnitine in breast milk is 0.44-1.14 mg/100 g.
Docosahexaenoic acid and arachidonic acid: ARA and DHA belong to two most important polyunsaturated fatty acids in human body, and the DHA is known as docosahexaenoic acid and commonly called brain gold; ARA's school name is arachidonic acid, also known as arachidonic acid. ARA and DHA are natural components of breast milk, are important constituents of infant brain and retina, are considered essential nutrients for early human development, and are very important for infant development. The DHA content in the breast milk is about 0.32-0.42% of the total fatty acids, and the ARA content is 0.47-0.61% of the total fatty acids on average.
Lutein: lutein (Lutein), a natural carotenoid widely found in vegetables, flowers, fruits and certain algae organisms, is the only carotenoid found on the retina of the human eye. Xanthophylls and zeaxanthin cannot be synthesized directly by the human body, and the source of xanthophylls and zeaxanthin in infants is breast milk (breast feeding), which contains a certain amount of xanthophylls and zeaxanthin, and the content of xanthophylls in breast milk is about 4.3 mug/100 g.
Nucleotide: the natural source of the nucleotide is breast milk, the nucleotide is one of non-protein nitrogen in the breast milk, the content of the nucleotide accounts for 2% -5%, and the nucleotide in the breast milk can meet the requirement of increasing the nucleotide in diet when the infant rapidly grows in the early stage. Exogenous nucleic acid is supplemented in milk powder or breast feeding, the growth and differentiation of tissues can be optimized by dispersing metabolic energy consumption in a de novo synthesis way, and the exogenous nucleic acid has the functions of improving intestinal flora, maintaining the morphology and functions of intestinal tracts, promoting growth and development, improving immunity and the like.
Fructo-oligosaccharides and galactooligosaccharides: prebiotics are substances that selectively stimulate the growth and reproduction of one or more beneficial bacteria in the intestine and are not digested by the host. After the baby is born for 6 months, the innate immunity gradually declines, and the acquired immunity is still insufficient, so that the baby can take the advantage of viruses and bacteria. The intestine is the largest immune organ, and the microflora and defense system in the infant's intestine are in the process of breeding and building up, while the bacterial flora in the intestine, which has not yet developed to maturity, affects the establishment of the intestinal defense system. The strength of infant resistance is closely related to intestinal health. The breast milk contains many substances beneficial to the growth of bifidobacteria, which are a mixture of more than 130 oligosaccharides, and the content of the substances is high, wherein the substances account for 10-20g/L in breast milk colostrum and 5-10g/L in mature milk. Galacto-oligosaccharides and fructo-oligosaccharides are two prebiotics that the country allows for addition to infant formula, and studies have shown that newborns and infants tolerate milk powders containing galacto-oligosaccharides and fructo-oligosaccharides well, help to soften the feces of infants, and have stool characteristics similar to those of breast-fed infants.
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
