根据本发明的车辆驾驶辅助系统包括:至少一个传感器,其适于对车辆附近进行监测;控制单元,其适于处理至少一个传感器的数据以识别至少一个潜在的外物;警报单元,其适于在可能与外物发生碰撞时向车辆驾驶员发出警报,其中,警报单元适于选择和输出不同级别的警报,警报级别与至少一个外物的位置、运动和/或移动方向和/或车辆的运动(例如速度)和/或移动方向有关。
通过这样的驾驶员辅助系统,可以避免对驾驶员造成不必要的干扰,因为系统能够对位于不同位置的外物分别处理不同的警报级别。
因此,驾驶员辅助系统可以对车辆的位置和/或移动方向做出反应,并改变警报级别,其中,对于距离较远的车辆或其它物体,可能不需要高级别警报,但对于距离车辆很近的物体,则可能需要高级别警报。
优选地,警报单元适于对驾驶员可见的外物输出低级别警报,对驾驶员不可见的物体输出高级别警报。
因此,可以为驾驶员也能观察到的物体提供低级别警报,而在这种情况下,驾驶员辅助系统实际上是没有必要的。有了这种警报,驾驶员就不会分心,也不会被响亮的声音信号或类似信号吓到。然而,对于驾驶员看不到的物体、例如处于盲点中的物体,可以发出高级别警报,以提高驾驶员对看不到的物体的注意。
因此,可以向驾驶员发出多次情况警告,这与在驾驶员的哪个可见区域可能会发生碰撞有关。
警报单元优选地还能对驾驶员间接可见、例如通过后视镜可见的外物输出中级别警报。
在这种情况下,驾驶员可能不会立即注意到外物,例如另一辆驶近的车辆,因此提供至少某种类型的警报是有用的。
此外,与低级别警报相比,高级别警报优选地包括强度更高的视觉警报,以便驾驶员更容易区分不同的警报级别。
优选地,驾驶员辅助系统可根据至少一个传感器的数据,在与至少一个潜在外物发生碰撞的危险增加时,提供附加的闪烁视觉的、声学和/或触觉的、优选地是振动的警报。
通过这种配置,只有在真正必要的情况下,特别是在外物位于盲点等可能发生碰撞的情况下,才会发出可能会吓到驾驶员的闪烁视觉的、声音或触觉的警报。
警报单元优选地包括显示单元和/或优选地包括声音和/或振动警报装置,显示单元用于向车辆驾驶员发出视觉警报。
在这种显示单元中,所有警报都可以捆绑在一起,驾驶员只需关注一个示出碰撞警报的显示屏。
更优选地,显示单元包括右侧强度指示器和左侧强度指示器,右侧强度指示器用于指示与车辆右侧的外物的潜在碰撞,左侧强度指示器用于指示与车辆左侧的外物的潜在碰撞。
通过显示单元内的这种区分,驾驶员可以非常容易地识别出外物存在的潜在碰撞危险,而且识别速度更快。
更优选地,右侧强度指示器和/或左侧强度指示器可在车辆的相应侧显示不同级别的警报。这样,驾驶员就更容易识别潜在的危险。
同样,前侧强度指示器和后侧强度指示器也可以提供这种功能。
至少一个传感器优选地是摄像头、雷达传感器、激光雷达传感器或运动传感器。
这些传感器可以安装在汽车上的不同位置,这些位置优选地适于观察到尽可能大的区域。优选地,传感器中的至少一个适于监测外物的位置和/或移动方向。更优选地,传感器中的至少一个还适于监测车辆的移动方向。
根据本发明,用于警告车辆与至少一个外物可能发生碰撞的方法包括通过至少一个传感器对车辆附近进行监测,其中,控制单元处理至少一个传感器的数据,并评估至少一个外物的物体信息,其中,物体信息包括车辆附近的至少一个外物的位置、运动(例如速度)和/或移动方向,优选地是与车辆相关的位置、运动(例如速度)和/或移动方向。警报单元适于选择和输出不同级别的警报,警报级别与至少一个外物的位置和/或移动方向和/或车辆的移动方向有关。
通过这种方法,可以根据外物的位置、特别是与外物发生碰撞的概率,对警报级别进行微调。此外,还可以确定驾驶员(在没有驾驶员辅助系统的情况下)是否能识别某些位置中的外物,警报也与这个问题有关。
如果外物对驾驶员可见,则优选地输出低级别警报;如果外物对驾驶员不可见,则输出高级别警报;如果外物对驾驶员间接可见(例如通过后视镜可见),则输出中级别警报。
因此,对于驾驶员也能观察到的物体,可以发出低级别警报,在这种情况下确实不需要驾驶员辅助系统,但对于驾驶员看不见的物体,例如由于处于盲区而不可见,可以发出高级别警报,以提高驾驶员对不可见的物体的注意。
与低级别警报相比,高级别警报优选地包括高强度的视觉警报。
根据至少一个传感器的数据,如果与至少一个潜在的外物发生碰撞的危险增加,则优选地提供附加的闪烁视觉的、声音和/或触觉的警报。
通过这样的配置,可能会吓到驾驶员的视觉或触觉警报只有在真正必要的情况下才会提供,特别是当驾驶员看不到可能与之发生碰撞的外物时,例如处于盲区的外物。

具体实施方式
图1示出了包括传感器300、控制单元200和警报单元800的车辆100。此外,图中还标出了车辆100的移动方向110。此外,图1中还示出了显示单元900的方案,其中,显示单元900中设置有右侧强度指示器910和左侧强度指示器920。在本配置中,车辆的移动方向110向右弯曲。此外,图中还示出了外物400,它也是车辆。外物400的行驶方向410是笔直向前的。当车辆100和外物400进一步行驶时,由于车辆的行驶方向110和外物400的行驶方向410会在某一点交叉,因此可能会发生碰撞,从而增加危险性。外物400对于车辆100的驾驶员可见。在显示单元中,在左侧强度指示器920上示出低强度警告,而在右侧强度指示器910上示出高强度警告,但没有碰撞声音警告。
图2示出的情况是,车辆100的移动方向110与外物400的移动方向410平行,因此不存在碰撞的严重危险。因此,左侧强度指示器920没有提供视觉警告,而右侧强度指示器910由于外物400的可见性,仅提供低级别警告。不提供声音警告。
图3示出的情况是,车辆100的行驶方向110向左弯曲,而外物400、例如另一车辆的行驶方向是笔直向前。因此,很可能发生碰撞。在左侧强度指示器920上不提供任何警告。在右侧强度指示器910上会提供低级别闪烁视觉的警报,此外还会提供声音警报。外物400对于车辆100的驾驶员可见,因此,提供闪烁和声音警告是因为碰撞危险增加,而提供低级别警报则是因为外物400对于驾驶员可见。
图4示出了车辆100的移动方向110和外物400的移动方向410大致平行的情况。此外,车辆100的驾驶员看不到外物400。因此,在左侧强度指示器920上没有提供警报,而在车辆的右侧强度指示器上则提供高级别警告警报(因为外物400对于驾驶员不可见)。
图5示出的情况是,车辆100的移动方向110向右弯曲,而外物400的移动方向410是笔直向前的。因此,很可能发生碰撞。此外,外物400对于车辆100的驾驶员不可见。因此,左侧强度指示器920未提供任何警告,而右侧强度指示器910则提供高级别闪烁警告,并提供声音警告。
因此,只有在可能发生碰撞的情况下,才会发出声音警告和闪烁视觉的警告。此外,如果车辆100的驾驶员没有看到外物400,即外物400处于驾驶员不可见的区域内,则会发出特定的视觉警报(高级别警报)。如果外物可见,则发出低级别警报。在显示单元900中,右侧强度指示器910和左侧强度指示器920均具有两个方框。两个方框中的一个点亮表示低级别警报,两个都点亮表示高级别警报。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例。
显示单元900可以具有不同的外观,显示单元900也可以仅由灯或LED组成。此外,还可以通过不同的组合提供不同的警报(光学、声学、触觉)。
替代地或另外地,还可以提供其它警报,例如方向盘处的振动警报,以便让驾驶员注意到警报。或者,替代地或另外地,也可以使用语音警报,通过语音提示驾驶员注意警报。
本文提供了一种用于车辆100的驾驶员辅助系统1和一种方法,它们可在某些情况下向驾驶员发出警报,例如当外物400对于驾驶员不可见时或碰撞危险增加时。
警报级别适于根据至少一个传感器300所测量的至少一个外物400的位置和/或移动方向410来确定。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于车辆(100)的驾驶员辅助系统(1),包括:
至少一个传感器(300),其适于对车辆(100)附近进行监测;
控制单元(200),其适于处理所述至少一个传感器(300)的数据,以识别至少一个潜在的外物(400);
警报单元(800),其适于在可能与外物(400)发生碰撞时向车辆(100)的驾驶员发出警报,
其中,所述警报单元(800)适于选择和输出不同级别的警报,警报级别与所述至少一个外物(400)的位置、运动和/或移动方向(410)和/或车辆(100)的运动和/或移动方向有关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述警报单元(800)适于在外物(400)对于驾驶员可见时输出低级别警报,在外物(400)对于驾驶员不可见时输出高级别警报。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述警报单元(800)适于在外物(400)优选地对于驾驶员间接可见时、优选地是通过后视镜可见时输出中级别警报。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述高级别警报包括与低级别警报相比强度更高的视觉警报。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述驾驶员辅助系统适于:如果根据所述至少一个传感器(300)的数据,与至少一个潜在的外物(400)发生碰撞的危险增加,则提供附加的闪烁视觉的、声音和/或触觉的、优选地是振动的警报。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述警报单元(800)包括显示单元(900)和/或优选地是声音和/或振动警报装置,所述显示单元适于向车辆(100)的驾驶员提供视觉警报。
7.根据权利要求6所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述显示单元(900)包括右侧强度指示器(910)和左侧强度指示器(920),所述右侧强度指示器适于指示与车辆(100)右侧的外物(400)的潜在碰撞,所述左侧强度指示器适于指示与车辆(100)左侧的外物(400)的潜在碰撞。
8.根据权利要求7所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述右侧强度指示器(910)和/或所述左侧强度指示器(920)适于在车辆(100)的相应侧显示不同级别的警报。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驾驶员辅助系统(1),其中,所述至少一个传感器(300)是摄像头、雷达传感器、激光雷达传感器或运动传感器。
10.一种用于警告车辆(100)与至少一个外物(400)发生潜在的碰撞的方法,包括:
通过至少一个传感器(300)对车辆(100)附近进行监测,
其中,控制单元(200)处理所述至少一个传感器(300)的数据并评估所述至少一个外物(400)的物体信息,所述物体信息包括车辆附近的至少一个外物(400)的位置、运动和/或移动方向,
其中,警报单元(800)适于选择和输出不同级别的警报,警报级别与所述至少一个外物(400)的位置和/或移动方向和/或车辆(100)的移动方向有关。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,如果外物(400)对于驾驶员可见,所述警报单元(800)输出低级别警报;如果外物(400)对于驾驶员不可见,所述警报单元(800)输出高级别警报;如果外物(400)对于驾驶员间接可见,所述警报单元(800)可选地输出中级别警报。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,高级别警报包括与低级别警报相比强度更高的视觉警报。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,如果根据所述至少一个传感器(300)的数据,与至少一个潜在的外物(400)发生碰撞的危险增加,则提供附加的视觉闪烁的、声音和/或触觉的警报。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述警报单元(800)包括向车辆(100)的驾驶员提供视觉警报的显示单元(900)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述显示单元(900)包括右侧强度指示器(910)和左侧强度指示器(920),所述右侧强度指示器适于指示与车辆(100)右侧的外物(400)的潜在碰撞,所述左侧强度指示器适于指示与车辆(100)左侧的外物(400)的潜在碰撞。
