Abstract
本发明一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,该薄膜从上到下依次为复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,复合层、第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料均为PE共混物,增强支撑层的原料为SEBS和PE的共混物,热封层的原料为PE和PP的共混物。本发明配方制得的薄膜既能耐121‑125℃高温蒸煮40min又能耐‑18℃低温贮存,同时还具有高韧性,耐3‑4m常温跌落,及高的阻隔性能、优异的抗溶剂渗透性和热封性能,自封、同PP、PE皆可良好热封。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜及生产工艺和应用。
背景技术
包装食品广泛应用于人们的日常生活中,而用于包装的复合软膜的使用量越来越多,其逐渐占据了重要的地位,耐高温的蒸煮食品包装袋是复合膜软包装的一种,该种软包装通常采用真空包装,然后再根据需要可能会经过高温加热灭菌后进行常温存储,现有的耐蒸煮包装由多种基材复合而成,现有的常用材料有PE、PA、PET、AL和CPP,常用结构有两层复合膜、三层复合膜和四层复合膜。但现有的复合膜存在耐高低温的性能差,高温蒸煮易变软变形,低温冷冻脆裂,热封强度低,抗冲击性能差,制成的包装袋密封性能和阻隔性能差,包装易破裂,导致内容物泄漏变质等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明设计的目的在于提供一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜及生产工艺和应用,具体通过以下技术方案加以实现:
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,该薄膜从上到下依次为复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,所述复合层、第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料均为PE共混物,增强支撑层的原料为SEBS和PE的共混物,热封层的原料为PE和PP的共混物。
进一步地,复合层的PE共混物包括30-50%HDPE和50-70%的MDPE。
进一步地,第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料及配比相同,包括60-80%的HDPE和20-40%的MDPE。
进一步地,增强支撑层的共混物包括20-25%的SEBS和75-80%的MDPE。
进一步地,热封层的共混物包括60-80%的PE和20-40%的PP。
进一步地,复合层的厚度为10-15微米,第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的厚度为5-10微米,增强支撑层的厚度为20-30微米,热封层的厚度为15-25微米。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜的生产工艺,该工艺为由权利要求1-6任一所述的复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层的原料共挤出吹塑成型。
进一步地,该生产工艺使用五个挤出机分别挤出复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,五个挤出机的螺杆直径分别为65mm、55mm、75mm、65mm、55mm。
本发明的第三个方面提供了一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜在食品或药品包装上的应用,所述食品包括蒸煮食品、液体食品冷冻食品或需防潮的食品,所述药品为液体农药产品。
进一步地,蒸煮食品包括但不限于肉类和禽蛋,所述液体食品包括但不限于豆奶、饮品及营养液。
本发明配方制得的薄膜既能耐121-125℃高温蒸煮40min又能耐-18℃低温贮存,同时还具有高韧性,耐3-4m常温跌落,及高的阻隔性能、优异的抗溶剂渗透性和热封性能,自封、同PP、PE皆可良好热封。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,以便更好地理解本技术方案。
本发明一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,从上到下依次为复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,复合层、第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料均为PE共混物,增强支撑层的原料为SEBS和PE的共混物,热封层的原料为PE和PP的共混物。
制备工艺流程为:复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层分别混料,运料输送、挤出、吹胀成型、自动测量、冷却、牵引、表面处理、收编、分切、收卷、包装、入库。五个挤出机分别挤出复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,五个挤出机的螺杆直径分别为65mm、55mm、75mm、65mm、55mm,设备温度设置:一区:175℃,二区:180℃,三区:190℃,四:190℃,五区:190℃,六区:190℃,模头:190℃。
实施例1
一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,该薄膜从上到下依次为15微米的复合层、5微米的第一阻隔层、30微米的增强支撑层、10微米的第二阻隔层、25微米的热封层。其中,复合层包括50%HDPE和50%的MDPE,第一阻隔层包括80%的HDPE和20%的MDPE,增强支撑层的共混物包括20%的SEBS和80%的MDPE,第二阻隔层包括70%的HDPE和30%的MDPE,热封层包括80%的PE和20%的PP。
本实施例制得的薄膜与市场上同厚度的CPP、PE阻隔性能对比,结果见表1。

从表1可知:本发明配方制得的产品与同等厚度的聚乙烯薄膜和聚丙烯薄膜相比,明显提高了阻水、阻氧的效果,延长了食品的保质期和保香度。可以替代NY,EVOU等高阻隔多层共挤薄膜。
实施例2
一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,该薄膜从上到下依次为15微米的复合层、10微米的第一阻隔层、30微米的增强支撑层、10微米的第二阻隔层、20微米的热封层。其中,复合层包括50%HDPE和50%的MDPE,第一阻隔层包括70%的HDPE和30%的MDPE,增强支撑层的共混物包括25%的SEBS和75%的MDPE,第二阻隔层包括80%的HDPE和20%的MDPE,热封层包括60%的PE和40%的PP。
该实施例与现有的PE12/NY15/RCPP80的高温灭菌豆奶袋进行抗跌落实验,抗跌落效果实验结果见表2。

从表1可知:使用本发明制得的薄膜,明显降低了豆奶袋包装的破损率,解决了业长期以来高成本的存储、运输损耗问题。也解决了不能冷藏保存的难题。为豆奶制造企业,降低成本,扩大销售区域提供切实可行的解决方案。
Claims (10)
1.一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于,该薄膜从上到下依次为复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,所述复合层、第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料均为PE共混物,增强支撑层的原料为SEBS和PE的共混物,热封层的原料为PE和PP的共混物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于所述复合层的PE共混物包括30-50%HDPE和50-70%的MDPE。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于所述第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的原料及配比相同,包括60-80%的HDPE和20-40%的MDPE。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于所述增强支撑层的共混物包括20-25%的SEBS和75-80%的MDPE。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于热封层的共混物包括60-80%的PE和20-40%的PP。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜,其特征在于所述复合层的厚度为10-15微米,第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层的厚度为5-10微米,增强支撑层的厚度为20-30微米,热封层的厚度为15-25微米。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于所述工艺为由权利要求1-6任一所述的复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层的原料共挤出吹塑成型。
8.如权利要求7所述的生产工艺,其特征在于该生产工艺使用五个挤出机分别挤出复合层、第一阻隔层、增强支撑层、第二阻隔层、热封层,五个挤出机的螺杆直径分别为65mm、55mm、75mm、65mm、55mm。
9.权利要求1-6任一所述的具高阻隔功能的聚乙烯增韧高温蒸煮薄膜在食品或药品包装上的应用,所述食品包括蒸煮食品、液体食品冷冻食品或需防潮的食品,所述药品为液体农药产品。
10.如权利要求9所述的应用,所述蒸煮食品包括但不限于肉类和禽蛋,所述液体食品包括但不限于豆奶、饮品及营养液。
